Went here before going to a sporting event in Allen, we arrived here at BWW an hour and half before our event to eat. It was a table of 4 and we were seated fast. But then, we waited and waited. Finally they took our order and we waited and waited. Once we finally got the food, one patron was given the wrong order. By the time we got that fixed and ate, we were 30 mins late to our event. I suggest somewhere else if you think you might be in a hurry somewhere. Food was decent, nothing special, staff was ok.

October 28, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our visit to Buffalo Wild Wings 🦬🍗 was a bit of a mixed bag. We ordered the pretzel knots 🥨, and while they were tasty, the cheese sauce 🧀 came out with a melted plastic lid in it 😬—definitely not what we were expecting! The staff was quick to replace it, though, so props to them for that 👏. The rest of the food was pretty good 👍, but the layout of this location was a bit odd 🤔, which made the atmosphere feel a little off. It wasn’t my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings experience, but it wasn’t all bad either. 😅

Maybe 10 tables with guest at them, out of probably 50 tables. Not busy at all. Poor customer service upon getting seated. Took several minutes to get our drink order and so on. Finally get our food 30 minutes later, cold onion rings amd cold wings!!! Waitress or manager didnt even bat an eye at the issues. Also, both my wife and I have bad stomach issues after eating here last night. Definitely wont return and I hope enough people see this!!!

No one at the door to greet or seat us. No sign w/ instructions of what we're supposed to do. So we waited, then seated ourselves. No one said a word acknowledging us. Food was ok. Pick 6 is a good deal price wise. Resturant was not busy. About 8 people on general dining room side. 2 servers on this side. About 10 in the bar area when we arrived. 1 server/bartender on this side. 2 workers at separate tables over to side near the kitchen, on their phones, paying no mind to anyone. Waiter/bartender came, took our drink order, returned w/ drinks. Took our food order. Came by around 15 mins later said food would be out in about 2 mins. A food runner from the kitchen brings us our meal. All good. ... Never to have anyone come by again for 40+ mins. No drink refills. No checking in on us. 2 people left because their dessert order was taking too long. Family of 4 left. 5 others come in bar side. 1 guy doing everything while other 2 sat on their phones at their own individual tables. 2 servers on general dining room side w/ 6 guests now. No one could help us. Both of us wanted another drink (sell- missed money making opportunity). We had discussed a dessert (sell- missed money opportunity). After sitting for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us pay out (empty drinks for 15 mins before that), we FINALLY flagged the guy down to bring us our check. He passed us twice with us raising our hand & saying 'excuse me sir,' to get his attention as if he couldn't hear or see us. But he had time to stop & talk to the table of 2 ladies 3 times. Big missed opportunities tonight. We typically tip very well, but not tonight. Disappointed. Management- needs some help or it's not going to make it.

We are a big fan of BWWs. But this location disappoint us a big time. Those traditional wings were very small, hard and cuewy pieces like they serve on Tuesdays though we went on a Wednesday. Never coming back here to this location.

Family came to eat, was not impressed. The server was preoccupied with a more similarly aged group of guys that came in around the same time. By the time our food was brought to us the nachos were cold and had cheese skin on it. The patty melt had been sitting so long that the cut had turned brown. Fries were cold. Scott at Buffalo Wild Wings in McKinney sucked. We went Saturday evening for happy hour, sat at the bar, and Scott was our bartender. He looked annoyed the second we sat down. I asked for a strawberry margarita with salt on the rim. He handed it to me plain and said, “We don’t do that unless you tell me when I’m pouring.” My girlfriend asked about happy hour stuff since it was still on. He sighed and said, “It’s posted up there, look.” We couldn’t see it anywhere obvious so she asked again nicely. He muttered, “Two-for-one wells, three bucks for chips or tots, five for mozzarella sticks. Same every day,” then walked away. Wings took way too long, showed up barely warm, and no ranch even though we asked for it. I said something and he shrugged, “Kitchen’s backed up, that’s how it goes sometimes,” and started talking to some regulars like we weren’t even there. Bar was half empty but he never checked on us or offered another drink. Whole thing felt like we were bothering him. I’ve heard other people say the same about him being rude and slow. Won’t go back if he’s working. One star.

Absolutely horrible! We ordered a boneless wings bundle meal for carry out and received an entirely different order. First off we waited for a while for the meal when it was supposed to be ready. A worker appeared but failed to notify other coworkers someone was there for a pickup order. No greetings, almost like we were invisible. Seemed like a bunch of kids working who could care less about their job. Very disappointing we didn’t notice order was wrong until we got all the way home and had to settle for some random meal that was no where near what we ordered. To top it off, it tasted poorly. We wasted gas and money for a disappointing meal.

