Still and always the BEST taquitos! Most other Alberto's is changed their menu but this Albertos and the one on Hot Springs Road are like they were back in the day! 😀

Let me start by saying I’m from the home of the best Mexican food north of the border, San Diego. and we have tried MANY places in this area. None have met our standards until we tried this place! Carne asada is flavorful. Salsas are perfection. French fries have the perfect amount of crunch. We’re so happy we found this place!!

Came here about a week ago and ordered a breakfast burrito; was very good compared to some of the other spots nearby.

Stools were sticky. BUT, food is great and hours of op are perfect.

Ordered a chorizo burrito and the chorizo was over cooked and burnt. Very crunchy pieces. The fries seemed old. Definitely not going back.

Carne asada burrito was very salty when we ordered it. We arrived around 12pm noon and to our surprise unfortunately the high school let out early that day and it was jam packed in there, so much that we kinda rushed to order our food just to leave although we were hungry. The fries were good and reminded me of food truck fires and was seasoned perfectly.

The food is okay. It’s my go to place after work at night. I keep coming back because service is always amazing. Great staff

EDIT: They are are open 24hrs and they food is delicious! Service is spectacular and quick! A little on the pricey side but well worth it to satisfy those cravings.

Taquitos were good. Dine in would be crispy. But to go, they suffered due to the avocado and crema. Their beans need more flavor. Rice too. Overall, it was good food.

The food here is great, I'm glad they opened up this location so close to home. It makes it that much easier to convince the wife to eat out 😂. They are newly opened and have a few younger employees on the later shifts that still seem to be working through some first job jitters but they are always respectful, courteous, and attentive. A little bit of patience and a reminder that we all had that first job anxiety to start with, and you'll see this place is well worth it. Indoor seating is limited so a to-go order is recommended.

Great food and service! But what is up with all the stains on the concrete patio in front of the restaurant?!!! Can someone please pressure wash it already. Looks bad in front of the business as far as the atmosphere goes. There are plenty of local businesses in town that can provide this service. I would recommend a hot water pressure washer. Just saying ✌

Ask about the menu. Online doesn't match the menu's inside. And the menu's inside are kind of confusing.

The cashier was very rude! She ignored me as I was ordering and was speaking to another employee! I purchased chips and salsa and she refused to give me salsa until my food arrived! I should have read the reviews before I went here!

This location, their chicken tacos are not as great as other locations. They don’t put as much meat in the taco and the chicken has an after taste. Customer service is amazing though.

The portions for your pricing is a little uneven. I ordered the shrimp cocktail tonight. I expect to pay anywhere from $15 to $20 dollars for a cocktail restaurant style. Your fast food restaurant was $22 and I received about 5 shrimp, crackers and or chips were not offered which in most cases are always offered with this meal at other places. The other item I ordered was a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and pico. My order today was $40. The burrito had very little beans, covered in sour cream and basically a tortilla burrito. I would hope if this place plans to survive in this area, some changes will need to be made. Your competitors down Clinton Keith have very large portions for a price that matches the item.

I understand prices are going up but seriously? I used to be able to share a burrito with my husband and be full... I ate this burrito by myself and I paid double. I won't be going back. Base burrito price is alright, but there is absolutely no reason why adding guacamole or sour cream should cost $3.25. I understand that things are more costly nowadays, but other places in the area can do it for under $2 or have either one already included at no extra cost at all. Also tax was a bit more at this location compared to the Hot Springs location (which share the same prices).

Usually pretty good but the Cali burrito with extra cheese and sour cream didn’t come. I paid $21 dollars for the wrong burrito. They gave me a carni asada burrito. And I’ve never had anything so salty in my life and this is NOT the first time with the over salting!!!!!!!! Listen Alberto’s…..if I want salt I’ll ADD salt but you ruined this burrito. I was there at 5pm on April 17th if you want to investigate. $21 bucks on a burrito I can’t eat!!!!!!!! Ridiculous.

I had so much high hopes after seeing a familiar taco shop from San Diego. The staff was very friendly and seems to enjoy working there. However, food was mediocre (particularly the adobada burrito). Also it looks like prices has gone up $2. I saw burrito prices at $9.25 listed here but it’s $11.25 now. I wouldn’t mind the price so much if the burrito was good. Will I come back? Maybe, just to try out the carne asada chips/fries 🤷‍♂️

My visit started with getting charged almost double for a chimichanga (the carne asada filling line added a charge for an entire additional item) which I didn't notice until after I paid. I got a refund in cash which didn't include the tax I'd paid so it was a dollar short but explaining that just confused the employee and wasn't worth pursuing. When I got my food it didn't have the correct filling so it had to be remade. The remade one came out mostly room temperature except for the outer shell. The flavor was fine but nothing special. The sour cream, guacamole, and cheese toppings went beyond "generous" to being way too much.

I hate to give a negative review because we were so excited for this place to open... but Totally disappointed in the service and the food. I ordered carna asada fries. And the fries seem old and double fried so it didn't make for a tasteful meal. Plus there was a piece of bacon in my food.and I'm allergic which causes me to feel very ill. I won't be eating here at all and maybe never again eat at any albertos

Cost $6 extra to add sour cream to two burritos. Inflation does even substantiate that cost, that is price gouging. I like the food here but I can’t support that anymore. Paid $38 for two burritos and one medium drink.

What meixcan restaurant makes a burrito with no rice or beans in it?! I ordered and paid $13 for a chicken burrito and it was literally chicken wrapped in a tortilla. Under seasoned , trash! Don't waste your money.

Called in a breakfast burrito to go. They told me it would be 5 minutes. Got there 8 minutes after that, and they had not even started making it. Incompetent staff to go along with their inflated prices. Had to take my son to school hungry and go to work hungry myself to avoid being late. That's why I called ahead in the first place.

By far the worst service I’ve received from a Mexican fast food joint. The young girls working the front desk seemed damn near illiterate. They were extremely disrespectful, rude, and dismissive of my emotions toward their continuously failed efforts to accurately place my order. The food was below average and the staff (including the cooks) seemed lost with even the most basic of instructions. Food was cold and soggy a lot like the staff they hired.

I ordered from Grubhub. The first order was not complete. I ordered chicken nachos and received carneasda. The second order was not fixed correctly. It was squimp cocktail which didn't have any cocktail sauce and avocado. Not a happy customer. Spend close to $70.00 with no satisfaction.

I was very specific what I wanted and even after she confirm that the California burrito did not have pick it did. I took a bite and it was supper salty and it also had guacamole in it which I told her no guacamole. I was the only one there yet my order was wrong. Never going there again.

$16 for a small burrito, I was expecting one of those super large flour tortillas. Not worth the price! Service was average. Up charge for EVERYTHING. The actual taste was subpar.

DO NOT EAT HERE unless u want to get super sick with food poisoning!!! No customers in the store, order takes 25 min for a steak burrito. I get my burrito and it’s cold. Not even like warm…..just cold. I didn’t bother eating it I just threw it in the trash where it belongs . Never again. What a joke. Can’t even make a basic burrito!!!

I didn't have time to wait for them to make the items I had ordered that's the whole point of ORDERING AHEAD and that weren't able to give me a refund so now I'm out $30 and it's the weekend so now I have to wait for the week until a manager shows up. This is unacceptable & I will not be coming back.

They either need to change their tactics by improving their food and workmanship, as well as revamp the price on the menu before I will ever return, good luck to you. In this extremely competitive market, you're playing in. By the way, the hot sauce cups, he tried to charge me a $1.85 each
