P.F. Chang's - Metairie

I went to P.F. Chang’s in Metairie for the Veterans Day Free Lunch Special, and it was excellent. Sydney took great care of us, friendly, quick, on point. I had egg drop soup and Mongolian Beef with white rice, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. My friend had the egg roll and Firecracker Shrimp with honey sauce, also delicious. Thank you, P.F. Chang’s, for honoring veterans with a free lunch today.

2/3/2023 RJ was exceptional, detailed orientated and made sure we stayed hydrated the whole time. Food was great as always. I always get a Long Island Tea when I'm in town and the burnt ends (Brussel Sprouts) Always a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Lauren was a great waitress and very knowledgeable of all the things on the menu. Very nice and detailed orientated. Food was delicious as always. Drinks was just right.

I was so disappointed that they discontinued the honey melon walnut shrimp. But I got the honey shrimp and it was still delicious. This is probably my favorite lo mein I’ve ever had and the portions were just right for me. My boyfriend got the sesame chicken and then we got the chicken lettuce wraps for an appetizer which are delicious. Overall, I always love coming here and the food is delicious no matter what you get. I can’t remember our waiters name but he was lovely and so kind. Great experience overall.

Nice place. Haven't been here in years, and they are still as good as before. Tried the new Golden Feast boneless fried chicken. It was amazing! Loved the sauce it came covered in! However, they bring out 4 other sauces you can add on your chicken to add even more flavor. The Teriyaki Chicken was very tasty. Our server was great, and the food was quick. It was a little pricey, but it was good.

Ok so it's commercial Chinese food but it's far cry from Panda haha 😅. In any event the lettuce 🥬 wrap is perfect and delicious! The orange beef needs to tone down the sweetness. Egg drop soup is on point as well as got and sour soup 🍲 Don't forget to try the delicious chocolate cake!!

We had a really great experience with our waitress Anna and she even helped with our Toddler.

I was upset at first because I had called and asked them if they could please set up something nice for my daughter‘s 18th birthday and when we got there, they just put us in a regular table even though we requested the booth and hadn’t set anything up. I mentioned it to our server Jose and he went above and beyond and out of his way and unfortunately, I can’t remember the other guy’s name, but he had glasses and wore a turban on his head (and was very handsome had an amazing cadence and was just a vibe) anyhow they turned a bad experience into a very good one so I just wanted to thank them for everything they definitely deserve some recognition

I grabbed a quick lunch in between shopping at the mall and happen to discover happy hour! It is actually all day now apparently. I had a couple of pink lotuses, the shrimp dumplings, and chicken lettuce wraps. All light and refreshing, yet good and fulfilling. I couldn’t finish it all. Cardaryl was a great server! I’ll be back!

On a busy Saturday evening we ducked in for apps and drinks. Steven, our server, was awesome. We had the sangria and espresso martini to drink. Both really good. Shared a small salad, chicken lettuce wraps, and the individual peanut butter dessert. We ended up with a to go box. Everything was just like Mary Poppins....practically perfect in every way. It was a great start to my vacation. The entire staff was top notch.

I have Celiac disease (as do my father, sister, and grandmother), so we cannot consume gluten. PF Chang’s has so many gluten free options. I could LIVE off of Chang’s Spicy Chicken (GF). That’s what I get every time I go. It never gets old: and that’s something that I can also say for my favorite waitress, Anna.

Mmm… the food was absolutely delicious, I loved the atmosphere here and customer service was superb thanks to Jose! We’ll come back again for sure!

My co worker brought me here since I never been and I absolutley loved it. I got the pan fried shrimp dumplings, soup, and the mangolian beef with white rice. Our server Ayoub was amazing and so nice. The atmosphere was nice, I love the way the inside looks.

It was really quiet in the booth with my bestie! We were seated quickly and did not feel rushed to order or leave after receiving the bill. A manager came over and to make sure we had a great experience and that our waitress was taking care of all the things. Our waitress was open to answering any questions we had about the menu or drink selections as well. It has been YEARS since I have dined here and do not recall liking it but this food was SO good. My daughter and I had dinner here recently, and our waiter, Jose, gave us one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. His service wasn’t just about taking orders and checking in—it was about genuine kindness. He surprised us by covering drinks, dessert, and even part of our meal. When I insisted he didn’t have to, he simply said that as a single father himself, he understood the fatigue and stress I carried. Jose went above and beyond in a way that you can’t put on a menu. His compassion and generosity turned an ordinary night into a reminder of how powerful kindness can be. Thank you, Jose, for making us feel cared for and seen.

Anna was awesome. She was very attentive and was on top of everything. Very friendly and we really enjoyed our visit as we were celebrating my granddaughter birthday.

My dad and I had lunch together here. We really enjoyed it. I like that they have personal size meals for lunch. I didn’t realize it but for dinner it is family style large plates of food for sharing.

Went into PF Changs on Wednesday. Food was amazing but let me tell you what’s even better. The manager Savannah was absolutely fabulous. I’ve had her as my bartender before as well. She needs a raise!

