Since its 2009 arrival on South Beach, B&B Joint has quickly become a Miami staple with locations in Brickell and Pembroke Pines. Known for a warm dive-bar atmosphere, the restaurant offers an extensive selection of craft beers alongside signature burgers that consistently delight guests. Patrons frequently praise the outstanding service from friendly staff who make every visitor feel welcomed, whether dining at the bar or table seating. While some moments of waiting have been noted, the overall experience highlights incredible flavor, particularly in popular items like brie cheese burgers and pulled pork sliders. Accompanied by exceptional sweet potato wedges, this establishment delivers large portions and a genuine sense of community within its cozy setting.
B&B Joint is known for its burgers, with the 'Hotel California' and the brie cheese burger receiving high praise. Service quality is inconsistent, with some customers highlighting exceptional service (Javier, Yan Carlo), while others report slow or inattentive service. Some reviewers mention a decline in quality over time.
Tip: Go with a group and share the Motherburger for a fun experience. Be prepared for potentially inconsistent service, especially during peak hours.

Javier our server was outstanding- if management reads this review, please pass along praise that his service on Saturday 7/22 was stellar for our first time here. 5 star. We did not order any cocktails or beers, but they have a good selection! The menu is not bloated, the prices are reasonable for the area and the quality. The range of options can be overwhelming if you love to create your own tasty burger. I made my burger of: 1/2 lb patty, sesame bun, harvarti cheese, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, side of duck fries and parsley & roasted garlic aioli. I spread the country ranch sauce we got with our fried pickle app on my burger too. Will be back.
I unfortunately did not get to experience a burger and a beer... Only the burger because I was not going to pay $7 for a domestic beer or $9 for an imported. However the burger was one of the best burgers I have ever had - I ended up getting the Hotel California and it blew my taste buds apart. The fries were also on point!! The service was sub par, but the cooks for sure know what they are doing. WOULD RECOMMEND! It was also awesome that the chef personally delivered my food.
From friendly staff to quick service; I had an enjoyable meal here. They have a huge selection of choices of burgers and beers. I sat at the bar and they were more than happy to run through the burger options and what beer or drink they pair well with. Dessert options are limited, but the milkshake was great! I felt that the food was great value for money too! I will definitely return on my next visit.
Food was great but the costumer care can be better. We went inside and sat at the bar, they didn't pay attention to us until like 5 mins after, and the restaurant was empty.
GREAT SERVICE!!! Felt very welcomed at this restaurant, I was sitting at the bar and the fellow there Yan carlo was serving me , that guy knows how to provide excellent customer service , and that BURGER is the best one I have ate in all of Miami!
Excellent burger option on Brickell! I don't remember the burger name but the one with brie cheese is awesome.Thebpulled pork sliders are also a great option.
Incredible burger, one of my top 10. Great service.

Incredible burger, one of my top 10. Great service.
Definitely recommend this place. Took 47 of my colleagues here for our incentive trip back at the end of February for a dinner. My CFO said that the burger he got was the BEST burger he's ever had, and I'm always worried about him and the President most when making dinner reservations. Chris, the manager was AWESOME in helping us with the group menu, giving us more options and being timely with all of his responses. Giant onion rings, delicious duck fat fries, shoestring fries, and phenomenal burgers! I had the Paradise City, which is shrimp on a burger--- super good! I was sooo full I couldn't even finish half of it. Everybody's favorite were the Mother Fudgers--- ginormous, I kid you not, bowls of ice cream, deep fried oreos and deep fried goodness with brownies and whipped cream where everybody just crowded over a bowl and dug in. Everybody's eyes lit up when they saw the bowls come out and their inner child came out. Service was super fast--- in and out within 2 hours for such a large group, super accommodating and patient servers. Definitely recommend this place! Who doesn't love a gourmet burger?
I am a HUGE burger fanatic and am always looking for the best places to eat burgers. I was a bit hesitant to try this place but am so glad that I gave it a shot. The food is a bit pricy but worth it- my burger was so big, I could hardly fit it into my mouth! The service was also great and all of the workers there were very friendly. Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants to go to for casual dining.
Possibly my favorite burger joint. Great memories always and their quality never fails. Order the Mother Burger for a group 8+ or for a birthday! It was my birthday gift and the smiles are from ear to ear when this thing comes out of the kitchen. #spoileralert....it's an impressive presentation.
Quite possibly the best burger joint. Not only due to the massive burgers (and sweet potato fries) but the perfect beer selection to pair up with. It Also the best place for sporting events and great service. It usually takes longer than what you would expect for a burger but you'll forget about it after the first bite.
Great, custom-made burgers. I ordered the wagyu beef with avocado and truffle aioli, with an Angry Orchard on the side. The duck fat fries were really flavorful. Also had the fried Oreos for dessert (recommended with vanilla ice cream). Wait was slightly long, but worth it as the food was delicious and we are able to get seats at the bar to catch the All-Star Game.
As the name says, its a great place for burgers and beers. Huge selection of beers on tap and bottled aswell, they even suggest which beer goes well to which burger. Loved the fried pickles, burger was good aswell. Nice and friendly staff, i will come back.
