Love the peaceful atmosphere. This was my first experience with their specialty coffee and I was very pleased with the Cinnamon Crunch Late! Their White Cheddar Steak sandwich is always my " Go-To!"

A nice place to have a healthy lunch. The bread and pastries are made fresh daily. Their soups and sandwiches are delicious. There are plenty of tables and so far I haven't seen anyone not find a table to sit at. The line to place my order moved quickly and my lunch was also brought to me quickly.

I've never had a problem with the food here. Staff is always super friendly as well. Some patience is required as food can sometimes take a while to come out, but I'm guessing it's only because of their staffing shortage. Sadly they've had to close early on some nights because of this, but I appreciate them doing their best!

Yes! Half tuna sandwich and a mac n cheese cup with bread. Tasty! Dessert was splitting a muffin with my wife. Enjoyable lunchtime. Staff even took my dishes out of my hands as I cleared the table as we finished lunch. The secret to Panera is that they serve tasty food! Cleanliness, Quality of Service, Location, and Food Quality. Cleanliness The Restaurant Location is very clean and well taken care of. Didn't see much-any trash around the building, and it only gets better. The floors and tables of this restaurant are very clean, and from what I saw in the Kitchen, it was very well organized. 5/5. Quality of Service The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. They are kind and always helpful when you need it. They have great work ethic and seem like they enjoy it, which when working at somewhere large, it can be hard. Another 5/5. Location The Location is quite easy to see and appealing to the eye, with a nice modern style inside and out. The parking situation can be hard or confusing at times, but overall is a great location. 4/5. Food Quality The quality of food here is quite fine, it is well put together with good flavors, though some of the food can be warmer, like my panini for example, it has a good taste and is enjoyable. The girl working the drive thru window tonight was so kind and attentive!! I wish I got her name. Every time I come here the service is great, as well as the food. Panera has become my go to comfort food spot so thank you to all the staff ❤️

As a member of the amazing Sip Club (you pay $12.99 a month and get refills on their fountain drinks, iced coffee, teas, and lemonades for the whole month. You can go every two hours every day if you wanted! So obviously I'm there daily and I'll even grab food sometimes because it's delicious too.

Awesome experience! And their blueberry muffin was the best muffin I've had in comparison to other Paneras. It was obviously fresh. 😋

The food was delicious! I wish they did some of their flavored lemonades without the caffeine but the agave lemonade was great! I had the grilled cheese and the bread is awesome! My son had the cheese flatbread and ate it all! And my husband had the BBQ chicken sandwich and I had a bite and it was delicious! My only critique is the floors were a little dirty in the dining area, but that's such a small thing.

I have been coming to this location for a while and I'm always impressed by how friendly the staff are. It is kept nice and clean, even when clumsy customers like me accidentally spill and entire Large cup of Dr. Pepper at the ice station like I just did. Wendy, one of the staff members I see often, was so kind about the spill and was super quick to clean it up. I've also had great interactions with Melody, another dazzling gem of a staff member. I appreciate everyone who works here and I'm very grateful to be a Sip Club member as it's saved me a ton on my caffeine addiction. Plus this is a great spot to come and work for a few hours and there are quite a few plugs for people to use. Thank you!!!

I enjoy the bbq chicken sandwich and the 10 vegetables soup. That's pretty much all I get nowadays but the Flatbread pizzas are good as well. I do think I'm going to get back to getting some cinnamon crunch bagels cause those are really good. I order ahead and pick up through drive through. Order has always been ready and staff are friendly.

Went for a work lunch with a friend. Service was excellent and helpful. Service with a smile was on point. Clean dining area and the food was fantastic. I had the pick 2. Turkey avocado bacon sandwich and Asian chicken salad. The papaya green iced tea was a perfect thirst quencher!!

So much better than any other coffee place!! The coffee actually tastes good enough to drink without turning it into a sugar loaded frappe thing. The food is delicious and always fresh. It's a little more expensive than other fast food places but worth every penny in quality! The staff at this location are attentive and nice.

Always good. Great menu. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Hadn't been for ages. Menu had changed. My favorite pasta and roast beef sandwich are no longer available. Had a variety of dishes at our table. Salads, mac & cheese, Turkey sandwich, roast beef sandwich and soup. All were very good with no complaints.