I’m from out of town and 1st time here. My waitress Natalie was very very nice. She made us feel like we were movie stars. I will be back when I come to Nola and will ask for Natalie. Keep her and find more people like her.

I’m a regular PF Chang customer. I travel from the westbank of Greater New Orleans to the east bank to dine at PF Changs. Well, today’s visit did start off going good. My server was overwhelmed and lacking in service. Before I could really lose my composure, Tanya (manager) appeared from nowhere. She could see that I was not happy. She was so understanding about my complaints and sis not hesitate in extending her apologies. She did not make any excuses. She just assured me that she would personally make sure that my problem would be resolved. She served with a smile and did not make me feel like I was just another nagging customer. She made me feel like, me being happy with my service and food was her ultimate goal. It turned out to be one of my best experiences at P F Chang. It’s always great to know that a restaurant has a real manager!!! Kudos also to Jordan. He is so humble and attentive. My 8 y.o. godchild really enjoyed the experience and says it’s his favorite restaurant. Thanks again PF Chang!

I took my family to pf changs before the parades and Shelby was our server. She was phenomenal! She was interactive with our rowdy children and despite the restaurant being busy,she made it look so easy. She even made sure to keep a fresh pot of tea for me since the restaurant was so cold.The steamed pork dumplings were the best part of the meal and the chicken lettuce wrap is still just as delicious as when the restaurant opened. THANK YOU PF CHANGS AND SHELBY!

My mom and I had the most amazing dinner. We did the three course dinner and it was so much food. Definitely worth the price and everything tasted delicious and fresh. Our server Anna was so sweet and attentive. 5 star experience

This place is so good. Don’t get me wrong, I love everything on the menu, but their lettuce wraps have to be my OG favorite. I’ve also had pretty good service here when it’s been chill or when it’s been really busy. I sat at the bar a few times, but I usually sit at a table. My only recommendation is don’t get that first half booth half table right outside of the kitchen door, there’s a whole lot of traffic and it can get pretty loud. We struggled to have a conversation. Other than that, I really have no complaints.

Great service by Anna! Five stars! Reliable chain food. Good drinks, bar is always nice. This is convenient as it is attached to a mall. They now have meal deals for less $ and medium size entrées. Clean.

The food quality has declined over time. I think the most noticeable declined is in the taste of the fried rice. Still better than others but nothing like the great fried rice they used to serve. The orange chicken was not the best either.

Good food and it was only a 15min wait for our party of 5 at dinner time (6ish). But our server wasn’t very attentive…there was a second waiter who asked if we had been greeted and was about to ring us in because no one was coming.

Food is pretty good. Jonathan was our server, he was absolutely excellent and very welcoming. Though he's only been in the food industry for a few months he's great at responding quick to easy complications or mix ups.

I ordered multiple items for delivery including the Lettuce Wraps. Don’t order delivery from this location! They’re people packing it up clearly do NOT care! Their LETTUCE Wraps had virtually NO Lettuce! I mean a ridiculous amount short. I sent an email, manager called and promised some coupons for lettuce wraps a few days later, then they didn’t send them! Horrible service! Order elsewhere!

Sesame chicken tasted like they started orange chicken and realized they messed up so they tried to correct it and failed. Chicken fried rice was mush, wonton soup had under cooked wonton. Pepper steak was great.

Been here sevvvvvvvveral times. As of late they’ve added more to the menu & spiffed up the visit as a result. Expect a wait, as is the norm for this establishment. Spacious as the location is, they’re always packed. The method by which they list create and call the wait list is a little archaic, needs to be revamped. Food and drink prices are a little more than the norm, but they’ve gotta pay for the new menu and stuff. ;)

This was the first time my P.F. Chang's visit was not a great experience. I ALWAYS enJOY the Memphis,Tennessee, and Houston, Texas locations. At this location, our food was cold, but luckily, it was still tasty because we didn't have time to send it back after waiting so long to get the food. The server wasn't very attentive to our table for some reason. I also let her know that I am a rewards member and gave her my number to place on the order ticket so that I could get credit... due to the app having technical difficulties. I asked her twice to make sure she put it in the system, and she told me it was done... but I found out she lied, and no points-credit was received.

We have visited this location several times in the past year. We drive 45 minutes to an hour to get here. The service is always amazing! But, as of late the portion sizes have decreased. While I understand that this may be a result of the current economy, standards and consistency should never be changed due to temporary circumstances and especially if they will affect customers. We can choose to dine here or not. While the size of food has decreased, the prices are still the same. Dinner portions look like lunch portions. I compared the two in 1 week and I received the same portion size for dinner as I did for lunch. Our egg drop soup was simply cold! I am the customer who gives chances to get it right, but when it comes to me spending discretionary income at a chain that others boasts to be the best in the business, I expect consistency and quality. The first 2 photos are from 1/15/23. I had just received my dinner plate. The second picture is the same menu item from 4 years ago. While the honey chicken is our favorite menu item, we will explore other venues because of consistency. The service is unmatched!

For the first time in the restaurant, the experience was not good, at least for me. My dish (Shrimp with Lobster Sauce) was too salty and my drink (mojito) had too much alcohol. Which means I couldn't drink or eat very well. The calamari appetizer was tasty, but in the end, it was also salty. And just one more tip: the dish serves two to four people very well.

