Every TH *(exception being the Albion NY) location is usually a great experience overall. This Medina location have gregarious employees and fresh food items. The dining area and bathrooms are maintained and clean. I actually drive to Brockport or Medina to save myself the aggravation of dealing with rude and untrained people at the Albion NY location. Do yourself a favor, stick to the other THs locations like Medina!!

It was ok. They don't seem to know how to put the proper cream and mix in the smoothies anywhere so I stopped wasting my money.

My life revolves around coffee I'm there daily the staff is always super friendly, quick, and my order is always correct.

The Medina NY location gets 5 stars. They have fast and friendly service. Products are always fresh and made correctly.

The best place I’ve been to in New York since I moved here !!! Absolutely love the coffee and my ultimate fave food to get is the crispy chicken sandwich and a large TT with a shot of vanilla

Love how quick and reliable this Tim Hortons is. Even when the line goes around the entire parking lot, it always moves so fast. Even when they’re busy they never skimp over the quality.

Who loves coffee? This guy loves coffee that's who. So it's been a little while since I've had Tim's and someone said that just after minimum wage went up Tim's coffee seemed watered down. I don't agree with that, they must have switched to a lighter roasted bean because it doesn't taste as strong as it used to. Regardless of that their coffee is still really good and although I'm not a huge fan of donuts I tried one and it was actually pretty tasty so win/win in my book, enjoy

Easily the best Tim Hortons. They are almost always slammed but yet they get my coffee out faster than the dead Dunkin Donuts down the road. Not only that they are always kind and courteous and I also cannot recall the last time the messed up my order, probably never. Hopefully the management stays the same because it is top notch!

A few employees are outstanding with their customers!!! The Tim Hortons in Medina NY needs a bigger parking lot!!!! Cars line up almost ever day on the side of the road :/ BRING BACK CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP AND HOT APPLE CIDER PLEASE!!!! ;)

Can't get enough of my Tim Hortons. Today I tried the foam bubble tea cold brew strawberry cold brew. Definitely not recommended. I think I took one step and I was good I'll stick with my regular coffee from now on no sugar for me.

Fast service...good coffee and other bakery items. We tried the oat milk cinnamon sugar lattes and the avocado toasts today. Both were good - the avocado spread was a bit skimpy for what they are charging but it seems like all the prices are getting higher and higher everywhere. With no one wanting to work, help wanted hiring signs at just about every business and having to pay employees around $15.00 an hour, l guess the prices had to be raised - but fast food places like Tim's are getting mighty steep for what you get ...

Timmy's is the only coffee shop I go to. Their products are always fresh and delicious. Iced Capps are the only coffee I drink and they have so many varieties as well as ability to make them light, which I like.

The drive thru line is always like just about always out to the road they should have two order spots like McDonald's everyone loves there coffee though lol but the new waffle sandwiches are soo good wish they served breakfast all day!!!

Very honest workers, I left my Rewards card there and today they gave it to me. They also said I had earned a free cup that day but also gave me my money back. Great people!!!

Parking a bigger pickup truck in the parking lot can be a chore. Not good traffic flow leaving lot. Some trucks park on the road and then it creates a problem for visibility when leaving. The food and coffee is good. Only one bad experience with a mocha latte that had no taste.

The food is great, as are most Tim Horton's, but the Medina TH has the worst service I've ever experience in the chain. I don't blame the employees, they're poorly trained. It's the owner or managers. It also the tiniest TH I've ever seen.

Love tim hortons coffee something about it makes you keep coming back lol the food is ok if the person cooking and preparing everything is actually decent at doing it other then that i mainly come for the coffee and a bagel, ice cap once in a while! Ice coffees are pretty good as well lol

This location always seems unorganized and confuse. I never seem to get what I order or they need to ask me to repeat offer. Food quality and price are fine.

Drive thru was very sloy

Usually good at their drive-thru ,but the other day they had way to many hands in the pot. I only got half my order and the coffee was colder then usual.

Normally we have good fast service. Not so much lately. This morning trash can in drive thru was over flown. Trash in parking lot. & they just throw our hash Browns in the bag with no wrappers. Very unsanitary...

Don't expect to get breakfast before 6 am .you can get coffee at 4:30 but forget getting donuts,bagels, breakfast sandwiches, etc. In the morning . Have you ever heard of a breakfast place that doesn't serve breakfast? This is definitely not the 1st time this has happened. Idk what day Dani works but she is the best 1 there and if she isn't the manager she should be because what there doing now is not working. Dani is always polite and knowledgeable. The others are very cocky.

Coffee was good as were the walnut crunch donuts. The employee had a real bad attitude and hardly spoke and never said "thank you" for my order. Thinking twice about returning.

They were ok it was odd that they don't offer a military discount like other Tim Hortons do.

Too busy to hear and get the order correct. Slow down and listen. Or it's your drive through speakers. And the drive way parking lot..that is a reflection your so busy, taking in money but cannot fix the parking lot holes, rock pits Lockport on Transit as well.

