Everytime we go here it's a great experience! The service is always excellent as well, by far one of our favorite places to go 😃 Comfortable mood lighting , comfortable booths. We had the peach Bellini tea and raspberry lemonade to drink they need to be stirred to get the correct temperature but they both tasted very good. The Zuppa Toscana soup is filled with potato, sausage, and kale and is by far the best one. We got the chicken Alfredo with broccoli ( with the crispy chicken fritta) and the baked chicken tortellini Alfredo and enjoyed them both. The best appetizer we've had so far is the toasted ravioli , it's cheesy,meaty, and crispy! And best dessert is the chocolate lasagna. Speaking of bests, although all our servers have been pleasant Deja is by far the best, a true Rockstar!

Great to go on a weekday evening. Our server Karyn was very helpful and attentive all throughout our dinner. She was knowledgeable and helped us choose some wine for the night with some tasters. We didn't have to wait very long for anything after being seated tonight which is a nice contact to other nights where we've had to wait a bit to get our plates out. Knowing when to time things makes a difference on services so that wait staff can accommodate the guests needs adequately. We had never-ending pasta, soup, salad, bread sticks, and dessert with ours drinks, some wine and a mixed drink. We never had to wait for service or refills, Karyn was right there to check in before we could worry about anything whatsoever. One downside would be that additional vegetables for your never-ending pasta is actually an extra charge we weren't aware of but is offered while ordering. For amount of vegetables however it may be worth it to get depending on the tastes of the individual. Fair warning, if you get asparagus it is chopped into smaller (bite size for the pasta) portions and blanched so for sensitive palates it may come off as too undercooked and bitter. I do wish they had grilled or sauteed as an option but I found it alright since I enjoy a fresher crisper veggie but my friend dining with does not. Overall everything was fresh and cooked well, definitely satisfying for a night out with your housemates.

We had dinner at Olive Garden in Menifee with my wife, mom, and son. It took about 30 minutes to be seated, but once we sat, the warm breadsticks hit the table—soft, buttery, and delicious. We ordered Alfredo and marinara dips; both were flavorful, with the Alfredo being our favorite. For drinks, I had a Blue Moon on tap and my wife chose the Peach Bellini, and both were refreshing. I ordered the Stuffed Chicken Marsala, and it was very satisfying. My wife had the Shrimp Scampi—light and garlicky. My mom chose the endless salad, which was fresh and came with that signature zesty dressing, and I had the Zuppa Toscana soup—rich, creamy, and loaded with sausage and kale. My son got his go-to chicken fettuccine Alfredo and loved it. The service was kind and attentive throughout our meal. Portions were generous, and we had to take some home. Overall, a great experience for the whole family—classic flavors, big portions, and cozy vibes.

Olive Garden is typically our go to pasta restaurant. As a family we’re creatures of habit and we typically order the same thing every time we go here. I always order the seafood Alfredo and the zuppa toscana soup. Pasta is also Al dente and the seafood is fresh so no complaints really there except they don’t pour enough sauce in my opinion. The zuppa toscana the last couple of times we came I seem to get the left over bits and pieces of potato’s, sausage, and kale. When I ask for a refill on the soup it’s the same thing… kinda odd but it is what it is at that point. Service is always great. Our waiter/waitress is always on point and is always asking to if we need a refill on something. Ambiance is good. It doesn’t get too loud which is a plus. Other than that it was an excellent experience. Definitely try it out if you haven’t been.

AMAZING FOOD w/ service that lacks... I had an incredible culinary experience when it came to my food quality. Only the salad looked a little sad and the lasagna fritta was a little too store-bought. I ordered the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl (as one does) and the food tasted great (rigatoni w/ five cheese marinara & fettuccine alfredo). Unfortunately, the service affected my visit. I'm a little disappointed as my waitress waited a long time before returning to my table to ask if I wanted a second round of pasta! I guess the goal is to wait until you're full? I mean, I would've asked for a second round had I seen her if that's the policy here. I just felt like this location was skimping and trying to be stingy! It's not like I'm ordering the entire restaurant. I usually go for three or so rounds of pasta as the bowls are INCREDIBLY small after the first round. It's unfortunate that this occurred as the food was so good, I felt like they made me wait and it's not a good feeling. Overall, I much prefer other locations when it comes to service. The location is still new, it's quite bustling after 2pm. It's a mellow Olive Garden, they had soft Italian music and classic covers playing in the background.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. And my spaghetti and meatballs came out fast noodles were cooked very good meat sauce was good but the meatballs were not that good ( frozen ). Salad was okay. ( needed more veggies ). The breadsticks were good and so were the fried mozzarella but they never refilled my drink. My waitress was friendly and it was very clean inside the restaurant

My family had been craving Olive Garden for a while but it was alright. This location has only been open for a couple months. When we arrived at 7pm on a Friday it was a two hour wait for 8 people. It ended up only being an hour though. New, gorgeous inside and out. I understand they are new and it was a busy Friday night but the service was not that great. The girls were nice but they forgot my brother's drink all together, and then they only brought half the food out at once. Half of us got the Tour of Italy but two of them looked a little dry and then the rest of our party had to wait like 15 more minutes for food. It was my sister's birthday. They had at least 6 people sing happy birthday to another party but when they sang to my sister it was only one waitress and they gave her dessert in a to go container. It was a mess. The only outstanding thing was that they made my sister's drink, an Italian Margarita, extra strong for her birthday and she thought it was really good.

