I’m visiting from Michigan and we don’t have this restaurant at home. My kids who both live here love Cane’s chicken! I absolutely loved it here! I love that you get a piece of bread with your meal, I liked the fries, the chicken was delicious!! I like how it’s decorated, the employees are friendly and polite!! Can’t wait to return!

Canes food is amazing!! Menu is simple and the food is always hot. The sauce is the best part! We go to this location often. Sometimes the lines are long but it always moves quickly and the employees are always nice. I have never had a bad experience at this location before. Keep it up! Thank You!!

It is loud when it's busy but they get your order correct and it tastes good. I'm thankful they offer naked (gluten free) chicken. The parking lot can get jammed up because it's tad small. Delicious sauce!

Normally I love this place. But tonight I went to get some chicken and it was absolutely terrible. It flat out either had to have burned somehow or the oil is bad. It had a charred taste to it.

Poor process for picking up mobile orders. It was crowded when I walked in so I sat and waited for my name to be called, after a while everyone had been served and I was still waiting. No employee checked on me and eventually I looked up and saw a previously obscured shelf with my now soggy order on. There needs to be more clarity between app instructions and pickup experience.

Giving it 3 stars because usually there is some muscle tendons white substance in a few tenders which is disgusting. I can't be the only one. I always have to spit out this tendon like chewy substance and feel sick to finish my tenders. Other than that the tenders are good and fries. They need to reduce the amount of ice in the drinks. I bought a large and when I emptied it into a cup at home it barely filled up a baby cup with no ice.

Ordered two Caniac combos a while back. The first few chicken fingers/tenders were fine the last few were very dry. The combo comes with two of the cane sauces each, the first sauce was really bland and had no flavor. The second sauce was way more flavorful and tasty. For my first experience with having Cane’s the food was very inconsistent to say the least.

Food wise absolutely no complaints. Service: There was a young woman with black curly hair who took our order in the drive thru line, consistently interrupting me and my fiancee when we were trying to speak and order. She was also laughing obnoxiously the entire time. We got charged for a Halloween cup we made very clear we didn’t want. And she kept saying yes over us. Teach your employees some respect or hire new ones we have never had this issue here before and we are here at this location at least once every other week. I have never gone out of my way to give a negative review but this was very disappointing.

The food looks really good, but doesn't taste really good. The service was great, but nothing else was for me. The music is loud, all teens as both customers and the counter, not much personality, but friendly. The chicken is ALL white meat, moist, but bland. The fries are bland and soggy. They offer a Cain's sauce but it taste like ranch and I rather have any other sauce. I'll only come back if every other food stops feeding me. If you're gonna serve me white meat, unseasoned, and offer only ranch sauce, at least lower the prices!

Drive thru is super slow here. Probably the slowest of all fast food places. Their tenders also have become smaller lately.

Rude service. Half hour line wait. I pull up and the line was clear and the people taking orders outside let me pass so i tried taking my order at the speaker and no one answered. i come up to checkout window and they all give me attitude like it’s me fault. It’s y’all’s fault you let me pass and never took my order. because of that it backed up the line even more. Do not go here in drive thru.

We placed an online order for three 3 Finger Combos and one Kids Meal, and my husband went inside to pick it up. However, he was only given one Finger Combo and one Kids Meal. He returned to the counter immediately with food and drinks in hand, but was ignored while several staff members stood around laughing and talking among themselves. After waiting with no acknowledgment, he finally asked if he could get assistance. Someone handed him two additional drinks, but still not the missing food. When he returned to the car, my four children discovered that the food inside the bag was still only one Finger Combo and one Kids Meal. Since he had already tried to resolve this inside once, and the food was getting colder and more soggy by the minute. I told him to let the kids eat, go back in and let them know again. When he spoke to the manager (I believe his name was Kay C) he explained clearly that he had already brought the food inside the first time and that our four hungry kids were waiting in the car. We even told the manager he was welcome to review the cameras or come out to the car himself to verify because our toddler was not going to give up his food after already waiting this long. Instead of helping, the manager refused to check the cameras, refused to come look, and refused to give us the two missing combos because he said he needed us to bring the food back in for a second time. He also insinuated that we were lying about not receiving our food. At that point, after being dismissed multiple times and treated with disrespect, I explained that this was our third time coming inside and that his accusation was completely inappropriate and offensive. The manager still refused to give us the food we paid for and said he would only issue a refund for the two combos we never received. This entire experience was unacceptable. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. Not only was our order wrong multiple times, but the way my husband and I were spoken to, especially being accused of dishonesty was beyond disrespectful. We are extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location. I’ve gotten tailgating packs and trays for my kids birthday parties several times before and to be treated like this over 2 combos that I already paid for is deplorable.

The big guy at the drive thru window was so extremely rude to me! I've never had bad customer service like this before honestly. Especially at canes! My family and I love this place! I ordered in the drive thru, he repeated everything back to me perfectly! I get to the window and he charged me for something I did not order. So I asked nicely if I could just pay for the rest of what I needed, and he got a whole attitude and gave me two little strips and wouldn't even charge me for what I actually wanted 😂 he said, "is that cool" ? I'm like no because I wanted 7 strips not 4 😭 it was horrible! He repeated my whole order back and then messed it up on his own! And got mad at me for it?! i was super nice too! Very polite! I was very shocked. Hire better workers who knows how to deal with stress canes! It's always busy there like come on 😂

December 18, 2024 ⭐ I’m really disappointed with this Cane’s location. I ordered my food regular, and my wife ordered everything extra crispy. Guess what? Both meals came extra crispy 😡. It took nearly 20 minutes after ordering to get our food 🍽️, and the quality was nowhere near what we expected. It takes a minute 30 seconds to cook chicken how she likes it – how can it take that long to get our order wrong? 🙄 Not coming back anytime soon.
