Great service loved the pizza, I love pizza and this one was one of the top ones I’ve had, Nice and crunchy and tasted great The service was awesome my wife and kids loved it. Great service and good pizza we are not from the area but we’ll be back for sure when we are out here.

Wanted to try this place for a late lunch. Walked in to very loud music, yet a friendly guy behind the counter. Ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and a bottle of water, the soda fountain wasn’t working. The pizza could of had more pepperoni, but overall the pizza had a flavorful taste that I thoroughly enjoyed it! I do plan on coming back to this place. Worth a visit

The wait time for a cheese pie is 30-40mins that's way longer than other places that have a wait time of 10-15min for a similar-style pizza. They weren't even busy when i got there.., Also who doesn't have black pepper, Garlic powder/salt and parmesan cheese? At least they have Oregano not many places do... but yeah just my opinion tho...

Walked over to this place while getting an oil change. The guy behind the counter was great and super helpful, they had barely opened for the day so it was dead. He was quick with my daughter’s pizza and she said it was great. My ability to give three stars is based on the BLATANT false advertising. There is a banner in the window with French fries on it. There is a hanging sandwhich menu with two giant pictures of sandwiches and fries, which says “all sandwiches come with a side of fries.” Also a menu teaming with pictures of said sandwiches and fries. So imagine my surprise when the dude behind the counter said “we don’t have fries here, we haven’t started getting them yet.” Been around 3 years since my days in the food industry but I think it’s wild to have fries be such a hard ask that they really planned on getting them but haven’t yet. Glad I didn’t pay 17 dollars for a smallish looking sandwhich that wouldn’t have come with them. Wild. I could also tell I’m not the first person to have asked this question. I hope the atmosphere and cleanliness is a reflection of the owner, NOT their comfort with leaving their employees to answer for why your marketing would feature, prominently, an item not carried.

We went in to pick up 3 large pizzas. I don't know if the owner was the person working there, but there was only one guy doing everything (not that it was busy...we were the only ones there). He was friendly. After he rang up our order, he went right back to make our pizzas. I never saw or heard him was his hands. I know pizza sizes have decreased and prices have continued to climb, but 14" is not large. To make matters worse, the toppings were 2 - 1 1/2" from the edge, so it was more like getting a small to medium pizza. One of the pizzas we ordered was a veggie pizza, which was supposed to include artichokes as one of the toppings.... none on the pizza... very disappointing. The flavors of the pizzas were pretty good, but the toppings were a bit skimpy. $70 for 3 ok pizzas.... I don't think I'll be in a hurry to return.

I was there last night and what I received was not a NY style pizza. It was a regular crust not thin. However, it tasted fine but not what I was expecting. I had ordered to go and didn't notice until I got home.

Been eating at flippins for years, first time at this location and I've never been more disappointed... The 2 chicken slices were on the smaller side and the buffalo slice had 4 little pieces of chicken in the bottom and that's it, the BBQ chicken had a little bit more but still very disappointing. No cilantro on it either every other flippins always puts the cilantro on. Lack of space on both slices was also very lacking. These 3 let down slices for 15 dollars is crazy

I am beyond frustrated with the misleading information surrounding this business. I drove 30 minutes in traffic with my sons to enjoy what was supposed to be a visit to Flippin Pizza, only to arrive and find out it’s not even Flippin Pizza anymore! Nowhere on Google, Yelp, or any online listing does it state that this location is CLOSED and has been replaced by something called Mega Pizza. How is it possible that no one has updated this critical information? This is not just an inconvenience—it’s an absolute failure in customer communication and service. If the business has changed ownership or names, it is their responsibility to update the public and avoid wasting people’s time and money. Instead, I was left with two very disappointed kids and no pizza. Please update your online presence immediately to avoid misleading and disappointing other potential customers like me. This is unacceptable.

As soon as you walk through the door, the smell hits you, like something died in there and has been fermenting for months, place is dirty and the tables and chairs are sticky with what seems like dried up sauce Employees attitude is so bad but I understand how they feel, I would be un happy too if I worked at a place that smells like that Picked up my pizza and had food poisoning but that’s my fault I shouldn’t have ate it after what I saw and smelled

Staff is a joke. They didn't start my order until I showed up 30 minutes later for it. They said "give us 20 minutes" I came in after 30. They checked their tablet. Which told me they didn't even start it. So now I'm waiting in my seat for a pizza that should be done in 10 minutes. But they keep adding more time. Please go elsewhere. This place is a joke.
