Not bad, but nothing special. Staff was nice and food was decent. The roasted garlic is worth trying if you want to mix up the traditional pizza toppings. Tried a couple of the menu items, good thin crust, but again, nothing special.

I would give all 5 stars however, every time I have gone into this location I have notified them (right away) that I am lactose intolerant and can not have ANY kind of cheese or any kind of dairy, I also ask for a clean cut for this reason. And every time I have gone here I watch them cut my pizza with the same cutting device they had just cut the last cheesy pizza with and every time I have major issues because these people have a hard time listening to their customers. So, I removed one star for not listening to the customer (me) while I'm there and I removed a second star for giving me diarrhea because of not listening.

This place is so unorganized. Staff walking in circles. Waiting almost an hour for a pizza. Not that busy. Keep telling people they are still making the pizza and no one making pizzas. Saw manager refund 2 orders with frustrated customers. Will never return here. How do they stay in business?

Was not greeted took awhile for someone to comeover to help once they were done with convo. Then forgot about our pizza while cooking and got burnt too a crisp. Hoping the GM will refund me like I requested

Closes early in Saturdays, and doesn't care to make fresh dough. Explains they were busy, but not excited about new business. Have fun losing profits to lazy people who don't realize I'd just have spent over 200 bucks on 6 pizzas Someone else, will get my money.

The pizza had very little cheese and pepperoni on it. Also the ranch that they gave us was a fraction of the way filled.

Good pizza, poor execution & attitude at the counter Visit details • Take-out order, weeknight dinner • Four build-your-own pizzas (two requested with a light drizzle of buffalo sauce) The employee running the oven absolutely soaked one of my pies in buffalo sauce. It was closer to soup than pizza. I didn’t accepted the pizza, glad they remade it. It’s waste of time on both sides. While leaving the premises you don’t have to give sarcastic comments, kind of jab, high school kids behavior. Don’t do this to the customer. You are not serving free pizza, I paid my tip for the to go order. Do your best to provide good customer service.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to MOD Pizza. The food had a strange, unpleasant smell—definitely not fresh. When I politely asked the staff about it, they didn’t take me seriously at all. In fact, they started laughing and smiling at each other like it was a joke. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I expected better hygiene and respect from a place that serves food. Absolutely not recommended—both the food and the staff behavior were unacceptable.

This specific branch of MOD is horrible. (Any other MOD branch does not make mistakes.) This location cannot follow intrustions on the online orders. I marked light oven bake, they made the crust crunchy. I added Serraro peppers, they could not even tell me they ran out as I arrvied early and could have added jalapeno instead. (I knew this because they were making my pizza as i was in the store.) I ordered two pizzas exactly the same, they messed up the portioning on their cheese; One has a lot more. I ordered two megadough, they gave me one mega and one regular thin crust. Also posting pictures so judge for yourself. I finished just one, I had to throw the extra cheese one with the mega dough away as it tasted really bad. I've ordered so much pizzas that I became MOD MVP; gave me a shirt and a sticker as well. Who ever was working on the line on 12/2/24 8:30 pm, please get retrained, fix the portion sizes, and Oven light bake means not crunchy crust.

It was my first visit to this location and was very disappointed in both service and food. Unfortunately for the money, this is supposedly a 6-inch pizza. When was the other pizza bigger? I can go to pie five, blaze, and even pizza hut for a better experience. 09.01.23. Also, ordering curbside is nonexistent despite the signs. We called inside, and the phone was picked up and hung up. WTH?

I don't know why I keep coming back the gluten free crust is good. Arguably better than those regular crust so I get that out of taste not choice. Every time its minimal topping have to ask for more and it's always undercooked on the inside and burnt edges on the outside. . I don't think this is too much to ask for to ask for more toppings and you get this after asking for more toppings. I will be giving my business to other local companies. This is not worth the already expensive price.
