I have not been to an Applebee's in years but got a gift card for Christmas and decided to go as one of our date nights and we actually had an amazing time. We got the 2 for $26 deal which comes with an appetizer, 2 entrees, and 2 soft drinks. Crazy great value so I was not expecting much for the quantity or quality of the food but it was delicious and such large portions. We both got boxes and can definitely make a second meal out of the leftovers (ex we chose the boneless wing appetizer that came with the 2 for $26 and it had 11 wings on the plate). We were really pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back. Service was great, the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly, and can't beat the value!

I ate there with my brother on 2/17/20. We took our time looking over the menu as there were MANY new things (we hadn't been there in a while). It was not easy to choose - many things looked interesting. He ordered the Quesadilla Burger and I had the BBQ Brisket Tacos. Both came with nicely cooked French Fries and all was very good. My tacos also came with Coleslaw. I love their Coleslaw because it isn't all runny with dressing. It is very clean and simple. For dessert we shared the Sizzlin' Caramel Apple Blondie which was very disappointing. It did not look like the photo. There was no drizzle on the ice cream which was already melting so fast when it was delivered to the table that it had fallen off the brownie. We both like blonde brownies, which I would say are closer to a chocolate chip cookie texture than cake. This one was very cake-like and didn't have much taste. The caramel applesauce didn't have enough apples or cinnamon, for sure not nearly as many apples as in the photo. And I hardly noticed the very few pecans. Definitely not as nice looking as the photo, in addition to the disappointing taste. Normally we say something while we're in the restaurant but we were too busy talking. We had a very nice waitress for our early dinner. It was not crowded or noisy, which we like, because it's easier to talk. Sometimes it can be noisy there with the open floor plan and the bar in the middle. I didn't notice until I uploaded the photo just now that one of my tacos was missing onion rings. I'm sure Applebees would have corrected that if I'd noticed it while we were there.

Alicia did great. She brought a great energy to the table, and made the experience great overall.

Very good restaurant! People that work here are nice when I went in earlier today, and the food was very good for Father’s Day! Mozzarella sticks, Sweet and Spicy Chicken Sandwich, the fries, and the drinks are very good! I definitely will recommend this place to everyone!

When we see Bethany at the bar, we know it’s going to be a great night!! She’s quick, efficient, and always has a good joke to tell! Shell is also a great personality and has amazing recommendations for mocktails and pairings.

I've never had a bad experience at Applebee's. I haven't been here for several years, but recently moved to a new area and have been to this location twice now. Staff is friendly, food is good and arrives fast, prices are reasonable. It might be just another chain restaurant but is definitely my go-to if I need a good meal and a couple beers without breaking the bank.

The restaurant was very busy when I was there on a Sunday afternoon. I wasn't sure if it would be the most pleasant atmosphere. Thankfully, that was not the case. Went to Applebee's 6/23/25. New manager, new employees and none of them are customer friendly. Asked for water w/lemon and after 20 minutes still did not have water. Asked to have the table rewashed as it was dirty, 15 mins later table still dirty. Ordered the bacon burger with applesauce instead of fries (no problems the last 2x I ordered the same meal) and the manager said no. When I told her I've gotten it previously she said it figures and rolled her eyes. She refused to let me get applesauce and we still didn't have our drinks so we got up and left. Table of 4 next to us sat 20 minutes and waitress still did not acknowledge them being there so they got up and left as well. If this is going to be the norm for the new management then I see them losing a lot of business. Update 7/2/2025: new manager Mike contacted me regarding my negative review. He was apologetic and wanted to make it right. He asked me to come in again and give it another try so I did. The bacon cheeseburger was the juiciest one I ever had and I did get my applesauce. The waiter was very friendly, competent and attentive. I appreciate the issue being handled professionally and quickly so I will be going back again. Thank you so much Mike for giving me a way better experience! .

Our families favorite place to eat! We especially enjoy late night weekend family dinners. Employees are great with our kids from older to younger which is so appreciated! We ALWAYS have a huge order and huge family and they are always very accomidating with us. Thank you for being kind!