Whenever I go there I ask for bacon on either my wraps or sandwich and everytime I get sausage! Which I usually wouldn't mind but for some reason I get sick when I eat there sausage. I don't know why. So I always end up wasting the food and just give it to a family member or a co-worker. I'm tired of paying for food that I can't even eat. There is only 2 employees there that actually pay attention to what you order. The others are always just trying to rush you and don't pay attention!

I often find an egg shell in their cooked egg. They also cheap with cream cheese. However, the employees who take orders and cash out are nice.

Just ordered coffee here. Only 1 other person in drive through other than myself and my coffee still came to me totally wrong....i wish they would hire someone with more than a 5th grade education or comprehension skills....

I love the food. But the service, especially after the high school employees arrive sucks. They are more interested in gabbing with each other than making food correctly or serving it in a timely manner. I wouldn't take a child under 10 there during those times the employees get quite inappropriate in their loud discussion

Coffee and food good, service is always slow. Amazing how so many employees can find so many things to do that doesn't include waiting in customers in-store. Drive through is definitely faster.

11-22-19 3:30pm Just left this place probably 3 minutes ago on my way back to albion. We went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 apple fritters, some broccoli and cheddar soup and an everything bagel with Strawberry cream cheese. The drive thru was incredibly slow, ended up putting it in park between cars. When we finally go up to the speaker the employee struggled to take our order and told us to hold on. When we finally got to the window the employee there almost gave us two coffees instead of our order. When the bag was handed to us the bagel was placed in sloppily on top of the soup. The soup was over flowing, the lid was half off and the bag was covered in soup as well as the bagel. Before we pulled out we showed the employees the soup and how it was placed in the bag and they didnt even offer an apology and acted confused as why we were still in the drive through. They handed us like 4 napkins and closed the window. Probably will not be returning to be honest. This was NOT worth our money.

Tim Hortons in Albion NY has a terrible owner! Every complaint you make never gets addressed by him/her! The corporate office says they will get in touch with you, yea don't hold your breath waiting because it never happens! 😡

This place is gross. Filthy. I ordered a donut. They handed me it, then got out a flyswatter to get rid of a bug flying in the case where the donuts are??!!!!! They were making someone’s sandwich on the counter which was full of scraps, crumbs, old lettuce… counter looked like it had not been cleaned at all between prep. Why isn’t it cleaned and a fresh paper towel put down between each preparation. Dirty, unsanitary. Gave my donut back after the fly swatter was used in the case. Surprised the board of health has not been in.

We were first in line and the young man was filling an order for the man behind us, I placed our order of 2 med coffee and 2 for $6. Breakfast sandwiches. We got our coffee and our sandwiches were erased from the screen. So ,our sandwiches were not being made. I waited a bit ,then asked if someone was going to make our sandwiches? The young man apologized and gave us free donuts. Another lady made our sandwiches. It was not a great experience. It took a while to get our sandwiches, they ran out of eggs. They had to make more eggs, my sandwich lay on the counter and was cold when we finally got them. Shame, shame

I generally don't complain about fast food restaurants, because it's often hard to find enough employees. The staff here was polite and helpful. And the food was fine. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself wasn't good. The floor was filthy, there was all kinds of stuff over the counters on the tables, and there were stacked tables and chairs in one corner. I really, really wish they would clean more often and try to make a better presentation.

Have messed up orders a few times now, cometely ruined green tea by adding cream when asked for only 1 sugar.

4 th car in line had to wait 14:27 minutes for a coffee and bagel. Been here many times very slow here

So disappointed. The workers were confused by the smallest questions. I was never at a Tim Hortons before but after this experience I will not be at one again.

My opinion is Tim Horton's is hiring kids that are too young to be managers they don't have experience they don't know how to handle situations they're rude especially the new one on Military and 31 lots of problems going on there I spent $150 a week and every time I go my coffee is so screwed up too hot too cold not enough cream too much cream too much sugar not enough sugar what a mess

Very poorly run, lines out to the road and out the door. And most of the employees look like they're just standing around, very poor customer service.

Everytime you go to this location they mess up your order how can you not tell the difference between a blueberry muffin and a chocolate chip muffins. Please ask questions when you are interviewing these people cause they really don't know how to take and give the right order

We stop in to get coffee when we are in the area. We were there ten days ago and found chili on the floor. Other food and paper items were not cleaned up both inside and out. Trash bin outside needed to be emptied. The rest rooms were not cleaned also. We did not stay.

Showed up at 10:36pm for French Vanilla Cappucino, drive 20mins home to find it nothibg but water. Try to call to find out if I can get a new next time I'm able to come in but was unable to get anyone to answer after trying for 10mins. I check the website to make sure they are open & it states open 24hrs. I drive the 20mins back out there & main light is on & all drive thru lights are still on but noone answers where you or answers at the window. I drove to the front door to check hours & only sign concerning hours was for Thanksgiving along with day before & day after. I drove back thru drive thru to window & honked a few times but noobe still answered so i tried to call multiple times but noone still answered so I had to drive 20mins back home fuming mad bc not only did i not get my FRENCH VANILLA CAPPUCINO I'D ORDERED BUT I ENDED UP WASTING AN HOUR WORTH OF GAS & DRIVE TIME so now i have to try & reach a manager un the morning hoping they will remedy the issue & some how make up for all the wasted time & gas($$). I will post another review once I csn finally reach a manager about my experience.