As always, the food is always so fresh and delicious! The chicken Noodle soup is absolutely incredible! Parking was a bit small so we had to park and walk but that's not an issue unless you need closer parking. Although a bit pricey I believe its worth it! Especially when you get the "you pick 2" menu! Perfect size and great value for that option! Check it out!!

11/7/2024 Ciabatta Steak Dippers Very good filling food. Bread is thick and crunchy even with the onion soup. I wish there was more soup as it ran out before the bread did. Usually you use the soup as a last taste meal. Souffle Saturday!! Definately going to claim this! I cant do it every Satuday but going to see. Huge dining area. A little cove for me!! Seating outside and drive thru. Codeless bathroom!!! Good music. Clean area. Chairs could be nicer. Only two self service KIOSK. One door. I missed the high ceiling. Over all still great.

This review pertains only to my visit today, around 5:45 PM, to procure bread 🥖 🍞 for my always starving family. Yes, I know the word starving should not be used in our case, for we all are in dire need of diminishing our food intake, but my sweet Big Mama (a pain in the arse of sorts, but meant in the gentlest of terms), every time I ask her if she is hungry, she comes at me with: “I am starving”. I tried to explain the difference between starvation and light hunger, if that, to no avail. She is undoubtedly the nicest senior, this side of the Pacific Ocean, most of times, but do not mention food in front of her. Service at the Panera was cordial, and accommodating, to a degree I simply was not prepared for, so it came as a very pleasant surprise. Being Tuesday, Bagels (variety) were being sold at $6.98 for a Baker’s dozen, which for the uninitiated equals lucky 13. Very enticing price for the kind of voracious appetites I encounter at home. Selection had somewhat decreased, but I got Asiago, Cinnamon, Blueberry, and French something, or the other. Also picked a Baguette, requesting the lightest in tone, for too dark is not a first choice. As well, a loaf of Sourdough, which was posing there, all by its lonesome self, and in a second a mental picture of creamy cheese, even a Brie, sealed the deal for me. Butter, cheese, tasty ham, even green olives, etc. All these breads were a little under $4, and yes, they had been baked today. Leanna? the young cashier, was cute as a button (hey, no harm in admiring from a distance!), but requested the assistance of Vanessa, to accomplish some minor details which I couldn’t care less, as long as the numbers paid match in the end. Vanessa offered to slice everything with the very fine machinery to do just that, and she did it with the nicest of attitudes, and that is what I called great service, for sliced bread is ready for anything. Nice smiles, fine service, quality bread. I guess I was lucky, seeing the many negative reviews this location has. Way to treat customers, Vanessa, and fine cashiering Leanna! 4.5 🌟.

Delicious chicken rice & vegetable soup, especially on a very cold, windy evening. I also enjoyed their turkey, bacon& avocado half-sandwich. My rating would have been 5-Stars, but $13 was a little much for the small portions served.

It took a long time to get waited on. One customer was deciding on an apparently big order. A 2nd cashier appeared. She could have been new as there was a problem. Gotta give her some slack as she seemed unfamiliar. Someone came to her rescue and I was able to get my order. With places trying to get back on their feet and new hires, a little more patience is required.

My own experience for the most part has always been pleasant. This time was different in that everyone had to order via the drive thru. The food was excellent. However, it seems that a lot of the employees are not as knowledgeable as they can be regarding items that are on your menu. Perhaps further training is required. Thank you for allowing me to comment.

Love the consistent food and bakery items at Panera! The super nice gal who was picking up in the dining room area was not trained to avoid using a broom to sweep up around diners. It kicks up dirt and dust on people's food. They make mini self contained sweepers that takes care of that issue for restaurants.

Nice location. Service was great. Feels needed some redecorating. To the contrary of many modern café, it feels less welcoming to be there for long term. However, for grabbing a quick meal, it's perfect.

I gave it 4 stars because of very long waits. I believe they are replacing booths covers etc. I believe its the manager who is involved in many jobs My guess is understaffed perhaps because of vacations. The staff, including the person I believe is the manager, are all very nice.

Was a bit disappointed tonight.. I came and order a bowl that I got quite a bit when I was pregnant and it would fill me up because is was decent size portion, ordered the normal size today and it said get a deal when you add a half entree to go with it. So I did thinking cool, could use some thing extra because I was buying for my daughter. I usually to order the you pick two anyway. WELL GOT IT AND THE PORTION WAS TINY BUT STILL PAID NORMAL PRICE BESIDES THE two dollars off for being a customer credit. Ect. Too much money for small meals .