Slightly expensive but their burgers are amazing. I got the Mustang Sally (Which is my favorite) and it has great flavors. The service was great, food even greater, but the price is a bit expensive.
First and most importantly, the burgers are awesome, super fresh beef patties and all the freshest ingredients on the side. The best part is you leave the place feeling good, even after eating pig-out food, because they only use fresh, quality products. Their coke has a lot of gas, I ordered a Stella on tap, and it was good, but I've had better, however I'm not there to drink beer. The ice cream with deep-fried oreos is really good, but you need to order an extra side of ice cream because the small scoop is not enough, but an extra scoop is only like 3 bucks. Oh yeah, and the skinny fries are excellent.
This may have been one of the most delicious burgers I've ever had. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Loved doodling on the paper tables. Definitely a must visit if you're in the downtown Miami area.
Overall great experience. We dined at the outdoor bar area, David our bartender provided excellent and friendly service. He quickly improved our drinks to our liking and the appetizers were phenomenal. This place never disappoints.
We were there on this past Saturday and the BBQ bacon burger duck fat fries. Oomg the sauces!!! The beer was very cold, the food was very good and cooked perfectly.A very tall who I think was the manager came outside and greated us as we were deciding where to eat.we were happy he did. The fried cookies were excellent!!! we will be back" thanks!!!
Fantastic food, good beer selection. It has a public mancave feel so it's relaxed and enjoyable. The bartender, Joe, was totally short staffed but still did a good job waiting tables and serving drinks. I would definitely be a regular if I was a local. Great place off the beaten path.
Great burgers for sure. Staff was nice. They got my order wrong but fixed it quickly and gave us a discount. Check them out if you’re looking for great food in Brickell
I have been here several times on my trips to Miami and have always enjoyed the variety of burgers on offer. The beer selection is great too. Friendly service, good atmosphere with some sports or music on the TVs around. Food service is available inside and out.
Delicious!!! Where ever my husband and I travel we find the best hamburgers. This is our favorite burger place in Miami. I got the Thunder Roll, so good. So juicy and tender. The waitress was nice and recommend certain burgers. We almost went to this place twice, just because it was so good. Definitely worth trying.
I stopped by here for dinner and sat at the bar. The place was pretty busy and servers were running around with drinks and food. The bartender was busy too and just running back and forth between orders. He took my order quickly and waiting time for my burger was short, considered all the people here. I ordered the burger medium and I really got a medium burger. Usually they are overcooked when I ordered medium at other places. If you like it spicy, try the "Sympathy for the Devil" burger. It comes with hot sauce, soak your top bun with sauce and put it back on the burger for a real spicy flavor. The burger was excelent and the service as well. Couldn't complain about one thing during my visit.
The place was very live with football games and colorful lights Food was great, probably one of the best burger places you can be at! The variety of making your own burger is awesome; no mistakes were made! Definitely would come back again.
Burger was really good, big portion. Sweet potato fries really good too. They forget to give me guacamole and cream and bring it to me when I already eat half of my burger. Music was little too loud. But besides that, it is ok. For this burger I would go here again.
Good burgers with even better sweet potato wedges (probably the best in Brickell)! This gives off a dive bar kind of vibe, but the burgers are cooked well and you get quite a large one for the price point. They aren't unique, but the flavor profile is good. The sweet potato wedges are definitely a highlight - perfectly crispy outside with a soft inside. Drinks are pretty straightforward too. For Mary Brickell Village, this is one of the cheaper options. Service was good.
Come share a motherburger with some friends for the story and experience. Lots of fun. Pretty good burgers.

Good service, good beer selection, but it's the most expensive burger in the area. I guess the quality of the meat and the variety of fries options makes it worth it. They also cater like no other burger joint when it comes to the gluten allergy. They have a gluten free bun option and gluten free fries here!
New outside bar! Only 6 taps compared to the rest of their lineup though, but there are different beers. You'll have to walk up to the main bar to see what beers they have though, the menu isn't 100% updated. Also forget asking the servers, most don't know the beer lineup or what is what. There are a few knowledgeable ones though. Food though is on point. There's a bucket of bacon!!! Seriously, do I need to say more? The lunch rushes and how busy they are during dinner should show you how well they do. I would give it 5/5, but they have "Beer Joint" in their name. The staff should be a little more on point with their beer knowledge, at least what they have on the menu. Great place for sports too.
Tons of good bacon on my burger, would have been better if the bbq sauce weren't so sweet. Awesome fries, lots of choices. Took awhile to get waiter to come at times, but other than that, a pretty good place! Would eat again.
We went there on a Saturday while FSU was playing a game. Place was packed and the energy was very high. We had very good service even though the place was wall to wall with patrons. The Food was excellent! Probably the best burger my family ever had. I don't say that lightly as I am a bit of a burger snob but this was burgers taken to the next level. They were JUICY, DELICIOUS and cooked to perfection. Yes $16.00 for a burger may seem high but in my opinion well worth it. If you love burgers you must check this place out.
