Opinions de La Natural Miami
Definitely a nice experience, first visit to a Michelin-rated pizza place (did not know that was even possible 😬). We were a party of four so decided to order 4 different pizzas and share, which was a wise decision since all were extremely tasty and provided different flavors with the sourdough. The burrata was very good, as well as the prosciutto, and I had a spicier one which was a great combination with the burrata. Also tried one of each deserts, and both were top notch - the tiramisu and the maracuya pana cotta. Definitely worth the experience, on the slightly pricey side.
We came here for the pizza and it did not disappoint! We ordered the fior di latte pizza (mozzarella) and it was just perfect, the dough soft and slightly charred, giving it a nutty taste, the sauce, the star of the dish, flavorful and fresh, and the cheese, well cheese is always good :). We also had the Japanese beer on their menu, and it was the perfect pairing. Will definitely recommend and come back! In regards to the atmosphere, it is a great place for a date night, with just the right amount of light, and very simple design that make you feel cozy and yet tell you their business is the food and you are here for it.
La Natural is a Michelin-recognized gem located in Little River, offering a calm and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed night out… whether it’s a date or an evening catching up with friends. Their pizzas are truly the star of the menu. You cannot leave without trying the Tomato Sauce & Burrata pizza… and trust me, it’s best enjoyed with your hands! My absolute favorite dish of the night was the roasted squash with burnt scallions and ras el hanout—a beautifully balanced plate full of flavor. To end on a sweet note, the tiramisu is an incredible choice, though the passion fruit panna cotta definitely gives it competition for the spotlight. On top of the great food, the staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent food, great vibes, and a memorable dining experience.
If I could give this cute vibey spot an 11, I would. All around incredible experience from the service to the delicious bites and impeccable ambiance. We ordered the anchovies, sourdough with eggplant spread, the pecorino pie & the passion fruit panna cotta. We were practically licking the bowls & sweeping up the crumbs of everything. Also LOVE the natural wines. Started with a Lambrusco & finished with a Reisling. All vibrant & a little funky. Definitely try this spot out.
blown away by our meal here. while the menu focuses on the incredible sourdough pizza (tangy perfection!), the veggie focused small plates using Miami ingredients were the main stars of the show. really creative + thoughtful dishes, like the namwah (baby bananas) caramelized with panela and served with straciatella, Calabrian chili oil and lime zest. absolute heaven (could be dessert!) and a MUST if you see it on the menu. for the pizza, just remember that a little char on the crust is par for the course … this is not made in a traditional oven! shout out to jay the somm who went above and beyond :)
I can honestly say this was one of the best pizza experiences I’ve ever had. The flavors were absolutely incredible—every bite felt perfectly balanced, fresh, and truly unforgettable. If you’re in Miami and love pizza, The Natural is a must-visit. I’d go as far as to say the pizza here was orgasmic—flavor explosions that leave you craving more long after you’ve finished.
Wow! La Natural was absolutely incredible! Harold did a fantastic job walking us through the menu and explaining the natural wine options (even though we’re usually not big fans). His recommendation, the Etereo Carménère Natural from Chile, was spot-on—so good! We started with the Buttered Sweet Potato, which was simply to die for. For pizzas, we tried the Burrata & Basil, the Calabrian Chili with provolone and oregano, and the scallion & Szechuan peppercorn white pizza. Every single one was outstanding! Excellent service, phenomenal food—La Natural is a must-visit!
What an absolute gem!!! Guys, I mean it when I say, I came from a trip to Italy and came straight here to continue my pizza bender, and I can say, I’m so impressed and happy I came here. The pizzas here were insanely good, fresh, and unique. Angela took care of us and really made sure my Fiancé and I felt at home. Really recommend you guys coming here!
Absolutely amazing!!! Do not hesitate, go now. The pizza dough is phenomenal, light, chewy and tasty. We loved the burrata pizza. Excellent wine from Oregon - bold red - Syrah and Mourvedre. Try the Japanese sweet potato, best of the plates. The papaya and anchovies is a delicious adventure. Highly recommend the very simple butter lettuce salad. The Meyer lemon dressing stands out. Finally, there is no decision between the panne cotta and the tiramisu - you must try both. Fantastic meal. Thank you to the staff for great service and a wonderful experience.
A humble façade and modest courtyard might fool you… but behind this door lies some of the best pizza in the world! 🍕🔥 La Natural is home to chef Javier Ramirez, ranked among the Top 35 pizzaiolos on the planet by an international award. The pizza here is pure artistry — 48-hour fermented dough, incredible flavor combinations, and the freshest ingredients. We especially loved the burrata & basil, and the mushroom creations. Even the salads are outstanding: simple in ingredients yet perfectly balanced in taste. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious — this is a place people come for the flavor, not for a flashy interior. Service is friendly and laid-back, and the menu is concise but masterfully curated. 💡 Tip: Reserve in advance, especially for evenings.
My friend knows the chef so we got lucky and got to sit down with Javier… a quick chat became a beautifully accompanied full meal with a Michelin chef! His stories paired with the wine and appetizers and wonderful service made it such a surreal experience! (Make sure you have some orange wine!!) He’s kind, he’s real, and he truly cares about bringing good food to the people of Miami. Most of our convo was his recommendations for other amazing chef nooks in Miami! I gotta say— I would go back just for the appetizers alone. The Japanese sweet potato with an unexpected crunch was KILLER. And then the anchovies— I’ve never had such tasty anchovies! And I’ll never underestimate a salad at La Natural again!! Of course, the pizza was a sourdough delight. He killed it. I’m bringing the rest of my family next time. So glad this place exists. Thank you Javier and team!!
Excellent location for unique, delicious food!. I went here for dinner and followed general recommendations for the Japanese sweet potato and some of their fresh, sourdough pizzas which were delicious! The crust is soft and warm and goes really well with their different toppings, including a wild mushroom and Calabria chili
One of our favorite restaurants in Miami. We’ve been coming for over 4 years and it never disappoints. The pizza crust is out of this world and the quality of ingredients definitely makes their dishes stand out. PS: their wine selection is superb