My sandwich was fine. My husband’s was basically a long over-toasted baguette with the least possible ingredients inside to qualify it as a sandwich. My son’s apple was mealy. The woman who took our order is always grouchy. Oh, and the total was $45!!!

Their menu (drive through) is WAYYYYY too small to read the approx. 500 items on it. There's more real estate there. Why don't they do a better job, and enlarge it? I don't like the brown mustard they put on their sandwiches either, and wasn't asked about it. What, am I supposed to know it's on there. Ill put my own on, thanks. Went to lunch with my cousin, we both had BBQ chicken salad, it was a hearty portion but I'm finding their romaine has so many yucky middle parts of the romaine more than the leafy parts. Next time I'll take a picture.

I have to say that I am disappointed in the changes that Panera Bread has made recently. I've been a long time customer and purchase a lot of gift cards over the years too but definitely not happy with the changes. I spend a lot of money eating there. Let me say that I have to use a walker so that it is hard to carry my food to the table. Up until today they offered to assist me in delivering it for me. Today when I received the buzzer I was told I would have to pick up my order at the take out window. The other thing is the price increases. Today I ordered a breakfast wrap and coffee. Being a senior on a fixed income I have to watch my spending. I have found another place that offers basically the same type of breakfast sandwiches for much less. That place is Dunkin Donuts and sometimes they have a two for the price of one. They also offer free WiFi. Needless to say they are making me think twice before coming to Panera's to eat.😞

Put three stars because I only had a couple coffee nothing else. But It does have a nice environment, I do recommend going over there just sit down and have a cup of coffee and relax. I do wish that they have more varieties of coffee, but they only have hazelnut, regular, and hot water for tea. I also saw they sell bagels and many varieties of things to eat.

I've ordered a couple times from this specific location for delivery. Twice now I have had missing items. First time they handled on the phone when I talked to a store manager. Now, I'm redirected to Postmates because they delivered it? I ordered through the Panera app and now will have to try to deal with another company. Doesn't make sense. They clearly don't check orders before being picked up. Manager said she'd talk to someone about checking the order but this is a bigger issue than just one person if I have had this problem multiple times. Food is ok. Not any worse or better than another location. Quality of service and things being managed leaves something to be desired. (BTW they offered to give me the items but I'd have to drive to the store to get them. They charged $4 to deliver aside from tip. Just do the job correctly and check the orders.)

Good food and friendly and hardworking workers. My only complaint is how darn cold it is in there its already 60• outside so i dont know why the ac always blasting. I could see my own breath as i sat down by the corner. Otherwise this a good place to hang around.

The food was good as usual, but the service was very off tonight. We waited about 45 minutes for a salad, sandwich and mac and cheese. They first took our food to the wrong table then decided it was good idea to put the hot bowl of mac and cheese down in front of the 8 month old.

Ordered online to pick up a catering order. Ordering online was easy enough, I set for pick up in the afternoon. They notified me that the order was ready for pick up an hour after I placed the order, at least 4 hours before my requested scheduled pick up time. Wow fast service right? Then tell me why it took 15 minutes for them to find and give me my order? The food was good the the service was not good at all.

I got the pick two to create a lunch meal - French onion soup and a fiesta chicken sandwich. Wouldn’t let me order ahead with a gift card on the website or the app. I get there and nobody is at the counter because they now have kiosks for you to order at but only have two kiosks and a family of 20 had completely taken over the kiosks. Finally flagged someone down to take my order. Then it took almost 20 minutes to get my to go order. Haven’t tried the food yet, but that was a nightmare just trying to pick up a quick meal.

I always get the Margarita Flatbread and have referred this Panera. Hold meetings and after church. Tonight bought the usual and went to 2nd job and when I started eating it so overbearing with a spice I couldn't eat it. Upon throwing all away. I phoned to let them know that, it is the first time ever a problem and the manager did not offer to replace, offer any solution. I was very disappointed.

Dirty! After ordering, looking around every wall was covered in dirt, finger prints. After noticing, when walking out the front doors were filthy! Don’t get me started on the bathroom, a cleaning tool was in a measuring cup on the floor. 🤮 management needs to step up, and if they don’t notice the little details then maybe it’s time for a replacement. Can’t come back to this location after seeing “how well” they keep the front where customers see, I can only imagine what goes or lack there of in the back. Oh and there was trash on the floors in the dinning area.

