Ande, Crystal and Bay are sweet and kind young women, bartenders and servers. They always remember to bring me a soda water whenever I arrive. They treat all their guest with kindness. The server assistant, Joe, is very chill and takes care of all the bar back things and more. Respect. Crystal, Bay and Ande are my favorite. Great service - will correct any slight mishap by the kitchen. Love these ladies. Come grab a bite to eat and a cold drink - you’ll love them, too!

This was our first time going to Twin Peaks McKinney location and we were not disappointed. Emmy was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and checked on us regularly. It was very clean and kid friendly. Definitely recommend going here. The entire staff was amazing.

Great experience at Twin Peaks. The food was on point, the vibes were exactly what you expect…fun, energetic, and relaxed. The service really stood out. Andrea (Andi) was awesome: super friendly, attentive without hovering, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. She recommended some amazing choices and was really knowledgeable of the full menu. Drinks stayed full, food came out hot, and she had a great attitude the entire time. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Ask for Andi if you’re there!

We visited here for the first time today to celebrate a family birthday, and we truly had a wonderful experience! Our server, Ella, was fantastic—she made us feel welcome right away, provided timely service, and was very attentive to our table’s requests. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Brandon, who was incredibly kind and made sure our visit exceeded our expectations. He personally welcomed us and invited us to return, which really stood out to us. Great location, great service, and a great overall experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Faith, El, Caitlynn and Juju are the best bartenders here!! I love the banter and spunky energy from these girls they really do keep you wanting to come back again and again. I got a few bud lights all at 29°. Had a wonderful time with everyone, I really enjoy this atmosphere. Their manager Chris even stopped by to ensure every guest was having a good time. Kaitlin was my server. Very nice and prompt service. She suggested drinks and took my order quickly. I requested a refill on my soda and she was thoughtful enough to ask if it was for takeaway. Great service. Turkey sandwich was great tasting and good portion. The chips and salsa had a nice flavor. Reasonable prices all around. Would recommend this place to guys who like several tv screens and pretty good music in the background. Very welcoming environment. Will bring the family here sometime soon.

This is our new hang out spots for day drinking. We love the vibe and energy that Crystal brings to the bar. Super attentive and always making us laugh and smile. Faith is also one of our other favorite bartenders. Bea is amazing as well. They definitely uplift our day with sparkles! Great prices and specials for both food and drinks.

Covid is over. Bring back menus, it feels like you are to cheap to have menus made. There were literally two menus for the entire restaurant. If you didn't have your phone, you couldn't order. The entire experience of dining in, felt like a one star restaurant. I purposely leave my phone in the car to not be distracted, and to talk with the group I'm with. We had to ask for everything, water, salt & pepper, silverware, napkins. The food was slow to come out, it took about thirty minutes on a slow to moderately busy night. The food was good and the beer was cold, the bar stools were comfortable and the server was beautiful, but there is sooo much more in running a restaurant.

First time here ! With a table for 4 The atmosphere here is great. Its very clean establishment, great decorating and theme. Our server was great always refilled our drinks asked if we needed anything. She did let us know the kitchen was weaved a bit. There was just 1 major fault unfortunately. We only have a 1 hour lunch . Our food came out late , I got a Philly cheese with fries and it was good but nothing Out of this world. My coworkers all got a chicken plate and as soon as we started eating. I could tell something was wrong. They mention the food was cold after waiting roughly 30 to 40 minutes. Regardless we rushed to eat. Had a manager come and they comp the food for them. Which was great but we were already running late. We did mention to the server she was great its just the kitchens issue. Over all it was OK, hopefully next time we have a better experience with some hot food 😋

I visited the Twin Peaks at 3750 W University Dr, McKinney, TX on 1/19/26 to watch the College Football National Championship between Indiana and Miami. The game was great, the atmosphere was lively, and the bartenders working the counter were attentive and friendly. I had no complaints about the service from them. I enjoy the setup as far as how many TVs they have and the level of acceptable noise. What soured the night was an interaction involving a Floor Team Lead. I was seated between two other guests, both of whom were fun to watch the game with. One of them had a larger tab and paid cash on his second check. The bartender didn’t immediately return his change, and he had to ask for it. She brought it back right away, so no real harm done, but he mentioned it because the usual practice is to ask whether the guest wants change back. He had definitely had a bit to drink, but he was calm, polite, and simply voiced a concern. When he mentioned it to someone who appeared to be a Floor Team Lead—the only male employee I noticed on duty—the response was surprisingly rude, sarcastic, and unnecessarily confrontational, actually a bit aggressive. It was unprofessional and completely out of step with the otherwise positive service we’d received. Everyone has an off day, but there’s no reason for a manager or team lead to speak to customers that way. It took away from what had been an enjoyable evening and left a disappointing final impression of the visit. And I seldom leave bad or mixed reviews...

Serious management conduct issue requiring corporate review I am submitting this review to formally document an unacceptable interaction involving Jay, an assistant manager, at Twin Peaks. During the same visit, I received excellent service from our waitress—service strong enough that I submitted a five-star review for her that same day. Unfortunately, that positive experience was completely negated by Jay’s conduct. Jay was rude and dismissive toward myself and others at the table and, more concerning, openly disrespectful toward the waitress who was assisting us. His tone and behavior toward both guests and an employee were inappropriate and reflected a clear failure of leadership. Managers are expected to model professionalism, support staff, and de-escalate situations. Jay did the opposite. His conduct undermined the service team, created discomfort for customers, and directly damaged the guest experience. This was not a misunderstanding or a momentary lapse—it was a clear demonstration of poor judgment and misuse of authority. The service staff deserves better leadership, and customers should not be subjected to this level of unprofessional behavior. This review is submitted with the expectation that corporate leadership will formally review Jay’s conduct during this visit and take appropriate corrective action.

First time. Last time. Horrible service. Had to ask 3 times for a menu. Never delivered appetizer. Never offer a drink refill. We ordered fish and chips and never got tarter sauce. Had to ask for fake sugar packets for tea 5 times. Kept giving real sugar packets. Do you seriously not know the difference? I am diabetic. Slow service. Felt ignored. Had to ask someone for the bill. Absolutely worst service ever. I will never come back.
