Well, before they were magnificent. There was a girl as a cashier and the service was always superb. Now, whenever you arrive, they either don't have tortillas or sopes. Or they don't have chicharrón, whether it's als 11, als 4, als 2, they never have anything, according to them.

Fuimos al rededor de las 7 de la noche con mi familia. Mi esposo pidió 3 de asado y 2 de chicharrón prensado para mí. Voy a recalcar que desde que me dio convid mi olfato no volvió a ser el mismo por lo que a veces es mi esposo quien tiene que oler algo por mí. Bueno, en esta ocasión no fue necesario. Cuando me llevo el plato a la mesa me llegó un olor putrefacto y se lo comenté a mi esposo confirmando el mal olor. Me paré y se lo lleve a la cajera para que oliera y su respuesta fue que así es el olor del chicharrón prensado 😦 hasta pensamos que era la media crema pero no, al parecer si era el chicharrón y pues guácala que feo huele, la verdad me regresé resignada a comerlo pero al final no lo hice. Por si fuera poco, la masa igual olía agria y a parte fríos. Primera y última vez, que lástima

Horrible la tortilla de las quesadillas dura la carne de pollo de la tinga toda dura y chiclosa aparte de nada de sabor. El queso barato asqueroso y la señora que cobra grosera el peor lugar que he comido en muchos años. Jamás recomendaría comer aquí.

Pesimo servicio

Muy mala atención por parte de la cajera y las quesadillas ni se diga estan bien duras la masa más parece tortilla frita envés de quesadilla y falta de sazón en la comida

My wife ate a tinga quesadilla and got a stomach infection; she couldn't sleep because of the pain. She hadn't eaten anything all day and suddenly craved a quesadilla. She spent the night and early morning in pain. She didn't eat anywhere else and didn't buy any drinks from street vendors, so it must have been the tinga quesadilla she ate. Very bad.

This is the second time I've been given spoiled tinga. It tastes and smells horrible, like it went rotten and they just mixed it with more tinga. The rest is flavorless, and the green sauce is salty. I highly recommend it. If you don't want a stomach ache, don't eat here. The place is also very dirty and completely unsanitary. The health authorities should check it out; they'd probably shut it down. Disgusting.

I've come several times and they never have quesadillas, sometimes there are no stews, the staff's service is very bad, you want to order something and they're sitting down, they literally ignore you, it's a shame because the stews are good.

The food is mediocre, but the service is terrible. They don't want to serve you or sell to you, even though you're there trying to buy something. I waited two hours to be served and still nothing (there was hardly anyone around).

Terrible service. The women who work there are incredibly rude and grumpy, and they don't even listen to orders properly. They don't give you what you actually ordered, and if they do, it's begrudgingly (it's like you're doing them a favor). (If there were a zero-star rating, that's what they deserve.) Plus, the food is awful. And they're 0% friendly to other customers. They made us wait half an hour, only to give us nothing we actually ordered! 😡 *(And the cashier was even ruder!) Extremely dissatisfied! And I didn't like the food at all; they don't even prepare it properly.