No biggie except there were 4 tables open and clean (that I saw) in the dining area the whole we waited. They also made 2 people wait to be seated at hightops in the bar area. We were seated right away, and we requested a booth when they were going to seat us at a table. Our server was very polite and took our drink and food order within minutes. Unfortunately, he was replaced by a different server, as it was the end of his shift. He waved goodbye and smiled. It's a shame he couldn't finish serving us. He was very nice and likely would've received a nice tip. The lady that took over was equally as nice and attentive. I ordered a Mich Ultra tall glass, which was on special. Hubby had a Labatt Blue Light, and the frosted glasses are a good added touch. We ordered breadsticks with alfredo sauce and French onion soup(very good). I ordered a new dish, four cheese macaroni & cheese with hot honey tenders. It was very good, but the temp was only tepid. My husband had chicken & broccoli alfredo, which he said was tasty, but the alfredo sauce was on the thin side, and again, the temp of the food was lukewarm. He ordered an extra side of alfredo sauce, which had an extra charge. Maybe we should've mentioned it being thin, cause I don't think we should've been charged. The appetizer and soup were very nice temp wise. We shared a dessert of mini chocolate bundle cake with vanilla ice cream...yummy. We did have to request our table be wiped down it was sticky, and it wasn't that busy, so more attention should be paid in regards to cleanliness.

Our experience got off to a rocky start. It took quite a while for the hostess to acknowledge that we were there and to be seated. Once seated it took a little while longer for the waitress to take our order, but that is where it ended. From then on out the service was amazing! I wish I had remembered the waitresses name because she did an awesome job and should be commended for it. She did an amazing job attending to us and getting our food out to us in a timely manner. Great job!

Went here for dinner with my fiance one night. The place was so packed that our chairs were running into the chairs of the tables behind us, I wish they would space them out a little bit more. It was ok. It wasn't very busy which was nice. Yet the hostess wanted to sit us on the booth and high chairs right next to another family, so we asked to move over one. Then we ordered the 3 course meals. Great value by the way. Food was great and the normal size portions. However...... Salads came out first , which was great, but then the appetizers came out less then 2 min later.... So needless to say our appetizers got cold before we could get to them. And half way through the appetizers, 5 min after we started on them the meal came. So a little spacing would be nice. Also took FOREVER to get drink refills. A little tweaking and it would have been awesome!

I have had some BAD experiences at Applebee's before, but not today. The restaurant was clean. My waiter was clean cut. very presentable. Very outgoing. I love people like that when I go to restaurants. Makes the rest of my day good. My rack of ribs was soooooooooooóo good!

The menu provides a good understanding of what is gluten sensitive. However, they do not have gluten-free rolls or bread to go along with the gluten sensitive options.

Kitchen was a disaster, waiter kept blaming kitchen for the mistakes. They didn't seem to have enough staffing to keep up with how busy they were, yet they allowed the hosts to keep piling on more tables. I ordered a steak as did my mother and both were cooked wrong. It was still enjoyable,, but not a restaurant I would go out of my way for.

Food was acceptable and tasted good. Everything came out hot. My only complaint is that the table we sat at was so old and worn that the entire thing was sticky! We were literally peeling everything off the table, which really created a bad experience.

While the friendliness and attentiveness of the server was exceptional. The bathroom was clean and actually a well thought out design as far as placement of things. The food was nothing to be gung-ho about. It was fresh but portion wasn't so great compared to cost, and texture/flavor nothing to write home about.

The pictures on the menu really deceive a persons expectation when it comes to portion sizes and the way the food should look. Our waiter was so very patient with us & he was very attentive & very personable. Service was great & the atmosphere was enjoyable. I would recommend this place for people who are looking for a nice meal with good atmosphere. Just understand that the menu exaggerated as far as portion sizes . But the food is tasty no complaints there. Lots of parking even for handicap spaces right up by front doors.. Big Plus

Our server was 1st day out of training .. she wasn't paying attention... Brought all the wrong food. I had a talk with her and told her I understood the 1st day on his own. But he needed to pay attention to the customer and look at them that will help him get it right.. he thanked me and I gave him a good tip so he would always remember our talk .. good luck Javier

I took my family here today (7/20/21). Time of day 3:30pm. So it was pretty empty. The waitress was good. For the most part the food was good with just one problem. My wife and I asked for well done burger's. We recieved two live cows instead. These burger's were not pink but red. When they ask you if you want a little pink or no pink,just tell them to make sure they cook it. Never going back. Not the first disappointment from location.

