We went on a Friday evening. It was clear after we sat down that they were understaffed at this moment in time. Our waitress was on it and was working hard, but clearly was waiting on a lot of people and she was even working over at the bar. We ordered and our food took about 40+ minutes for the first wave of food to arrive. The second wave was about 20 minutes later. I'm not a wing person but the family I was with was. I tasted a bone in hot wing and to me it was very salty. I tried a boneless Parmesan garlic wing and that was slightly more salty. I'm not sure if that is a thing here at this restaurant. The Asian zing and mango habernero boneless wings were good. I ordered a draft local beer and that was good. I would say my food arrived in fast food quality. Fries seemed old, sandwich was smaller than what the menu showed, and meat was a little over cooked. I like fast food on occasion but we paid about $35 per person for our food this evening. In my honest opinion, I think 2 things would have made this experience better. 1 - if you are falling behind on orders, please let customers know. At least you've communicated that. 2 - If food or service or anything else is lacking, a believe in at least showing gestures towards your effected part. Not a free meal but - upgrade on drinks, offer desert, employee discount on food. To me, those gestures do go noticed. Honestly I would haven't gone here on my own on the past and I won't be changing my mind soon.

So this used to be one of my fav hang outs but over the past 2ish years their customer service dramatically dropped and their wings quality as well. I love the convenience of the location and the games on TV. Other than that pass… I hope they go back to their prompt and kind servers and outdoor seating and fix the messy wings sitch.

We had dinner at this Buffalo Wild Wings in June, 2023. I will give them a break because it was pretty busy being in the 6 o'clock hour, which is prime dinner time for a lot of folks. We had to wait a minute or two for our table, which wasn't bad. We were sat at a high table which is center dinner room in this BWW. I will say that it was quite noisy as I would have expected. We ordered drinks, then it took a while for our waiter to come back. We ordered food, then it took a pretty long time for our food to come out. Yes, we have had waits before at BWW. But this was much longer than normal. I want to think that it just might have been the timing of when we arrived that caused the kitchen backup. Our waiter although taking extended time for certain things, bringing the wrong things for other things, and forgetting other things, was quite likable. He had a personality that I couldn't be annoyed at. Again, I would like to think that BWW being busy played a part in this as well. Our food did come out and it was good. I had wings and they were good and quite large. Everyone said their food was good. I also think that fact helped get the waiter off the hook as well. Dinner was not inexpensive either. Just having some wings and a drink can add up quickly. We received our check by email, which was different. The problem with the new technology of paying, was that it didn't work. The wife had to go round and round trying to pay this bill with her phone. That probably took more than 15 minutes. I do not find technology for theologies sake to be helpful. Just paying the bill the old fashion way is tried and true. In this case we held an available table for a substantial amount of time, because BWW probably is trying to boost profits by having the customers do the work, rather than the traditional way. In this case, it back fired and frustrated us. I had to wash my hand since there were no hand wipes at the table in this BWW. So I went to the bathroom and found a not so pleasant rest room. (to be nice) Is this also because BWW was busy, or just because they do not keep up on bathroom cleanliness? This is where I feel they have to make the effort. I can over look long waits for other things. But you have to find a way to keep your restrooms to at least appear to be clean. All in all, I'm giving this Buffalo Wild Wings three stars because the food was good and the waiter very personable. Otherwise, it would have been less. This wasn't a bad place. And it was busy. But you have to step up to the plate at times. And I didn't have a great impression of this BWW. But all of it can be overcome. As such, three stars. And quite honestly, that is being generous.

Food was good after we finally got it. Service is horrible. Takes forever for a server to come to your table just to get your drink order. When they finally come back with your drinks, and take your order and you get your food, the server rarely comes back to check on you. Watched our server go back and sit down at a table in the back after we got our food. Didn't seem like anyone was in a hurry to help or check on their tables.

My first time trying buffalo wild wings and the wings were much smaller than expected and definitely not worth $18 for a 10 piece. They were tiny and barely had any meat on them. They also placed cheese on my burger and salad when I asked for no cheese and forgot my salad dressing as well. Mistakes happen but this is an honest rating based on my overall experience.

Visited this location, very disappointed because my order wasn't ready and I have to wait for good 45 minutes, even though my app stated that it was ready for pick. I felt so bad for the worker but some of them dont have sense of urgency and they dont have a system to properly pick up the right order. Few employees were very apologetic and friendly by employee starts with Ti----- not friendly at all and snobby. I dont wanna tell details. As soon as i get home, they completely messed up my order and i dont know if they mixed it up with another customer. I was so very disappointed. Food - 5/10. The wings were cold, the sauce was already dry, and the pieces were overcooked and tasted like cardboard. The service was terrible; the waitress took 30 minutes to bring us our drinks and almost 45 minutes to bring the food, which was very cold. We paid $270 for five orders of 10 wings each, a kids' meal, and the drinks. The cost seemed excessive for the quality of the food and the terrible service. It's worth noting that there weren't many customers; it was December 27th around 8 pm.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and while there were some positives, a few issues made the experience frustrating. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated and another 10 minutes just to place our order. After that, it took around 34 minutes for the food to come out. When it finally arrived, the burger was very good—fresh and flavorful—but the fries were cold. I mentioned it to our server, and she handled it exceptionally well, bringing out a new, hot batch right away. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out and made a difference. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation was disappointing. When I went to use it, there was no toilet paper, the area was very dirty, and one of the stalls was clogged and unusable. That really took away from the overall experience and cleanliness expectations of a restaurant.

I don’t come here often I came straight from work wanting to drink a glass of wine & eat some wings. They don’t have a good selection of wines . To top it off my wine glass was stained It looked like permanent stain kinda gross if you ask me . I did finish my wings & veggies . Pretty satisfying 👌🏼 Fries were cold and stale My wait time was approximately 25-30 mins I give this place 1/10 in my opinion.
