By far one of the top best vibes and food in Miami Beach. The hostess Kaeley is THE nicest and treated us like gold. She seated my family indoor on a cold and busy night and I will return because of her and the spicy rigatoni for sure! 10/10 no notes

Our server was Lola, she was so kind, knowledgeable and bubbly. The food was ready in a timely manner, and was absolutely delicious. The arancini was mouth watering and the ravioli bianconeri was incredible.

Very impressed with Casa Isola. They won me over as soon as they placed the bread plate down. It came with a serving of caponata that I couldn’t resist. I almost asked for more, but then the burrata came. I don’t have a picture of it, because my friend and I were too excited to dig in. The cheese melted as soon as we cut into it. It was fresh and perfect. The bucatini was al dente and loved the level of spice of the cacio e pepe. So good! The main event I would say came the the dish called The Sunday Sauce. As soon as it hit my lips it brought back memories from my parents and grandparents home cooking. I know it’s cliché to say, but it really did. Being first generation Sicilian American from New York, I know the Sunday Sauce here is the real deal. I recommend coming hungry, because this dish is a beast. It was hard to find the pasta in this dish as it was covered with copious amounts of meat. The fresh ricotta on top was a nice touch. I can’t wait to come back, but next time I’m bringing more friends.

If you are looking for best of both worlds this is the place to go. You have Italian and Japanese fusion. The ambiance is peaceful and comfortable. The serve was fast and amazing. All the food we had was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I want to thank Josue the manager for checking in on us, Magali for sitting us so quickly, and Rodrigo for making sure all our food and table was clean. If you are looking for a relaxing dinner with friends or a spouse this is the place to be. I highly recommend the spicy rigatoni, tuna crudo, and Arancini (and everything else on the menu). This is a place you’ll think about later and want to come back

Everything was superb! Food, wine/beer selection, service, and decor was all 5 stars. This is the best Italian restaurant on the beach right now. Their dishes are classic Italian with a gastronomic, modern twist. Can't wait to return! Pictured: tuna crudo. Exquisite!

We went on a date night to Casa Isola. We loved it!! Really good food. We tried Tuna Crudo which was AMAZING. They have amazing lard bread and the selections of pasta were all delicious. Great atmosphere we'll definitely come back.

The best Italian place in Miami! Such a cute restaurant with very cozy vibes and really amazing food. The spicy rigatoni, tuna, dumpling's, arancini and tiramisu were amazing. I will come back soon to try the rest of the menu. Its an Italian restaurant with an Asian twist, nothing like this exists in Miami.

Miami Spice 2021: I've been wanting to visit this place since it opened earlier this year and there was no better time to visir than for Miami Spice (ok may happy hour is a close second 🙃). I had one of the best rigatoni alla vodka I've ever tried here! The rigatoni seemed to be made as half the size of regular rigatoni I've tried (same large pasta but cut in half). It made the perfect bite sized pieces. The sauce was slightly spicy and very flavorful. To start, we ordered the mushroom polenta and the octopus. The mushroom polenta was incredibly juicy, and made when a ton of butter (thats a good thing 😋). I didnt think the octopus would match up but it did! The outer edges of the octopus legs were the perfect level of cripsy and the pickled cauliflower was the perfect accompaniment. For dessert, we tried both the panna cotta and the tiramisu. The panna cotta was some of the best I've tried. The actual panna cotta was on the sweeter side from others I've tried, to be that was delicious. While the panna cotta was great, the tiramisu in a jar was amazing! Topped with coffee whipped cream and sprinkled with chocolate crisps. When you dug into the layers, you were greated with a creamy chocolate pudding that paired so well with the top layers. Very well made! One thing to note, they do not have a liquor license, but they do a decent job of creating cocktails from prosecco and other liqueurs. Just something to keep in mind in case you were looking to get a cocktail with dinner vs wine.

Absolutely biblical. There’s no way you don’t leave satisfied and full [like sean] after visiting. Every dish we had was bibliotic. The truffle ravioli was sensational. That and the octopus are must order dishes

Had some bad and good notes. Let’s start with bad. Hard to find parking nearby. They need to clean the outside terrace will attaché the picture to get a better understanding . Staff a bit too chill. So far those are the only things which made me not really happy. let’s go to the good part . Food is great. Prices are great. Also if you get to happy hour lot of items to eat and drink for cheap. What else you need. Would definitely come back and make it weekly restaurant to go to. Hopefully they see this and they will clean the bushes o_0

Great food! Great Service & the ambiance is just out of control adorable! we had the chicken marsala, branzino with little clams, the octopus, and raviolis!! food was on point with its flavor and taste, portions were freaking great!! shareable for two and don't forget those delicious arancini balls ;) Creamy and crunchy! WHAT!!!! We tried all the deserts on the menu - favorite was the cheesecake - it was a different fluffier consistency with ricotta and parmesan cheese - it was SOOOOO DELICIOUS!!!!