Tomato Basil soup and hibiscus tea is the stuff dreams are made of. The two star rating is based on the service of the drive thru. I know they are busy but it is not their first rodeo as it is always busy at lunch so they should have it down but they never do. This was the worst however as they gave me the complete wrong order and i do not think they put the wrong order in the trash even though I had touched the bread, and I told them I did well I was looking in the bag, they nicely folded the bag again and put it on the counter again.

Over priced for what you get. Salad a splash of dressing Togo with brown lettuce. Sandwich looks like it was all slapped together with barely anything on it. I keep giving this place chances and it always disappoints! Way too expensive. 2 people lunch time with 1 drink 35$. Will Not be back! Quality is terrible.

Expect a lot more from this location during the pandemic. They never have what I want on their menu. Today I made an order and they did not complete my order. They could've done the right thing and told me when they gave it to me and offered me something to make up for it. Instead they hide it and wait for me to return home and be disappointed. I can get better from other restaurants during COVID-19.

Make sure you check your order before leaving, both times we have purchased food at the Menifee Location we were given the wrong order and the last time (yesterday) we were short cookies! I had the chicken salad sandwich that would have been great had they served more than a teaspoon amount. I moved a piece of lettuce and there it was. The bread was nice and soft but the crust surrounding it was hard as a rock as if it sat out all night which wouldn't surprise me since we saw a rack of bread still sitting out when we left which we had to do since they turned the lights off on us while I was reading the paper. How Rude! I've never had anyone do that to me ever.! Common courtesy would have dictated being told politely that they were closing. Instead were told lights are on a timer too bad. Customer service is definitely out the window for this place. They do have a neat fireplace for cool ambiance but it wasnt on.

This location has great food. No complaints there. However, last Saturday I used my debit card In the drive-through to pay for my food. Later on that day I could not find my debit card anywhere. I figured I misplaced it somewhere and I went ahead and locked it through my banking app. Me and my husband tour our house and cars upside down looking for my debit card. My husband then said maybe it was at Panera. I thought, well they have my Panera rewards account with my phone number and email, I’m sure they would’ve called me if I if they kept my card after using it in the drive-through. I called them first thing Monday morning and come to find out they had my debit card and made no attempt to reach out to me or my bank. I had to drive 30 minutes away from my house to go back and pick it up and the manager barely apologized and informed me this happens all the time. She informed me she currently had five debit cards from her team members not giving the customers back their debit card in the drive-through. I thought how ridiculous. It’s not like you forgot my medium soda, it’s my literal debit card. So if you do come to this location, ensure that you get your debit card back when using the drive-through because if you don’t, they will not let you know and they will keep it.

I could've gotten better service at McDonald's. Employees were rude and manager had an attitude. Food was also pretty basic for a hefty price- you're paying for freshly made, not good quality.

Bought a tomato basil bread n it felt apart I called and spoke to one of the so called manager which said yes we usually donate the bread at the end if night because I was the last customer n that's the reason the bread was cut in half. Great but when I pay $10.a loaf I want to decide if I want my bread cut in half.

Nice people, but literally every time I get a sandwich it is poorly made or missing something. I will be going to other locations from now on. Too expensive for such poor quality/quantity. I realize it’s not going to look like the advertisement, but this is just too far off...

Second time that I have ordered take out, since dine is is no longer an option. Both times they ripped me off. I ordered a broccoli cheese bread bowl. They only gave me a cup of soup each time not the larger bowl. FYI a cup "small" only fills the bowl up half way. If you have to pay extra for the bread bowl, why would they give you less soup? Not going back.

Panera, in my opinion, is over priced for the portions. I paid over $10 dollars for a “bowl” of noodle soup and turns out a bowl is no bigger than my sons sippy cup. The “baguette” it came with was an end piece of stale bread that was literally just ripped off the whole thing - not even cut. The chicken sandwich was so dry - I had to use chic-fil-a sauce to get halfway through it. The bag a chips they came with was about the size of a fruit gushers snack pack. The flatbread pizza was probably the most okay thing to eat. Originally for my kids but we ended up sharing that to eat but naturally it’s not big. So I ended up paying $60 dollars for a flatbread pizza for four and still had to cook dinner anyways. I thought the first time was a fluke but the second time was the exact same.

This is the first time I’ve actually came and left a review for this place but have wanted to for the last few years. Yes, that long! I have two things to say: 1) Customer Service is horrible and very rude 2) Always check your order before leaving because they always forget at least 2 items and then argue about it. Do not recommend this location.