Great beer selection, and amazing burgers. The staff really knows their pairings and give great suggestions/recommendations. While they are always packed, we've never really had to wait to be seated. My favorite from their selection? The Hotel California (10 oz. Certified Angus Beef brand Prime, Ranchero Salsa, Guacamole, Grilled Red Onion, Cilantro Sour Cream, Sharp Cheddar, Sunny Side Up Fried Egg, Brioche Bun; $14). Get it!
I really enjoyed coming here. I'm bummed that the location that I originally went to closed down. ( Pembroke Pines ) Anyway, the food was good and as well as the service. I saw a woman right by me ordered one of their salads and it looked amazing. My favorite from here are the fried pickles. Really good. Will definitely eat here again.
I recommend this place for the selections of burgers and beer. The food was tasty. Despite not being asked how I wanted my burger cooked it came out done right. The only negative is the service was a bit slow considering the small amount of people there.
The burgers are amazing, the beer selection is big. However, the 4 times I've gone at night the service is slow. 2 less stars for that. Get the Motha Burger if you go with a big party, you'll need to order it a few days in advance I believe.

Getting 3 stars because the Bison burger was good but our waiter, Iran was horrible. One burger and onion rings were ordered and it took almost an hour to get it. We saw our waiter 3 times, one of which was when I got up to get a glass of water from him. The place wasn't even full.
I have celiac disease so I specifically picked this place for its gluten free bun option. When I got here the server informed they had run out of GF buns. Not only did they not have GF buns, they made us wait roughly an hour for our food. However, the food was pretty good.
The menu is very different from what is was for several years, and most of my favorites no longer exist. Service is generally slow even when the place is not crowded. Beer selection and prices are great for the Brickell area. Will most likely only return for beer and appetizers. Servers are friendly.
Went here with my family while staying in Miami. Place is OK and I say this because you would think by its name it has a wide variety of beers, but sadly that is not the case. They don't have a very good selection of draft beers at all. The food was good and service was prompt. They must have improved after all the bad reviews about bad service because we did not have a problem until the bill came. They added 20% to the tab for the 3 of us yet the receipt clearly stated 20% only added for parties of 6 or more. When I called them out on this the waitress said "Oh we do that for the holidays". Well it's January 7th. Holidays are over honey. If it wasn't for this I would have rated them 4 or 5 stars but that kind of BS really PO's me. Most people wouldn't even notice then add another 15%. Definitely won't be back. Plenty of other good looking restaurants in the area that don't try to scam you.
This is an alright spot. It has been better. Since Brickell City Center opened Mary Brickell Village has suffered, and you can really see that here. It still has a decent burger but definitely does not have the gravitas it once did. On top of that they are generally slow and are either understaffed or the staff is lackluster. It took me 20 minutes last time I went to try and get someone to run my credit card so I could get out of there. There were only about 6 tables at the time. Overall, okay burgers but the service is rough.
I'm from NYC so we are used to QUICK takeout... don't get me wrong, the service was friendly but it took about 10 minutes for our takeout orders to be taken then another 30 for the food to come out! I was in Miami for work and just trying to grab a quick lunch so definitely was not appreciating the laid back and slower pace of all the staff.
The waitress was amazing. They seemed to be the only one working and was doing a few jobs at the same time, while maintaining her smile and great service. I didn't realized how much TLC the place needed until the end, that I went to the bathroom..wood on the bottom are falling apart, it was dirty and definitely needed some cleaning
Food was good. Service wasn't, our server Adina wasn't was around. Another server had to take our desert order. To top it off I got my check where it said that gratuity isn't added unless it's a party of 6 or more. But there was an 18% on it. I don't mind paying the gratuity. But 18% for bad serving is a lot.
It was a decent burger place. Fairly expensive for a hamburger in my opinion. The sangria was decent although didn't "wow" me either. Altogether was not an extremely memorable location. ALSO... not the most kid friendly. Unless you want to explain why the drink menu has names like "O-face", "Donkey Punch", and "Mile High".
Okay, great beer BOTTLE selection. Only like 8-10 on draft though, and it's all pretty boring stuff on draft. Bar seats about 10-12. Service seemed better around the time they first opened. Food choices didn't really seem that appetizing.
Burger and beer joint is a nice place to have a drink and hang with friends. The place is clean and the environment is a nice american bar. The food quality is not bad at all but is not the best. Servers are nice but thet take there time even when its empty. Service needs to improve so does the quality of the food. A lot of times they don't have half of the beers in the menu. I usually seat outside because the air wick or spray they use makes the inside smell like bathroom spray. Don't get me wrong the place is decent to grab a quick beer and maybe a snack but that's all.
Pretty consistent experience each time I go. The burgers are always good and the atmosphere is good. The service, is .... flip a coin. It's hardly ever the time this place is not packed so get there way ahead of the time you plan to eat. Shared ride services are the best place to get to this place since the traffic is bad, the parking is expensive, and you are probably going to be drinking :)

This place used to be a lot better. I walked in for lunch with my family, and they weren’t ready at all. They were out of veggie, and turkey burgers, the fries weren’t warmed up all the way because the center was hard, and my gf’s quinoa salad was cold out the fridge even though the menu says the quinoa is toasted. Our waiter was not knowledgeable, and we were slapped with a 18% mandatory tip. Won’t be back for a while, it’s just not worth it.
