Just average. Chicken used to be juicer. Ordered spicy sandwich and they gor it wrong and didn't have time to return it. Wouldn't be my first go-to.

Ordered a 16 piece bucket crispy to go. Biscuits were not cooked, no butter or honey. Paid $ 40.00 ! Ouch. Haven't been there since Covid hit, not sure if it worth the price. ;/

My wife and I visited this location, we felt like some Taco bell, it was exactly 8:36 pm. We ordered through the drive the drive thru, I had ordered #3 and #9 both large. So we were in line basically by the door with a few cars in front of us. The manager I noticed had locked the doors and customers were trying to get in. And they couldn't,so I had made a comment to mngr you are not supposed to close front door till 9:oopm that's what the business hours indicated. In retaliation when we had gotten home with our food,we unrapped the tacos were all broke up along with my wife Mexican pizza, what else could it have been but a dirty swing at us the customer who pays hard earned money for our food to be that way. I'm concerned off how many other customers they retaliate on. I'm very disappointed in this location.

I feel like every time I go there they mess up a simple order. Today I ordered a two Doritos tacos just the normal ones and they gave me the higher price ones . Okay whatever not a bad mess up then I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I got a steak one. Then she asked me if I wanted pot pie and I told her no and she gave me it 😭 lol at least they got my drink right but it wasn’t even the right size 😣 they basically placed my order for me. Terrible . Have them repeat your order after you order otherwise you’ll deal with this

Literally the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life in my 56 years. The chips are often rancid from old oil. They almost always get my order wrong. I have dairy allergies and cannot have any dairy whatsoever. They almost always miss that. On the chicken side of things, it is the worst quality of chicken I've ever had. Disgusting fatty poor quality meat.

Horrible. Spent $95.00 to pick up what was cold food. I had ordered 40 packs of sauce and I did not receive one pack of sauce. I’ve called several times to complain and they don’t answer the phone. Chicken is dry. Not sure what kind of rodeo the manager at this store is running but it is completely unprofessional. It seems the manager doesn’t care about their customers.

I went through drone thru a few days ago and got a classic chicken sandwich and a taco bell burrito,my food was terrible someone thought it would be funny to put almost a cup of mayonnaise on my sandwich and it was cold also my burrito was also cold and the cheese was not even melted also no sauce, napkins, receipt it was inedible I tried calling for over two hours and the phone was busy.BEWARE OF THIS KFC WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO YOUR FOOD.

WORST MEAL EVER! My husband and I came back from a day of vending and drove thru for a quick bite before going home. We ordered 2 orginal crispy chicken sandwich meals. One with fries, the other with cole slaw. We had a couple of fries on the way home and they were AWFUL!! They tasted like old fries thrown in the fryer to reheat and reuse. We threw them away. Then we got home and had our sandwiches. OMG!! The chicken thru most of it was soooo thin, you almost saw chicken when you cut it. Some of the ends had a little chunk of chicken but all of it was sooo incredibly dry. I should have taken pictures but by this time, I was so irritated, I threw it directly into our dogs dish. If I wasn't so tired, I would have driven back for a refund, so they got my money and I got garbage. Spend your money somewhere else. Do not go here!

I wish I could understand... every time I come here, they always get my order wrong?!?..The worst part is being asked if I want something, that I had forget to ask for, the employee asked me if I wanted it... and then didnt give it to me?!?! I ask them to switch one thing on what I ordered, I have done it the last 3 times, and they have got it wrong.. 3 times! The food is good, taste is great, but its always a good idea to check the order before you drive away, and 92% chance they have got something wrong, or forgot an item etc..

Went to this location twice in the last couple months. First time was just ok. Second time worse. Picked up the order and decided to check it and it had no sauce in the bag. What looked like the manager was too busy chatting (personal stuff) with what looked like a friend to help. So I waited. The Kid behind counter said oh I forgot. I get to the car and my wife said they didn’t put all the sauce she ordered. I go back in and get attitude from said kid behind the counter. They want you to use the online ordering but it doesn’t work very well. Top it off the app said 20-30 minutes we tracked it and got there with 17 minutes remaining so waited. The order popped up complete went in picked it up dealt with the sauce issue. Got home only a few minutes away and everything was COLD like it was old food or sitting for a long time. Also wrong sauce! Sub- par Chicken order was over $70.00 before discount ordering with app. And they want $25 an hour for this crappy food and service! Not spending my money on this crap anymore!

I went to KFC today due to some fried chicken craving. I ordered alone 8 piece bucket and 3 piece tender meal with fries and lemonade. The fried chicken was peppery and too salty. Didn't have any crisp to it. The tenders were even worse. It was stale and too salty. The fries tasted like it was a reheated version from previous night. The biscuit that came with the combo was not great either. It was crispy as supposed to being soft and fluffy. Overall the food taste and quality was terrible. KFC was my first option when it came to ordering fried chicken. But I don't think it will be anymore. Really disappointed with the whole experience.

Tried to order 2 pc Fried Chicken Tenders but was told they don't have them. I said it was on their menu board and was told they only have fried chicken. After I changed my order to a 2-piece combo meal I wanted to choose my drink but was told didn't come with a drink but I could buy one. Duh their menu board says I got 2 sides and a drink. Won't be going back. When I get to the window I tried to show the girl the picture of the menu board and then she told me chicken tenders were only available if I order online. Like that makes any sense. Both the person who took my order and the girl at the window need customer service training as they both had bad attitudes