They are doing a good job on the social distancing and wearing gloves (except the bartender). The menu is limited which means they increase their prices. Update: April 24. I asked for a table. Was told no problem. Oh wait you said s table not booth. Yes I did. Is that a problem. No we have a lot of booths..tables. She proceeded to seat us at a booth. Our "waitress" was terrible. Took forever to come to our table. Took our order. Brought more silverware but no drinks Took a long time to bring drinks. Spilled one of the sorry..let me get you napkins. Brought the appetizers which she handed us instead of putting them on the table. When our food came again she handed us our plates. Didn't say becareful. This will be the last time we go there. For the prices and amount of food and the service.. never again!!!

Chicken Alfredo was a big plate. Chicken was of decent size. Was filling but all that Alfredo sauce was too much.

Got a take out from this establishment a month ago. Had to wait over an hour after order was supposed to be ready. When we arrived home we discovered errors in the order. I called later in the week and spoke to a manager who offered me a credit. Yesterday I tried to claim the credit and it has mysteriously vanished. They claim someone else came in and used my name two separate times and was given my credit. How someone would know about the credit attached to my name is something they can't explain. Tried to blame me though by saying I must have had someone pick something up for me. They did not ask for id just gave the credit away. Now I am told I am out of luck. Horrible way to do business or maintain customers! They have lost me and my regular business and I advise you to avoid this place at all costs. UPDATE: I spoke with a district manager today who was extremely helpful. She sent me a digital gift card and promised to address this issue with the individual location. Kudos to Deb for excellent customer relations! My updated three stars are an average of initial experence (0) and most recent contact (5+).

Restaurant was very cold. Their onion soup was too salty and the bread in the soup was like mush.

We went at lunch time and there was hardly anyone there. We thought, perfect! Our waitress was good and very attentive, but it took forever. Thank goodness I didn't have to worry about being back on time....a quick lunch I thought would be 35-50 minutes. We were there for almost an hour and a half. Aside from that, the food was good, the waitress was nice and attentive, it just took too long for an empty restaurant.

I'm not one to write reviews but this was the final straw. My son and I went there for dinner tonight at his request and the food was atrocious. The burgers were cold and the fries tasted like they've been sitting around for a while. I've heard from a few people that this place has slowly declined over the last couple years. I have never ran into a problem until tonight. But definitely wasn't worth what I paid for it. Just being honest something better change. Don't get me wrong I used to love the food there but something changed over the last couple years. (Not talking about just this one) Sorry for the bad review but I feel as though it needed to be said! Everything else was great except for the food!

I had difficulty trying to place my order online and had a few questions. I spoke with Mike, a new manager of about a month, and he answered my questions and took my order. He was wonderful to deal with and never rushed me, even with him being busy (it was a Friday night). Mike was the bright spot of a somewhat difficult time i had with the Applebee's website. I was extremely frustrated with the problems I was having but he made good for the aggravation I had. Mike is a definite asset to Applebee's and should be recognized for handling situations in a very professional matter. He deserves an A+ from me. That is a score that is not easily achieved these days. Managers today rarely take the time to listen to a customer's issue and resolve them fairly. Mike took the time by listening to my concerns and addressing them in a manner that was satisfactory to us both. As far as the meals were concerned, I have mixed feelings. I ordered the two for $25 deal (I get 3-4 meals out of it). Some of the boneless wings for the appetizer were tough, while some of them were very tasty. The first entree was the 6oz. sirloin steak with garlic mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Since I didn't know how Applebee's coleslaw would be, Mike decided to give me double mashed potatoes and a small cup of coleslaw for me to try, which was a great decision on his part, in case I didn't care for the coleslaw. That way, I wouldn't be out an entire side. I did like the coleslaw (not my favorite, though) and would order it again. I always enjoy their mashed potatoes. The steak, however, was burnt, tough, and dry. I couldn't even eat it. I have had their steak many times and it has always been good but this was the worst steak I ever had at Applebee's. I let Mike know about everything and he will make good on my next order. The Oriental Chicken Salad was delicious except that this time it had mostly iceberg lettuce and very very little romaine, which was disappointing, especially since it should consist of more romaine than iceberg. I feel the cooks are not as good as in the past, but if they can improve on that, it would make a huge difference. I cannot rate the atmosphere since I only picked up the meals at the drive-thru window. Also, I signed up for Club Applebee's and received an email with a code to use for a free appetizer. I went to use the code but it said "invalid code" so I did not receive a free appetizer...don't know what's going on with that but again, another glitch with the Applebee's website. If my review was strictly about management at this Applebee's, it would have been 5 stars but since it included other things, I could only give it 3 stars.

