Tim Hortons in Albion NY has a terrible owner! Every complaint you make never gets addressed by him/her! The corporate office says they will get in touch with you, yea don't hold your breath waiting because it never happens! 😡

This place is gross. Filthy. I ordered a donut. They handed me it, then got out a flyswatter to get rid of a bug flying in the case where the donuts are??!!!!! They were making someone’s sandwich on the counter which was full of scraps, crumbs, old lettuce… counter looked like it had not been cleaned at all between prep. Why isn’t it cleaned and a fresh paper towel put down between each preparation. Dirty, unsanitary. Gave my donut back after the fly swatter was used in the case. Surprised the board of health has not been in.

We were first in line and the young man was filling an order for the man behind us, I placed our order of 2 med coffee and 2 for $6. Breakfast sandwiches. We got our coffee and our sandwiches were erased from the screen. So ,our sandwiches were not being made. I waited a bit ,then asked if someone was going to make our sandwiches? The young man apologized and gave us free donuts. Another lady made our sandwiches. It was not a great experience. It took a while to get our sandwiches, they ran out of eggs. They had to make more eggs, my sandwich lay on the counter and was cold when we finally got them. Shame, shame

I generally don't complain about fast food restaurants, because it's often hard to find enough employees. The staff here was polite and helpful. And the food was fine. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself wasn't good. The floor was filthy, there was all kinds of stuff over the counters on the tables, and there were stacked tables and chairs in one corner. I really, really wish they would clean more often and try to make a better presentation.

Ive heard this specific Tim Hortons is pretty unclean but I decided not to take the comment so serious. Just yesterday I went in and ordered an iced coffee, I should have left when I noticed it smelled like wet dog in the restaurant but figured it could be due to a person and not necessarily the restaurant. Anyhow, after a few sips of my strange tasting coffee, I noticed a little black thing sticking to the inside of my cup, and it was a fruit fly. I am very turned off by this place, how is there a coffee business being ran here and the most used piece of equipment not being cleaned?

Some kind of service. Ordered four drinks that only come in one (small) size but asked if they could come in two large cups. I do it at every Tims and it is always fine, it fits and it's $10 for one drink. This guy gives me two empty large cups (on the side, he says) and asks me to pull around, while they make four smalls that I'm expected to empty myself and now I have all this extra trash in my car? That's four extra cups and lids that literally never needed to come into play. Thank god he didn't give me four extra straws, I don't need those turtles' souls on my conscience.

Worst coffee ever even the manager told me the girls are being lazy and keep adding the water to the coffee all you taste is water n cream not coffee. If many years are owner don't do nothing about it I'm about to report this place because you're not selling coffee you're selling water with cream

My daughter and I went thru the drive thru and she ordered a French vanilla cappuccino. As she was almost finished she discovered a large piece of plastic in her mouth that she almost swallowed. We went back and all they offered was her money back or a new drink. Really??? After contacting corporate there still has been nothing else done. She could have choked on that. Won't be going back. UPDATE - I DID CONTACT YOUR GUEST RELATIONS DEPARTMENT SND AND NOTHING WAS DONE. GOODBYE MEDINA TIM HORTONS.

I'd give no stars if it was a option my last 2 experiences at this location was terrible. The food sucked even the wrong food that I was given and they apparently don't know the difference between ham and bacon and don't know how to put more than one piece of turkey on a sandwich they serve nasty quality tomatoes and bread that was hard and rubbery. The place is dirty and constant flies in the store and sticky floor

I don’t know what’s happened within the last month but I can’t get espresso that doesn’t taste like water. I get 3 shots of espresso to mix with my protein shake and I literally can’t taste the coffee in it at all anymore. It used to be so strong I could barely taste the protein shake.

The last 4 times I have ordered bacon on my bagel, I get charged for it but they never add the bacon!!!! I guess we will no longer order food from this Tim Hortons! Edit: you guys should bring back the Nutella croissants so good!!!

Every time I come to this tim Hortons I ask for lots of whip cream, & only get a small dollop. This time I said something about it, & the response was "oh sorry I put too much coffee in, & no more whip cream would fit". Long line behind me so I just left. I will never go there again.
