A Birthday Celebration to Remember at Calamillor 🎉 We were invited to celebrate our birthdays on 09/11 and 09/13 with family at Calamillor, and it was an absolute blast. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. We indulged in croquettes, calamari, a beautifully arranged charcuterie table, fresh salad, and a smash burger that was simply delicious. The meloso rice and squash soup were rich and comforting, and we toasted with two bottles of wine that paired perfectly with the meal. Dessert was a dream—cheesecake and chocolate ice cream that hit every note. The service was exceptionally attentive, the food arrived at the perfect temperature, and the ambiance was warm, stylish, and welcoming. We loved it so much that we returned the next morning for breakfast. The croissant was a must, and the latte was so good I had two. If you’re in the area, Calamillor is a must-visit. I promise—it will not disappoint.

What a great experience! The food is absolutely fabulous, and the surprise was finding live music that elevated the entire atmosphere. We truly had an amazing time. A spectacular place, highly recommended. The music creates a wonderful vibe, and the singer is incredibly talented. The croquettes… outstanding! I will definitely be coming back with more people to enjoy this gem in Miami. Don’t miss it!

What an excellent experience! I can’t express enough how much I loved celebrating our office party at CalaMillor! The service was outstanding — we truly had the best servers in Miami. The food was amazing! For me, the fideuà is the best dish ever, even better than the paella. The Basque cheesecake is dreamy, and the huevos rotos are to die for. Highly recommend!

I went to this place for lunch and it was such a great pick. They offer a lunch menu with a few options that looked amazing. My friend and I ended up ordering from the regular menu and enjoyed a glass of wine as well. The food was fresh and incredibly flavorful, the wine was delicious and satisfying, and the dessert was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is bright and open, with plenty of natural light. Most of the servers are from Spain, which makes you feel as if you’ve stepped into a little spot along the Spanish coast. A really lovely experience overall.

Hidden gem in the heart of Coral Gables 🫶🏼 First visit was October 2025 celebrating 2 birthday girls and had to come back November 2025 for another birthday celebration. This time around we had Juanmi as our waiter and it reminded me so much of the restaurants in Spain. Definitely if you’re going to dine in ask for Juanmi to be your server; he would make you feel right at home! Want to visit Spain and don’t have an itinerary. Ask him he will tell you the best spots fully detailed 🫶🏼 I’ve tried a lot of items of their menu from their variety of croquetas, to their pan con tomate, to their seasonal setas with mashed potatoes and egg yolk to the patatas bravas to burgers and paellas but their Basque Cheesecake is a must have to end your meal! MUST HAVE! LOVE their huge variety of wine selection and vintages. Make sure upon planning to dine in to make a reservation through Open Table because lunch gets a little too crazy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Today we enjoyed the best Roscón de Reyes in all of Miami, and of course, it had to be from CalaMillor Gourmet Experience. My family and I were absolutely delighted by its flavor and quality. Even though I got the Haba, I would gladly drive the 52 minutes again just to buy another one! From the moment you walk into CalaMillor, the service is exceptional, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

CalaMillor is a great find. We enjoyed the Executive Menu for lunch, along with a glass of Tempranillo. Freshly prepared delicious food, friendly and welcoming staff. The best Spanish Restaurant outside of Spain! The place is beautifully decorated. The staff is extremely attentive and pleasant. And the food??? OMG We drove from Orlando for it! And we were blown away! First, I had the fantastic gin Nordes and my husband the red vermouth. Then we started our pallet feast with the croquetas. 5 jotas ham and squid ink prepared to perfection! Crispy on the outside and creamy in the inside. The squid Ink was mind blowing! Then we ordered the Fideuá de Carrillera and the Pulpo with Canary sauce. The Fideuá was the winner! The portions are very generous so we had to ask for boxes. Then to finish it all we ordered coffee. I chose my favorite: café bom bom and my husband had the spresso. We cannot wait to go back! Jacqueline was our server and provided THE BEST SERVICE one could ask for! Thank you Jacqueline! And congratulations to the owners!

We had an amazing experience at Callamillor in Coral Gables — the food, ambiance, and service were all exceptional. Our server Carlos was outstanding — very knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the entire Afternoon even better. We started with a glass of Albariño, followed by Croquetas de Jamón Ibérico, and the Tabla Degustación de Jamón Ibérico 5 Jotas with Manchego cheese and Pan Tomaca — all beautifully presented and full of authentic Spanish flavor. We also tried the Boquerones al Vermouth and Gambas al Ajillo, both fresh and delicious. For our main dishes, we shared the Fideuá de Carrillera Ibérica y Setas, Arroz Meloso de Gamba y Calamar, and Arroz Meloso de Setas y Queso Manchego — each one rich, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. We ended the meal with the Crema Catalana and Torta Basque, both the perfect sweet finish to an incredible lunch . Callamillor is truly a gem — authentic Spanish cuisine, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves great food and an experience! 🇪🇸✨

So really good food and service. The salmon tartare was spectacular. The croquets were delish all i tasted was really good. Now the potato of chorizo tortillas are just superb. Why 4 stars well they have a charge to use credit cards and we were not advised of it. And yes many places are doing this but so fat they all have advised of the fee. All an all i will recomend the place.

I came to Cala Millor after seeing several recommendations on TikTok, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. The overall experience felt pretty average. Service was okay but not polished, lacking the attention to detail you’d expect given the buzz around the place. As for the food, it was underwhelming. The patatas bravas were very basic, nothing memorable or standout, and the paella was about the same, decent but far from impressive. Coming all the way from downtown specifically for dinner here, I left disappointed. For the quality and prices, it wasn’t worth the drive or the money. There are better options around if you’re looking for solid Spanish food.

We went to CallaMillor Gourmet Experience specifically to try desserts because the inside looks like a bakery when you first walk in. The service was good overall, but the prices felt high for what you get and the atmosphere was pretty ordinary, so the pricing did not match the experience. We told the hostess we were only there for dessert, but we were seated and given a full menu anyway. There is not really a separate area set up for the bakery side, it feels more like a restaurant for meals than a bakery experience. Desserts were also expensive for the portion and value. The dessert menu did not include all the desserts shown in the display case and seemed to focus on higher priced items. We walked up to the case to order something not on the menu and got the Chocolate Textures dessert, which was small and $10. It was good but very rich and sweet. I also ordered a cappuccino and it was $5 with a very small cup size for that price. On top of that, they charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card, which was another negative mark on the experience. I do not mind paying more for a truly high end restaurant, but this did not feel high end enough to justify the pricing.

I made a pickup order for a family reunion … The flavors were right specially in the Paella à la Banda … BUT … the paella with picanha (says is for 2 people) was such a disappointment , specially when they charge $90 for it… Just check the photo… Nothin else to add… That dish is not even $20! I want to believe it was a mistake … I’l never order (be robbed) from there again…