This place is terrible. They constantly mess up my order. And their customer service is sucks. Not mention that they are incredibly slow. Every time I go there, there are literally people just standing around and it will be packed. I try to avoid this location if possible

Line was out to the ROAD! I go every morning and spend about a half hr in the drive thru from start to finish. And then I pull out and for the second time this week since monday my coffee was wrong!

The Tim Hortons in Medina New York is dirty. The restrooms are filthy. I don't think they ever clean. The kitchen were they prepare food was dirty. I have never been in a Tim Hortons dirty like the one in Medina New York. I have to tape the stars to rate. I don't want to give one star.

Order tea thru the drive thru. They gave me a tea bag in a cup of warm water, not brewed tea. I could have made that at home for about .15 cents, not $2.15.

Only gave a 1 because you have to. Worst tim Hortons around. I got a triple triple ice coffee. Couldn't even taste any sugar and the coffee was so strong you couldn't tell there was any cream in it and barely any Ice at all. Won't be going back there again.

I was there about 3pm I ordered a steak and cheddar cheese. No steak thawed out. I asked for a grilled chicken and again no chicken thawed out. So I assume for the turkey club no artisan bread. So I got it on a wrap that fell apart while trying to eat it. Behind the counter was a total mess.

3:30 pm ordered a LG tea and a LG DD total normally would be $4.94. We get to the window i hand them a $5 and he said i owe him 38 cents i asked him why so much, he basically gave me a dumb look. I said whatever I'm not going to argue over 38 cents. Do they hand me a tea and tried to give me a fancy latte. I said that's not mine. I ordered a DD. Lady got snotty and said idk what you order and almost tossed my drink at us. Mind you we were trying to be nice but waiting inline forever and dealing with not very nice brat kids can push your buttons. Apparently closing at 4pm was more important than taking care of people properly. I believe corporate needs to have a talk with someone.

Ive heard this specific Tim Hortons is pretty unclean but I decided not to take the comment so serious. Just yesterday I went in and ordered an iced coffee, I should have left when I noticed it smelled like wet dog in the restaurant but figured it could be due to a person and not necessarily the restaurant. Anyhow, after a few sips of my strange tasting coffee, I noticed a little black thing sticking to the inside of my cup, and it was a fruit fly. I am very turned off by this place, how is there a coffee business being ran here and the most used piece of equipment not being cleaned?

Some kind of service. Ordered four drinks that only come in one (small) size but asked if they could come in two large cups. I do it at every Tims and it is always fine, it fits and it's $10 for one drink. This guy gives me two empty large cups (on the side, he says) and asks me to pull around, while they make four smalls that I'm expected to empty myself and now I have all this extra trash in my car? That's four extra cups and lids that literally never needed to come into play. Thank god he didn't give me four extra straws, I don't need those turtles' souls on my conscience.

Worst coffee ever even the manager told me the girls are being lazy and keep adding the water to the coffee all you taste is water n cream not coffee. If many years are owner don't do nothing about it I'm about to report this place because you're not selling coffee you're selling water with cream

My daughter and I went thru the drive thru and she ordered a French vanilla cappuccino. As she was almost finished she discovered a large piece of plastic in her mouth that she almost swallowed. We went back and all they offered was her money back or a new drink. Really??? After contacting corporate there still has been nothing else done. She could have choked on that. Won't be going back. UPDATE - I DID CONTACT YOUR GUEST RELATIONS DEPARTMENT SND AND NOTHING WAS DONE. GOODBYE MEDINA TIM HORTONS.

I'd give no stars if it was a option my last 2 experiences at this location was terrible. The food sucked even the wrong food that I was given and they apparently don't know the difference between ham and bacon and don't know how to put more than one piece of turkey on a sandwich they serve nasty quality tomatoes and bread that was hard and rubbery. The place is dirty and constant flies in the store and sticky floor

I don’t know what’s happened within the last month but I can’t get espresso that doesn’t taste like water. I get 3 shots of espresso to mix with my protein shake and I literally can’t taste the coffee in it at all anymore. It used to be so strong I could barely taste the protein shake.

The last 4 times I have ordered bacon on my bagel, I get charged for it but they never add the bacon!!!! I guess we will no longer order food from this Tim Hortons! Edit: you guys should bring back the Nutella croissants so good!!!

Every time I come to this tim Hortons I ask for lots of whip cream, & only get a small dollop. This time I said something about it, & the response was "oh sorry I put too much coffee in, & no more whip cream would fit". Long line behind me so I just left. I will never go there again.
