Their slushes are the best—super refreshing with tons of flavors to choose from. The food is always tasty, especially the burgers and snacks, and everything comes out hot and fresh. Service is quick and friendly, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing something on the go or just craving a cold slush on a hot day. Definitely one of my favorite stops!
I genuinely hope you all read this review 🙏🏻 I traveled from Orlando to Miami via train. I won the tickets from a local radio station. We shuttled to the stadium only to realize that we could not tailgate there. I was stuck, in Miami with my 18 year old daughter. So we decided to walk to Sonic and grab dinner and make a plan. We arrived at Sonic around 6:45pm. They were fully staffed, very busy and moving like a well oiled machine. We asked the location of the bathroom and ran in to the managers, Devin & Hardwin. These are two of the most pleasant, most helpful gentlemen I've met in my life. I told them our situation and that we came there for dinner and they extended an invite for us to hang on the patio to stay safe. This was so comforting and helpful that they were so understanding of our circumstances. And offered a calming solution for us, and to be safe. Before meeting these two, I was stressed. After, it was like we were meant to meet. Our dinner, the Sonic cheeseburger and garlic bacon burger with fries and onion rings came out so fresh and delicious! After a while, we went back and ordered milkshakes, also amazing! Every staff member we met, 5 star! They were helpful, friendly, well organized. The restaurant stayed clean and well managed. They were keeping cars out of the tow away zone. It was a 10/10 mad house and everyone of your staff really killed it staying on top of everything! Please, send them my sincerest regards and give them a pizza party, bonus or something! I mean they absolutely deserve it! Top notch service! What you want to see from any business! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! 🫶🏻Jess Nicole
Amazing
Yummy snackies ^_^ quick and efficient service!
Nice and Fast!!
"Visiting Sonic always puts a smile on my face! The food is consistently delicious, and the convenience of ordering from my car makes the experience even better. The variety of menu options is impressive, and I love that I can customize my order to my liking. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend Sonic to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal!"
So good
Im not a big fan of their food... i mainly go here for their shakes and cherry coke. Lol otherwise they'd have a 5☆ Bless the drive thru lady for having patience with me. I was so hungry and didnt know what i wanted so changed my order a few times and she was perfectly okay with it. Luckily no one was behind me in the drive so all worked out well. Employees here have always been a delight. Even with not going here for quite a while due to being too far away. Shakes are always 100% perfect. ♡ ----- Update 2/2023: Still love the shakes here, only downsides I will add is the drive thru speaker. The last 2, maybe 3 times I've been here the speaker has been so bad you can barely hear the person trying to take your order. A lot of time spent saying "I'm sorry, can you repeat that?, huh? What was that?, etc" also, decided to get 2 different tonight for my passenger... the upcharge for m&ms or snickers isn't worth it.. ordered the 2 items listed on the menu that i could see (very small print) and it's basically a large vanilla shake with a tablespoon of the topping on the very top... not mixed into the drinks, nothing. Literally just a tiny bit on top. Lol. Hate to say it but mcsonalds mcflurries are better than that. I'll stick to recommending & ordering my usuals next time, they've never steered me wrong.
I was worried because of the bad reviews... but my experience was great. They happily took my order and brought it to my car in less than 8 minutes... everything was delicious!
Clean,delicious,awesome!!!!
I went through the drive-thru for a Shake because they are so so delicious and my bank card declined, but there was money in my acct. Long story short, someone paid for my shake. It was a very kind gesture(Wow! Who does this!) and I have to give all stars because not only that, but everyone was professional and kind and friendly and the service was great, no complaints with this Sonics... I've been back since to repay this person but they were not there. I love those shakes so I'll be back.
Sonics Drive thou car show
Been looking for a coke float in South Florida and lucky sonic has it!!
Great food, fast friendly service. Even when the line looks long they get rid of it super quick.
Sonic is amazing!!
Great, Fast, SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE. FOOD was Good too!
Wow their ice is THE BEST 😂😍🙌
Highly recommended
Very nice and tasty. Convenient parking and good prices.
Dwayne the server was excellent and a gentleman.
This place is so much better since it re-opened.
I love this place

When his tooth hurts n he wants some sonics
A nice and different place to spend time with friends and fast customer service. 👌🏼
Gaby go out to dinner at Sonic Drive In with Scott.
Nice
Like it very much
They got my drink order wrong but was ok anyway burgers were 👍
Good service
Love everything
Sonic Drive-In a classic place. Good menu. Drive through pretty quick. No complaints.
Love the shakes
Everything was absolutely delicious with quick friendly service !! A go to spot for lunch with my family
Good service
Shake it up 🚼 baby.
Excellent service and the food was great too.
Great area
So they have a pop corn chicken with cheese and sauce it is amazing.
