Opinions de Ai Tallarin Miami
What a nice find very tasty & fresh food, I really loved the chicken Gyoza in my Ramen. The service was over the top, The very friendly girl that took my order was super helpful. She saw that I had a small dog with me so instead of giving me the little buzzer for me to come pick my food up she brought it out to my table very sweet. Definitely gone back to try other menu items.
I’ve had the ribeye ramen three times and it was perfect every time. I prefer the pan fried dumplings which look and taste fantastic. Perfect for the Miami winter days…located in a food courtyard in South Beach, fun to visit
This was our second time visiting this place and definitely wont be the last, it will be a must go whenever in Miami!
One of my fave spots to have quick and amazing food in south beach. I come each time I visit the Miami🙌
🤩This place was our perfect Choice for lunch when we were looking for a quick place to eat at in between our conference breaks. The food was delicious place was clean and fun environment, but the best part for us was meeting Guadalupe. Her service is exceptional. She cares for her customers and took care of us with her heart and light. The food was great, but Guadalupe made this place unforgettable for us. Thank you, Guadalupe for being YOU!❤️ Overall, we highly recommend this place and if Guadalupe is there treat her well🥰❤️
2/2025 update: Ate here again and it's soo good. Delicious Ramen. I got the pork Ramen with extra pork. Ask for the chili sauce, it was a nice addition. I really like the way they cook the egg as well. My friend got the spicy shrimp Ramen and enjoyed it thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back for more. Update: I ate here again and tried the soup dumplings. Simply delightful. My friend tried the pork chasu fried rice and said it was fire. I had the chasu Ramen again and was not disappointed. Ate here again, full delivered what I was craving. The broth is so good with the added chili sauce.
Ordered the chicken, Ramen and pork soup dumplings. Flavor on the chicken Ramen broth was wonderful, and the pork soup dumplings were very tasty and the thickness of the noodle was just right. Really enjoyed the poached egg and the chicken Ramen, made perfect - just a little runny, how I like it. They also have some sort of truffle mayonnaise that didn’t totally make sense, but it was so tasty, I ate a little bite alongside every bite :) There’s a wonderful gal named Maria who works the counter, super friendly, and helped guide us to the best options.
I was happy to find any soup noodle place in this area. We had the chicken middle soup and steak pho. Both meat were cooked tender. But both soup were pretty heavy - not the clear broth type I was hoping for. The soup was also quite salty - when I asked about it they added a soup of clear chicken soup to my bowl which made it better.
Maria absolutely killed it here! She was rocking the register and offered up some complimentary chili paste, definitely ask for that! Ramen was very good too!
The fish from Ai Sushi 🍱 is soooo fresh! Love noodles and dumplings 🥟 from Ai Tallarin. Chef Carlos 👨🍳 is the best!
This amazing Asian cuisine restaurant is inside Lincoln's Eatery. They offer a great variety of items and every single dish we tried was exquisite in taste. Food came out really fast and the service was great. We had for appetizers: 1. Korean BBQ pork fried dumpling 2. Crispy fried shumai 3. Steamed pork (charsiu) bun 4. Shrimp har gow For Entrees: 1. Pork Shrimp wonton Ramen 2. Steak fried rice All these dishes were delicious. The noodles for the Ramen are made on the spot from a noodle machine they have on the front. Makes a huge difference eating freshly made noodles like these. Overall, super impressed with the food here and would be coming back more.
My recent experience at Ai Tallarin was nothing short of extraordinary! The ramen and dim sum offerings were an explosion of flavors that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The restaurant's Manager deserves special mention for being incredibly kind and knowledgeable, enhancing our dining experience even further. The ambiance was charming, and the service was impeccable. Ai Tallarin is a culinary gem in Miami Beach that I would wholeheartedly recommend to all food enthusiasts!
