Our family has been going here for 45 years, 13 for me. This establishment is the most consistently high quality, delicious, friendly, places I've been. Pizza, garlic rolls, house made pasta and sauces, fresh seafood, and such yummy desserts. If you want Italian when in S. Florida, go here.

Definitely a hidden gem! The food portion is insane! The food quality is better than any other Italian restaurant I've ever been to, and the service was truly exceptional! What can I say that probably hasn’t been said by all the reviews before. This place is an institution in Hialeah. I have been coming here since I was a kid and continue to because truth be told, this is one of the best pizza places in Miami. The garlic rolls here are the best. Besides an extra crispy pepperoni pizza, I love the manicotti with meat sauce and the gnocchi with pink sauce. Finish it with a a cannoli and you’re sitting pretty (I don’t have pictures because I go and order my food and goto town lol)

It is hard to find non-franchise pizza and Italian food in Miami. This gem is hidden in a shopping center in Hialeah. Excellent food and pizza. I had a house salad and pizza. Absolutely delicious. I have also had their eggplant parm and garlic rolls. The wait staff has worked there for many years and they are warm and welcoming. Excellent music in the background too. The food comes out fast even when the restaurant is packed. Chairs, benches, booths and tables are old style and need an upgrade but that doesn't get in the way of the amazing food. A must visit for any Italian food lover.

You cannot find better real Italian food in S. FL then here! They've been around since I was a kid and the food is as good now as it was back then. I'm 58 years old now and every single time I come everything is excellent! They have THE BEST Chicken Marsala I have ever had, anywhere -and I've had a lot Chicken Marsala in a lot of places. Theirs is the best, by far! The pizza and the garlic rolls are magnificent as well! Two thumbs up on everything!!!

I stumbled across this pizza place and I’m glad I did. I’m from Jersey and very picky with pizza. This pizza was cooked to perfection. The crust was light and airy with the cheese being fresh and pepperoni nice and greasy lol I didn’t expect to pay $20 for a medium pizza but hey inflation is real. I definitely will go back and maybe order a meal next time.

A Hialeah gem. Went for lunch with my friends and had a great experience. All of us been coming here with our family since the 80’s . Waitresses are excellent and the food is always very good. Lasagna and garlic rolls are my favorite but the pizza and salads are ver good too. Don’t forget to try the chocolate cake.

Best experience in years!!! My son told me about a pizza place in West Hialeah, FL, today at lunchtime. We enter the restaurant, and at a glance, the place has a history. It is a family-owned restaurant. From the first moment we placed a foot inside, the journey started. I was in awe of the welcoming, spectacular: "This excellent customer service in Hialeah, I must be dreaming." Everyone was very kind and super friendly, but the waiter that helped us was the cherry on top of the handmade, super delicious pizza; his name? A homerun Went with my family ordered 3 pies I really don’t think there’s better pizza in Hialeah an easy 5 star. Owner checked in with the table 3 times and waitress frequently checked in. Pizza had good amount of cheese you can tell it was good cheese the sauce was not to acidic or sweet it was perfect balance the bread carried the weight of the cheese and sauce really well was light and crispy. Great pizza worth every penny. They sell slices during the week lunch hours I will be back. Saw some reviews that said place was outdated brother your wrong! go to dominos or papa Jon the place looks perfect. Best local spot for Italian food EVER! The Garlic Bread is fantastic as is the Pizza and the Chicken Parmesan… so is everything else they make the for that matter. Service is fast and friendly. Did I mention that the food is GREAT! This is one of those little family owned hole i the wall places you wish you knew about when you visit another city.

The servers are great! They attended to me and my partner any time there was about to be no drop of my drink! They asked if my food was alright! They made me feel at home! The food tasted amazing! Omg the food its amazing. Just had the white pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. They serve a lot of garlic rolls and the waitress was super nice. I would recommend this place. This place offers authentic Italian Food. It is one of the longest running, family owned and operated businesses here and brings a sense of pride to my beloved city Hialeah. The staff are the best folks you'll ever meet. The lady who makes the pizzas is absolutely gorgeous, by the way, very friendly. I believe she is the owner's daughter. The food here is to die for. You will never find a better place to have dinner with the family or friends.