Love it
Was not too bad
Pretty basic but overpriced but cheaper than the Hard Rock stadium if you are going to a concert. Don't have Sonic where I am from in the Northeast and once you walk in it looks like you are in someone's garage ordering food and you don't see how they cook it or prepare it. Staff girl was super nice.
I got the Cherri lemonade and grape nerds slushy
I love this place
Was cool and can on a hot day, had the 🍋 drink.
Friendly staff, average food
Foot longs are good first time try‼️
This fast food joint is a good place for quick food runs at very affordable prices. The service was quick and the staff were courteous and helpful. The surrounding areas were clean the multiple drive up stations allows for quick and speedy visits.
Great shakes
Great service
Pretty good could have been a lil faster
Good
They did not bring the food on roller skates but the food came out fast and it was good
Great fast service good shakes
Great service, fast and delicious
I used to travel to get Sonic before it became local, when they embodied the 50's nostalgia and would skate to your car. I was excited when this location was built. But now, you can hardly tell if it's open. The dining room and outdoor patio beach area could use a revamp. However, what continues to bring me here are the coupons, discounts, and advertising. The food is okay, and the drinks are good on a hot day. The buffalo chicken bites are really good, and so are the corn dogs.
Went there for the traditional "Sonic" vibe. The roll up service was not available. They sent me to the drive through, where they can barely hear your order. Felt like I was yelling at them. The girl was friendly and was nice. But wish the "old" service was there. Thats when it was fun!!
Food was ok but the worst part of it is the waiting came in at 10am for a breakfast sandwich and didn’t leave untill 10:30 with only 2 cars in front of me.
Unfortunately there was 7 cars in the drive thru, so I decided to park and order from one of the parking kiosks where there was only two other vehiclea parked out of 20 kiosks. After about 20 mins someone rudely came on the speaker to take our order. We come here often and have never had this happen before. The lady who brought the food was very kind. I sure hope this is a new trend because we enjoy coming here for our weekly sweet treat and Burgers.
Good fast food place
I like that you can place your order easy at any available station. The food is ok not the best, but I liked the vanilla milkshake!
The food was not good. I would only come back for the slushies. I had an issue with the cashier who came and ask for payment while the car in front of was waiting for their items. Instead of me driving to the cashier window.
Food okay
Good shakes
Slow service
couldn't eat inside
Service was good. Problem is the sandwich bread was too hard to enjoy the entire meal.
I mean it's fast food. What did you expect me to rate it. You eat here if you are absolutely starving and have no other options amd don't want to spend more than 5 bucks. Hotdogs are boiled so pass on those. Tater tots taste like old oil but are decent. The chili is ok but will send you to the bathroom in 20 min. There are better amd healther options in thw area so I will not be back. The inside is clean but very small and service is very slow. All in all I would not recommend. You will get what you pay for and everything is very cheap 🤣🤣🤣
I LOVE sonic back in Idaho but this sonic is terrible. The customer service is always so bad (although the lady on this last visit that helped me was super nice). Half the time the slushies are fine, but the other half of the time I swear they use toilet water or cleaner or something in the drinks, because it tastes so so nasty. I thought it was just me, so I had a couple friends taste my drink as well and they immediately spit it out it tasted so bad. Their food always tastes gross too, for such high prices. This hotdog was ok, but cost $5! Overall, very disappointed because I ended up spending $15 on sonic for me and my friend that I had to throw away because it tasted so bad.
Uhmmm.... Nothing different but the guys in rollercoasters. Not even the shakes are great.
Nothing good to say Food old even though had good taste. Took long time to get my order and dispense
Check your order before leaving.
Just got home from my mobile order... found a lot of hair in my burger. Restaurant was basically empty at the when I arrived to pick up my order. Something like this shouldn't happen.
Horrible food
Food is always cold
Facility had a very pungent order, I advise you not to go in and study in your car. The shakes where ok and the staff wasn't much help. Also if you never order from here stay in your car because they have no menu posted inside or personal hand held ones in side very poorly put together.
I want this place to be better it's never better ugh...
My burger was cold. I asked for another one, all they did was mash the bun on the hot plate. They didn’t remake it. And the customer service is non-existing. So I’m thinking they gave me an old burger. My son had a plain burger and his was hot. I’m rethinking going to this place. It’s not what it used to be! My experience was UGH!! I went on September 9 at 2:40 pm. See who was at the register and retrain her.
Imagine going to Sonic DRIVE IN for the experience of the car hop bringing your food, only to realize that people attending a game at the Hard Rock is parked in ALL of the spots because they paid for it. What in the actual hell is going on? My kids were so disappointed, and the workers did not seem to care at all. Totally outrageous. They should just close the restaurant and extend the parking lot.