I usually love Panera, but this store is awful. We ordered 2 Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwiches to-go, and when we got them home and unwrapped them, they were haphazardly slapped together. Nothing was actually inside the bread itself. It was clear that they never actually put the sandwich together, just threw the ingredients into the wrapping. We thought that it might have been a mistake or a one-off, so we tried again and got breakfast a few days later. When I got my bacon egg & cheese sandwich, it was missing the egg and the bacon. It was a cold bun with a slice of cheese on it.

I bought green goddess Cobb salad...the worst. The avocado was black & mushy, tomatoes mushy amongst other things and didn't get any salad dressing. First time going to this Panera Bread and never again. Salad was only good for the trash.

In the midst of covid-19 after reminding the cashier to tell the kitchen not to put the salad dressing containers on top of my food being a person that is already OCD they still did it which I feel is unsanitary that they would put any kind of container on top of your food. After calling management and speaking with the young lady Mercedes first of all was unconcerned with the issue and then told me when I could come back and they will remake it. Went back over there which was an inconvenience because I wanted a refund not to have them make my salad she threw my money on a tray and walked away how rude. It has been years since I've been to this franchise restaurant then to be treated this way is unacceptable

Super disappointed - first I waited an inordinate amount of time in the drive thru then get home with what I hoped was my favorite soup, corn chowder, and instead got broccoli cheddar which I hate. Second time I have been there and got the wrong order. What is the problem?

Ordered 2 soups a macaroni and 4 drinks... the chicken soup was just broth, they forgot my drink and napkins & utensils. I called to get my card refunded (paid online) and they refused. They said the delivery driver must have stole 1 of our drinks, our napkins, utensils and all the chicken & noodles out of our soup leaving just broth 🤦‍♀️ So I asked them to refund my card, they refused. They said I would have to come in to get a refund smdh.... I have 2 toddlers and am in no position to leave at the moment, which is why I ordered for delivery to begin with. I placed a complaint with customer service. Won't be spending $$$$ for our family of 6 any more and WILL be spreading the word.of warning!

Super disappointed with Panera this morning. I haven't been in a while, and I was excited to get the mac and cheese. I noticed the price went up, but I still got it. When I opened it, the small cup was only half full. $6 for a half cup of macaroni? Not something I would ever buy again. I also ordered a black tea. The bottom was covered in loose tea that wasn't caught in the filter. Again, I didn't notice until I got to work. I poured out as much as I could, but it didn't really help. Mad at myself for paying almost $10 for this. I guess I haven't missed much, so sadly, I won't be back to a business that thinks it's OK to send out product like this.

My kids and I had a bad experience here yesterday. The cashier forgot to punch in an order which the server gave me willingly for free. I thought, "Wait, what? I ordered three." I walked back to our table with my children's food and pulled out my receipt. As I was reviewing it on the table, the manager approached us and blamed me for not confirming my order for the missing soup. She then points at my child's cup and says, "That's a water cup. Next time tell your kid what its for!" and then walked away. First of all, the mistake was not mine. I heard the cashier repeat my order correctly and she punched it wrong. Why is did the cashier lie and why is the manager passing the blame on me? Secondly, my kid thought he could get juice like we usually get him and that's on me. I stood up right away and paid for the soup and the cup of juice because that's not how I wanna raise my children. I want management to know that this manager could have handled it more discreetly. Instead, we had customers around us looking at me and my kids like we stole something. Very embarrassing! As much as I do not want to write this branch a bad review, I have to let management know that this is not how you should treat your customers.

Chicken in the chicken salad was gross. The soup was barely warm, I was served a brown apple and my spoon was dirty. Our ringer went off for someone else's order and we had took their plates unfortunately, then brought them back. Last, our order took a long time and there was hardly anyone there!

Wonder why I was made to park and wait so long for cold food. Hmmm. Yuck dude, how do they get away with flying a huge political flag in their drive through? Bunch of communists must work here, everyone else might wanna think twice. Especially if you have American type ish on your vehicle. Over fifty dollars btw, two small soups and two pick twos, no drinks.

Ordered 2 bowls of soup almost $20 chicken noodle was good but not one single shred of Parmesan cheese in the French onion soup or croutons. Last visit no baguette. So safe to say I won’t be back.