Hands down, the best ramen in Miami; I should probably say “South Florida”! I walked into Lincoln Eatery out of curiosity and haven’t stopped visiting AI Tallarring,” One of the best Ramen” I have tried in the U.S. Their combination of spices, flavors, and in some cases spicy (upon your tolerance), and most importantly the freshness of their veggies, protein, and in-home made noodles kept me going back! I have tried almost all their Ramen, including my two favorites’ Salmon and Duck. After visiting a few times, I met Carlos (the owner); he shared with me his anesthetic background and his experience behind the kitchen, and then I understood why such a great flavor and the perfect friendly, casual cuisine. This Gen knows food and customer service! Pros: Great atmosphere, lots of seating, easy-to-understand menu, and most importantly, affordable prices. I noticed they have this nice thermal to-go bag that kept my food/lunch tasting after I took it home. Cons: I went back, and the Salmon Ramen wasn’t on the menu for some reason.
incredible super cool spot no rushing took our time to enjoy our crispy duck ramen and soup dumplings. Andrea our attendant was very welcoming and helpful
Some of the best Asian cuisine I have ever had. It came out hot and fresh and every bite tasted delicious. Carlos is the nicest person and made sure everything tasted perfect. If you're ever on Lincoln Road and looking for authentic food or just good food in general hit them up!
The Ramen was fantastic. Maria was very kind and guided us through the meal preparation perfectly
We had the beef ramen, spicy salmon Ramen and then salmon tariyaki fried rice. All of them came out amazingly! The food was so fresh and delicious, served beautifully. We got the service from Mai, who was incredibly kind and patient.
Milu welcomed us when we came in and told us about all of the excellent options. She went out of her way to make sure that we had a good experience. Wish all resturants had staff this accomadating. Will definitely be back for more delicious food and quality service. : )
Ordered take out and was not disappointed with the service, the take home bag or the food to say the least!! Located in the new-ish Lincoln food hall, this is a straightforward great place for that home Chinese night or any time Chinese food date. Everything on the menu is excellent. Don’t miss
This small place in proportion in Miami Beach offers the best Asian street food, amazing in taste and presentation. 10/10 in packaging for delivery. Hands down! Best Ramen I've had so far in Miami.
Can only comment on the food I get from uber eats. It really is so hard to find good Asian food in Miami that’s not fusion and this place is it. I love the ramen and gyoza. I’ve ordered from here multiple times and every time it’s so good.
Josefina she is very sweet every time that I pass by and order with them . The food taste very fresh I love their ramen and fried rice . Great option for lunch
Had a wonderful tofu fried rice here. Thank you to Maria and Martina for making my experience special with guiding me through the menu and providing excellent service! I can’t wait to come back.
Martha was amazing thank you for your service
The food is amazing!! I keep coming back here to get the ramen and xio long nap dumplings. The most flavorful dumplings I’ve had, even after traveled to a couple Asian countries. 10/10!!!!
Tonight I had the spicy shrimp ramen. It was very good!
Maria helped me out and took my order, recommending the spicy beef gyoza ramen! She was super helpful and I was able to get the ramen with a medium level spice-this place is a must try! Everyone else there was really friendly as well.
Virginia is AMAZING 🙌🏽! The food was incredible and she provided not only excellent service but a lot of knowledge on how the food is all homemade and all the love behind it. The restaurant is so lucky to have her and I will most definitely be returning!
LOVED the food! Maria was very nice and quick with my orders. The ramen was authentic and cheap for that kind of quality. Definitely recommended!
Delphina was amazing! Super attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience so much better. Her recommendations were spot on, and the service was fast and smooth. 5 stars all the way.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ai Tallarin, and it was truly an exceptional sushi experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for the evening. The ambiance of the Lincoln eatery is cozy yet sophisticated, perfect for an intimate dinner or a casual outing with friends. The attention to detail in the decor and layout added to the overall dining experience. Now, onto the main event - the sushi. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, expertly crafted and beautifully presented. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every roll, and the creative combinations showcased the chef's mastery of his craft. One particular standout was the Terranova Roll - a delightful fusion of flavors that left me craving more. it was a culinary journey that I won't soon forget. But what truly sets Ai Tallarin apart is the impeccable service. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring that every guest had a memorable dining experience. In conclusion, Ai Tallarin exceeded all my expectations and set a new standard for sushi dining in the area. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or just looking for a remarkable culinary experience, I highly recommend giving Ai Tallarin a try. You won't be disappointed.
