Today was our first time here. We were greeted promptly and welcomed in by multiple staff members. Our server Infinitee was very attentive. Food was excellent. They don't skimp on toppings (as seen in photos) I would also like to mention they have happy hour Monday-Friday 5-7pm and discounts on lunch during those days as well.

We finally got around to trying Hideaway Pizza… we will be back 👍👍. When we arrived there was 9 minutes left of happy hour pricing , so we each ordered 2 drinks 🍺🍺. We had the fried ravioli for appetizer and “The Capone” pizza. Both were excellent!! They do not skimp on the pizza toppings, it was delicious. The only negative is they are so popular it was hard to find a parking spot, i ended up parking at Twin Peaks next door. The food and service were excellent, looking forward to trying some more menu items next time.

On Saturday, we dined in and found the atmosphere to be nice and welcoming. The restaurant was quite crowded, but fortunately, we didn't have to wait long for a table for four. The servers were friendly and attentive, enhancing our experience. The pizzas were enjoyable, and we particularly loved the dessert and cheese sticks, which were perfect. Overall, it was a pleasant outing, but it might be helpful to have more seating available during peak times to reduce wait times for larger groups.

We’ve been trying to go to Hideaway pizza for months, but the parking has always been challenging. We decided to go around 4:30 on a Saturday and it was perfect! The crust on this pizza is incredible. Great service and delicious pizza. We’ll definitely be back! And our server, Candice, was fantastic!!! Very attentive to us and helped us with everything we needed.

This place had been on my list for a while. We got a chance to visit it on Father's Day, and it did not disappoint; it is a very beautiful, casual place. The first-floor outdoor patio area is really beautiful. The weather was nice, and it felt awesome. The food was delicious, generous portions, and great prices. 100% recommended.

Excellent pizza, Greek salad, and curbside take out service! Large Greek salad was perfect for two, and the large Xtreme pizza w/o Jalapeños was both delicious and enough for four! We had not tried hideaway pizza before, and we will be back - probably for take away again. Reading the reviews before we went, most everyone loved the pizza but the dine in service at this location didn’t get the same high marks. The parking lot was packed and possibly this has something to do with that.

🍕 March 22, 2025 🍕 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our first time at Hideaway Pizza in McKinney, but let me tell you—we are longtime, die-hard fans! 🍕❤️ We practically lived at Hideaway when we were residents in Oklahoma City, during the first 5-6 years of our marriage. 💍🥰 It was our go-to spot, our date night favorite, and a place packed with so many memories. When my wife’s job brought us back to Texas, we were absolutely over the moon to see Hideaway make its way here too! 🎉🙌 This place is, without a doubt, one of our family’s favorite pizza joints of all time! 👨‍👩‍👧🍽️ But for me, this isn’t just another pizza night—it’s a homecoming. 🏡❤️ I was born and bred in Dallas but spent most of my childhood growing up in Little Elm, TX. 🤠 I met my amazing wife on eHarmony 💘 back when she was living in Oklahoma City. So for me, Hideaway Pizza is more than just great food—it’s a piece of the place that brought us together. Coming home to Texas and finding Hideaway here too? And that’s okay—everyone has different tastes, and pizza is all about customizing it to make it your own! 🍕✨ And what made this visit even more special was the phenomenal service! 🌟👏 Our server, Nichole, was an absolute rockstar—genuinely kind, welcoming, and so attentive. 😃💫 She had such a warm energy that instantly made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. 💛 Plus, she rocked her glasses 🤓 and ball cap 🧢 like a pro, all while serving with the kind of enthusiasm that’s rare to find these days. Her upbeat vibe made our entire experience even more memorable and enjoyable! 🎉🥂 To Nichole’s bosses—pay attention! 👀 This woman deserves recognition, a bonus, the works! 💰👏 Great service like this isn’t just appreciated—it’s what keeps people coming back. Her outstanding service is more than just about making a great experience; it’s the kind of thing that builds long-lasting loyalty. Ordered mushrooms, baked ravioli, chicken baked ranch sandwich, Buffalo wings, and a cauliflower pizza. The ravioli was very good. I thought it was better than most mozzarella sticks I've had. The mushrooms are a favorite. The sandwich was good. The ranch did make it a little messy. The wings were good, too. I've had wings at other Hideaway locations, and this location made them better. Normally, the sauce has been lightly coated (almost like a dry rub). This time, they came out wet, which is the best way. The pizza was good as well, another favorite. The restaurant was very clean. The staff are super friendly. Our waitress Jessie was very friendly, and she kept checking up on us. We will definitely be back.

I tried out a local pizza shop during their to-go trial, and it was a pretty solid experience. The Veggie Pizza was loaded with fresh veggies and plenty of cheese, which I loved. The Sausage Pizza hit the spot too—the sausage was really flavorful. The Canadian Bacon Pizza was tasty as well, with a nice smoky flavor. The salad was just okay, nothing special, but it did the job. What I really appreciated was how quickly the line moved and how friendly the staff were—it made the whole process easy. The crust on the pizzas was just right, perfectly cooked with a nice balance of crisp and soft. Overall, I’d recommend this spot if you're craving good pizza. Glad I got the chance to try it!

Tried this place for the first time, staff is friendly, booths are wide, the garlic bread was good and the garlic wings were great! The only downside is that the meatballs are not 100% beef - they are made with pork and beef. If you have a pork restriction be aware that this place does not have very many options to accommodate. Even with that, this place would be a recommendation.

Pizza was great! prices? Eh. Spencer was really nice, though he took about 15-20 minutes to check on us to see if our food was ok. Most of our lunch was filled with rambunctious pounding from the second story like there were elephants up there. I asked for mozzarella on my pizza and got no mozzarella when I explicity stated that. I saw some crumbs and trash both on the floor and the tables after they cleaned. Overall the food was great and tasted very fresh, but would respectfully probably not come back.

Two stars for the AMAZING fried mushrooms!!! Atmosphere is super cool here too! Pizza is OK not bad but not over the top wonderful either. Toasted ravioli is good. Stuffed mushrooms were fair.