50% of the time I order from here something is wrong. This time I placed a delivery order through their app, they were out of baguettes so apples were swapped as the side and I checked the box that I wanted utensils included. The ticket on the bag specifically shows that someone took the time to check the box but I still ended up with NO UTENSILS AND NO APPPES.. For a $50 dinner, its very upsetting. This store is lacking any attention to detail or just has lazy employees.

Placed what I thought was a to go order for a sandwhich. When they called my name to the pick up counter, the sandwhich was not wrapped. I told the young lady behind the counter that my order was to go. She then proceeded to hand me some paper and a to-go bag and stated she could not wrap it because once it leaves her hands they cannot take food back. She said it was their strict Covid policy. Mind you—-she just placed the sandwhich on the counter. I had not touched the sandwhich or the plate for that matter. I asked her to please just wrap the sandwhich because I didn’t want my hands touching it especially since I was already holding my keys purse and other items. She came around the counter and wrapped it and when I thanked her she said nothing. Her funky attitude was really off putting and unprofessional. After I left I called the store immediately to provide feedback to their manager. When the manager first answered she didn’t identify herself by name, which I later clarified, and said she would talk to her employee but stated it was Panera’s corporate policy. I explained to her I had NOT touched the food and I couldn’t understand how this supported their Covid policy when their employee literally just her hands on my sandwhich. We went back n forth for a minute and after a certain point I just hung up because I felt like she was wanting to justify the response of her employee & at that point I realized I wasn’t being heard. Judging from some of the reviews I see the management here is poor and I’ve decided to follow-up with their corporate office.

If I could give zero stars I would. They forgot my boyfriend’s flat bread pizza. He was so mad he wanted to drive by and throw food at the drive thru window. I convinced him not too. Salads were bland. Sandwich was lazily put together. Smoothies were too chunky it was hard to drink it with a straw. Wasn’t worth the 60 bucks. I wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely won’t eat there again. I should of just gotten McDonald’s. At least their breakfast sandwiches won’t look like they got run over.

If you want hot coffee and your order done correctly don't come to this location! I shouldn't have to put my coffee in the microwave everytime! Especially after going through the drive through. Is there a coffee shortage or something? Or is Panera to cheap to brew fresh coffee? How about some quality control!

Got there at 7:30. They were out of bagels out of those egg bites. Lady said they had a busy morning and did not have a single bagel there. They obviously had not made anything yet and the server was absolutely lying. I do not recommend this place out of my way to get breakfast for my family, and it was extremely Mismanaged

Food is decent but they never have bread bowls and baguettes are out a lot of times. Why not MAKE MORE instead of run out. How hard is that? Fix it, management. REVIEW EDIT TO 1 STAR: I just remembered how beyond expensive it is. The pricing is getting out of hand here.

I took my daughter here for dinner tonight and sat in the restaurant. She told me her mac n cheese was cold and I checked, it was not warm at all. I took it back and asked an employee to heat it up. I was told that they weren't allowed to take food back, but there was a microwave in the lobby that we could use! I was about to protest when he walked away and shut the conversation down. Not wanting to upset my daughter, I used the microwave, which was on a low shelf and we had to sit on the floor to even put it in. This was a very strange experience. I have never ordered food to eat in a restaurant and had to cook it myself. Also, why are they using a microwave to cook mac and cheese? Disappointing.

We tried to order 3 different sandwiches and they are out of bread for all 3. Panera BREAD with no bread?! This is a regular occurrence at this location. Then I see a few racks with baguettes (after the rude girl told me they don’t have any) and another employee tells me I can buy it. The rude employee rolled her eyes that the other employee allowed it. This place is an overpriced joke. Management is atrocious. Employee’s are rude. 4 You Pick 2’s, no drinks, $72. 👎

I ordered via the self serve kiosk, which doesn't provide a receipt and they never texted confirmation that my order was ready. My name wasn't on the board so I asked if it was ready. They wouldn't "release my order" without confirmation. I told them exactly what I ordered and was told that my order already went out, meaning SOMEONE TOOK MY ORDER WITHOUT A CONFIRMATION. I waited another 20 minutes while they remade it, and then STILL have them remake the autumn soup because we ordered it without seeds. It bothers me that they don't even read the orders correctly. The assistant manager literally chucked the soup into the trash can. The staff treated me like I was an inconvenience to them for spending $70 on food for my family. I'll never go back, they are overpriced, the food is bland IMO and they skimp on ingredients.