This is my first time ever writing a review but I just couldn’t resist. I am visiting Miami for the first time and love to eat at new restaurants, so I did a lot of research on where we should go for our four precious nights. I happened upon Casa Isola somewhat by accident (it wasn’t showing up on the flashy lists of where to try, I think because it’s still relatively new) and I am SO glad I did. Every part of our meal was amazing. We had the arancini, the prosciutto bread with Parmesan honey butter, the pasta with pomodoro and basil pesto (it sounds simple but the flavors were perfect), and the tiramisu. All four items were absolutely delicious. Also, the atmosphere and service were great. A special shout-out to Danny filling the water and helping clear/replace plates. His service was incredible and he was so friendly!! Thank you for a great meal!

First time there and can't wait to go back! So happy for Happy Hour....can you believe they have a happy hour with many different bites for $10...so of course I ordered almost everything on there lol The tuna crudo was fresh light and delicious, the rigatoni with vodka sauce....let's just say had to order two it was so good, the meatball parm sliders amazing and the arancini was spectacular. The octopus was also excellent, could have ordered two of those also. The broccoli rabe was ok, a little greasy but needed a vegetable, the spaghetti with garlic and olive oil also ok could have skipped those. The Ravioli though was soooo delicious, this was off the main menu and it did not disappoint. Really wanted to try the Sunday Sauce but will go back for that, the waiter said it's a big portion and after all the other things it was going to be too much but overall it was great, the service was excellent, very helpful, friendly and attentive. Great experience and with outdoor seatt.

Casa Isola is such a cute and unique place with an inviting combination of flavors and decor. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. Although it is rather small inside the decorations make up for it. They have a great selection of wines and the food is to die for. I’d say reservations are recommended since the restaurant’s atmosphere is one that pushes for relaxed dinning. Overall our dinner took about 2 hours including wine, starters, entree, dessert and coffee.

Casa isola is been not only the best Italian restaurant but it’s been my home. The perfection of blends between herbs, spices and sauces, just leave me disoriented after with a very sickening feeling, yet so pleasing. I’ve seen the same staff for years, I feel like one of them. I feel like they are my family. My wife says it’s the best Italian restaurant she’s ever had, I second that. All in all, don’t waste your money anywhere else. Casa isola for ever.

This place is amazing!! Everything I got had such a spectacular flavor and was good quality. I enjoyed everything that I ordered and would reccomend this place!

Such a great spot! The food at Casa Isola Osteria was amazing — super fresh pasta, awesome flavors, and really nice people working there. The carbonara pasta was next-level, and the vibe inside was perfect, even was raining super crqzy outside. Cozy, chill, and feels like a little piece of Italy in Miami Beach. Can’t wait to come back! 🍝

Casa Isola Osteria feels like one of those restaurants where every dish has a little personality of its own. The corn gyozas were a standout right away! Delicate dumplings with a sweet, savory bite that I kept thinking about after the first taste. The meatball dumplings had that same playful twist, comforting but creative, like a nod to tradition with a chef’s wink. The Manager Rodrigo was also excellent and you can tell he really cares about the restaurant! For pasta, the rigatoni alla vodka didn’t disappoint. Perfectly cooked, rich without being heavy, it’s one of those dishes you want to linger over. And then there’s the Italian fried chicken…..crisp, juicy, and seasoned so well it deserves its own fan club. What I loved most was how the whole meal felt like a mix of comfort and surprise….familiar Italian flavors made exciting again. Casa Isola is definitely the kind of place I’d come back to when I want both a cozy neighborhood vibe and food that sparks conversation at the table.

Casa ISOLA is truly one of a kind in Miami Beach to enjoy with family and friends! The Italian Fried Chicken, Corn Agnolotti, Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka, and Eggplant Parmigiana were all exceptional. For dessert, the mango creation was refreshing and beautifully served, and the Tiramisu with dulce de leche and Nutella mascarpone was rich with layers of flavor. A big thanks to the Chef and to manager Rodrigo for their warm and genuine hospitality that made the experience even more memorable. We’ll be back

Not even exaggerating, this is easily my favorite resturant in Miami. I have been coming here for a few years now and it’s always the best experience. The food is incredible, and the vibes are great. I order the chopped salad, spicy rigatoni all a vodka, & the casarecce pasta. Every dish is 10/10. I had 10 friends here to celebrate my birthday dinner and everyone of them will be going back who haven’t been before. Truly made my bday a special night. Staff & service is exceptional.

My wife and I had a fantastic meal at Casa Isola Osteria. Our server Josue was extremely kind and helpful with great recommendations. I came over here for the happy hour while I was waiting for my car to be done down the street. Kevin was really great! He had exceptional customer service and I got a really good deal on a happy hour dinner. I got the spicy pasta with the meatball. I also got a Bellini and a beer. All for $32 bucks! They have outside seating which is nice. Really great deal for the happy hour and I will definitely come back! Thank you guys!