Disgusting place to eat from. Super old hot dog and spoiled milkshakes. I could just imagine the burgers. I spent 8 dollars for nothing. Kids is definitely running the place of business. I wouldn’t eat from them again. I hope you’ll do the same. Crazy thing this across the street from the Hard Rock Stadium. Definitely need this place to be shut down. I will be at the code enforcement office Monday.
So came to order at 8pm. We pulled up to the drive thru. We had a car full of people and were told that we could only give one order instead of the carful and we had to come inside. The lady who was very rude to my father who is slightly hard of hearing and driving raised her voice now demanding that we must come inside. Then while inside she said we could have ordered at the drive thru and just caused us more confusion because why tell us we can only do one order at the drive thru for one person only and if there was more than once person we had to come inside? It doesn't make any sense. Plus there was absolutely no reason for the lady to raise her voice and demand we do something when she could have just asked nicely. Honestly won't be coming back here after this experience.
Kind of a weird experience…I came to the location and parked in stall number 17. Ordering my food seemed to be difficult. As if the employee who was taking my order was unable to hear me. Perhaps the headset or the speaker or the microphone was not working properly. Not sure. So I had to repeat myself multiple times. After a long wait time. I decided to go inside to see if maybe there was a problem with the order. Perhaps they thought it was a carry out order. I used to work at a fast food restaurant before. Having compassion is right thing to do after all. I walked in and say a woman with two kids running around like crazy while the woman was trying to figure out a gift card situation. And the employee, a young g man with glasses was walking back and forth from front desk to the back. Once he was finished with that, I asked about my food and no matter the question that I asked he seemed to be confused by. And also would interrupt me before I could finish my question or respond full to him. Ultimately, I got my food but I was hoping it would be brought out to me to the stall. And if they were unable to bring it out to me, it would had been nice to know because maybe I wouldn’t had to wait so long for my food. I want to be kind and compassionate to those employees but they seemed to be …lazy. Unconcerned. Not caring. And it makes me not want to return back to this sonic again. I am also going to share this on my Google reviews as well. Because I don’t think I would want anyone else to come here and deal with this when it is a $30 order for food and there is no service, no concern, and the open sign in the lobby is turned off. Seems like a place where things are not very clean in the kitchen either . How do I know? Because the parking lot had trash, the lobby was dirty looking, and the open sign was turned off. And also…I saw 4 people just hanging out not doing anything in the back.
If I could i would give it -5 stars. I’m usually a frequent customer at the Sonic near my house, but honestly, the service has been consistently awful. On top of that, the staff at the drive-thru are super rude, which just makes the experience even worse. It’s a shame because we really want to support our local spot, but with service like this, it’s hard to keep coming back.”
Nobody asked for our order after pushing the button. 15 mins went by. We then drove to the drive thru and had to wait another 15 mins to get seen. No dip with pretzel even when requested. Staffs attitude very bad. Cars queuing round the block and leaving when they saw how long it was taking. Laziest sonic I've ever been too!
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a sonic in my entire life. We were coming from out of town in a hurry. I ordered it online. I checked in nobody came. I called the phone number. Nobody answered clearly they were open so after waiting a very long time we went and walked in and got screamed at by a woman for entering to check on our food, even though we had checked in, even though we had waited for a long time thank goodness a very kind young man came and gave us our food that had clearly been sitting and waiting getting cold. It was not great not sure why she was so incredibly rude, but it was horrible experience.
I didn’t even bother to try the food here. I passed by and I walked in to order and use the bathroom but upon taking a quick look I walked right out. I was afraid of eating their food considering what the place looked like in the customer area, didn’t even want to think what it looked like outside. I tried to order drinks but they were out of cup holders so I decided just to take a few pictures before leaving to save anyone the trouble or the chance of getting sick. I also need to mention that there was no one at the counter for a while, the clerk was inside the kitchen most of the time so I would not be surprised if the person handling the register is also making your burger.
genuinely how is this location still in business? you can’t mobile order because they never bring it to you once you’re checked in then if you go to the door they catch an attitude with you. they never answer at the stall either despite pressing the button multiple twice within 20 minutes.. so if mobile orders and ordering at the stall doesn’t work how is anyone getting their food? i’ve tried to give this location multiple chances because its the only one within 20 minutes but its every single time. burgers delicious so its pretty sad that the custom service has come to this
HEALTH HAZARD!!! I am extremely upset and disappointed after my recent visit to Sonic in Miami Gardens, where I spent $70 without being aware of the severe roach infestation. While my daughter and I were drinking our beverages, I discovered a roach stuck inside her foam cup. This was not a coincidence — the roach appeared to have been there for some time, which is both alarming and unacceptable. Serving drinks in such unsanitary conditions is a major health hazard, especially for children. I trusted this establishment to provide safe, clean food and beverages, and this experience has completely shattered that trust. I expect an immediate investigation and action to ensure this does not happen to any other customer.
