I absolutely love this place. I've gone 3 or 4 times so far, and I always go inside, never the drive through. I like to try a few samples to see what I want that day. For some of the 1-star reviews, give them another chance. They are brand new and ironing out the kinks. And go between 2-4 for 1/2 price drinks! The one time I had a minor issue, the general manager Alicia has been super helpful and fixed the issue. I highly recommend HTeaO.

Love Htea0! They have delicious combinations of tea. You can also go inside and try all of the flavors they have before choosing which flavor you want. Their coffee is really tasty, too. They have very helpful and friendly staff as well. Joey gave us some recommendations to try and let us know about their flavors of the month! I highly recommend stopping in and trying them out, plus they have some cool merchandise inside as well as snacks! Will definitely return to try more flavors! Would like to see all the flavors in the sweet zero option!

I teach in prosper and my husband works in McKinney and we love this tea shop! The manager and the staff are always helpful, positive, and kind. It’s always clean with fresh fruit and fresh brewed teas. This is my favorite location. .

My wife also enjoyed it due to having coffee as well & duaghter was excited about the lemonade options as well. So had a little bit of everything for my family. Will be back for sure. Especially during the summer heat.

What a wonderful concept. I first heard about HTeaO, in our monthly magazine. As I read about the concept I was ecstatic to give it a try. This past Saturday, I went, and boy was I extremely impressed. Warm smiles, many options to choose and the value was wonderful. I tried the Peach something and it was so good, I wish I had one right now. The only the missing was a picture Bobby Bouchey from the movie the Waterboy. That's some high quality H2O:)

He enjoyed several of the tea flavors. He ended up getting a package of teriyaki beef jerky and I purchased a large mixed tea: Georgia Peach, Truvia, and Sweet Coconut.

There are sweet and unsweetened teas. Then you grab whatever size cup you want, fill it up with fabulous nugget ice, and add your tea. It’s super affordable too!! Head up to the desk and pay and you’re on your way!

It's tea just like coffee it's kind of hit or miss on some days. But the drinks themselves have been pretty good overall. Service is kind of a hit or miss as well. Some days it's really quick and then some days are pretty slow. I'm not going to fault them too much. Overall the experience has been good and drinks have been good. It's not going to stop me from coming here.

Hate those plastic cups. No insulation, ice melts really fast. Tea was good!

Mixed bag. Saturday 8/10 5:30-6pm. First, great tasting tea, great product and I received excellent customer service inside from the tall dark haired male employee. However, there was another male and female employee inside and the female kept flirting with him and standing right at his side, hip to hip, making me uncomfortable because they were doing their flirting right where I was trying to get tea. She even touched him around the waist area. Unprofessional and gross. Can't it wait until after work??

I love HTeaO but this location needs some work! To begin the girl that was taking orders today during happy hour has zero customer service skills. She had a rude tone from the start and was rushing me through my order. This location also never gets my order right the first time I always have to hand back at least one of my drinks and repeat my order. I understand that everybody has their off days, but there’s quite literally happens every time I come here.

Customer service was meh.. She didn't seem interested in taking my order. I asked for 2 huges & 2 meds. I got 2 larges instead. I also had very little ice in the cups. Customer service at the window was a 3/5 she seemed happy but also not. The atmosphere just felt off. Hoping it was just an off day for them. I love HTeaO but today's visit was just not it.

When they first opened the teas were really good. The last few times I’ve been it now tastes like flavored water. With the word tea in the name I’d expect to taste the tea. For the price I think I’ll give up on coming here.

Update: Ive been twice this week and was disappointed both times. Bought a "huge" size for close to $4 each on both visits and the first purchase was completely wrong through the drive thru. Second visit the tea tasted like sewage. I think the ice machine is dirty or the water used wasnt good quality. Had to toss 2 drinks in a row. Bummer. Good quality teas! Friendly staff. Love the coconut and watermelon. Use their app and I earn free teas and a free gallon of tea on my birthday.

Line took way too long because they had some ultra complex transaction preceding us in the drive through. Had to repeat myself several times going through the drive through as well

Store likes to do closing tasks well over an hour before close making it impossible to try or create a drink at 730p when they close at 9p

This one star rating is specifically regarding there coffee. So far I have enjoyed there tea. I have been waiting for them to start selling coffee so on the first day they had it available I went in and bought an iced coffee. It tasted like iced Folgers. I drank maybe two sips but ended up asking them to remake it the next day. They replaced the coffee and politely told me they hope that this ones better. It wasn't, it was so much worse. It wasn't just The team needs more training on coffee

***UPDATE*** The Plano location heard what happened and apologized for McKinney treating us that way and replaced my jug. WAYYYYY nicer!! I bought a jug at the Sherman location on 4/14 and on 4/15 I opened it. It smelled off and had chunks in it. That location didn't have a phone number so I called the McKinney Tx location and explained what was going on and asked if I could come exchange them out. The lady was nice and understanding and said "oh yes of course!" I was very grateful because sherman was an hour drive for me and McKinney was only about 30 minutes. I get to the McKinney store and just ask to switch them and the manager tells me no. Says they can't do that because it wasn't their store that made the tea. I understand that but at the same time I called and confirmed BEFORE I drove all that way. I didn't just show up and assume they'd change it for me. It wasn't my fault that the employee told me the wrong information. I've been coming here for a while and never had any problems. They've always been really friendly and the location has always been clean. So to just be turned away with no help was disappointing. Obviously they don't really care about their customers which is a shame.

It is a Monday morning, past 7AM. Place is closed. Hours of operation should be as the ones placed of the outside of drive thru window. I really love this tea! It is a shame that I even waited more than 15 minutes and nobody was in the store. People at the driveway waiting and on the parking lot as well. I wasted my time to drive to a place that unfortunately has good drinks, but zero customers service
