The barrista has to work a full time job to subsidize the shop so hours vary and you never know if they are open. Genuinely imported from The Truth Coffee Roasters, Cape Town, South Africa. Wait time is certainly far less than the 25 hour flight to Cape Town, not to mention the $10,000 business class fare! Cause lets face it who is flying coach 25 hours! Not me! Keep coming back, the Espresso is magical!

Such a charming, unique, window-in-the-wall cafe! As soon as you approach the second-floor stair entrance, you can hear the sounds of laughter and chit-chat as folks sip their drinks and nibble on cake in between conversation. You are greeted with smiles and homey vibes from the start! Feels like you’re walking into a patio party at a friend’s house! I had the blueberry lemon poppyseed bread and a cappuccino, both of which were PHENOMENAL! 100/10! Austin makes everything with care and love, which you taste with every bite/sip! Everything is super fresh (made each morning) and quality ingredients! One of the most inviting, personal, and intimate experiences I’ve ever had! Something about the cozy environment, warm company, and delightful treats transported you to a European terrace of a dear friend you’ve always known. Cannot recommend this place enough! Do whatever you can to visit! We drove 45 minutes+absolutely worth it!

The man knows his coffee and creates an atmosphere that you crave in a local coffee shop. Was in the area for the Coconut Grove Art Festival and looking for great coffee and I found it! What initially drew me to this place was the fact that it had rave reviews but was still seemingly off the radar. I love supporting small businesses so I decided to check it out and was not disappointed! I had the best cappuccino I can remember from here. I also really dug the vibe, it's a window service spot with a few seats outdoors on a balcony, it was super cute. The owners were also very friendly and made conversation and offered water while you waited. The coffee was super affordable, they only asked for $3 for my cappuccino. One thing to know before you go is they only accept cash, Venmo or Zelle. Overall this place was really charming and the coffee was top notch, I will for sure be back whenever I'm in the area again.

If you’re so lucky to find this place, you have to go! Truly a one-of-a-kind experience. My friend and I had the cortado, shaken cappuccino, and Moroccan orange cake. All were incredible. Ambiance is very welcoming - just like hanging out a friend’s house! You will definitely leave with a smile on your face.

Every once in a while a cafe comes along that’s so good, so beautiful and has such great staff (Austin was who I adored) that you wonder how you ever lived without it. That place is called Cosmic Latte. First I tried a French Press from Truth Coffee Roasters in Cape Town, South Africa. Their French Press technique is impeccable, the coffees are clearly well dialed in for their setup and the end result was a cup of bright, sweet and fruity coffee with great body and mouth feel. The coffee continued to have enjoyable flavors even as it cooled down. Then of course, their namesake Latte. A smooth, velvety milk drink with a beautiful punch of espresso. The espresso was pronounced and the fruit flavors of the espresso went really well with the milk, which is hard to pull off. Most importantly the hospitality and ambiance is really wonderful, this is a place where I want to spend every weekend morning. The sun is always shining on this special place in Coconut Grove.