I started coming here a lot with my boyfriend for late night munchies, every time i would go the experience would get worse. not only do i receive a different hot dog every time i order the SAME one, they need to enhance their speakers because their employees never seem to understand what im trying to order, will have to repeat myself 4-5 times. i literally started taking pictures of my hot dog because i could not believe how different my NY hotdog looked every single time.
embarassing customer service. managers should feel bad at how this place is being run. several people waiting and not one employee helping. you can even see a group hanging out on their phones behind the doors. Not coming back. you shouldnt either.
My slushie came out half melted and I was the only one in the parking lot. Tots were cold. The hotdog didn’t have any chili and only like half toppings. I love sonic but I will never return to this location. $11 for what Costco could give me for $1.50.
Tried to order online and it said that you guys were closed at midnight. As I pulled up to place an order a very rude associate named “Patron” said drive-thru only
Does this place open on time? Google says 7 am, the girl inside says 12, nobody in the parking lot is being served, cars are pulling up and leaving with nothing. 1215 and nobody wants to open the doors
Parked in stall, pushed button, waited over 10 minutes, left without service. 👎👎👎
I have been waiting for someone to take my order for 15 mins!!! Cars came after me got their food and already left. Terrible customer service! I had to go inside to order 😡 when I told the lady that was inside that I was outside for that long she said "ok what would u like". After she took my order she went back in the kitchen. I heard people laughing in the back. I wouldn't be surprised if she was the one cooking too.
Hit or miss! I received the most inedible things I've ever gotten from a fast food restaurant here. I ordered two burgers and both patties where so hard, old, and dried out that I couldn't bite them. They were so hard that they could have been mistaken for charcoal. Anyone with eyes could have seen that those burgers should not have been served but they had the nerve to give me TWO! I was so disgusted and disappointed when I got home. I've had some good experiences here as well but after that I questioned what kind of staff would serve those hard patties to a customer....what other disgusting practices do they follow? 🤔 They take a ridiculously long time to serve you...or to even take your order. This is true in the drive thru and drive in. You can always hear employees cursing and playing in the background. Sonics itself can be a cool place to eat but this location may need to restaff their employees.
After waiting for an hour, this is what an $8 Ultimate Chicken (#10) looks like.
They screwed up my order and asked to check the bag , missing fries and nuggets. Horrible service.
Come on Sonic! You have to do better than this…Sonic has gone downhill!!! I ordered 35$ worth of food to get what I didn’t order. First I ordered a #1 and all I got was a plain burger no lettuce no tomatoes nothing. Then all my orders was with chili cheese tots and end up getting plain tots. I also had 2 corn dogs that looked burnt and smashed down.
Drive-thru window ignored four cars. Inside is disgusting. It was really slow inside to get a simple order of ice cream. Attached picture says it all.
I had to wait 30 minutes to order the lady that took the order was so slow. They had no oreo snickers or soething else and gave me a certain selection to choose from which is false advertisement but I understand supply and demand and sometimes things run out. Than after waiting 20 minutes for food which is expected for fresh food the milkshake was so watery how dissatifiying I have pictures. Also my food was missing so my family are without me. This is the most horrible first experience at Sonics. The only girl working here is the poor young girl in the skates. And it's 9:40 I ordered at 9:07 and I have to receive my food. This is completely unacceptable and we paid about 33.50 for all 3 meals and a water shake. Horrible just despicable.
Was supposed to be a Butterfinger milkshake. Have other cup was whipped cream. It was a regular vanilla shake.Waste of money will never go back to that place again.
The slowest and rudest. Considering you are next to a stadium..and the location. Whomever is the manager/ owner is..its obvious they understaff for profit purposes. I will never come back here after waiting in drive through for almost 10 minutes in front of order box before someone asked for my order. THEEE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. ...I never leave reviews.
Horrible customer service and drive thru monitors. They do not put up signs for out of service monitors or notify their customers and will speak to you like you are dumb. Save your money go somewhere else
i order a shake can't drink full ice
They closed 10 minutes before the hour it says on the schedule, I came for a shake and the lights where all off but there where people on the line waiting for their food.
Worst sonic experience I've ever had. We ordered through the app, and our food came. The hot dog was inedible, our drinks had near zero ice and one was half full, and the guy who brought it out was so incredibly rude.
Bad service, the lady doesn't care about nothing there. They serve cold food when it is supposed to be hot. Who eats a cold hot dog? Nobody.
Please DO NOT respond to my review. I find that very disrespectful. I don't want a response from the owner or the manager or anyone. DO NOT respond to this review. The food was very bad and a loose horse bit me in the parking lot. Again DO NOT respond.
