Our server, Luz Maria, truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. She was incredibly patient with us, especially with our four energetic and sometimes loud children. Despite the noise, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without missing a beat. The atmosphere was very kid-friendly, which made our visit even more comfortable. There were plenty of spaces for families, and the staff were welcoming to our little ones. It’s clear that they prioritize both excellent dining and a relaxed, enjoyable environment for families. I saw 4.9 stars on the google reviews and thought no shot that a craft brewery/bar is that good. I was wrong, this place is amazing. I got the falafel sandwich and a hazy IPA. Both were absolutely fantastic. And reasonably priced! Also the waitress was so kind and quick it was amazing. I did see multiple people get a “milkshake” looking drink, unsure what it was but it looks amazing. Would highly recommend going here.

Lauti was great. Even with quite a few tables he was the only one running the place. Drinks were timely and tasty and the food was great. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 15+ years so it’s great to receive great service like Lauti gave us. Definitely will be back again to craft in the next couple days before we leave. We happened upon this cafe when in Key Biscayne for the morning. Great service, lovely setting, and delicious food! We sat outside with a nice breeze and aerial fans that kept us comfortable even with the summer heat. I had The Salty (pictured) and my friend had the eggs benedict. Both were great! we also used the wifi and were able to get some work stuff done as well.

First time visiting this restaurant... Sadly we came across a problem with the taste of the burger, and we told the Waiver, and he gladly understood, and gave us another Burger free of charge. The Burger came out delicioso, and fríes too. The atmosphere is calm and amazing... I RECCOMEND!!!

Stopped buy at Craft after going to biscayne park looked for a place that sold mimosas. I was amazed by the quality of serviced offered by Nico. He was very attentive and had a great smile. He was able to recommend a sampler platter to go with the mimosas. The presentation and the taste was over the top. I will definitely be back very soon.

A long wait but very good food.

My burger was way overcooked but everything else was perfect including my starter.

Although the food was good it did not come out at the same time. I started on mine first while it was hot and then my wife's food came out about 4 minutes later. Bathroom had a dismantled soap dispenser sitting on top of the trash can lid so not only could I not get soap for washing my hands but after I dried them I couldn't put the dirty paper towels in the trash. If employees are supposed to wash their hands before leaving the restroom, they must not be using soap. On top of everything else, they automatically add 18% to your bill as a service fee and then also ask for a tip.

The food itself is solid but not out of the ordinary. Fine print automatic 18% tip is insane. Did not check on how the food was, long wait for it. Didn't pour drinks for us. In fact didn't even come to take our order until we prompted them too. Tips should be earned not expected.

Nice location. Service was not great, had to ask for a drink again after ordering g 15 minutes earlier. Aldo ordered bottomless mimosas but was only served one.

It was delicious until I found a half blond hair dangling from my burger. Then I saw another one stuck on the ketchup lid. I just wasn't hungry no more. Disappointed, I was recommended here by several people and I just didnt enjoy the entire food.
