My chili cheese dog was not the quality I'm use to from Sonic. Not enough chili and the cheese was overpowering. Also if we're only going to receive 1 marinara with an order of mozz sticks, the packet could be bigger. There's not enough in that small container for the entire serving

This had to be the worst food there is. I got jumbo pop corn chicken and it was aweful. There is absolutely no reason to be back.

I just called to ask too ask what time they closed. The phone rang and they answered it then hung up. I called back a girl answered as if it was her personal phone didn’t even say hi sonic. She very rudely answers says barely hello then I ask hey just calling to see what time y’all close and she stays quiet then rudely says 12:00 then I was about to thank her but she hung up on me right away. I still had a question for her about if they are doing any DISCOUNTS for VETERAN’S on VETERANS DAY. Again these EMPLOYEES NEED RETRAINING y’all don’t OWN SONIC y’all REPRESENT & WORK for them. If y’all don’t LIKE your JOB maybe you should find new EMPLOYMENT. Way to TREAT YOUR VETERANS SONIC & any other POOR CUSTOMER that comes across these people. Too the OWNER if you want to here these recordings on how RUDE your STAFF is which REPRESENTS YOU I have them. I ordered a Tender Burger, and it was easily the worst sandwich I've had in Dallas—possibly all of Texas. Despite only three cars ahead of me, it took 15 minutes to prepare. Within 10 minutes of eating it, I felt nauseous and had stomach discomfort. Definitely not a place I’d recommen

9/10/25 Update: I tried this Sonic again today. I regret it. I ordered a water with blood orange and vanilla and it tasted mostly like water. Didn’t really have any flavor. I ordered fries with shredded cheese but they melted American cheese on top instead. I asked for jalapeño ranch and was given regular ranch. The fries taste old and greasier than they should. This is why I usually don’t tip upfront. Every time I do my order is not what I wanted or just terrible. I ordered groovy fries with shredded cheese but they gave me the with a slice of cheese melted on top

Don't get the breakfast burritos here! So soaked in grease and gross could only choke down half. Sick for two hours till I puked my brain out. 🤢🤮 I never want to go to sonic again. 🤢 Came here to order a BOGO entree on my app and they turned off online ordering early.

Drinks are awful! The carbonation to syrup ratio is way off- too much carbonation! Fries are super greasy and taste bitter. We pressed the red button to have them come back to get the fries and drinks but they never answered the call. Choose any other location y’all because this one sucks! Worst one I’ve ever been to.

Placed an order for two burgers and a drink, they accidentally gave it to the car next to me and when they realized their mistake he tried to give me the same food he handed to the stranger!! without offering to make me a new one plus when I did ask he went inside for two mins and came right back with the same order. Do better sonic

Me and my friend came here for a quick drink, we ordered a cherry slushy and a paradise sunset. The lady that took our order could not hear us, which I understand happens wearing a headset but you should make sure the order is right before making me pay. My order comes out with cheddar peppers which I did not order and didn’t come with the paradise sunset. They come back with the paradise sunset and told me to pay for that too. And I told them that we ordered it and not the cheddar peppers, and the price difference is very different. She asked for the cheddar peppers back which I did pay for and didn’t offer a refund for the difference. I am very disappointed in my experience.

Do the employees not know how to count or read? Perhaps both? Incompetence at its highest level at this Sonic. This is a simple job. Yet, the people working can't follow simple directions. I ordered 3 RT 44 cherry vanilla Dr. Peppers and 1 medium cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper with a request for a drink carrier. They only brought me 3 drinks and no drink carrier. PLUS the medium Dr. Pepper looked like they added milk to it. It's the one in the pics. The carhop had a crummy attitude and does not represent Sonic in a positive way. This girl only knows how to do the bare minimum, if that. NEVER going back to this location.

Okay service for awful food. Ordered a 5 piece tender dinner, and received a box with 5 piece of overcooked sandpaper. Only saving grace is the unseasoned tater tots that hasn’t been over cooked. If I wanted to dry out my mouth, then I could’ve done it for free at home with dirt. Why are the tenders brown? Do they not clean the deep fryer from 1920? Drinks are always good though…

My ticket clearly shows I asked for light ice. Obviously it wasn't until I'd left that I realized I'd been served an entire cup of ice with little drink. I've been to this location many times, usually without issue. I will not be returning.