I regularly come to Miami to visit friends. This last trip was a blast except for one meal. My friend said we had to try Burger & Beer Joint. They have great burgers, amazing beers, and even beer flights! Awesome sounds like a great place to go for my first night back visiting. And that is where the greatness ended. We arrived and were seated...the server took about 15 mins to come over and check on us. We were ready to order our beers. After trying to order five different beers...which were all out of stock I settled on an IPA. My friend was so excited to try the beer flight. He order it and the server was what is that...he pointed to the bottom of the menu where it says, “ask about our beer flights!” She then said she had to ask the bartender if they are doing that tonight. She came back and said they no longer do them. Ok so disappointed he orders a beer which she came back and said they were out of that one, so he ordered another one which they had. Then it was time to order dinner...they were out of three food items that night! So I settled on a standard burger as did my friend! My suggestion to management is you need to get your ordering of food and beers correct at the beginning of the week so you are not out of BEER & BURGERS on a Saturday night! It is the namesake of the restaurant.
It's mildly cheaper than other places but the food was terrible. The buns looked like a truck had run over them and then someone gave it cpr, the beef was just one step above McDonald's and the chicken was stale. The place was absolutely dead but still their signature alcohol shakes were not available, half the beer on the menu was not available and our first choice of food was also not available. Hard pass.
Where do I start? Stayed an extra day in Miami after cruising for a few days. Stayed downtown since it wasnt too far from everything. We wanted a light lunch so we googled restaurants & BBJ popped up. Nice walk from our hotel; got there during before 3pm amd not a soul was in there. Strange that there wasnt one customer but then i was thinking maybe we just missed the rush (probably should have read the reviews first). We sat ourselves which was fine and eventually the hostess came to take our orders; we liked the viewing options on the TV's as well. I had the wings and they were descent and the lady had the angus sliders with hand cut fries. The food took a little time which we assumed it was fresh. The hand cut fries looked more like shoestring fries but the waitress/hostess swore thats what they werw bc the shoestring were even skinnier (smh). Anywho, the order came with 3 sliders that were good and bigger than expected. The 2 main negatives that feel need to be posted in plain site : 18% GRATUITY ON ALL ORDERS and refills are limited to 2. Most gratuites are automatically added to parties of 5/6 or more (not for 2 people) and I have no problem tipping that much or more when I have been provided that kind of service. We both ordered Cokes and noticed that she hadnt come.back to refill our cups until we called her over. She was like "how many was this"? And we were like does it matter and she said yes because you are limited to 2 refills. We were like ee didnt see that on the menu. She went ahead and got us the 3rd refill.
The toppings on my burger were cold (grilled onions and mushrooms) and the fries were stale and also cold. The Turkey burger meat was ok however the produce was fresh (lettuce, tomatoes, red onions). I would not recommend the house IPA since its tastes more like a lager than an IPA; almost had a metallic aftertaste instead of a hoppy one like IPAs normally have. Service was decent and food came out relatively quick.
Decent beer selection and tasty burger, but the turkey patty seemed suspiciously pink. Service from the bartender was okay, but they certainly didn't try to cover the fact that they weren't happy that we came in 10 minutes before last call for food. If I don't end up sick from the burger, I'll come back and give this 3 stars.
My waitress was nice but she managed to get both of our orders wrong. When I told her they gave us the wrong order she explained they where out of those burgers. So basically they gave us whatever they wanted regardless of what I actually ordered. I'm guessing that this is exactly why the place was empty. It's a shame because it has potential. It's in a prime location but the service and attention to detail is lacking. I'm afraid their days are numbered.
Currently still here for lunch. I ordered a wagyu slider and mushroom fries. Service is slow, music is loud, and the food was mediocre. I ordered the sliders medium and they were well done, with hardly any cheese. They were tough hockey pucks and it's a shame. The mushroom fries were good though. Really thick and meaty with a lovely tempura batter crust.
Note: While me and my family we're there, a new employee severed us but made a mistake a dropped all our burgers on the floor. As accidents do happen and the manager did get the burgers rushed out again and have us a discount I will try not let this influence my review. I still disliked this place as we initially had to wait almost an hour for hour burgers and the waitresses only refiled our water once and never asked if we wanted a drink refill. Secondly, the burgers where mediocre minus the meat itself which was alright. Bathroom was pretty dirty. And finally, even after they dropped our food, they didn't make up for it with better service
We've been customers at B&B since it opened in Mary Brickell Village. Over the years it's been a busy, friendly, and tasty place for burgers, sides, and a big beer selection. Lately, however things have been deteriorating. Today we went in for an early dinner. The place was empty but the two servers couldn't be bothered to even greet us. Eventually they said just sit anywhere. When our server came over to our table she didn't even say hi or what can I get for you. She just stood there until we started giving our order. The food was pretty good although all the sauces and topping for our burgers came on the side and we had to assemble them ourselves. Also the burgers were very overcooked, but to be fair the waitress never asked how we'd like them done. It's sad, but this will be our last trip to this restaurant and I'm sorry to see how far it has fallen. In my opinion there are better options for burgers in Miami.
