La atención desde que llegas deja mucho que desear. el mesero 10min para tomar la orden y 20min para la comida llegamos mi papá y yo y la mesa de enfrente como 5 min después y a ellos les sirvieron antes y también tenían 100% la atención del mesero y gerente. pedimos papas fritas y no traen sal y la sal de mesa mojada, la comida sin presentación, (en cuando a cocina mucha gente y solo platicando) el mesero solo dando vueltas, lit me trajeron la cuanta y mí cambio mas rápido que los cubiertos. la cadena de este restaurante nos gusta mucho pero por tiempo escogimos esta sucursal (pésima decisión)

I went there for dinner with my folks. And I asked for a “Taco de Filete”. When they served the food, the meat was chewy and not even close to be a filete. I told to the lady who delivered the food about the meat, and she went to double check it was filete. She came back saying she checked with the chef he assured it was the meat I asked. I was tired and hungry, so I started eating the taco de filete, around the 2nd or 3rd taco I was eating I began founding bone attached to my filete. I told the waitress that all of a sudden, my filet transformed to a chuleta (cheaper meat) and she was very polite, then other waitress approached and told him the same thing, the change me the plate to something different. The waiter’s team is very polite, and they do take responsibility for what they serve, they did make it right by offering and bringing me a different meat and taking away the chewy filete, (The new plate was “Adobada”, and it was softer than the filete) that is why I gave them 5 stars to the staff because they are awesome. My review is for the chef and whoever is involved trying to sell the wrong meat. Kudos to the waitress team. They are who face the customer for the mistakes of the kitchen.
