My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic lunch at 305 Peruvian Modern Cuisine in Brickell, Miami! We started with the Jalea Mix, which was perfectly crispy and packed with fresh seafood—such a delicious, crunchy appetizer that really hit the spot. For our mains, we shared the Lomo Saltado Pasta Pesto (or whatever the exact name is for that incredible fusion dish), and it was out of this world! The tender stir-fried beef combined with the creamy Peruvian-style pesto pasta was flavorful, hearty, and perfectly executed. We finished with the Cuatro Leches Lucuma for dessert—rich, creamy, and with that unique lucuma twist that made it stand out. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and presented beautifully. The service was attentive and friendly, and the vibe in the restaurant is modern and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for authentic Peruvian flavors with a creative twist. My seco de res was a little bland and they reuse sauce bases in different dishes, but I'm still gonna give them a 5 anyway even though. they're really a strong 4/5. First of all Nicole was our waiter and she was amazing, my husband has severe dairy allergy and she made sure she took it serious which is really important a waiter understands. 305 Peruvian Restaurant is an absolute gem in Miami. Hands down the best ají de gallina I’ve had anywhere in the U.S. — rich, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care and authenticity. You can tell the flavors are true to Peru, not watered down. On top of that, the service was excellent — Nelly was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. I live in NYC & I have tried dozens of peruvian restaurants in NYC/NJ, and a few down in Miami and this is by far, my favorite peruvian restaurant in the US. The food is sooo incredibly delicious that we decided to came back on our last day, and the food was even better the second time around. I seriously can’t stop dreaming about the lomo saltado, anticuchos, pasta, causa, and the desserts. Make sure you try their green sauce, its incredible. I would fly down to Miami for the day just to have this food again. 10/10

Generous happy hour kept the pisco sours appearing at my elbow, after we told them we were not driving. 100% recommend and will be back! The high roof, right music volume and the clean and fresh decor, where all already all green flags before I got my Peruvian food fix before before hitting the night out. Quite decent Peruvian food, a little salty and expensive but overall, so I give them 4 stars. The waitress never came to fill our water, the food was naturally salty so the whole time me and my friend were so thirsty

We’ve been several times, and the food is always very delicious. The cholitos a la chalaca are spectacular, and the ceviche is absolutely amazing.

We went here for lunch for my birthday. The restaurant was nice, but service wasn’t all that great. Good was good, ceviche was ok. We ordered a tuna bowl and it was ok. We first arrived and ordered drinks. First we asked for a hibiscus mojito, no hibiscus, it’s on their menu. We switch to the watermelon alcoholic drink, no watermelon, also on their menu. We finally settled for what they had, coconut mojito. They bring some plantain chips to your table as complimentary. A small plate with very small amount and we were 4 adults. We asked for a little more, he brought us the same small plate but this time a little less than the first. When we asked for a little more, he said he will need to charge. I found that kind of strange considering we’re 4 adults and you’re barely bringing enough for a child. If you’re going to give something complimentary, at least let it be a serving for the table. Restaurant was completely empty except one other gentleman. We had been sitting there for a while, waiting for our waiter to come by our table so we could ask for the check. We were advised he had finished his shift. We were never informed, so we were just sitting there. The restaurant was completely empty. We went Saturday 1/10 around 2pm. I don’t understand why we’re sitting there for quite some time waiting on our waiter just to be told he left. It was very, very nice that the lady waiter who came in after the first male waiter shift, brought me a flan for my bday. She was very nice!

I ordered it through door dash and wow the chicken fried rice is disgusting ! Ginger overpowered the dish and the chicken had no flavor. Fire the chef who makes this or take it off the menu. 🤮

I ordered delivery and it was disgusting. The rice of the rolls were completely overcooked, a complete paste. The fried yuca was another miss (frozen of course) and even they managed to serve both dry and moist ginger. The ceviche was chewy…