Used to be excellent, fast pub food with a great drink selection at typical Miami prices, and I have regularly attended this location for the past two years, but my opinion of the place was tarnished after two particularly bad experiences back-to-back. On the first visit, service was slow and we received the wrong order, which prolonged what we thought was going to be a short stay at the restaurant. Not a terribly daunting experience, but the next time we visited made this first visit seem like an appetizer. On the second visit, our waitress, who we were told after the meal just started that week, was dismissive and noticeably rolling her eyes as our party members asked for modifications to their burgers. Her inability to speak English in complete sentences was not unusual for Miami, nor a knock on her performance as a waitress. It was her inability to act and perform as a waitress, advocate for her customers to the kitchen, and ensure the quality of our food. After taking our orders, she left quickly in a silent huff, then never reappeared to get us our water for 20 minutes. I had to stand up from my seat and go to the bar to ask for water from the bartender. Our food came a stunning 35 minutes later, and the patties were cold and blackened, burnt beyond well-done, even though we ordered them cooked medium. I sent my burger back and ordered a different menu item, the Hotel California, what I believed after years of going there to be their best burger. It came out the same way. I sucked it up and ate it. The waitress never returned to give us our check or refill our waters, which I did myself with the bartender. After I refilled our waters, I walked over to one of the other waitstaff at the cashier and asked for the check. She kindly told me that my designated waitress could get that for me, but I told her that our waitress was nowhere to be found and was largely unresponsive for the whole meal. She apologized and got our check for us, and we discovered that I was charged for the burger I sent back. The correction was made. We were not comped on any portion of the meal. An hour and a half later, we left hungry, feeling that we had wasted our money. The restaurant used to have some of the best burgers in town. Fix the food and hire quality waitstaff. Not returning for a long time in hopes that this hiatus will allow them to remedy these issues.

UPDATE: It's a shame how much this place has gone downhill. I used to go-to the one in Palm Beach before it closed down, and it was amazing. So every time I come to Miami I go to the location here. The three times that I've been to this location I've had a decent experience. This last time I went though everything was different, the food wasn't the same quality. The server just walked by us and said let me know when you're ready, without even taking a drink order. The burger was just another mediocre Burger. When we got water there was no ice in it because it came from a drink cooler that was sitting outside on a chair. The pig in a bucket was not at all what it used to be, the bacon was overcooked and chewy, granted it's not on the menu anymore, I'd expect them to either say we can't do it the same or just say no to making it at all. They were also basically out of the syrup for the pig in a bucket, which is what makes the item as good as it used to be anyways. I've been to B&B locations dozens of times, if not well over 100 times. It used to be my favorite restaurant, and with all the other locations closed down, I won't be back. On top of everything, they added an 18% gratitude to a bill for two people. My previous review is below, look at the change: Best burgers around. I love coming to Miami almost exclusively because I get to come here! I can't begin to describe how amazing this place, the servers and the bar tenders are. Love everything on the menu you truly can't go wrong here.
I used to love this place but i have no idea what happend. Ill just let this photo do the talking. This was the tomatoe and lettuce that was placed on our $20 dollar burger.

Got a to go order tuesday night, first off the man had handled cash then I could clearly see him not wash his hands or use gloves pick up tomatoes and throw them on my pulled pork sliders and handled the bread as well. Secondly the pulled pork sandwich was dry and hard like it had been sitting in the sun all day very much like beef jerky. DOH needs to come in here and see how poorly food is being handled, the bartender should not be handling food if he doesn't no how to in a safe cleanly manner.
I ordered 2 burgers and 2 cokes through postdated, the order toes ok 40 minutes, which is fine the problem was the cokes never got here. I called B&B, someone picked up left the line open and I waited for over 20 minutes. Decided to hang up and called back. I ended up calling 11 times and they would pick up and hanging up immediately. Horrible service!!!
Just came here for lunch with a few coworkers. It used to be a great spot, not sure if this has changed ownership or not, but the quality of food is not even close to what it used to be. The skinny fries are different, the buns are different, and when I asked for my Mustang Sally (Wagyu Beef) Medium Rare the server said it only came Medium Well. Not really sure who gets Wagyu beef Medium Well. Secondly, my two coworkers ordered Sympathy For The Devil - which was supposed to come with chili and pickled jalapenos and the server tried to explain that it was under the cheese, when we asked him to make sure with the Chef he had mentioned that they were out of the original chili they use...pretty sure that should have been communicated beforehand. It's no wonder the place was empty on a Friday afternoon in the middle of Brickell. It will be a while before i come back.