When I ordered the waitress did not take the complete order. So she didn't bring everything I wanted. Once we got our food we couldn't eat because we had to wait on silverware and napkins. That was approximately 10 minutes. When the food came it wasn't the complete order and I figured that she would bring the rest of the food. I said nothing and nothing else was brought out. Once we got the bill I realized that she had not written down the complete order. While we were there a couple across the aisle from us got their food and they had to wait for their silverware. They were not that busy. I was really disappointed with them. They used to be good. I don't think that I will be going back there anymore.

I was there this past Sunday. I sat at the bar due to being by myself because I travel for work. My bartender was awesome. My issue was the food. I ordered the 8oz steak. It was gray. No joke. Tasted terrible but I was in a rush. I have never experienced something like that in my life. And my side of mashed potatoes were cold. I was very disappointed. As a veteran, I go there on Veterans Day and get the Veterans menu, the 6 Oz steak, and every year as the steak gets smaller until yesterday reached a new low. Barely 1 inch by 3 inches long, a tiny chunk served with potatos that tasted like soap, not to mention you still cant get broccoli after 2 months, is totally insane.. Lockport has never addressed the far seated, overflow area thats cold all the time. Everyone yesterday kept their coats on, and waitresses and management never think.to address this issue? Its been a problem for a few years, and gets ignored obviously. Applebees needs to put more $$ into their food and operations instead of millions spent on TV commercial "falsehoods".. Oh, and the management A.I. responses here are a show of insincerity which explains restaurant operations.

We did the 2 for $25 with the chicken parm Alfredo and grilled cheese burger. My Alfredo tasted like wet noodles, no flavor. The toast with the burger was burnt so we sent it back, so they served us one on bread which had toasted for maybe 10 seconds and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Felt like an unprofessional gesture from the cook in a way. The “tangy bacon sauce” was like a spicy bbq sauce, nothing bacon about it. The server was nice but after another server took our empty cups she didn’t notice that I was without a drink for much of the meal. We were disappointed in this meal.

Where do I begin.., Seated near the door and with it open and closing so much it was uncomfortably cold Took forever to get our food and I would have sent mine back but did not want to wait another 40 minutes to get my food I will add a photo of the chicken quesadilla to show you what I was served. The booth that me and my family sat in was first of all nasty. The cracks were literally filled with old food and crumbs. The prices for the kids menu was ok, we had three kids with us. My husband and I both got the honey chicken Mac and cheese, it was way overpriced, cold, and super liquidy. I almost thought it was soup. We also got an appetizer for the table, we got the pretzels with cheese. The cheese was literally freezing. We asked the waitress to warm it up for us and she did, but when she came back out with it I swear it was colder. We didn’t end up eating it. The waitress was nice, but for some reason it always takes forever for the food to come out. We waited for our food for 45 minutes and it wasn’t even that busy. I’m usually not one to nit pick and complain but this was our 2nd or 3rd time here in the last month and we’ve had these issues all three times, so we will not be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the third time in recent months my husband and myself have come here and have been disappointed by the quality of food. It's declined severely over the past couple of years. They need new cooks in the kitchen. They don't know how to cook a steak, keep food warm, and send out food that shouldn't be served. I kept trying to give this location a chance because the servers are awesome but I'm not going to keep wasting money

This has been the second time I have gotten food poisoning. First time was from the spinach and artichoke dip and then just yesteday we ordered on DoorDash and not only was the orders made wrong. Burger wasn’t well done, coleslaw in my sweet chili sandwich that was requested not to have. But not even 2 hours after eating it I am incredibly sick from it.

