Just arrived from NY … and was staving, this place is amazing the food was denominal, I ordered to start the carpaccio and for main course the carbonara pasta. Everything was unbelievable, the only thing it is kind of chilli in here so just come with something warm. My waiter Jesus was a sweetheart, very attentive and had some great suggestions, will be coming back before my vacation is over.

Found this cozy restaurant in the heart of Brickell and I'm so glad I did. It was a great location to celebrate my nephew's 18th birthday. The atmosphere was calming, the staff was friendly, the food was good and it was affordable. I would recommend.

Great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, exactly what you expect from Vapiano. The atmosphere is relaxed and stylish, perfect for both a casual meal and a nice evening out. Special mention to Jesus, waiter, who was absolutely excellent, attentive, professional, and always with a beautiful smile. His service really elevated the whole experience. While out and about we came across Vapiano restaurant in Miami. After taking a quick look at the menu posted at the entrance we knew our lunch was going to be great. The pizza was wonderful probably the best pizza I have ever had in my multiple trips to many parts of America. The toppings were fresh, full of flavour and the sauce was the key ingredient that tied everything together. The staff are very friendly which adds to a seem-less dining experience. I highly recommend adding Vapiano to your list of must eats when in Miami and will definitely being eating here again when in Miami.

This weekend, my boyfriend and I attended the pizza-making class at Vapiano. We had a fantastic time—the experience was super fun, and the service was excellent. Our server, Jose, was very attentive, and the manager, Endre, made us feel truly welcome and added to the enjoyable atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning.

The best pizza in Miami that we had. The dough had a chew to it while also crisp reminding me of the authentic pizza I had in Italy. Great service, clean, and kid friendly. There were several adults there for ladies dinners, families and business people. It was spacious with great food and clean. The open kitchen was fabulous too. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. Only a block from the Four Seasons hotel that we were staying at. I’m so glad we found this place with authentic amazing food. We came twice during our stay in Miami.

We ordered the spaghetti carbonara, the filetto di manzo e vino rosso pasta, and the pomodoro e gamberetti risotto - and everything was delicious. The carbonara has a pretty mild flavor and is super creamy. It has a little hint of onion that I had never tasted in a carbonara before, and it was actually so good. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. The filetto di manzo pasta was my favorite. It had a comforting flavor - tastes like home. The pomodoro e gamberetti risotto had a bold tomato flavor with that subtle taste of the sea. Really good as well. I loved the coco mojito during Happy Hour. And the service from Jesús made the whole experience even better. He was super attentive, quick, and very kind. Thank you Jesus

Vapiano feels like a comfortable place to grab a quick but good-quality Italian meal, whether it’s lunch with coworkers or a relaxed dinner with friends. Overall, Vapiano is a solid spot if you want fresh Italian food in a modern, laid-back setting without the formality of a traditional restaurant.

Our server Miguel was fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being over the top. He nailed the recommendations and kept everything flowing perfectly. The food was outstanding: perfectly cooked steaks, juicy and flavorful, and the special risotto was creamy, al dente perfection bursting with rich mushroom goodness. We loved the Old Fashioneds—classic, well-balanced with smooth bourbon, just the right bitters and sweetness, and that perfect orange twist and cherry finish. Strong, sophisticated, and seriously delicious. Ended with an amazing chocolate lava cake—warm, gooey center with ice cream. Miguel even surprised us with great timing and energy. We’ll be back and asking for him again! Highly recommend!

One of my favorite go to happy hour places in Brickell. The happy hour deals are excellent and the quality of the house wine is much better than most. The food can sometimes vary from day to day, but the staff (especially the bartender, Miguel) is excellent and will adjust accordingly if you ask them. I recommend the risotto and the house red for happy hour. Can’t go wrong!