I love this place and the Food is great! Marta was very attentive! The ramen is delicious! 🥰🥰
Incredible food, I tried the chicken ramen, he recommended it to me and Guadalupe served me, excellent service, I go quite often to eat there 👏🏼
I tried Ai Tallarin at a marketplace in Wynwood. I hope to visit their shop one day next time I visit Miami! Had to write a review as I’m really impressed by the quality of dim sum. It was cooked to perfection and you could tell it was freshly made. Helpful man who suggested some items which were popular and explained the names in traditional Chinese terms which I’m used to hearing!
Tried their chicken stir fried noodle, pork belly fried rice, dumplings! All the food taste good and you will not disappointed! The noodle dish might be slightly outstanding compare to rice dishes just becuz I can tell the noodle taste fresh, very good texture. The whole dish flavor combination very good! Worth to try!
I love the ramen from this place. Guadalupe recommended me a very tasty one. I'll be back
My favorite find of Miami! This place has the best food ever! I wonder why people dont know about it. We had the shrimp noodle bowl which was the best! The baos were so cute and flavorful oh so good! And we also tried the egg rolls. Everything was perfect. Please do add some boba tea. It was the cheapest meal i had in Miami and the best. I wish i knew about about this sooner. This is inside the food place.
Marta was great! Great service and amazing food
Stumbled upon the Lincoln Eatery and decided to try some of their items. Since we had eaten dinner already, we ordered some appetizers for take out for later on, and they did not disappoint. The shrimp shumai was one of the best I have ever had, and the mushroom gyoza followed closely behind.
I don't know why it took me so long to review this but this is the real deal. Authentic Asian cuisine from Dim Sum, Dumplings, and Fried Rice to Noodles. Locate inside the Lincoln Road Food Hall, this place will satisfy your cravings for Asian food. My favorite shareables are the Pan Fried Korean BBQ Dumplings, Shrimp Har Gow, Crispy Fried Shumai, and Charsiu Bun. Everything is made to order so be patient. But once you take a bite of each of these items, you'll be impressed. They only use quality ingredients. As for the noodles, you can't go wrong with their ramen. Noodles are made from scratch and the owner will even give you a demo of how they make them. They have this machine that will mold the fresh dough into strings of noodles and the elasticity comes out perfect. Love this place and the owner is always there not just to greet you with a smile but explain how they cook and prepare their food. He is definitely proud of the quality dishes they serve.
Guadelupe is the best! This food is amazing. Come here all the time for lunch. Never dissatisfied. Thank you. Owner is also awesome. Treat yourself to a great lunch here
I've traveled a lot and have had a great food. We fell upon this gem visiting Miami and being a rainy day saw the Lincoln Eatery. Authentic broth, hand cold bouncy noodles and hand made Gyoza. Great friendly service. Definitely a must try in ou're in the area!
Affordable and flavourful noodles in the walking district. We ordered ramen and stir fry noodles and would recommend stir fry more. It's a great place if you don't want to spend 50+ and take chance for food quality in the nearby fancy restaurants.
I love going to Al tallarín when I am in Lincoln eatery. The food is great and Guadalupe the front desk clerk always a great big beautiful smile and ready to answer any questions. She makes ordering and going there so much better. I recommend this place to all my friends that love stir fry noodles and gyoza
We’ve dined here a couple times and have loved it. Great flavor. We’ve had the ramen and also the stir fry noodles. Loved them both! Btw, don’t order “Dumpling 8” on Grubhub. It’s a scam that’s copied this place’s menu. Luckily the staff here was super nice and made our food anyways.
Located in a nice food court with plenty of choice, this restaurant offers some nice Asian cuisine options. The ribeye ramen wasn’t as good as expected, but the Spicy Gyoza ramen was great. Unfortunately the egg in the ramen is not the traditional Tamago (soy sauce marinated egg) so that removes a star for me. Good options of fried rice or noodles. It’s not « amazing » but for a quick meal it’ll do the job.
Virginia was truly amazing, paying attention to every detail. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and how the food was made. You are lucky to have her !!!! Will be back!!
The crispy spring rolls were good and the chicken dumplings were pretty dense with meat. Miso chicken ramen was very ginger forward and the noodles felt more like soba noodles rather than ramen noodles. I ordered DoorDash delivery and the food was very well packaged but they forgot to give me utensils so I had to make do with what’s available to me to eat the ramen.
It's in a food court. Dumpling was good, ramen noodle and soup was good. Only problem I had was with the waygu beef. Beef was marinated for too long and it becomes a soggy mess, no texture or taste of meat.