Amazing sourdough pizzas Napoli style with fresh ingredients and an amazing fresh white wine. The service was also very good. It looks like it’s a family restaurant and they make sure to give you the best treatment since your arrival. I will definitely be coming back.
Dinner last night was absolutely lovely, the four of us shared a bottle of wine and a couple of appetizers and pizzas. The food was fresh, creative, and delicious. Faves included the roasted squash, rigatoni with sage (must try!), and the mushroom pizza.
The food here is absolutely amazing, every dish is bursting with flavor and perfectly executed. The menu is thoughtfully curated and reminds me of the high-quality cuisine you find in Europe. Their pizza is a must-try! truly one of the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Everything was simple yet amazing. Every plate we had was delicious and unique. It is on the pricier side, but it was worth every penny. I recommend sharing the starting plates and pizzas so everyone can get a sample of everything on offer. The Japanese Sweet Potato and the Tomato Sauce, Burrata, Basil Pizza are must haves but don't let that stop you from ordering something else.
Food was outstanding high level pizza! We had the cabbage which is a must, the onions with tahini a refreshing surprise and the radicchio salad. The bucatini pasta came out too salty but they swapped it out without an issue and it ended up being very tasty! Well deserved bib gourmand
We shared a wonderful moment with our extended family. Everything was excellent, the food, the service, and a truly unique wine list, especially if you appreciate biodynamic and organic wines. The attention was thoughtful and refined, all exceeded our expectations, and we left genuinely happy. I would absolutely go back many times. The anchovies, the pizza and the roasted sweet potato with crispy barley were all delicious.

La Natural, Miami What a gem. La Natural may look simple and unpretentious, but every dish here bursts with creativity and flavor. We tried the mortadella pizza and the white pizza with mushrooms — both baked to perfection, light, and full of character. The caramelized onions with tahini and Cantabrian anchovies over papaya was an unexpected highlight — a daring mix that actually works beautifully. The maracuyá pannacotta was the perfect ending: fresh, tropical, and silky smooth. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the relaxed atmosphere made the whole experience feel effortless. A humble spot with the soul of a true culinary destination. Highly recommended.
This is an interesting place. And I am not sure if I fully formed my opinion about it. Food: different. Delicious & different. Delicious to a specific taste. Not traditional flavours combined together. To my taste - something was missing in my salad, like an additional element - it was fusionly simple but too simple at the same time. The middle of the Bread loaf was a bit undercooked. Sourdough speaks for itself - you need to like it. Sourdough pizza - was very well done - great sauce & cheese, perfectly cooked, though, for the future I am not gonna go with this type of selection. And dessert - perfect. I was thrilled. Atmosphere: The place is cute! It is like a cute little island, but I was extremely annoyed with the trains. If you are going there with little children, you should know it is very loud. And it is not a matter of a few seconds - these are long cargo trains. Service: It was an ok service. Nothing special, nothing extraordinary. Overall - for the bill we paid which was somewhere around 120, I can't say that I got an exciting experience, it was just ok.

The Papaya Anchovy is interesting to say the least. A bit too much vinegar taste in the sauce. The thinner ends worse than the thicker ends. On the burrata pizza: good flavors all around. Too small portion for the price (4 slices for $30). Dough on bottom not well done/crispy enough, while the crust at the edge was perfect. The decor, demeanor, and amenities are attempting to convey an unpretentious attitude, however the dishes and prices suggest otherwise (a single cabbage leaf with some nuts for $20, etc.) All in all, the food and flavors were good and enjoyable but unfortunately overpriced, when assessing from a value perspective. The trains are fun 😊
Burnt pizza all the way at the bottom, with a strong burnt taste — both of the ones we got were the same. Run-of-the-mill ingredients and cheap wine sold at expensive prices. I don’t understand the fame of the place, first time and not coming back. Don’t be deceived by the photos.
I had high expectations based on the reputation and awards, but unfortunately my experience did not live up to the hype. The pizza was quite small for the price and the flavor did not stand out as exceptional. I ordered the prosciutto pizza, and it only had a couple of very thin strips, which felt underwhelming considering the cost. I respect the craft behind sourdough and wood-fired techniques, but in my opinion, this is far from being the “best pizza.” I truly wanted to love it, but it did not meet my expectations.
Cute location, nice restaurant, laid back and simple, great service. We had a reservation for 12noon but got there and it was not open. We had to wait for them to slowly open 30 mins later. Food: Pizza dough delicious. everything else? SUBPAR. Pizza has no cheese, no flavor and simply WAY overpriced. Apps are inventive but again SUPER overpriced, a small bowl of garbanzos is simply NEVER worth $17 - sorry, it's just not. Very limited wines and beer. They offer tea and coffee, but no milk or cream for either - what? Please know that the dough is fresh and DELICIOUS, but spending $50 on 1 pizza and tea is simply outrageous. I'll never know how they earned a Michelin star however, if you love an overpriced "new" spot please try! There are TONS of restaurants in Miami, and this one is overrated IMO. I took NO pictures because it was simply nothing to show. Sorry!