Never going back here. Cold food, miserable staff, dirty. Not worth half of what I spent for “dinner” tonight.

So my wife wanted to go out for dinner tonight, so we decided on Applebee's, since we haven't been there in years! So we walked in, and it wasn't very busy. We were seated quickly, and the service was good. We ordered our food, and that's when it went bad. My wife ordered a half order of ribs with mashed potatoes, I ordered the 4 cheese mac cheese with pepper chicken tenders . First off, the ribs had almost no meat, and the potatoes were cold!!!!! And my order wasn't much better, the penne noodles that they used for my Mac n cheese were also cold!!! The cheese sauce had the consistency of water and absolutely no flavor. The tree chicken tenders that came with it were the smallest I've ever seen!!! And if that wasn't bad enough, when I was cutting up the chicken tenders, wait for it!!!!!! I found a hair in my food!!!!!!! That was it, I was done after that. So, zero quality control, we definitely won't be going back to Applebee's again. I would definitely not recommend eating there.

This review is mostly for the parking lot. It gets worse and worse every time i’ve gone. The potholes are so bad it’s absurd. I bent my rim on my last visit. 2 giant ones in the entrance. Then when you pull in it’s like playing avoid the potholes. Won’t return until it’s fixed. Sorry.

Only come here if you want to completely obliterate your vehicle with deep potholes through the entire parking lot. This is absurd that an establishment would allow their customers to put the cars at risk. These potholes have been here for a substantial amount of time. Will not be back until this is fixed.

First time ordering for pick up, we usually eat in the restaurant. Wife ordered 2 dinners for pick up. Pick up line was very long and extremely slow. Finally got order only to find when she got home that she was missing the potatoes and vegetables on her crunch shrimp order. My order was a bacon cheeseburger with no bacon. Doesn't anyone check the orders beforehand? Obviously not! ...and the food was COLD. We visit this Applebee's a couple of times a month...will have to reconsider this in the future. Very disappointed.

Today's review: My experience today was so disappointing I may never go back. We realized that it was toward the end of lunch peak hours and holiday shoppers are out, but today's wait experience was unacceptable. We (2 people) were told there would be a 15-minute wait. No problem. We went to the bar where we were then told was also 15 minute wait for any service. Surprised, but again no problem. As sat we noticed there were a few empty tables, including a booth, that all look clean, yet we were never seated. A family came in 5 minutes after us and were also told 15 minutes to wait. As we sat and watched employees move about the restaurant, no one made any attempt to seat us. Finally, after 15 minutes, the hostess just came over to the family that came after us and seated them at the booth! At that point we just left. The hostess apologized as we were leaving, but by then we had waited for no reason and then bypassed and were too hungry to wait longer. Previous review: Service was just OK. Food was fine, except some chips were stuck together and stale tasting.

If I could give 0 star I would. The wait staff attitude was horrible. There was nothing appetizing about the appetizer. We ordered the spinach dip which was over microwaved the first time, the second time was just a little better. The boneless chicken wings were hard. I ordered the steak and shrimp. The steak was to be medium well but came well done. The second steak was better but shrunk in size. Do not eat at this place.

We went here for dinner last Saturday. It was disgustingly dirty and didn't even smell clean. We were seated in the section where you have to walk up the stairs next to the bar all the way to the back. The table was dirty and the wall next to where I was sitting had some sort of white food dripping down it among other things. I wanted to leave but my kids had their hearts set on the ribs. The entire time we were there at least 4 staff and the manager were watching a game and talking loudly right next to me. The ONLY good thing about our time there was our waiter. I was shocked at how downhill this place has gone. It needs to be redone and deep cleaned badly. I'm surprised it passes inspection.