I placed an online order for delivery, but the Alfredo sauce was missing. I called right away to inform them and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. After being transferred to the manager, the call was abruptly disconnected. When I called back and asked for the manager again, the person who answered claimed to be her, but didn’t provide a name. Her response was simply, “You can come pick a new one up.” If picking it up was an option, I would’ve done that from the start. I explained that I was on my lunch break and had to return to work, but she just offered a refund, without confirming when it would be processed or showing any real concern. I didn’t feel any sense of empathy or accountability. I expected better service, especially when a mistake was made on their end.

Visited three times for afternoon meals. First time excellent. Second time pasta and salad. Pasta had a minimum of meat sauce. Salad was basically chopped lettuce and two slices small tomato. Sodas and tea were overpriced. Third visit we were told no booths available and as we were seated a booth unoccupied was broken and not useable. 5 minutes after being seated others were seated there. Service was very slow and disconnected. Soup was very thin, after taking thirty minutes to come to the table. Salad was again chopped lettuce, two slices of tomato and one olive. Bread sticks were refilled after being asked . My partners pasta dish was stone cold. Again after a very long wait. Requested to speak to the manager and was unsatisfied how he responded to my polite complaints. Second and third vlsit told us to spend our money a block away ar a variety of other places.

Do not order the food to go or catering. I ordered for my party and did delivery. I ordered a tray of mozzarella. They failed to give me the dipping sauce. It’s very expensive to do delivery and get the catering that we should have what we ordered. They asked me to drive and pick it up. I was unable to and said without the suace it doesn’t taste as good and it’s a waste for my party. They wouldn’t bring it. A differed a e gift card refund for the tray. They NEVER GAVE IT TO ME. I was sent an e gift card for a free appetizer after I order a whole meal. I don’t know if the manger failed to see it was a catering and not just an appetizer. It’s extremely disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this Olive Garden. I did a pick up order before and the manger had an attitude after making my order a half hour late. They do t have it together. Not for catering and not for pick up!! Also I should be getting the refund and still do not have it! Disappointed

I strongly advise caution when placing to-go orders through this restaurant’s website. Based on my recent experience, I do not recommend ordering takeout here. On 11-24-25 , after a long day at work, I placed an online to-go order. The website indicated that the order did not go through, which concerned me because the same issue had occurred a few days prior—yet that time, I received a notification hours later stating that my order was ready. Suspecting a pattern, I checked my bank account and saw a pending transaction for the exact amount of my order. I went to the restaurant to verify whether my order had been received. The hostess, who was polite and attempted to help, said she could not locate my order and would check with the manager. She returned twice to confirm that the transaction was showing in my account. When the manager Brandon came out around 6pm, he repeated the same questions I had already answered. Although I was tired and simply hoping to pick up my food, I provided the information again. The manager asked to see my phone to review the order, and then requested to see my bank account, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Despite showing him the pending transaction that matched the order total, he insisted that the pending status meant it “did not count” and offered no solution. At this point, my funds were already deducted from my available balance, yet I had no food and no assistance. Throughout this interaction, I felt disbelieved and treated in a manner that felt dismissive and, frankly, discriminatory. What should have been a simple resolution became an uncomfortable and frustrating experience with no accountability or remedy offered by management. I left upset, without my order, and with my time and money wasted. As a military veteran, I will be sharing this experience with friends and family to help them avoid a similarly distressing situation. I do not plan to return.

We visit Olive Garden today and it's quite disappointed cause I've seen so many good reviews about this restaurant at this location in Menifee, but I was sadly disappointed. My son ordered the lasagna and when the waiter brought it, he didn't tell my son it was hot so when my son to pick it up to move it closer to him, he ended up burning himself. Our waiter was always at the bar chitchatting with his coworkers and not worrying about our refills or bringing us more food cause I ordered that in the soup salad and breadsticks, which we only got one thing of breadsticks the whole time we were there we wouldn't get refills on our drinks. We only got one drink that came when he first brought it But other than that, I would give this location zero stars. Spend like $50 bucks and end with a trip to the hospital thanks

Olive Garden – 09/06/2025 This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had at an Olive Garden. Our server, Ariana, started things off by forgetting silverware and then giving us a condescending look when we asked for it, as if we were the problem. She got our order wrong because she didn’t bother clarifying, and when the mistake was addressed, she claimed her manager approved a “fix” that completely ruined my husband’s meal. The pasta was so watery it destroyed the entire dish, and somehow that was considered acceptable to serve. To make matters worse, Ariana never once came back to check on us—no drink refills, no water, nothing. At the end, she didn’t even bother to give us the mints that are supposed to come with every check. It felt like she just wanted to rush us out after serving us a ruined meal. The lack of basic service and professionalism here is beyond disappointing, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had at this location. If this is how management allows staff to treat guests and what they consider acceptable food quality, it’s no wonder this Olive Garden continues to disappoint.
