Great pulled pork sandwich - good but a little dry. My wife had the steak tacos - really tasty but the bearded also a little dry. Best part of the experience was the server who was very attentive. To many pro fights on the tv’s. Should stick to baseball, basketball and sports not involving physical beatings.

This was my first time coming here and not only was the food delicious, but the service was fantastic. Tristan, the server, was warm, knowledgeable and attentive; while the manager, Johannes, was welcoming and friendly. Tristan took the time to get our order right and to make sure our experience was great. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was casual, laid back and comfortable. The staff looked happy to be there and seemed to take pride in their work. The food came out great and my Paloma drink was delicious. I'll definitely be returning again and again.

This location on Bird Road is very convenient because it is located in a shopping center by 67th ave and Bird Road so parking is not a problem, plenty of it. The food is good, the bar located outside the restaurant is nice as well, and the staff is very professional and nice 👍

We recently stopped by Carolina Ale House, and honestly, it was a solid experience all around. The atmosphere has that fun, lively sports bar vibe—plenty of TVs, a spacious layout, and a laid-back crowd. It’s definitely the kind of place you go to catch a game, grab a cold beer, and just unwind. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I didn’t have to wait long for anything, and the staff checked in just enough to make sure everything was good. As for the food classic bar fare done right. I went with the bacon cheeseburger and some wings on the side and everything came out hot and flavorful. Portions were generous, and prices felt reasonable for the area. Drinks were on point too good selection of beers and a few cocktails that hit the spot. Overall, Carolina Ale House gave me exactly what I was looking for: chill vibes, solid food, and a great place to hang out. I’d definitely go back, especially during a game night.

It was so delicious there! Great food , cold drinks, inside excellent service!! The big bonus was the poker game at 7pm. It was so fun and didn't cost us anything but a tip to the poker dealer. We tipped her $15 but you dont have to tip at all. They are having Texas holdem every Thursday night for now on!!! We can't wait !!!

Our server, Jessica, was fabulous. She was truly one of the best servers we have ever had. She was kind and bubbly but she also thought of things that helped my daughters with their orders. Mentioned that the sauce on the salmon was spicy and left it off just in case and saved us from what could have been a tough situation with my incredibly sensitive daughter.

My day of visit is on Thursday nights, it is a motorcycle meeting, they meet after 9:00 pm and it is a very pleasant atmosphere, more than 50 motorcycles of different brands and styles arrive. There is very good live music and you can dance. They have a very large bar and they have good prices. You can order food outside or inside the restaurant. They also have billiards. This place is vastly spacious inside and out. I recommend the help of the employee (Josh) this person is super friendly, and very willing to provide excellent service, so it was with us. That's why I recommend it. For bike lovers, nice place to see different models, for every taste, good environment, good music, you are not gonna get bored, food like any other sports bar but the spinach dip is very good like their wings. It looks there are not enough servers.

Eh. Food came out quick. We ordered a few appetizers. The brisket quesadillas were burnt as you can see in the picture. Slightly charred is one thing...these tasted like the crust on the bottom of my oven that had been there for months. Frickles and Cheese curds were tasty but super salty. Also, quality degraded the longer we sat...breading didn’t stand the test of even 5 minutes. Service was great. Our waitress was attentive. Sports bar decor is typical. Come here if you want beer and run of the mill bar food. Don’t expect anything special.

Women’s rest room is disgusting. Sinks with layers of soap scum. Sticky floor. Dusty partions and toilet paper dispensers. Gross crusty trash cans. This is what is visible and obvious. I wonder what is there that isn’t visible to the naked eye?? Do better Ale House. Do better. Before the health department gets a call.

Tonight was the third subpar meal we've had at the Bird Rd locale, and it will be the last. The food was really bad. We ordered the pretzel app (good), the brisket dip w/ onion soup (meh), and the half-rack of ribs w/fries and slaw (all three terrible). Our waiter was not bad, and the outdoor seating was well kept - but it's not enough to make it worth another visit.

Been going to this location since it opened! Friends and Family know about it and love it. The only thing I would suggest to improve would be when placing a carry-out to already have the sauce inside. I've had two times where I haven't had any blue cheese with my chicken tenders and today I asked for extra blue cheese when I got there, just to find out that they hadn't put one at all. So left home with only one. UPDATED REVIEW First time during the pandemic. I dont know what happened if theres new management or if they released all of their servers and cooks but my mom saw a hair in her plate of food, the diet coke had no gas, we ordered 12 chicken wings the server came out with 6, we ordered flatbreads with no pepperoni, the flatbreads came with pepperoni, no refills at all and if I can I will try and upload the chicken wings that were so uncooked that had blood in them. I didn't ask towards the blood cause I was tired of getting up and calling them to come over. Worst experience ever

We had a HORRIBLE experience. To start, there wasn’t a host. We self sat and got our own menus from BEHIND the bar after waiting 10 minutes to be approached. Our drinks took a long time to get to us, not because of the server, but because the bartender was backed up. Next, the rib eye we ordered was cold. Cold to touch. Cold to eat. The mashed potatoes were stiff and dry and crumbly. The mushrooms weren’t on the plate, asked for it and got it after a while. The mahi we ordered was raw and missing the cilantro sauce. The ribeye was remade and cooked well over done although we asked for it medium. The rib eye was so dry. We sent it back again. The manager skipped to our table while laughing. She said “what’s up” no hi, no how can I help. Nothing. No apology or explanation. She just said “okay” after every thing that I said went wrong. She left the raw mahi plate on the table, didn’t even bring it to the back. Also, she should have dropped off the new ribeye but she didn’t. She didn’t ask us what we wanted or offer solutions. Just “I’ll take it off the check.” What if I wanted a COOKED mahi?She did comp the raw mahi plate and the ribeye. However, the manager handled the situation so poorly. We will never come back here. Just awful.

Beware: You ask the waiter for a specific brand of beer and they serve you whatever they feel. This happened twice to me. The first time I ordered a Stella and got a Miller (100% sure). The 2nd time, I ordered a Stella, and got something else for sure. The 2 incidents separated by 6 months. I avoid this place. Expensive on top..!