I had not been here for a long time, and I was in the area and decided I wanted to stop by to get a Burger, I was surprised when I went into the place it just looked and smelled dirty, the place was empty and the customer service I received explained why, I had to ask the bartender if I could order some food to what he kind of / sort of nod it (well I guess he did) because he looked back at me after I stayed silent waiting for him, like go ahead and order while he was having a conversation with another server. I placed my order and told them how I wanted the burger cooked (which he ignored), I had a straight sight line to the kitchen, I noticed when the bartender went to get my burger, apparently it was not completed so he picked the lettuce and tomatoes with his dirty hands and put it on my burger, then he proceeded to also add fries on my plate this time by using the tongs but not before grabbing a fry with his hands and eating it while serving me. This was my experience without getting into the whole commotion of them kicking someone out because they were drunk and obnoxious... safe to say, wont be here again.
01/01/20 6pm aprox When I went to sit down I almost fell down since the seat was broken, we waited almost 30 minutes for 5 burgers and the place was really almost empty ... then when I went to the bathroom I could see that there were only 2 in the kitchen. The waiter Agustin was kind and I told him to sit in the broken seat to see or talk to the manager ... there really was no manager there, it seems that it is a business that runs alone and very badly. The burgers were ok. THEY NEED TO PUT SIGNS ON THE BROKEN SEATS OR JUST CANCEL THE TABLE. BETWEEN THE COMPUTERS IF THEY HAVEN’T NOTICED!
For the price, you'd At least expect to get a refill on a fountain drink. But nope despite getting both orders wrong, the meat not being cooked correctly and 40 min wait time with only 7 people inside, this place isn't worth the price.
The Miami B&B was a major disappointment to what l experienced elsewhere. It smelled bad, build your own burger was gone (l used to love wagyu in lettuce), their 2 recommendations were way off of what l asked and gratuity of 18% was "forced" on my bill. Never going back.
We waited more than 45 mins for our food and the place was almost empty. The waiter gave me the wrong order. The waiter asked me what I order again, because "the chef threw away the order after he cooked". The waiter seem disconnected and careless about the service. It took him more than 5 mins to give us the check...again the place was almost empty! I don't recommend this place.
I knew it was a low quality restaurant, but this time was really the last time I go to a Burger & Beer Joint. Burger meat was yellowish, fries were showered in oil. Very low quality ingredients. They couldn't even make it up with a quality fountain drink or good service. Sorry, but I never have a good experience in this restaurant.
This was a terrible experience. We went to watch the football games in Sunday around 3p. We ordered drinks and watched while the table that sat after us got drinks first. When we inquired with the other server she told us that our drinks were being made at the inside bar, which we could understand. However, we ordered our food and not only did a table that sat down after us get their bill before we got our food; but the table that sat right next to us, (we heard them order) got their food before us as well. At this point, we had been sitting there for about 45 minutes, so we asked our server what happened and she claimed that our food was taking longer because of what we ordered. (The truth was that she never put in our food order, we watched her go to the kitchen and then put the order in on the computer). When we asked to speak to a manager (twice) we were also told to wait. I got up from the table to speak to the manager and the manager who saw me standing their also told me to wait. Then when manager realized I was upset, she got defensive and told me to leave the establishment. I have been to this restaurant many times and never been treated this poorly.
Worst restaurant in the Brickell area I've been to. Terrible service, even after speaking with a manager who didn't care and after multiple attempts to get a drink refill continued to chat with his girlfriend at the end of the bar. Took me more than 15 minutes originally to get a drink. The food took even longer to come out. The food was mediocre at best. Onion rings we're awful, burger had no flavor, had to drown it with mustard. Would never recommend to anyone. There's much better places in very close proximity.
Really bad service, I had a terrible waitress who couldn’t take the order correctly! Then when my burger arrived the bun was extremely toasted and my fries were basically RAW! Not fried or crunchy at all! WORST FRIES OF MY LIFE! Aside of all that, pay attention when you pay because they add to your bill 20% of TIP !! SO RIDICULOUS! Pay 20% for a terrible service and horrible food! Don’t recommend to anyone! Expensive que worst food ever! Don’t go
I used to love this place. Bartender during this visit sad very short, bordering on rude, they were out of Jameson, claimed they didn't have some of the NFL games on, and then took 15 minutes to tab us out. Not surprising there were only 12 people in the place. Ever since the menu change this restaurant has been on its last leg. This was my last effort. Headed over to the Craftsman. They have Jameson and all the games
DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY SERVICE. They scammed me. I love burger and beer joint and decided to have delivery one night. The service charged a huge amount to my credit card and the man that delivered my burger refused to give me a receipt because he said he had "already marked it in his system as delivered." Feeling uneasy about the whole situation, I checked my bank statement. He had given himself a hefty tip and had signed for my burger! If you want a burger from this amazing place, pick it up. Don't trust your credit card number to their delivery service!
The service was horrible. The food was worst than horrible. We were one of three customers. The food was cold when it came out. The sliders were over cooked. The salad had no dressing and when asked for some they said they were out and offered some other dressing for the quinoa and kales salad that wasn’t vegan after I told him I was. The French fries were cold and season less. I saw they try to charge 18% gratuity for two people. Unheard of?! The table was wabblling and the condiments were stick and without lids. Disaster for an early lunch.
