Atención excelente al cliente desde que uno llega, el platillo que pedimos se llama Anafre y estuvo riquísimo el ambiente muy agradable, gracias a la propietaria, el Cheff y todo el personal por sus finas atenciones. Un lugar muy recomendable ☺️

Una experiencia muy satisfactoria

He ido ya tres veces a este lugar y siempre ha sido una agradable experiencia. En dos ocasiones me tocaron eventos y tuvimos que esperar alrededor de media hora para que nos dieran una mesa, pero una vez ya sentados el servicio estuvo bien en términos de rapidez y calidad de la comida.

Tuve el placer de ser atendido por Brenda una muy fina y atenta persona. Nos dio un trato familiar a mi hija y a mi porque mi niña andaba molesta por su brazito (se lo quebró en Mayo), y la hizo sentir muy especial dándole unos colores, libro de pintar, y un set para hacer collares lo cual mi hija quedo encantada. Muchas gracias si mira este post. La comida llegó y los chilaquiles negros muy buenos, el chicharrón en su punto tanto crujiente como doradito y una salsa de chiles fritos muy deliciosa. Los hotcakes de mi hija muy esponjosos y ricos. Tienen refill de café de la negrita y nunca decepciona. Me quede con ganas de probar los tamales en hoja de plátano pero será a la próxima porque la verdad estaba muy lleno (me tomé como tres tasas de café). Definitivamente un lugar para regresar. Cómodo para grupos de 4 a 6 personas.

We were very pleased to discover this new place, La Herencia. It has an excellent location overlooking the park, plenty of parking in a secure area, and very nice decor. The only notable thing was a musty smell that clashed with the overall atmosphere. The food was fabulous, the menu variety was very appropriate, the prices were fair, and the service was good. Perhaps they could consider having extra staff on Sundays, since they were obviously stressed out trying to meet demand. Congratulations, we'll be back and highly recommend them.

The place is clean and spacious between tables. Breakfast was okay, I'd give it a 7/10, but I expected more. My friends' plates were cold, and it was supposed to be hot. Mine was very bland. The beans were delicious, though. The pancake was a little undercooked. The coffee was 8/10. Customer service was 6/10; the wait (we were the only ones there) was 45 minutes. After we arrived, others came in, but we'd already been waiting 20 minutes for eggs, a pancake, and barbacoa negra. The presentation of the food was excellent. It definitely needs improvement.

The place of medium capacity, not so small, has good capacity, is not classic or baroque, rather casual (although there is a wall from side to side with classic black and white photos), there were no snacks to snack on while waiting, they offer regular and holla coffee, very good, but it does not have refills, the regular one does, they also offer juices, lemonade, orange juice, green tea among others, at the table, creamer in packets and sugar substitute, after 15 minutes of waiting, the dishes, the presentation is somewhat elaborate, of good flavor, some dishes somewhat loaded in what is the spices (black chilaquiles), the others were excellent, homelet divorced and Aztec recommended, the portions do leave something to be desired, it is not a large amount but it has good flavor and good temperature, (hot and it is appreciated), the flour tortillas are very small, there if they fall short. A place with air conditioning and a sloping entrance, be careful with falls, friendly and courteous service, except that they forgot some drinks that were ordered halfway through the meal and they never arrived, in that case, a little more attention, the place wasn't full, in front of the restaurant they only have space for 4 cars, but in front there is a parking lot and there is no problem parking.

muy bonito restaurante lo malo es que la comida no tiene buen sabor y tampoco las bebidas. lo salvable serían los tamales y el pan que dan con el menudo.

Tardaron demasiado en servirnos el platillo aproximadamente 1 hora, hubiera preferido que nos comentaran que tenían demora en sus tiempos. El lugar es pequeño con demasiado ruido, el lugar si es acogedor, muy poco personal para la demanda que tiene. Después de tanta espera no vale la pena el platillo, carece de sabor.

Mala experiencia con este clima los sanitarios afuera sin refrigeración y el lavamanos a pleno rayo de sol. No me gustó la comida y el servicio poco eficiente a excepción de la recepcionista.

Pésimo servicio por parte de la mesera, el 90 % del tiempo estuvo volteando para la cocina en lugar de voltear a sus comensales. Pedí café de olla el cual le mencioné que estaba súper dulce ( tanto que ni se podía tomar) y su única respuesta fue “ah si”. La comida le doy un 8/10. Pero sinceramente es un lugar donde no regreso por qué el servicio fue pésimo.
