I love this hidden gem so much!!! (May not be hidden to the natives but for a tourist like me I didn't give this place a spare glance until my brother told me to go lol). Food and ice cream is AMAZING!! The prices are unbeatable for the quality and quantity of goods exchanged. I'm literally obsessed with this place! We need a Braum's in AZ. Can you please tell Corporate to open AT LEAST ONE location in Phoenix?? I promise we'll behave and give you all our monies!!! 😭😭😭🥹

I've come to braums for ice cream since I was a kid but today was the first time I've tried their food. The burger was a little above average but for the price it was more than worth it. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile which is rare in food service these days. Fries were average. But my wife got the chicken strip dinner and it's even better than canes. Their dipping sauce is great and we used it for the chicken and the fries. Again, the value for the meals are great!! Couldn't fit any more food in our belly so we took a container of ice cream home for later! I'll be back!

2 years ago i came here to this location with my Girlfriend and we had a amazing time!!!! We don't have these in Florida which sucks... Dairy Queen is all over florida but it would be really nice to see Braums Come to Orlando and try out the Market! The Braums Restarunt is not that busy and Coming inside feels awesome!!! you get the vibe of a Ice Cream Shop mom n pop style!! Employees make you fee welcomed and they help you!! They are Friendly and Deserve all 10000000 Stars!!! I really recommend Everyone to Give this place a Try and Enjoy the Place :)

A very popular place.It does get crowded for a good reason. I go there cuz the quality of the ice cream find it to be better than most you find elsewhere. The meals are very reasonably priced better than other national name brand restaurants. What I go for is the combo meal and upgrade the drink to a small shake of my favorite ice cream for only fifty cents! What a deal!And that's at any Braum's.

This location is pretty consistent. Sometimes the scoops of ice cream are the size of tennis balls. Then sometimes they are the size of tangerines. Customer Service is also pretty consistent.

Definitely this chain is a Texas staple and whenever I come thru I always grab a few things. Some standouts being the spicy bacon pimento chicken sandwhich and the chili. Ordering was a tad difficult as the lady at the window had a thick accent but Im not a douche; I understand English is a hard language to learn and master.

Our first time at Braum's! Loved the Sweet 'n Spicy Gouda Burger, and the fries! Wish there had been different ice cream flavors available but overall, we had a great experience and will probably stop again on future road trips!

Very good Braum’s location!!! Visiting after a long while and their ice creams as always are the best and huge in serving sizes. Restrooms were not clean and foul smelling. They could use some extra time on their cleaning routines.

12/12/2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store is a classic gem, but this location feels a little like a cozy throwback that could use some room to breathe. 🍦 The space is super tiny and cramped, making it hard to navigate without bumping into someone. 😬 It definitely needs a major overhaul, remodel, and expansion to give it the room and vibe it deserves. 🏚️ While the ice cream and dairy products are still as delicious as ever, the tight, outdated space makes it hard to fully enjoy the experience. 🍓🍪 The staff is friendly, but the cramped atmosphere doesn’t let you relax and enjoy your treat like you should. With a little more elbow room and a fresh update, this spot could really shine as the go-to spot for a sweet treat! 🍫

Pretty good food. It's more of a nostalgic experience than anything. The ice cream melted pretty fast but it may be because it was so hot in there. There were a lot of people but they were able to get our food out in a timely manner. It was a little bit loud but that could have also been because of all the younger kids. The staff was decently friendly but they didn't have a smile on their face or any of that. Overall it's an okay experience for someone who wants ice cream and burgers at the same time.

I had a terrible experience at this Braum’s. One associate was extremely rude and kept talking over the employee who was actually helping me. She didn’t take the time to listen to what I needed at all. The rest of the staff was great, but her behavior was completely unacceptable. I even had to park far away and walk due to service road traffic just to get inside, only to be treated disrespectfully while trying to order a simple single-dip cup of chocolate almond ice cream. I called afterward to get her name and more information, but couldn’t get it. I won’t be returning to this location.

I don't like posting bad reviews, but I am just so upset with this experience. I stopped to grab a single scoop hpt fudge sundae on my way home and was handed the cup, no bag or anything. Which is weird but fine I guess for a single item. What I didn't realize until I was halfway home is that the bottom of the cup had a HUGE crack in it and melted ice cream was dripping all over my lap, my hands, my phone, my purse and the inside of the car. I was covered in melted ice cream and there was almost nothing left to eat when I got home and got cleaned up. I have no idea how the person making the cup didn't see the crack, as you can see it's pretty big. I'm super disappointed and feel like I wasted time and money. At least if it had been given to me in a bag it could have contained some of the mess.