Mid food. Sushi seemed not so fresh. Fried chicken was not good (very filler). Broth was really nice, noodles ok, pork belly too salty and the ingredients kinda thrown in. Just kinda disappointing. Be warned tho: I got Uber Eats so maybe take with grain of salt.
Order the shrimp ramen.. it was okay. It’s served with chicken broth. Broth was good, it was flavorful almost made me feel it was the pork broth. The noodles were softer than I wanted. Almost felt like spaghetti. Very very basic toppings- corn, scallions and very thinly and little sliced cabbage (also too soft) could use maybe a half boiled egg and definitely definitely need nori (seaweed) Fairly priced food considering its south beach Will return to try something new..
I’ve had many many soup dumplings, coming from New York. These were pretty basic, they did the job for me. The way they were served in their cardboard container was fine, but it needed a parchment paper lining because the dumpling dough kept sticking to the container and ripped all the dumplings open while trying to pick up. Ordered with a side of hot sauce
This used to be my favorite spot. Today I found out the replaced the mushrooms with canned corn and kept the same price or higher The corn takes away from the mixed of flavors I have come to enjoy. Also today after ordering my food I asked fora cup of water and was denied cause "they ran out of cups" The Manager wasn't around either to speak to
I had a long day at work and was so looking forward to a yummy meal, but this was so bad and left me so disappointed. I normally dont like to leave reviews less than 5 stars (and I’m being generous with 3 stars!) but I spent almost $50 for a meal that I ended up throwing in the trash (I have never done this before; it was that bad). Not sure if they were super busy or if they had a bad night, but I wouldn’t spend your hard earned money on these two items: The gyoza tasted like it wasn’t fresh. It was chewy and didn’t taste good. It felt like something you buy at a grocery store that is left frozen for a long time. But even that wouldn’t be that bad… The JB tempura was super salty (I was surprised because apparently people buy this a lot on Uber Eats), it also had very little creme cheese, and did not have good flavor. I guess I’ll stay hungry tonight; thanks Ai Tallarin! At least your bag was pretty though.
We came here after a brief night of shopping and were looking for a snack to go. We ordered their chicken gyoza, an appetizer in most other locations that typically does not take long to fulfill. The cashier was respectable enough, but after 35 minutes of waiting, not receiving our food, and seeing other orders get fulfilled after ours first, we left. It was not worth waiting and asking for my money back at that point. Overall it left us with a sour taste in our mouths and a bad picture of the location. Maybe a one off experience for them but an ugly one at that.
I stood in line behind a girl who was trying to place a simple order, but the cashier did not speak any English. After 10 minutes she went to get help from someone to translate. Finally I order & take my food to-go. For my entree I ordered chicken ramen. W I got to my destination I opened the bag which they seal on site to see there is zero broth in my ramen, just a pile of plain, dry noodles, and garnishes. Inedible. I only gave 2 stars because the pork soup dumplings were decent.
If you're looking for some good ole traditional Asian food, look elsewhere. This review is for their Pho. They have several different varieties of ramen on the menu. But only one Ribeye Steak Pho on the card. We got the ribeye ramen and the ribeye pho. The ramen is passable as a ramen for what it is. The pho however is an entirely different story. I have no idea what they are trying to disguise this thing as. They gave me the same exact dish as the ribeye ramen except they threw in pho noodles instead of ramen noodles. This is not Pho! They basically gave me a bowl of their ramen soup, threw in Pho noodles, HALF a raw onion, and 10-15 slices of fresh jalapeño and called it "pho". Oh and corn. This place is touted as Asian Fusion so I guess it gets a 1 star pass. The pictures show how much of the onion and jalapeños are left after I ate over half of them already. I guess those two mask the flavor into making you think it's pho broth? And yes, the bowl is empty because it's small portions.
My partner ordered delivery for us tonight and the chicken gyoza was completely raw!!! Totally unacceptable. I hate throwing away food but we were too scared to eat anything and risk getting sick.
Definitely not ramen, extremely watery with no flavor and the egg is just gross. Customer service is terrible. The attitude received from the girl taking orders was just unnecessary. Hard to believe it has a 4.8. Do not recommend coming here for “ramen”.