The quality of the food and service was absolutely terrible. One of the worse dining experiences we have ever had. Everything we ordered came out at random times- cold, missing items, grossly over fried. The mozzarella sticks didn’t have cheese in them. The onion rings reeked of a burnt fryer smell. My husband ordered wings that never came out so we cancelled the order. Trust the other bad reviews- this place is not worth your time or money.

I ordered online for carry out. Went in to pick it up. Lady behind the counter said it was not ready. I waited 15 mins and another customer comes in and gives their name, get their food and walk out. Few mins go by and they come back in and say they got the wrong order. They had my order. The customer said he went to his car and ate one wing and realized it was not his order. I had to wait another 30 mins for them to remake mine. The manager come out to hand another order to another customer that waked in. He looks at me and asked if I been helped. I tell him what happens, then he says ,oh and walks off. I finally get my food and the lady who hands it to me says that there is nothing she can do and that I already talked to the manager. Some manager he is. Needless to say, WINGSTOP ALL THE WAY. Update.... just got home with the "remade" order and they just re-boxed the food that they gave they guy. I know this because one of the chickens already had a bite taken out of it. NASTY!!!!!!

From what I’m seeing in the reviews, this seems to be a common theme lately of having feathers on your wings. There were also pieces of feathers on almost all of my boneless wings this evening. We’ve been coming to this location for a long time. Got sick from eating BWW roughly 2 years ago and haven’t been back since, until tonight. Got home with our to-go order and were really disappointed and it was basically a reminder of why we have stayed away so long. Especially with the price point being as high as it is, quality and food control should be a lot better than this. 👎🏼

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE I order and PAID for food with DoorDash and received the order and it was not what I ordered. I ordered wings with flavor and they came totally PLAIN WITH NO SAUCE OR RUB AT ALL. As you can see by the photo. The issue is not that it was wrong but that they absolutely refused to make it right, wouldn't refund me, wouldn't make a new one DESPITE that I had proof of the food being wrong and proof of my order. The manager told me ver batum " as far as we're concerned we did our job. My associates checked the order before it went out and it was right so take it up with DoorDash." Worst customer service ever. They're literally stealing from people. This also caused a huge inconvenience when trying to feed my kids dinner. We had to totally re order from somewhere else. These people have no values or morals and I will never go there again. I will also make sure to tell everyone I come in contact with they're the worst for food. I'm definitely going to be reporting him to higher ups at Buffalo Wild Wings as well.

Second time picking up my order and there was no one in the front for at least 5 minutes. Only 7 people inside eating. I ordered wings at 11:29am for pickup time at 11:50am. I arrived at 11:45am and was not addressed until 11:52am. My food had already been sitting there as she handed it to me. The wings were room temperature, meat dry and feathers on some. When I called to explain they said I waited too long to pick them up although I arrived within 15 minutes from ordering. Manager also stated the wings cool down fast. The wings had to been made prior to 11:30am and definitely weren’t fresh. As for the wings with feathers I was told that’s how they come 🤔.

I came here for my birthday wings and was given the wrong information about the buy one get one free offer. We were told it can be applied on mobile orders, but it was dine in only. I also ordered Nashville hot, and was given hot wings. They put a Nashville hot sticker on the box of hot wings as the ‘ correction’. Do not recommend this location.

Placed online order for pickup, and waited 30 minutes past the original pickup time for the order. Girl at to go counter looked very stressed out and had long line of customers waiting. Pictures of the wings speak for themselves. Not cleaned properly, with a lot of feather remnants still attached to most of the wings. Do not recommend this location.

I get here and a waiting was @5 minutes. Ordered and my food was cold , my boneless wings were cold rubbery. No silverware. Coworkers were arguing in the kitchen. Will I come back DEFINITELY NOT.. I didn’t take my food to go. I left my food that we all ordered because of it being cold and rubbery. Do I recommend this location ? No.! Tables were dirty for at least minimum of 45 minutes. I’ll go to original place which is PLANO. Sad to say.

We walked in and didn't have a waiter at first. When she finally came, she tried to rush us to order our food. After we informed her we weren't ready, she walked to the back and didn't come back to check if we were ready. We had to get another worker, who was so sweet about taking our order and making sure we were okay! Although the food was great, our original waiter wasn't very warm or welcoming for the rest of the night. It was just weird energy.

Me and my friend visited this location and we had a terrible experience. After we sat down, the waiter didn’t come till 30 min later to just give us menus. We also didn’t get our drinks till 20 minutes after that. We even tried talking to the manager and he said he would take our order and bring our drinks but he never did. And when our food eventually did come out it was terrible. Our nachos were drenched in sour cream and i’m not exaggerating. We had to scrap most of it off. Our wings were also really chewy and barely had any sauce on them. Terrible experience!