It's been years since I last visited this restaurant but now I remember why. Well, I don't think it was quite as bad before but I believe it has declined a lot. The only thing worth returning for was the chicken lettuce wrap. Everything else was either overly salted or too sour. The chefs were too heavy-handed on salt and vinegar that day. As for service, I can't remember our server's name but she was friendly.

Ordered thru Uber, the driver was great. I ordered 2 Key Lime pies and only got one. The Shrimp and Chicken Noodle looks dried out. Ordered Xtra shrimp and I can count them . No spoon or forks, napkins.

I'm sad to say you just lost a customer. On your website I ordered, paid for and left a tip for 3 bowls of won ton soup. $30 worth of soup. And this is what I pulled out of the bag when I got home. When I called to inquire as to why the portions were so small the guy on the phone said we'll I think thats how they come. When I injured further I was hung up on. If I didn't have sick kids at home I'd bring them back and ask for a refund. But since I do, and I'm tired I just won't come back. It's a shame.

The menu and decor have been revamped but not in a good way. The quality of food was not great, the lighting was harsh, and the decor was basic. It was better before. The staff was very friendly and the service was good though.

I always love coming to PF Changs. I drove over an hour tonight to get this. I am the Director of Food at my job so I take reviews seriously so if I give a bad review it is not good. I paid over $35 for 2 dishes that I could not eat. The rice tasted old like it had been sitting in a cooler for days. My honey shrimp was gummy. I hope this does not become the norm.

Our visit was a complete disappointment from what my expectations were from previous visits years ago. After today, I doubt I will choose PF Changs and go only if invited by others. The Kung Pao had bits of over salted sauce. We ate out twice that day, and the other restaurant by comparison made PF Changs look worse due to the amount of money of the bill (same $) and food quality . Bye Chang, bye.

Major microbial growth issues here… I barely made it through dinner. Felt dizzy, foggy, and just off. Snapped a few photos of mold growing on the ductwork above us—absolutely disgusting. You’d think a place like PF Chang’s would have better standards. Definitely not what I’d call a safe or enjoyable night out.

My son loves P.F. Chang’s, so we eat here about once a week. I generally think it’s overpriced, but honestly, what isn’t these days, so we keep coming back. Unfortunately, our last three visits have been awful. I’m not sure if the wait staff and kitchen are all new or if management is slipping, but the food has been wildly inconsistent, the service has been terrible, and the portions are frankly insulting. Today was the final straw. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it took almost 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. We ordered an appetizer and two lunch specials. The potstickers arrived undercooked and cold. I’m not someone who complains, but they were clearly not right. I mentioned it to the server, expecting him to offer to fix it, and he simply walked away. It wasn’t until I flagged him down later for refills that he noticed the potstickers were untouched and offered to have them cooked again. By that point, our entrées had already arrived, and we had finished eating before the potstickers were finally brought back out. The server never checked on us, never asked if we needed anything, never refilled drinks, and brought the check about five minutes after the appetizer finally hit the table. To add insult to injury, the lunch portions were ridiculous. I had maybe four small pieces of chicken and mostly crumbs and breading. I was a server through college and grad school, and I actually worked at this exact P.F. Chang’s about 20 years ago. I would have been embarrassed to serve this dish to a guest. I tip well. Always. This is the first time in my life I’ve tipped 10%, and honestly, that felt generous given the experience. If a restaurant is going to print suggested tips of 20%, 25%, and 30% on the receipt, the service needs to remotely justify it. Our two visits prior had slightly better food, but the service was still awful. Something has seriously gone downhill here, and unless major changes are made, we won’t be back. The picture below is my plate that was $14 after eating one piece of chicken.

For the second time in a row, orders made on Uber Eats arrived with key items missing: this time it was the sauce that comes with the lettuce wraps effectively ruining the dish. I even asked the server to double check the order before I left with it because of previous missing items, it but he assumed I was just a delivery driver and repeatedly refused.

This was my last time coming here. The service is just as bad as the food. Please change the grease and cook the chicken more. We felt like we were being held hostage. Never got refills nothing. Will never return and this was one of my fav spots since a teenager.

Received delivery from this restaurant, the experience was absolutely horrible. Order was incorrect, when relayed to the restaurant there was nothing they could do , they were at capacity and confused the order. When asked if they check the orders upon pick up they simply answered no. This was once one of my favorite places to eat however it is sad to see how the restaurant service , and food quality has declined over the past year. Will think twice prior to ordering from here again.

This place is definitely not what it used to be. The food, the employees, the management is outrageous. Did a pickup order for plain chicken and fried rice. Been getting the same meal at this place for years. Someone doused the meal with a whole bunch of black pepper, and then they tried to justify it by saying that it comes with white pepper on it. We've been ordering this same plate for years and never tasted an ounce of pepper, and the menu doesn't mention it either. From placing the order, to dealing with the manager that was trying to justify my order instead of apologizing was more upsetting especially since I drove 15 miles to pick up my order. THIS PLACE HAS LOST ITS WAY!!
