First time coming here & I will definitely come back. Alyssa was super sweet and helpful when I wasn't sure what I needed to order for my kids. She was cheerful and smiled at the window when greeted. This is great customer service!

First time at a Jamba Juice. I wished I had ask for the young ladies name, she was very nice and helpful. I told her it was my first time and I needed time. She recommended the Watermelon Breeze, that's what I got. It was a very good drink. Great product and service, will be back for sure.

i’ve been to this location four times so far and it’s always been a very nice experience. i absolutely love the smoothies, lotta horchata is my personal fav, and the people have always been lovely. i do recommend that you download the app and order ahead if you want to cut down on the wait time because i know that i always want my smoothie ASAP :)

They know how to make their products and it tastes delicious. But for some reason they seem to lack getting enough stock of fruits each day. Been here a few times and every time they had to adjust the order a little to compromise for missing fruit. One time they didn’t have any fresh fruit and I had to drive all the way to the other Jamba Juice. That was annoying.

Next day- After talking to the manager we came in the next day and got it remade, it was delicious, the manager was very understanding and so was the person who remade it. If the correct person makes it, it is a great drink.

I love Jamba Juice, I usually go to the one in Allen or Plano, but damn this one is not the best. The people were nice but they gave out fermented juice… it was gross. They really need to use nonexpired products

The drive thru lady didn't know if they take Google or Samsung pay. They are only a drive thru, you can't go in. I was hoping she would ask her manager or somehow find out, bc I didn't have any cards on me, but instead, she repeated that she is "pretty sure" they only take Apple Pay. There is no way to escape the drive thru without backup up in a long & narrow driveway, but that is what I had to do, bc there was a car in front of me. I am a Jamba Juice reward member and will not be returning to this store. The ones in Plano are very professional & kind!

Ordered mobile here today but I set the time wrong for my order. I tried to immediately call the store when I saw the time pop up on the “your order has been placed” screen. Number had been disconnected (tried calling the number listed for this store from the app). Looked up the location online and called the listed number, it says disconnected. Tried calling the other store location in town to get this stores number and the other stores phone goes to voicemail and says voicemail is full. Tried calling the Jamba Customer service number and it immediately hangs up. Is there seriously not a working number for this business? I go pick my order up anyways since I placed it and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. The worker was polite and prompt and had my order ready. The order was correct and the presentation of it was pleasant. However I asked the worker for the store number so that I could use it in the future if ever needed. The worker said that they did not know the number and I could look around on the building if I’d like. Told the worker their listed store number isn’t working and was told it won’t work because the owner is in China and not taking long distance calls. So I left with my food. The fruit was fresh but the rest was not up to par. Waffles were very hard and whipped cream was sour to taste. Overall a disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

I am their regular customer and they are always out of juice post 8:30 pm. They give different reasons every time. One is out of fruits, second they have started cleaning their juicers and third out of staff. I think since their employees want to leave by 9 pm, they start cleaning their juicers. I am fine with that but then mention that no juice post 8:30 pm. Also quality of this Jamba is low as compared to one in Stonebriar mall and Allen. I am sure as son they have a competitor in that vicinity they will fix this issue.

the young lady taking our order was rushing us on the speaker even though i had never been there before, and there was no one in line behind us. when we finally got our smoothies, they were quite sub-par. my wife's smoothie tasted like powdered milk; it wasn't sweet at all despite all the supposed fruit inside. my smoothie was watered down and very thin; it was almost like drinking room-temperature, pre-made slushy juice. needless to say: we won't be going back.

I just arrived here shortly after 6pm. The website says the store closes at 7pm. However the staff is closing at 6pm. This happend twice. There is no sign of new store hours. I will definitely surpass this location and move on to the one in Allen.

Didn’t get to order anything drove around twice the building. Sat at the drive thru for awhile. Open sign on and machines on inside. No one appeared to be inside. When I called the phone it said it was disconnected twice. Probably best to just go ahead and close this place down.

Why does an $8.69 smoothie come out to $11+ dollars? I go to the Jamba on Stonebrook in Frisco and I order the same smoothie comes out to $9.53ish. I give a 20% tip and it comes out to $11.53. McKinney location is adding a 20% tip charge without us knowing!! They hiding the shit so you can’t find it in your receipt 😡😡. Shady operation

The owner / manager leaves these poor girls to work this alone in massive rushes and when you reach out there is no contact from them. We waited in the drive thru lift over a half hour

The smoothies ( strawberry and mango) were just not flavorful but sour. And we were given very messy drinks overflowing down the cup and no napkins. ( Don't think the two young men working took their job seriously at all. Very disappointed

The boy working the drive through is an absolute nightmare. He was rude from the get go and then was rushing me. My drink is mediocre and there is no flavor. My first trip was my last.

I stopped by this morning at 6:30 to grab a smoothie, pulled up to place my order and the girl working said “we’re just opening the store we’re not taking orders yet” I asked what time they open and she said “6:30” when I said “it’s 6:30 now, am I not able to order?” She stated “yeah we’re just opening. Come back later” If your hours say 6:30 you should be ready to take orders and not very rudely send customers away because your staff is unable to follow those hours.

The person running the window was rude and dismissive, and it completely ruined my visit. This level of service is unacceptable, and management needs to address it immediately.

The smoothies are always amazing and never miss with exactly what I need in taste and appetite. The app is not user friendly. Makes it difficult to place an order in a timely manner and pricing differs to the point the best options can only be found through the app check out. The staff attitudes could use some training when customers need help understanding the variation of differences between the app and the drive thru pricing. The price points could use some work for the level of quality across the board(a bit expensive).