Casa Isola is a solid quaint Italian option. While they recently became a smaller establishment, they continue to deliver solid dishes. I recommend sitting outside if you want a more intimate feel. The service is always decent here. I think their vodka pasta is one of the best in Miami (yes, it will give Carbone a run for its money, likely at half the price). The staff really just want you to have a good meal and enjoy your company. Ps get the corn agnolotti broth. It’s incredible.

What a charming place and the rigatoni alla vodka deserves all the hype (needless to say we ordered it and yum). We were thinking of ordering la travola charcuterie board, but were advised it was rather big for two people so we settled for the burrata panzanella and the octopus and although both were delicious, the burrata was our favorite. The portions were generous and the attention was excellent. We had such a great time, so I am very thankful for the staff. The wine is good too, can’t have pasta without it. We went on a date and it was pretty lively, but we sat by the bar which allowed for conversation. I would recommend this place for happy hour, dining out with friends and coworkers, keep in mind that it is an Osteria and the vibe is very much like one. Tables are pretty close to each other, so the noise level if you want to have a private conversation may not be the most desirable, but it was this vibe we loved the most. The decoration is beautiful and so it’s the ambiance. We will certainly return.

Heard a lot of positive reviews about the food and decided to order for delivery. Giving a 4 star for the price point. 45$ for the Rigatoni alla Vodka (+tax), clearly inspired by another fancy Italian restaurant, is too much for a place like this. They should be using Grey Goose for the sauce to justify the price. Yes, it was extremely delicious and mind blowing. But I don’t think I’m gonna order it again. My partner got Vongole, which was good too, but mussels were over cooked and hard to chew. Broccoli rabe as a side was a disappointment.

G
Genevieve Smith

Good pasta but way too expensive for what it is. USD24 for a pasta dish with no meat or seafood is not in line with market costs. The rigatoni alla vodka had such an amazing sauce. Spicy, creamy and right amount of thickness. The portion didn’t look like much but I couldn’t finish mine as it was so filling. Unfortunately with the language barrier we couldn’t understand the specials so we don’t know if they were worth anything of note.

Really great pastas especially the rigatoni. The antipasti and sides are also really good. Got 2 pastas, the burrata with tomatoes, broccoli rabe, and octopus. Service was attentive and there’s a great outdoor seating space. Would definitely come back!

It met my expectations in terms of the food. The rigatoni and the vodka pasta was something very special and everyone should try it out. We got an appetizer filled with cheese and marinara sauce which was also delicious. I didn’t like the environment tho. Was nothing romantic or spectacular. The pasta was $31 and the appetizer was $14. For that price the place’s decor and location sucked. It was literally below the road, you kept constantly hearing the honking of the cars. The food was great but the location doesn’t make it worth for a date night/ special occasion.

A
Andrew Davis

Good Italian food at a reasonable price. Rice balls were delicious but small. The prosciutto special was delicious but challenging to eat without making a mess. The pappardelle was fresh and the portion was generous.

C
Cristian Tripicchio

I liked the place and it does have potential. I asked for spaghetti with Pomodoro sauce for my boy, which was VERY watery (5 out of 10). THE WAGYU MILANESA CARPACCIO: great presentation but lacks flavor from the beef. It's mostly the sauce and veggies (6 out of 10). LINGUINE A LA BONGOLE: I like the presention but the pasta was not al dente. The rest was fine (7 out of 10). RIGATONI A LA CALABRESA: Spicy but just the right amount. Best plate of the night. Great presentation and flavor (9/10). CHOCOLATE PANACOTA: Great presentation but too much on it (ice cream, syrup and cream). (7 out of 10). Overall I like it. I was a little upset at the beginning because, even though I made a reservation ahead of time, I was not allowed to sit inside because others were coming after me (?). It was okay, I went along as the night was not humid or hot. Would def go back to try other dishes.

Very cute decor and ambiance. Good service. The bread was delicious. We got the charcuterie table, it’s very big. The whipped butter with honey and spicy sauce was perfection. We also got the octopus which was tender and crispy, delicious! Everybody was happy with their pasta, but the food was a bit on the salty side.

The service was almost perfect. The manager was very professional. The burrata was fresh, extra sweet. It was ok. We got the specials, not worth the cost. Spaghetti with sea urchin was lousy. The duck ragú and foie gras paccheri was not enjoyable. The only dessert they had was the tiramisu That was simply tasteless. The ambiance is chill with outdoor seating. Price was way higher than the value of the food received. $$$$

I made a reservation for a party of three here, but when we arrived, there was no host or hostess, and they told us to sit wherever we wanted. We ended up sitting outside, and that was a huge mistake. As the food came, flies started swarming everywhere, and we could even get a whiff of the sewer smell every time the wind blew. The food was really disappointing, especially for the price we paid. And the service was almost non-existent. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all.