I went there to eat something quickly. I had to wait about 40 minut for my food. Another customers said that they are waiting over an hour. I ordered quesadilla. Tortilla was burned and tasted badly. Moreover, in my check the "gratitiude" was added automatically(18%), way too much for this person. I do not like it. I want to decide how much tip people get. I do not recommend this place.
Food poisoning from their food!! Had chicken wings (breaded) as naked we’re not available, and burgers. My wife threw up all night, I spend the better half of the next day in the bathroom. Very dirty table - definitely not a recommendation!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I placed a TAKE OUT. They added gratuity to my TAKE OUT!!! I’ve never been at a restaurant, place a takeout order and they add gratuity. I would’ve tipped anyway but this is so off putting to me. I bought wings, horrible. They were burnt. I threw them away. I also bought sliders. Nothing special. They added $5 gratuity to my bill that was $24 for take out. One star because the food was just okay and because they’re greedy. You don’t charge gratuity to take out!! Give the customer the option to tip. Gratuity is compensation for a dining in experience. Bad business for a restaurant in the beautiful Brickell area. There are too many options right around the corner with amazing food and service for me to ever bother with such a place. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
It was a horrible experience!!!! FOOD POISED!!! made 3 of us sick!!! So, I used to come here often back in days where you can make your own burger, and lots of options on the menu, everything was tasty. So I went there with my family last night. First, the menu is entirely different, then the burgers came (3-simple man) and chicken burger. The burgers & fries were ok. btw, they charged automatically 18% tip!!! what the heck. Ok, the real nightmare was at night, my wife and my sister throw up all night, and they both have diarrhea, my stomach was upset the whole morning. This is not the same place it used to be. I am not coming back...
Writing this review while dealing with stomach "issues" after eating at this place. You are better off with a burger from a fast food restaurant. I ordered 1/2 pound of the premium meat, meat was yellowish; definitely ground beef with mostly fat. 3$ extra for what appeared to be 1 ounce of guac which was black. Terribleeee. I had a great experience here a few years back but it looks like they have decided to maximize profits by low in the food quality. The waitress showed no pride for working there, she knows what goes on inside that kitchen. I guess you can stick to beer if you do choose to give this place a try.
Whos the manager of this place. Went sunday with family to experience the big burger and service was horrible. We had to set up our on table..no utensils.. noone took our order of drinks till like after we ate burger. Fries came after we burger. Then we told no more specific beer due to a party night before. Now um trying to call and speak to a manager and noone is answering at the restaurant. Im.not one to write reviews but definately not worth spending over 200 dollars at this place. I dont recommend! I rather go to 5 guys and smaller burger an that will have a much better taste.
UNCOOKED FOOD I went to this place a second time because I throughly enjoyed the burger the first time. However upon my second visit I ordered chicken tenders and fries in the duck oil with a sangria. The chicken came out and I took two bites and it was UNCOOKED I immediately went to the chef and took it back and told him that it was uncooked. He offered another batch but at this point I was over the whole idea. 1. How in the hell do you not throughly cook chicken tenders. 2. Why didn't the manager come to the table and apologize for what took place. 3. Why did I have to ask for the tenders to be removed from my bill. This is unprofessional and I was shocked because I had such great service at this place the first time. This being my first time in Miami and my first experience with food here I was disappointed at the lack of empathy shown from management and the cooking team. I will be reporting this to someone else. STAND CLEAR OF THE CHICKEN TENDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used to love this place but the last three times I went was completely disappointing. I went yesterday for lunch and not only does the restaurant have a wet mildew smell, but the chicken they served me was raw. I asked to replace it with a grilled cheese, becuase honestly, who could screw that up, right? Well not only did it take 25 minutes...but it wasnt a grilled cheese. It was basically two pieces of bread microwaved with cheese. The bread wasnt toasted and clearly never touched a grill and the cheese was so overheated, it ran out of the sandwich. It was disgusting. Never going back.
The food is good but terrible service! It was one of my favorite places but last time when I was going to pay they refused my American Express card. It was advertised American Express among other credit cards to be accepted. I asked for the manager but another waiter just pretending to be the manager said: “We have the right to decline to accept your credit card whenever we want so you have to pay with other means” I used to go at least 3 times a month but I will not return!
I’ve been to this restaurant 4 times and from the first time the service was slow. The manager lets it be known that they don’t order enough food to last the week. Which means the menu is not fully accessible. There a few waiters who move like they could care less about the customers needs. Getting a refill is damn near impossible!! I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to hungriest tourists visiting Miami. I brought a friends and family and unfortunately after this experience I will not return
Burger was cooked raw. Service was terrible. The waiter said that it was cooked medium rare (I asked for medium). The meat was literally raw. I wish I could post a photo to show. Never eating here again. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for any restaurant, but this was totally unacceptable. Miami be warned: Stay away at all costs!