Worst ramen I have ever tried. Undercooked, not marinated egg, overcooked pork belly, mixed smells from different food, random ingredients (some people get mushrooms in Pork belly ramen some don’t). Unfriendly stuff. Avoid at all cost even when hungry.
We placed our order for four ramen and one appetizer; however, it only came with 3 ramen (missing one ramen and appetizer). We were waiting and did not even get a phone call or any notifications about the food that is not available. It was long waiting and our friends had no food to eat after that long wait. The ramen noodles were stuck together when got delivered too. Never recommend the delivery service…. Well, since you never contacted us for missing, we are not going to contact you before posting this. Fair game right ? :)
Everything about this place is disgusting. 1. Messed up a simple order and refused to make any corrections. I ordered steak and got chicken and the staff merely offered water/soda to make up for the mistake. How about just give me my order? 2. The dumplings are just frozen food steamed, and they served that. 3. The rice, noodle, were ALL overly salty, please ask your chef to acquire a taste. What a waste of money.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered online. Offered a buy one get one free. (Implementing fried rice which they clearly can make). Delivered meal without the rice and still charged for full order - $55 stolen and my kid had no food for dinner. Con game. Called. Phone doesn’t work (below in their reply they suggest nobody called them - that is because they do not have a functioning phone - called 10-20 times). They also note they ran out of "the product" which was fried rice from an asian restaurant that continues to advertise it to this day at a buy one get one free. They also suggest my app was not up to date - also false. Kid had no dinner after a ninety minute wait on a Tuesday after traffic. Delivered impartial order ice cold a half hour after latest delivery time promised. Missing multiple products. Used to be fairly tasty. Complete fail. And no ability to solve it as they have no working number. Do not order from this epic fail.
“Today, I dined here and the experience was truly disappointing. I ordered Chicken Gyoza Ramen, but I had to send it back because the chicken was undercooked. When they brought it back, the chicken was still raw, so I ended up not eating it. The rest of the ramen was completely bland. I wouldn’t recommend this place
i spent 61 dollars on 2 dishes and 2 goyoza dumplings and was only given - order. , tried to call them and phone wasn't working !! bad business!! it wasn't even busy i was the only order there at the time
Awful. I ordered pork belly fried rice, with a poached egg...sounded amazing. The picture of the watery mess in the cup, that's the raw "poached" egg. The rice is not fried rice, its plain white rice with some teriyaki sauce that dripped off the soggy, undercooked pork belly slices, that were sitting under under a mess of kimchee...which I requested they leave off. Oh, and, despite the fact that I was the only pereon in line, my raw egg and white rice with half cooked pork belly, took 20 minutes. Avoid this place.
I was greatly disappointed by the ramen experience I had for dinner tonight. Despite ordering chicken ramen and ribeye ramen due to the unavailability of pork ramen, I found it perplexing that the ramen place received a rating of 4.8 stars on Google reviews. In my personal assessment, this was by far the worst ramen I have ever encountered. As an Asian, it was disheartening to witness such a subpar representation of ramen being served in the vibrant city of Miami Beach. The noodles were overly soft and the soup lacked any depth of flavor, leaving it watery and overly oily. I only managed to salvage the meat toppings, discarding the rest of the ramen. The cashier also failed to provide any helpful guidance on menu choices. Given the experience, I am confident that I could prepare a better bowl of ramen in the comfort of my own kitchen.
Absolute disaster: We were served cold ramen, noodles did not resemble anything remotely Asian akin to bland wet pasta. 'Pho' barely differs, just extra garnish and a lime. Lincoln eatery is chaotic like an airport terminal, constant construction noise and reeks of fryers, no ventilation. Skip this place - save your money and your clothes.
ITS NOT RAMEN. If you know what Ramen is,, then AVOID this place. They will serve you a spaghetti soup with a badly made boiled egg. It’s extremely bad.
This is as low quality delivery as you will find for pan Asian. One online menu stated pho while another was ramen. We ordered pho but got the miso ramen broth. (Which was horrible). Just low quality ingredients all around. Very bad experience. And they forgot 2 items and didn’t immediately refund them nor did they offer to deliver them. Just horrible experience.
i ordered delivery and if i could give no star i would. my wagyu beef gyoza is raw… and the beef rice is completely fat that i cant chew. i’m confuse how the rating is good for this place…