The food is always good but the service has decreased by a lot me and my wife were about to walk out because lack of communication by the manager on duty and the host they put us where there were no servers appointed and 3 servers saw us and no one decided to ask us if we been helped or not I finally talked to a manager and all they offered was a free desert... I really don't want free stuff time is more expensive to me. The server he put to help us was rude and never stopped by only to drop off what we ordered that's it

Let me start out by saying how much of a joke this place is over all. The management is horrendous specifically the general manager just ask the employees they will tell you directly. Trying to speak to a manager is almost impossible and once you do get the general manager on the phone he trys to strong arm you on everything he's right and you are always wrong. I've spoke with employees directly and all of them have made it abundantly clear that he does not care about his employees or customers just about his own paycheck. The lack of training the employees are receiving along with terrible hours has created a whole new applebees full of hatred. This used to be such a great place to be and now you couldn't pay me enough to come back here for a meal. Between the terrible hostile work place for these employees (that you can hear the arguments in the dinning room) and the overpriced over or under cooked food I'm not sure why anyone would willing spend there time or money here. Do better applebees it's sicking what is happening to the literal kids and young adults working here I feel bad for them.

Spinach artichoke dip was burnt. All other appetizers were cold. Drinks were perfect and the burger and chicken were good as well.

I never leave reviews because places and people sometimes have bad days and that's not a good reason for a bad review.... I'll make an exception here. I don't think I have ever waited 45 minutes to receive drinks , another 20 minutes for the appetizer and as I'm writing this, still no food. The odd thing is, that we saw other people far earlier than us getting food and taken care of so I can only assume our waitress was to blame. That being said I will never be coming back here and from reading other reviews, it does not sound like this is a one off. Be warned. EDIT: 90 minutes since we were seated and waitress comes to the table for the first time in 45 minutes to tell us she's surprised the food isn't done yet, no I'm apology for the long delay. This is the worst dining experience in 30 years of going out. At this point I'm more interested to see how much longer it takes for the entertainment

I ordered the 2 for 25 online I was eating my side salad and I found this in it. My food was cold not very good.

Food is subpar. Taste like everything is made from frozen foods. Definitely will not eat here again! Finally hair on the chicken quesadilla🤮

Was a shit experience. I ordered a simple grilled chicken tender salad with cheese replaced with onion. The first time, the chicken was too salty. We(me and my fiancée) got it remade. The lettuce was stale, and there were no tomatoes. We got it remade a third time. They replaced most of the lettuce with cabbage and the chicken was back to being salty and dry. It's a simple salad.

Wanting to seat us at a small table on an outside corner. When I asked if another table was available the hostess said no! Many open tables! We went elsewhere

Went to pick up my order and was informed they wanted to make aure I had my ID before making the drinks for my PICKUP ORDER. So they handed me my entrees through the window. My bourbon chicken was not closed properly during bagging and all the juices ran out into the bag on my lap. I was kept waiting for over 15 minutes while they made a few simple drinks while my food got cold. A $100 order even a $10 tip and non of it was edible by the time we got home with it. Drinks were terrible and definitely not worth the wait. Any positive reviews you see are bots. This place is terrible. Rude staff, rude manager and no reach back about a refund. Save your money and go to Wagner's.

On 2/13/26 we stopped in around 915ish to have dinner after our bowling league. Sad but true we left at 1030 due to the fact we still did not receive our food. Sad to see others being served that were seated 15 or 20 mins after us. If they were crazy busy I'd have a better understanding but they were not. Pretty bad we left with an empty stomach at such a late hour never again stay away from here

I came today to grab my food and had to drive behind a person who was standing and ordering food through the window! Why are we allowing people to go through the drive through WITH NO CAR! That’s extremely dangerous and scary that they let people do this PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND SAFE when picking up orders from Applebees! I normally never write reviews but this keeps happening to me EVERYTIME I come through the drive through. I am either waiting behind a person in no car at the drive through or when I am pulling out I watch someone go up to the window and stand there waiting! I’ve never known any place with a drive through that allows people to go through it with no car and order they should have to go inside or drive up with a car!

Every time I went there the food was cold. I went for the last time 2 years ago. I ordered all you can eat ribs, shrimp and chicken. The ribs were drowning in sauce, inedible. My wife hadn't gotten her shrimp yet and I told the waiter my ribs had way too much sauce he said they were a little heavy handed. I ordered the shrimp, he asked my wife if wanted something more. She hadn't even gotten her first order. My last visit EVER.