What an absolute disgrace of a restaurant. Hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Arrived at 1pm and were the only party in the restaurant. Started off with Nachos and it was a soggy plate of slop (sour cream, guac, and queso) topped with overcooked dry chicken. As the waitress was taking orders she had to rip a piece of the table paper covering off to write down orders as she ran out of paper. Next thing I ordered was the bacon cheese burger medium. The burger came out 45 minutes later, no one was in the restaurant! It was 5 minutes past well done topped with raw bacon. Easily the worst burger I’ve ever had and completely lost appetite after biting into raw bacon. Then time to close out the check and it takes 40+ minutes after the server coming back twice to ask everyone what they ordered again so she could manually enter everything back into the computer. Nachos, burger and a few drinks was a $75 lunch that I wouldn’t serve to my worst enemy. Management should be ashamed of themselves, I see why no one was there.
The most terrible food and experience I have ever had in Miami. My friend and I ordered burgers, both came out without lettuce, onions and tomatoes, they were very salty to the point were it was hard to eat. I told the manager politely and he told me he can exchange mine but my friend ate too much and he can't change his. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and without us saying a word, he accused us of taking advantage of the restaurant. We then decided to cancel and leave. Last time I was at this restaurant was 3 years ago and it was good, this time it was a very disappointing experience. My last time there.
Fries were mediocre at best. service was slow even though they were dead so they took their time. My bun was completely burnt and didn’t get a refill offered. Husband got a drink during happy hour and they charged full price. On top of a $56 bill for two burgers, they automatically charge you 20% gratuity!!!!!!! I was a server I understand tipping but the service we got was far from a 20% tip. RIDICULOUS
Not too impressed. Despite the fact the place was not busy the service was a bit slow to start , OK yes sometimes you have an off day. It took some time for our order to be brought to the table then unfortunately the server let the tray slip and all our food landed on the floor spilling part of it on my pants and shoes. Accidents do happen! We were moved to another table. At this point one would expect to be given more attention to make sure we were compensated for our troubles. The manager did come to the table and apologised and promised a discount, which we did get but only having to remind the server. Service continued to be slow during the whole meal our refreshments were only refilled once. The food in the end was OK
My husband and I used to love this place, but the quality of the ingredients changed (especially the type of buns), the bison burger was my favourite and is now just a regular... or even a below average burger!, the portions are smaller and the prices increased for no reason!!! ... We will never go back!!
Terrible experience! The cutlery was dirty, fries served cold, waiter took a random half day and disappeared, had to ask for the check at the bar.... And the icing on the cake - they automatically added 18% tip to the bill for a table of 2! What a disgrace... I am left truly appalled, if I didn't have to get back to the office I would raised hell but oh well... Never again.
Went on a Monday evening and was beyond disappointed with both the service and product. Was showed where to a table and then waited 20 minutes for a waiter to arrive. They finally came and took our drink orders, I then waited another 20 minutes for beverages to arrive. The food showed up and it got worse. The fries were old and tasted stale, no better than those old fries sitting under your car seat from the Golden Arches. The burgers were beyond sub par, cold, cooked so much the pattie could have replaced a hockey puck. I thought it couldn't get worst at this point. It did. Walked inside to go to the bathroom (we were sitting outside) and was surprised by a stench of decaying food, no exaggeration. Bottom line, there are many great places to grab a beer and a burger in Miami, this is certainly not one of them.
Just horrible. I don’t even know where to start. It took 45 minutes for our food to come out and it was cold. We then had to wait another 15 minutes to have the order still screwed. I ordered onion rings and they weren’t cooked well. Service was terrible. I just don’t understand because it wasn’t even packed when we arrived. I felt like I had to chase my waiter down. Had to track someone down to even get a refill. You would think by the location and prices, you would get the best burgers.. NOT! Overcooked. Don’t waste your time here.
Horrible experience! Over an 1 hour wait for our burgers, to only see the staff deliver the order to the wrong table and then see them throw our food in the trash to wait longer to make a new one. Horrible service and burgers are 2 out 5! Never going back. They still made us pay for this terrible service. No attention to customers needs! The manager refused to refund our tab, only discount 2 drinks! Waste of time and money! Horrible. Bathroom filthy and hot!
I recently visited this restaurant and ate here. I say outside and ordered a milkshake, a burger and fries. I would like to say I am quite disappointed in the service. First, the table was very dirty and never cleaned. Also, I had to ask for water, my dog wasn’t even given water. The table was very wobbly and the service took forever. As I was eating, the table started getting very wet and no one did anything about it. I would like to say that I am disappointed in the service. I definitely do not recommend.
Seems like the original ownership sold off. Went today after a few years of not dining there. Terrible service and food. Overcooked burgers and they are a 3rd as thick as they once were. Also, place is dead, but based on what I just described, not s surprise. Sad because I used to go all the time back in 2010 through 2016. I don't give it much longer before they close like all other restaurants in Mary Brickell. Sad. We left our food, asked for the manager and told them we'd only pay for our beers. He did not even argue. Think he realizes it's a sinking ship and he's along for the ride.
