Spectacular experience! I was a solo diner and everyone made sure to engage with me through the evening. Sat at the bar for the best view of the chef’s creative process. Very intimate, maybe 20 seats in total, no servers-chefs present all the dishes in person with details descriptions on each. Menu is simple, a fish, beef and pork and a few starters. I was amazing at how the chefs could manage on a tiny grill. Each bite was a symphony of flavors. Suggest going with a few people and ordering everything on the menu!
Unique dinner place. It is located in a place which is a cafe during the day and pop-up dinner in the evening, so it is a very casual environment. Menu is limited, but each dish is fantastic. All dishes are based on local ingredients. We tried crudo, grilled oysters, and Key West pink shrimp to start. Each one was great, recommend all 3! For the main, we shared the fish and pork, again both were great, and it is hard to say which one is better. Service was great too. Definitely recommend if you are in the mood to have delicious dinner without being pretentious.

The schnitzel its was perfectly crispy, golden crust and tender, juicy center, but every plate that arrived at the table was just as impressive. It was the kind of meal that lingers in your memory, simply unforgettable. A well-deserved Michelin star. 🌟

The food here was absolutely phenomenal! 🤩 I initially went by myself planning to try just three dishes, but I couldn’t resist and ended up sampling five, including their incredible dessert. The smoky flavors added an extra layer of depth to the proteins—whether you choose steak, pork, or fish, you can’t go wrong. Their seasonal dishes, like the beef tartare, were a standout—every bite was bursting with flavor and had just the right texture. The atmosphere added to the experience, too. The couple sitting next to me kept nodding in approval with every dish they tried, and it made the entire meal feel even more enjoyable. By the end, my mood was lifted and my belly was happily full. One of the highlights for me was how the chefs personally brought the dishes to the tables with pride and confidence. You could really feel their passion for the food they create, and it made the entire dining experience even more special. Highly recommended!

Had the pleasure of dining at EntreNos and eating at the “Chefs Bar” where I was able to enjoy watching the delicious foods being prepared and have light conversations with the chefs. Don’t let the location fool you; the food presentation and taste is as good as (if not better) many of the Michelin Star restaurants in DC and NY. Being a foodie and traveling between DC, Miami, and NY often, I’m always searching out new and exciting restaurants and chefs. EntreNos did not disappoint. From entering the staff was kind and welcoming. The server is quite knowledgeable on the offerings for the evening as well as the wine and paring. When the chef brought us plates, you could see and hear his excitement of the local offerings when he described the dish and each ingredient. The first few dishes were so delicious, we ended up ordering the whole menu. Yes, the whole menu; and ate every bite! This is a restaurant and pair of chefs to watch-they are going to be doing great things and going places. I’m very excited to see what’s in store next, and absolutely will be dining with them again.
The dishes were all extremely flavorful. The fried tilefish tail appetizer was a special and so amazing sauce. But the star was the rock shrimp chawanmushi. A non traditional take on it but delicious.

Each dish we tried was a delightful surprise, crafted with care and precision. The Grilled Sebastian Oysters and stone crab were absolute highlights—bursting with freshness and perfectly balanced flavors. These are must-orders for seafood lovers. As for dessert, the ice cream was nothing short of extraordinary. It was the ideal sweet ending to a memorable meal. The team at EntreNos delivers not just food but a true culinary journey. We will remember this dinner fondly and can’t wait to return for another round of surprises. Highly recommended! Ps: the crispy yukka were also 😍
It was a great meal, minus the mushroom dish. The star of the night was the canistel tartalette dessert with the lemon grass sorbet. If you are visiting: Michelin stars are very relative. It’s a new standard for Miami. The food is good, but they wouldn’t compete with other 1 michelin star places in France, Spain, Japan, even Singapore or South America. They wouldn’t even compare with many places in Spain or Japan or France or Peru! without any stars. That being said, it was a good experience. Like mostly everything else, taste is subjective and based on past experiences. For the Miami standards… it was a great meal.
Relaxed environment with excellent and very fresh tasting food. Had a little incident where my gf accidentally had an allergy scare but the staff (and chef Evan Burgess in particular) were extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
This is actually a pop-up in Tinta. I did not realize that before coming here but it was still amazing. We put a $60 deposit that was refunded as soon as we ordered our food. I came here with a good friend of mine. We sat at the bar, which I highly recommend. The service was great, even though there was apparently only one server and a few other Staff members. Watching the chefs make the meal was really fun. We had the ribeye which was excellent the taste and flavor of the way that they grilled the steak made it all the better. We also had a dessert that I forgot the name, but it has coffee beans, and it was a perfect texture and flavor. We also had a custard and shrimp dish that I forgot the name as well.lastly, we had the oysters which I would say was my favorite item alongside the ribeye. They also had wine by the bottle that was very reasonable so we got a bottle of red. I would definitely come here again and hope that this pop-up turns into a permanent location.

Housed at Tinta y Cafe’s homey space in Miami Shores, Chefs Osmel and Evan have created a menu with surprising local, seasonal ingredients that blend in your mouth to offer an explosion of flavors for your palate. My top faves: the stracciatella salad - a must try! - the pork entree, and tomato sorbet, which was such a treat!
Loved the experience, excellent food, amazing service. We were surprised in a very positive way. One of the best reataurants we have recently tried in Miami. My only recommendation would be to improve lighting, it was a bit to bright in some spots, add candles or dimmers for a more cozy ambiance. We will definetly be back!

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive—they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The menu has a fantastic selection, and everything we tried was packed with flavor. Highly recommend the crudo and the ribeye! The ingredients are clearly fresh, and you can taste the care that goes into each dish. Perfect spot for a casual dinner! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect balance between the ingredientes Chef have one of the best touch ever tried You do not feel any greasy garlic or onion in any dish ( thanks god) because he don’t use it It is a great place with extraordinary menu I had the opportunity to join the chef table and so i checked all the time the preparation The kitchen team : they really deserve the Michelin Star ⭐️ Good job!!! I tried 2 starter and 1 main course Each one was well presented , sous chef came to introduce the dish and explain the ingredients used , and by the way expect a good size that you share for sure I tried crudo , canaveral white shrimp and smoked yellow edge grouper, so all fish options and it was delicious I didn t have room for dessert Service was good but not excellent they take care but could be better Price was totally right for the menu professionalism and ingredients Tips included in the check I enjoyed ! Will come back with my husband

Entre Nos delivers an intimate dining experience. It’s a pop-up concept that transforms the space of Café Tinta by night. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. The steak tartare was amazing...possibly one of the best I’ve had. The grouper was also perfectly cooked. For dessert, the jackfruit ice cream was a interesting blend of different flavors including spiced praline, cardamom and the jackfruit itself! Our server did a great job explaining several courses our courses. Service was okay, but there times where we felt a tad but neglected, which was ironic sitting at the chef's counter. This is a great spot for a date night or special occasion.
The customer service was a bit slow, especially when it got busy, likely due to staffing issues. That said, the food and presentation were excellent. I highly recommend the chawanmushi (egg custard) and the steak. I was a bit disappointed that nothing special was done for my birthday, but I’ll definitely check them out again next time I get the chance.

The quality and the attention to detail is apparent. The “So-So”; The drink menu. Overall this isn’t a “fancy” place , it achieved the pop up vibe they obviously strived for but the food is worth the drive. Prices can be a little steep but you get what you pay for here.