First time here . Disappointing to say the least... I agree with other reviews. They deserve NO STARS ! The food is cold and nasty. The employees are unwilling to help the people who are paying for there paycheck.. 100% percent will never return.. Someone needs to be held accountable.. I want my dam hard earned money back. I m tired of being taken advantage off..

Went through drive through girl was rude as it was . I ask for ranch she said yes . Gave me my bag didn’t say anything. There was no ranch I waited and was waving and she was ignoring cleaning the counter just staring and didn’t open the window . She thought the window was super tinted

Ordered you pick 2 with french onion soup. I was craving the soup even though it's raining hard, I thought it'd be worth it. For $30.52 I should hope my expensive food is nice and hot, it's expensive for ONE person in this economy but I splurged it was payday. Worst soup ever it was cold! How could it be so cold. The macaroni was hot and fine. I took it to the workers and they said there's a microwave under the coffe machine. I was sad and shocked but I didn't want to bug or argue. So I took my cold soup to the microwave. It's just like if I wanted microwave soup I would've gone to Target next door and bought a can for $3 and took it home to warm up. At least give me some fresh HOT food for the price.

BIGGEST RIPOFF in fast food! $55 for one adult and two kids to eat is absolutely ridiculous!!! First and last time I will ever eat at a Panera Bread. If I want microwaved/toasted food I’ll go to AM/PM and eat for under $7. SMH

I used to love Panera Bread, but I have had several bad experiences there since Covid, and I now think it’s a much better option to eat lunch at home or at another restaurant. First we tried take out. By the time we got home, the sandwiches were soggy. The quality of the salads seemed to go down; we were getting brown lettuce. When Panera reopened with patio dining, I tried that, but it was horrible. It was over 100 degrees, and too uncomfortable to eat outdoors, even though I had a shaded table. The patio was surrounded by idling vehicles on three sides: the In-N-Out drive-thru on one side, the Panera drive-thru on another side, and Panera’s curbside pickup on the third side. The idling vehicles made the temperature on the patio even hotter, and who wants to breathe in all of that car exhaust while eating? I tried the patio again on a cooler day, with temps in the 90’s, it was still too uncomfortable to eat. When Panera reopened for indoor dining, I was delighted and decided to try again. When I went to find a seat, all of the dine-in customers were crowded together in the center of the dining room, so social distancing was impossible. This completely defeats the purpose of the low-capacity indoor dining edicts. The whole point of being at low capacity is to spread the customers out throughout the dining rooms, so they will be far enough away from each other that they are less likely to contract the virus from each other. I moved a chair aside and sat at a table in the back, more than 12 feet away from the nearest person. An employee came over and told me that I had to leave. I told them that it doesn’t matter sense to seat everyone so close together and that I was trying to social distance. I asked for a manager. They not only made me leave the section but the manager tried to take my tray of food away, food I had already purchased. We actually got into a pulling match over my tray of food. They told me there was no more room to eat inside and that the dining room was at capacity, but no one told me it was at capacity before I ordered my food. I specifically went there to dine-in, and I would have left without ordering if I had been told there were no tables for dine in. I was forced to bring my food outside to the patio or the manager would have pulled my tray away from me. I sat outside sobbing because it was 98 degrees outside and too uncomfortable to eat. I finally went back inside, and the manager said that a table just became available so I sat down. I spent the rest of my meal writing this negative right because I am so disappointed with how I was treated at Panera, which used to be one of my favorite lunch spots. What would have been the harm if they had simply let me eat at the table at the far end of the restaurant? Instead they forced me outside int the 98-degree heat for two minutes. Why not let me sit 12+ feet away from other customers in the A/C, instead of chasing me into a hot polluted patio? Btw, they knew that I was there to dine in, and they did not come outside to inform me that there was an indoor table available. I came back in and found it myself, because I couldn’t stand eating inside. Now, I have a very bad memory of being treated badly by Panera staff. Let’s talk about the FOOD. I still had pieces of brown lettuce in my salad. Something that I used to love about Panera was the Asiago cheese flakes that they put in the Caesar salad and French Onion soup. Now, they just sprinkle on cheap grated Parmesan. The quality of the food is going downhill. Panera used to give out free cookies if the lines to order were too long. Now they fight with you if you try to sit down and have a meal. I’m sad that one of my favorite low-price restaurants is just not a comfortable place to eat anymore.
