First time trying the pizza. It was really good. I got the hot honey sauce and typing that sounds weird but it was such a good sauce to add. I got a pepperoni pizza and it was fantastic. The store was nice and clean and the employees were friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marcos Pizza went above and beyond for the community during such a difficult time. Their generosity in providing free pizzas for those affected in the area is truly heartwarming. Not only is their pizza delicious, but their kindness and community spirit make them stand out even more. A special shoutout to Ash, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process—such an amazing employee! Thank you, Marcos Pizza, for stepping up when it mattered most.

Tried out the Fiery Pepperoni pizza and was pleasantly surprised. Spicy with just the right kick to it. It reminded me of Round Table's Reign of Fire pizza from back in 2019 that I really enjoyed but they never brought back. Good price, there's a special that stacks with other specials, which is pretty rare to see these days, so that was appreciated, too. Just moved to the neighborhood and it's cool to finally have a Marco's nearby instead of 30+ minutes away. Will definitely order from again.

We had Marco’s Pizza today and had a great experience. Put in the order quick and wait time was not too bad. Fairly quick than expected. The man at the register was quick, nice and friendly. (I didn’t catch his name). The line was long and everyone seemed pleased with the wait time. Thanks!! 😊

This is our go-to pizza place. Every time we've ordered from here, we have not been disappointed. The pizza is always hot and meets our standards of good pizza. I do pick up, and anyone I've come across is always friendly and helpful. Marco's won us back over as customers. We used to go to the Scott location, and everything seemed to go downhill. The quality of the pizza wasn't good. Our pizza was usually burnt or barely any topping.

First time ordering at this particular, Marco’s. The pizza was good as usual but, the chicken wings! You guys you know those sat there all day. Come on, they were either a recycled order or you cooked ahead of time and they sat there because YUCK!! Hopefully it was just a fluke but, just kind of a warning to anyone else who wants wings from this pizza joint. Again Pizza was awesome, as usual! The wings sucked, disgusting, old looking in appearance too. They tasted like they were in the fridge for a week and then they reheated them.

Trying to understand what I ordered online had the word half above the toppings asked for. When I opened the box I saw what I got. Why do the toppings look so sparse in comparison to the photos in store and online. You ask better than the last Pizza Factory I had. If there is a next time guess I'll call to make myself clear.

This time I got notified, after the fact, that my dasher was otw. I’m sure they baked the tip and door dash fee in without my knowledge. Zero condiments at drop off. I get trying to cut costs but you should at least be upfront when passing on new costs to customers. Last time I order.

Don’t order the cinnamon squares. Tried then twice now and both times it was terrible. First time the whole middle section shrunk and left tiny hard crispy pieces. Tried them again yesterday and the man poured so much cinnamon on them. Like the lid broke and they poured the whole bottle on them. So over paying money for terrible food. Pizza is decent but hit and miss as well.

ATTN CORPORATE: Every time I order from this location I get an email saying "your pizza has been delivered," when nothing has been delivered. The pizza gets delivered 30 minutes AFTER I receive that email. That happens every single time. Going back through each order. This location continously gives false delivery times, for over 15 orders of mine spanning 8 months and I gurantee you that I'm not the only customer this happens to. Every single order takes from 48 minutes to an 1 hour and 15 minutes to be delivered after ordering. Please train your employees better to not send a false email.

I've gotten sick twice after ordering from this location, first time i gave Marcos the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't them because i ate a lot of junk food the day before an it could've been anything. Second time, i knew for sure it was Marco's because it was the only thing that i ate the day prior to getting sick. Getting sick once from their food, is bad. Getting sick twice in a 6 month period shows a level of incompetence with food handling that is likely persisting over a long period of time. Paid $30 for 2 days of vomiting and sitting on the toilet.

Ordered from this location 2 days ago not sure if they have a bug problem but I saw something weird in my breadstick and had to dig it out with a fork and it was this huge bug that was baked into the cheese

When you order a sausage pizza, you gotta put more than one on each slice. If they were larger sausages, I can understand. But the sauce and cheese were skimpy too so I'm guessing they put toppings on by weight? I was hoping for competition with Pizza Factory....

The cheese bread was flat and tasted like uncooked dough. The pizza was the same. Very disappointed. Probably won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Ordered twice from here when they first opened, and it was great. Really disappointed this time around. Ordered online for pick up 10 mins before closing. I have to wonder if they gave us a leftover pizza because it didn't taste fresh at all. Barely any cheese and crust was hard like it'd been sitting around. You can just tell when a pizza is old. I've had their pizza delivered before so I know how it tastes freshly baked. Plus, I ordered Parmesan cheese crust and got regular crust. It was too late to call them by that time, and we were tired and hangry. Glad we didn't add additional items to our order, like we initially intended to. Not sure if I'm more disappointed that we wasted $27 or that we now have to rule this place out as our go-to pizza place.