We had dinner here for the first time and I must say “wow” can’t wait to come back. Place has been here for 40 years, same owners and the place us very nice. Thought the pricing was high at first but when I received my order, they gave me 6 garlic knots (was not aware this came with the pasta) and a share size portion of pasta. Will definitely be having leftovers! Pasta tastes good and although the garlic knots were burnt / over cooked (would prefer softer texture), the garlic flavor is by far the best I’ve had. Would recommend!

If you ever stop by Hialeah, you must stop by this mom n pop spot with the best pizza & garlic rolls. My boyfriend & I always get the same thing. Not a huge fan of the mozzarella sticks but that’s only because i don’t like them shaped as triangles, maybe you don’t mind. Aside from that, they are a bit understaffed but who isn’t right now. They hustle hard to satisfy your belly that’s for sure!!!

Dave Portnoy was right about this place. While I don’t think you should drive 2-3 hours for it, if you live locally, you should eat here all the time. I’m from NYS, and I know pizza. I felt like I was back in NY for an hour. The pizza was that good.

It’s a Monday night around 10pm, you wont expect good service. Quite the contrary with Dipiazza. First time here and definitely won’t be the last. Emily was a fantastic waitress!! She treated us like if we where family. The rest of the crew where exceptional as well. Hard to find service like this nowadays. Definitely will come again!

Loved this authentic Italian restaurant/pizzeria that I discovered by chance even though they have been around since the 70’s. I went in for lunch and had the best Italian sub I’ve had EVER. The bread was toasted but flaky and soft (not hard)…so fresh! The atmosphere was great, aromas of the food were heavenly. Service was awesome and cost was very reasonable for the quality. Will definitely be back!

Home of the best pizza you'll ever eat. Easily the best Italian restaurant I've ever visited. It may be small, but it's comfortable and quiet. I'm personally a fan of the pastas, but the pizza surpasses the major pizza chains.

Everything about this place was amazing. Our in-laws took us here since it's been around since they were kids. This restaurant has been around since the 70s and it's no wonder they're still in business. The food is amazing, the service was top-notch and the atmosphere really felt like an Italian spot. Would definitely come here again. I got the lasagna, which came with meat and ricotta cheese in the layers and a cheesy layer on top. My husband got the chicken Parmigiano which he said I should learn to make, that's how good it was for him. And even our toddler had the meatballs there and she ate an entire one! If you've ordered the meatballs from there, you'll know how BIG they are. Family friendly and very polite staff. We even asked for a bib for out toddler since we left ours at home and they were able to us one. Honestly, would definitely treat ourselves here again.

Absolutely the best Italian food I've ever had. Olive garden, Maggionos, any other chain or even Mom and Pop place does not even come close. I have never been to Italy but i can only assume this is the authentic type of food you would get there. You absolutely have to here if you are in Miami.

Food was definitely good. Especially, for Miami. Not the best, but since I have traveled and have ate in a numerous amount of Italian places. I can definitely say it was decent. Also, they didn't have everything on the menu. Well, really what I wanted nor what my girlfriend wanted. So, I had to choose something else. If you want a nice customer service...it's 5 stars. But on the food. A 3 and a half for food like I said for Miami, it's good.

Heard this place had one of the better meatball parms in Dade county. Was working in the area and had a craving so said let me hit them up for one. Old school pizzeria feel inside, loved that. Service was great so let's get to the sub. Meatballs were good size, meaty, homemade but lacked some seasoning. Sauce was decent but not great and not enough of it, same with the cheese. Some parmesean cheese would've added saltiness. Now you need a good hoagie roll for a meatball parm that could handle the weight of the meatballs and moisture of the sauce without breaking apart while eating. So the bread passed the test, it was on point. Overall a solid sub, tasty, and filling. But not a top meatball parm in Dade or South Florida for that matter. 4 out of 5 stars or a 7/10 of we're going by ratings. Do want to try their pizza next time.

The place was packed on Saturday, (That's always a good sign) Plus I hear that this restaurant has been on the same location, and owned by the same family since 1972, so they're definitely doing something right.

