Ya había visitado algunos sede Café y sigo enamorado de su café como de sus pan de dulce, el servicio es excelente, sin embargo para ubicarlos me costo un poco de tiempo ya que no tienen como tal algún señalamiento de que se encuentran ahi, seria solo mejorar eso.

La verdad, el café es de alta calidad, es muy rico delicioso, recuerda que leche deslactosada es tóxica para el hígado y los riñones. Debe haber una alternativa deliciosa como Not Milk o soya es mejor o almendra de perdis jejeje hay una chica de lentes delgada chaparrita muy amable y linda que quiero que se case con mi hermano pero cada que va no se anima a hablarle mi hermanito caray pero todo lo demás bien vengan vengan !

En la hora godin se hace muy larga la fila per avanza rápido y el sabor del café es bueno

El día de ayer acudí a probar sus variedades de cafés y estoy impresionado con el sabor y el precio es súper económico , también le agradezco mucho al colaborador Mayel por increíble atención , definitivamente volvería a venir.

I love this coffee shop. I used to go almost every day. At this location, however, they've started running short on milk in the lattes. Often there's less, just a few inches below the top. It seems to be getting worse week by week. What a shame. But the staff here are very friendly. Update: They've improved this situation. Thanks so much, everyone.

Good quality and excellent prices, the staff is super friendly and the place looks very clean. They could work on consistency and properly train all the baristas; it varies a lot depending on who makes your coffee, and that shouldn't happen (mainly lattes with little crema or at the wrong temperature). They also need to ensure they have enough stock of their products; I went around 8-9 am and they still hadn't received the bread.

I love SEDE, it's my favorite coffee shop, but this branch has changed lately. The drinks are much smaller than they should be. I ordered a large drink and they gave me the size of a regular one. What's the point of ordering a larger one if they're just going to give me the same thing? They've only changed the size of the cup.

Today I went to the branch for the first time to try it out, as it had been highly recommended. I ordered a chai latte, which unfortunately had no flavor, and the girl who prepared it, Adriana, with curly hair and glasses, had a rather unpleasant attitude; she didn't even acknowledge my greeting. In a business, customer service is key to ensuring people return and are delighted with the product, but in my case, that wasn't the case, and I wouldn't return because of this situation. It's a shame, considering the good things I'd heard about this coffee shop.

Esta es la peor sucursal, siempre entregan mal mi orden y el equipo está mal organizado.

Muy mala experiencia en esta sucursal. Solicitamos un capuchino frío y una horchata fría. Nos entregaron la horchata con café (nunca nos preguntaron si la queríamos con shot) y el capuchino completamente tibio y sin hielos. ​Cuando pedimos el cambio, el personal se mostró poco accesible: solo accedieron a cambiar la horchata y aseguraron que el capuchino estaba bien, ignorando nuestra queja. Califico con dos estrellas porque al menos corrigieron una de las bebidas, pero el servicio al cliente fue pésimo. Suelo ir a otras sucursales de la marca y el estándar es totalmente distinto.

El horario dice que es desde las 8am y nos atendieron a las 9:30. No les importó que llegáramos al principio, nos atendieron hasta el final y con caras.

He visitado otras sucursales y está sentí que me sirvieron menos bebida y mucha espuma :c

The staff are very nice, pleasant, and friendly. But the coffee is awful, very watery, very acidic, and tasteless. I ordered a flat white and they asked me if I wanted it strong (?????) what, four shots? I said okay, and it tasted like a regular latte. I guess the regular flat white tastes like nothing. 🤷🏽 Anyway, I haven't tried anything else, but I don't recommend the coffee. Again, the staff are friendly.

Siempre voy al de la calle Tamaulipas, ahí está todo bien. En este No te ponen el sello, te cobran el saborizante Pero no lo ponen. Es obvio por el sabor que no lo hicieron y además el fondo de la bebida con café molido. Si pueden mejor crucen el viaducto y vayan a los otros. 30 marzo, intente darle una segunda oportunidad, estoy formado para ordenar. Cuando alguien regresa a comentarles si le habían puesto el saborizante. Vaya al buen entendedor pocas palabras. Obvio no compre

Probé un flat White, el café tenia un sabor a quemado, le pedí la ficha técnica al barista pero solo me dijo es de veracruz

Nuestra experiencia fue de baja a mala. Hace un tiempo mi novia ha querido probar este café, leímos mucho del tema y habían mucho comentarios mixtos. Quisimos darle una oportunidad pero desde ya, no lo recomendamos. Primero, lo bueno: la atención, son amables, pacientes y, para ser 3 personas a las 11 am, creo que lo hicieron bien considerando la cantidad de gente que había en fila (10 personas aproximadamente). Luego, lo regular: no hay muchos sitios para sentarse (hay que considerar que es una sucursal para llevar) y no tienen baño. También los precios no son nada del otro mundo, es otro Starbucks con color diferente. Lo único "bueno" del precio es el café del día (desde $15 pesos) que no probamos. Luego, lo malo: el café sabía quemadísimo. Mi novia pidió un "Fredo Capuchino" que sabía a sobremegatostado con agua. Mi "Dirty Horchata" estaba 2/3 al principio pero mientras se va tomando, se va sintiendo esa horrible sensación de quemado. No siento que las bebidas estén tan si quiera pasables. Sobre los alimentos pedimos un croissant con jamón y queso (con láminas muy delgadas) y un Chocolatín 2/3, nada del otro mundo. General: Una experiencia regulona, no volvería. Particularmente no nos gustó la comida en general. Bonito lugar PERO es otro Starbucks con color azul en su fachada.

Nada del otro mundo. Solo buen branding, buena publicidad. El café no es bueno, mejor dicho sus “baristas” no son buenos, por lo tanto el café sabe mal, no gasten , no vale la pena.

Servicio extremadamente lento, pedí un americano, tardaron media hora en servirlo, atendieron pedidos que se hicieron posteriores al mío y todavía se equivocaron y le pusieron un saborizante. Café económico pero no vale la pena la espera y tienen un pésimo esquema de atención.

We ordered a decaf Americano that literally tasted like water. It cost 25 pesos for a small cup, and they wouldn't give us an extra shot unless we paid 10 pesos more. 25 pesos for water is not something I'm willing to pay, so if you go, keep in mind that you have to pay 35 pesos for a small coffee that even remotely tastes like coffee; otherwise, it's just hot, brown water.

They don't have a bathroom!!!! It's unbelievable that a place doesn't have one. I'd never been before, and after chatting and having coffee for a while, I trusted them. It's a basic necessity, and they don't have one—terrible. Good prices, quality, and atmosphere. But I had to rush out to find somewhere else in the area because, unless you buy something, nobody lets you in.
