My husband and I both ordered the chicken parmigiana. We both thought it was very delicious! Our server Betty was so kind, and provided wonderful service! We will definitely return.

Last night was my first experience at Milano's. It was perfect. My server, Grace had great timing, very friendly & answered my menu questions in a way that made it easy. I had the Veal Parmigiano with pasta, which was outstanding!. Zesty red sauce with perfectly cooked Veal & pasta was top quality. Very nice salad, homemade Italian dressing that is delicious 😋 The breads breadsticks were very tasty & unique. I even utilized a buy one dinner, get one free offer. I ordered Chicjen Parmigiano with pasta & salad for that meal, which I had bagged up to go. I'm going to heat that up for lunch today - and obviously, the to go meal won't be cooked fresh - so it will be interesting to see if it heats up well enough to still be a wonderful lunch. Hard to beat two meals for the price of one. I will definitely come back!! 💯👍💜🌟🔥

Absolutely loved our time at Cafe Milano! We stopped in for drinks and appetizers and were blown away by the vibe. Often on Ocean Drive, you expect a touristy feel, but the food here was surprisingly delicious and high-quality. The cocktails were creative and fun, and the staff made us feel like locals with their friendly, attentive service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great energy and even better food in Miami Beach!

I stayed in the area for 5 days, and since I discover this place I made it my favorite spot to have my breakfast and evening drinking spot. Carolina was a super host!!!..always smiling. !! Food was simply great and drinks well-prepared !! Take their happy hour it is definitely a good deal! Music is great !!..even in the morning the atmosphere and vibes rocks!!!

I have been to so many breakfast spots on the beach and always felt cheated with the quality of food vs pricing. Now that I’ve eaten at Cafe Milano I will never explore another breakfast spot. This is it!!! The food made us say omg with each bite. The pricing and preparation of our mimosas was sooo good. I will definitely be back. Oh and the service is phenomenal. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I have tried Italian food here as well and it was so good. This place has awesome servers and amazing food, I don't feel the need to go anywhere else. Mahi mahi and the garlic bread and the pasta were so good. Best shrimp tacos ever!!!! Perfectly cooked flour tortillas, well cooked shrimp and that spicy mayo sauce was so yummy. Rosemary was the most awesome server I met! She took care of my order perfectly and was so friendly!! Thank you Rosemary for the best service. Also the Heirloom caprese was so yummy! Perfect atmosphere inside!

Came here for dinner at our last night in Miami. We ordered a virgin pina colada, steak with mashed potatoes and a margherita pizza. The food was pretty good, it was kind of cold, but it was flavorful. Our waiter was seemingly drunk but he was fun and attentive so we didn’t mind. I felt smushed in my seat though and I had barely any room to get up and go to the restroom. Other than that it was a pretty good experience.

We had a good dinner here and surprisingly this place offered delicious food for us. Happy hour is essentially whole day and you set the second drink free with three size of choices. Cocktails with good amount of alcohol so you won’t be disappointed!

We had the passion fruit mojito and it was fabulous! Our waiter, Angel, was so attentive and friendly. Our meal consisted of the calamari and shrimp and the crab ravioli and lobster. Dinner last night at Milano’s! Total cost was about $55. No drinks. The spaghetti carbonara was amazing. The wedding soup (you have your choice of soup or salad with the pasta meals ) was the best I have ever had. The dish swimming in the red sauce was cheese ravioli. My wife said it was excellent, but that the sauce was spicy. I tasted it and I agree. I don’t think it used to be like that. Like always, the portions were huge with enough to take home for lunch the next day! Unfortunately at 5:30 PM they were already out of the prime rib, which is the Wednesday special. Not shown is a piece of limoncello cake that we took home. The absolute best dessert I have ever had! Service was great! Atmosphere depends on where you are seated. We were seated in the back close to the kitchen. We had them turn the house music up to drown out the noise coming from the kitchen. That’s why only three stars for the atmosphere. And yes, the breadsticks are perhaps the tastiest breadsticks we have ever had.

Quaint restaurant at the end of a strip mall. The inside was rather warm (in winter) but crazy but noticable. Our food was quite good. We order chicken parmesan and fettuccine alfredo. The bread sticks though, will bring me back. They tasted like they were made out of funnel cake batter! My biggest gripe was sitting in the back by the kitchen. They had their own rather loud music playing and some colorful language also was very noticeable. It greatly took away from the ambiance of the room.

Mothers Day. Our server was prompt and efficient. The food was good but not wow good. The value was there as nothing is cheap these days. The exception was the sausage and peppers appetizer. 10.50 for one link. Definitely a family atmosphere.

Great food! I could have made a meal from the bruschetta alone! It was that good!!!! The lasagna was good, as well. The service was pretty slow, but there were 2 large parties going on, including the one I was in, so that's why I gave it 3 stars. The atmosphere was better in the main dining area. The back room we were in was okay, but we had a large party. I would give 4 stars for atmosphere for the main dining area. Also, my husband likes old fashioneds. He couldn't drink whatever it was he was served (that we paid for). He went to the bar himself to order a 2nd one, but it wasn't really an old fashioned. I would highly recommend trying Milano's. I do want to go again with my husband so we can eat in the main dining area. I'm sure it will be a better experience.

Good drink specials, food, and service. The person, I don't know the proper term (host/greeter) was who really clinched it/sold it from all the other restaurants on Ocean Ave as we were walking by. Persistence, but not pushy. Funny, charming and most importantly sold the specials and drink specials.

Quiet family restaurant in a strip mall. Servers were pleasant. Only one other table during what should be lunch rush. Menu markets "made fresh daily" but server ackn the gnocchi is not house made, and the lasagne didn't taste much like anything but can sauce. Noodles were dry and chewy. Lacking seasoning. Bread sticks were light and fluffy. Salads OK. Bill was $60 for two people getting lunch portions, no alcohol. It's just not that high enough quality for that price point.

I dont get the great reviews of this place. My brother got lasagna and I got fettuccine Alfredo. The cheapest frozen lasagna from Walmart would be the equal of their lasagna and cheap Alfredo out of a jar would match the quality of the Alfredo. We asked for extra bread and found a charge for extra bread on our bill. Truly, that was the last straw. The only bright spot was our server, who was absolutely wonderful. I would not consider returning. In response to my bread comment, the owner mentioned that food costs money. I get that, but Fazolis, Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse and on and on all can afford to provide free bread. When you are serving up $2 worth of pasta and cheap sauce and charging roughly $25 for it...don't nickel and dime the customer.

This place is too beautiful and nice to have such bland food. The bread was surprisingly good it was a sweet treat of fried breadsticks but the sauce for the parmesan and fettuccine was very bland it was like plain sauce out of a can and there was only table shaker Parmesan cheese. Recently went for a holiday dinner and the experience was terrible. They sat us next to fireplace and they warned us be careful cause chairs are hot. We asked to sit elsewhere and they said no even though half the restaurant was empty. The server was an older woman and she was so rude. We ordered a plate of butter noodles and she charged us for a large spaghetti and meatballs for 25 dollars. When I commented she said fine, I will take something off the bill. The food was the same quality as Fazolis and triple the price. No thank you.

Worst restaurant service ever. Im a chef myself in new jersey (Blu on the Hudson). We order the cold platter seafood. We waited 35min. For or waiter Rafaela to tell us the didn't had oysters. What a lack of communication between management and employees. 86 items is the first thing u need to know for a service. When we ask for the bill a 20% gratitude was already add to the bill and she ask for more. Funny. Come to jersey I serve u better.
