Coffee here tastes so good! I got a 16 oz hazelnut latte with an extra shot of espresso and surprisingly I was able to taste the hazelnut. Came here while visiting family in Cali, and wish Texas has this place.

The girls who work here are so nice! Had a very pleasant first experience, not from the area but I will be back! Cold foam is amazing, English toffee is a must try ❤️

Their bagels are like no other...they toast them like no one knows how ..they are amazing and made me a salted caramel latte perfect when it wasn't...they go out of their way to always leave you with a GREAT EXPERIENCE. LOVE LOVE THEM

I love this place. I give this place 5 stars, but for service I'm giving it 3 stars because when I order through Uber Eats, the majority of the time, my order goes unfulfilled. It used to only go unfulfilled once in a while, but now my order doesn't get fulfilled at least 8 out of 10 times. I haven't had that problem if I order anywhere else. I really think they can do better, especially as a money making establishment. Sometimes I don't have time to order in and wait. So ordering through Uber Eats is convenient for me. I would appreciate it if my order got fulfilled every time.

This place nails this plaza home. Not only are they the opposite of Starbucks ..in a great way ... Totally noncommercialized non-corporate and friendly to anyone to comes to the door despite their appearance or condition. You don't have to be worried about getting denied a glass of water at this place. And the coffee drinks in selection blow Starbucks out of the water in flavor and in variety. I was always a big fan of StarBucks but they fail in comparison. An extra plus is all of the baristas are absolutely gorgeous...inside as well as out.

I enjoyed the Funky Monkey Blended. It has peanut butter and chocolate and I love both of those items I also enjoy some of their different pastries including their small cheesecake.

I stopped by the rise to grind for a coffee and ended up getting a mocha latte iced and an avocado everything bagel with sun dried tomatoes and all the good seasonings .. toasted … very nice I sat out front on a cool summer day … the latte was good and the bagel was great .. the only complaint was no napkins but it was a busy spot and I can see why I really enjoyed my visit…

I’m currently sitting outside Rise to Grind on Scott Road. I’ve visited twice, and while the food and coffee have both been great, the service experience hasn’t quite matched. Both times I came in, the same two ladies were working, and they didn’t seem very happy to be there. It could just be the stress of the holiday season — everyone deserves a little time off — but it did affect the overall vibe. Because of that, I think next time I’ll try a different location. That said, the menu itself is solid, and I hope this location improves. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas.

Drinks are fine. They have all the straws packed into jars and not in protective paper. People’s fingers definitely rub all over the other straws. A little gross

I was so excited to try the iced matcha latte at this spot since it is close to work and they have great reviews but all I was really able to taste was the oatmilk. The breakfast sandwich on the other hand was pretty good and I liked that it was easily customizable on their online ordering platform!

The barista making the coffee dropped the cup on the floor and put it on the counter, she did not throw it away and poured coffee into it. I questioned her about it but she claimed to have thrown it away, but I never saw her. I did, however, notice that the cup that had fallen on the floor was no longer where she placed it. Once the drinks were on the counter I questioned her about the dirty cup and she said she always throws them away and I explained what I had witnessed. So she said, “I re-made your drink so that you’re not scared”. Ummm, I was not scared, I was grossed out. Anywho, just be sure to watch what happens because when people don’t think you notice, they do things that may not seem unsanitary. Not sure that I’ll be back to this location.

My husband went in today to get a drip coffee. He tried all the coffees and they were all cold. The barista was informed and he requested if she could brew a new pot of the medium roast. She initially refused saying she couldn't brew any more coffee. No reason given and it's barely 11am. She said instead that she could microwave the cold coffee which is a no for us. She finally conceded to brew a pot and picked up the pot for the medium roast while making a big deal of it and saying it was full and she'd have to drain the whole pot first. My husband watched as she opened the spout and after just a few seconds it started sputtering like it was already empty. As soon as she started brewing the pot she asked for his travel mug. He asked if she was going to pour his coffee from the initial brew and asked her not to do so because it would be too strong and bitter. She insisted she wasn't going to at first but then admitted that that was exactly what she was doing. We do love coming to both Rise locations but this is nowhere near the quality of service we are used to and is frankly shocking.

These girls have a attitude when they mess up your drink, and can't even get it right the 1st time. Management needs better training with customer service. Food/Coffee is 🔥 Will not be going back due to the many times I've gone there and the girls attitude is something to question.

There were two female baristas who were I’ll-mannered. Customer service jobs aren’t for everyone and it’s definitely something they should rethink. They talk loudly and rudely about previous customers. They don’t greet you warmly it’s like you’re an inconvenience when a customer shows up to order. They laugh at customers and complain. Will not be coming back because of how unwelcoming and rude the baristas were.

As she ran her fingers through her hair, I expressed my concern, asking why her hair wasn't covered and why she was touching it while handling my food. In response, she referred to me as "girl" and stated, "I've been working here for three years; I know what I'm doing." I acknowledged her experience but reiterated my concerns about hygiene, asking again why her hair was exposed and why her hands were in her hair near the food. She then said she did not want to argue with me. I replied that I was fine with that and requested a refund. She called me "girl" once more.