The food was excellent. But one comment from the waitress and everything went down. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant several times. I've given tips whenever we go. Today I decided not to tip. Not because the service wasn't good enough, but I just simply decided not to. On our way out, the waitress asked us why we didn't tipped her. As if it is an obligation to tip every time we go. The restaurant staff should normalize not to force the customer to tip. Is the staff job and responsibility to treat the customer with respect and with good service. Paying what I have consumed is what matters. It was an uncomfortable moment in which I felt it was a confrontation for not tipping her.

Gourmet Bruschetta Pizza. It was ok. X-Large. Good portion, but crust was not as fresh as it should be. It was a little tough at the center, and a little burned in some spots.

The owners need to come back from retirement. Now the servers are making the pizza. The pie seems smaller, thinner crust and more expensive. It was under cooked. Not like it was. Only two tables had patrons. We have eaten on Tuesday nights before, with half the tables full. Please tighten up. We always used to brag about the best pizza south of Brooklyn.

Have been coming here for years. This is an institution in Hialeah. Sadly, this was my last visit. They charge you for refills, which was already an insult. But I forgave it because the pizza was so good. But now they have started charging a mandatory 3% service charge, which is not the tip. So I asked what exactly this was for? The server said it was not going to the staff, it went directly to the owners to cover cost of napkins, chees and condiments at the table etc. The prices here are already quite high (Medium Pizza $23, Average pasta dish $19) for a whole in the wall pizza place next to a coin laundry in Hialeah! This is not Coral Gables. The nickel and diming of patrons, many that, like me, have been coming here for years is unforgivable. The menu makes no mention of this mandatory charge. These owners will continue to take and take as long as we, the consumers, let them. I was a huge fan of this place. But based on this last visit, I can't support it anymore. Shame on them for ruining a good place.

We where 10 of us we order appetizers and drinks we got those fine , also order 3 pizzas but we got them one at a time, from the first one to the last one there was a time lapsed of one hour. What surprise me was that the Restaurant was almost empty. There was a lot of take out order and they seem to be more concern with the take out. My bill was about $300+ but I guess the take out is more important. Make sure you only do Take-Outs! I have gone to this Restaurant more Than I can count…

Had asked for an eggplant parm sandwich, but got a full meal instead. Breading was super mushy, wish I would have just stuck to the calamari. Which was alright, thin crispy breading but were still covered in a lot of oil. Too much for regular tasting food.

Made the mistake of going on a Monday. The manager was rude and made us pay for refills of coke. He also charged us for a small pizza box for leftovers. Ever since Cookie past away and the original brothers left, this place dropped 3 out of 10

Spent $72 for water downed pasta. Called and they tried to blame Uber and would not take responsibility. I eat there like twice a month, never again. Management was not helpful and blamed Uber for their lack of cooking skills.

How can 2 slices of pizza and a soda, cost $9.99, what a rip off, and the slices were the size of my hand, in the photo they look bigger, but trust me, they weren't. First and last visit.

I ordered a large pizza with the mozzarella. When I get home the marinara sauce was not included. I called and whomever answered the phone was rude and mocked me when I informed them of their mistake. They charge $9 for the mozzarella not cheap by all means. They should make sure you get what you pay for and if not at least offer you a refund. I was not going to drive 20 mins back under a FLOOD warning to get the marinara SAUCE that they were supposed to put in the bag in the 1st place. Horrible NASTY people!!!

I just purchased spaghetti with meat sauce and shrimp scampi. Was very disappointed when charged 39 dollars and received a very small packaging of spaghetti with meat sauce that might feed my 5 year old. After calling to confirm the price or if this was in error. The attendant was not very helpful. Instead of providing a way to assist or taking down my name and number to provide to the manager she encouraged me to go on the website and provide a not so great rating. After feeling ripped off and all I decided to try the food. Not recommended and definitely not worth 39 dollars. I could find better pasta for that price.

Dipiazzo used to have good food at reasonable prices. Now they're cheap. Never going there again. Threw out the food.

Siempre ha sido el restaurante del barrio, de familia y barato. No pude dejar ni propina a los empleados. La cerveza a 8.75 dolares. Siempre di buenas calificaciones y hasta fotos con toda la familia en google pero no regresaremos más, con estos precios. Para eso me voy a algún restaurante exclusivo de lujo en Miami Beach o Downtown y creo que pagaré menos.
