Wow Tatiana has excellent service! Very pleasant and informative! Make sure you separate the sauce and the fish so the fish stays crispy! The food was incredible!!! Our friends have been raving about this spot and I finally got to enjoy - 10/10! The food was amazing with an extremely diverse menu and great kids menu, portions were great for the money, and service was phenomenal. Of course, being from South Florida is important to speak Spanish, and this place is no exception however I do believe they can accommodate English speakers with no issue. We will definitely be going back often.

Awesome! Everything was excellent. Ordered Centro de Lima, mixed seafood ceviche / fried calamari, and it was perhaps the best ceviche I've ever had. Tender fish, shrimp, squid and octopus, with perfectly cooked fried calamari on the side. Perfection. Not realizing how generous the portions were, I also ordered the "Messi Roll" sushi roll thinking it would be an appetizer, but either dish was a complete meal in itself. It was the largest volcano roll I've seen, with a mountain of spicy crab salad on top. Ginormous. And excellent. Service was excellent and the atmosphere at lunchtime was hopping. Five stars all around.

Dr Limon offers unique Peruvian selections and a full bar. The sushi rolls are my favorite. Their dinner portions are huge and there's always plenty left to take home. The service staff is very attentive and the manager makes rounds to ensure customer satisfaction.

Had an amazing seafood meal at Dr. Limon's. Our waitress was Peruvian and gave lots of great recommendations. We had the trio of ceviches to start, the Pescado a lo macho (get the branzino), and arroz con mariscos. Each dish was loaded up with fresh and delicious seafood, and the vibes were awesome. Lots of scallop, fish, mussel, and we left super satisfied. Highly recommended!

The BEST award for everything! Hands down this is our favorite place to eat. The BEST management, the BEST staff, the BEST food and the BEST drinks. What else can you ask for? The restaurant sits conveniently within a shopping center and the interior is gorgeous from the decor hanging from the ceilings to the stunning wall art. The ambiance is upbeat and I love the open air space created when the sliding doors completely open. Everything is clean, new and modern. The drinks!!! My husband has the frozen lemonade (sans the ice) on repeat! The head bartender, David, makes a deliciously mean Woo-Woo! Then, in a class all to itself, there’s the Leche de Tigre, or (not literally) Tiger’s Milk. Essentially it’s a shot glass full of marinade (of which the ceviche is made) packed with enough vitamin C to blast out any cold in sight! Next up, the food! The fried ceviche (El Loco Calato) is what hooked us at Dr. Limón. For those scared of eating seafood like ceviche, this is a great first choice. It’s basically ceviche on training wheels. Try it and you’ll fall in love just like we did and be back for more. My hubby likes their classic ceviche and I love their fried rice (Chaufas) and their seafood broth. You can’t go wrong with any of their menu items as they are all deliciously fresh. All their management and staff are always friendly and inviting. We LOVE coming to their Homestead location and know you will too. We wish them all the very best always!

This was my first time at Dr. Limon and it was a great experience. Our server Camila was friendly and gave us a great recommendation with Sol y Sombra. The food is very flavorful. Homestead really needed this. We definitely will be coming back.

Last night, my husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Dr. Limon Ceviche Bar in Homestead, and it was an experience worth sharing. The atmosphere, especially on a breezy evening, was simply beautiful. Even though the restaurant was bustling at around 6 pm, we were fortunate to find seating at the bar. Service, while slightly slow, was understandable given the busy evening. David, our bartender, was handling a lot, and it might be beneficial to have an extra pair of hands. However, his ability to multitask was impressive, and he maintained a pleasant attitude and a constant smile throughout our time there. He made an earnest effort, even if we had to remind him a few times. The standout part of our visit was the food. My husband ordered the Seafood Chaufa, and I went for the Ceviche and Calamari. The freshness of the fish was remarkable, and the taste was beyond words – I would have licked the plate if it was acceptable! My husband's reaction after his first bite was a resounding "wow!" We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. To make things even better, I ordered a glass of red sangria for $14, only to receive an entire carafe – talk about a pleasant surprise! Dr. Limon's prices are truly amazing, and the portion sizes were perfect. We expected our bill to reach close to $90, but were pleasantly shocked when it came out to just $57. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. If they maintain this level of quality and service, there's no doubt that Dr. Limon Ceviche Bar will thrive. As Homestead residents, we're excited to have found our new hotspot for family and friends.

We came tonight for my birthday and it was a great experience. Tatiana our waitress was beyond AMAZING!!! So friendly and Informative from the minute we got sat. She treated the table with grace allowing us enough time to enjoy but also never far away if we needed something. She is really good with kids! She had my daughter laughing and got her to eat her dinner! Haha The food was delicious and the presentation was outstanding. Thank you Tatiana for making our experience a unique one. We will def be back and absolutely request her as our server.

It looks like a restaurant that would be in Miami. The service was amazing. The servers were so nice and attentive, especially towards my father who is disabled. We were served by the lovely Julian. He was a great waiter. The food was delicious, and I’d definitely recommend the mahi mahi with mofongo and the combination smoothie with mango, strawberry, and passion fruit. ✨

Best CEVICHE Place in Homestead! Cocktails are a must here! Sitting by the bar I got to try personalized drinks like green eye tiger & clover club. Man in the photo is the best bartender, offering to try new drinks & definitely come back for his cocktails. I wanna include Jorge, Roxy, Norbel, & Alfredito at the bar always so attentive. Could not say anything wrong about this place! Super good for a date night, birthday, dinner with friends definitely a must in homestead! Only thing I would change is maybe the music vibe, I feel it should be way more up beat especially for the only Bar in homestead to me that is worth going to. This place doesn’t disappoint, so go check it out!

My fiancé and I are RV-ing around Florida for the holidays and eating out for most dinners. So far, eating at Dr. Limon Ceviche Bar has been our best meal in Florida and the best dining experience, by far. If we were local, we’d probably eat here once a month and it would become our “go to” place with guests. We have traveled quite a bit internationally, my fiancé has been to Peru but I haven’t yet and haven’t eaten much Peruvian food. Anyway, the ambiance is upgraded casual and feels very pleasant, the noise leading up to the restaurant is loud but thankfully inside it’s not - which is good so we can hear each other. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms. A nice gentleman gave us a tiny free sample of a drink… which is a great way to start dinner. We ordered the 3 fish ceviche and a recommended appetizer with tostones crab salad and cream sauce and two drinks: a mezcal and passion fruit Pisco Sour. I’d never had a pisco sour and don’t drink much, but it was delicious! The ceviche was yummy and presented really beautifully in a large pedestal glass and it was a lot of food! The tostones was also really good. Ever staff member we interacted with was friendly, thanked us for coming, wished us happy holidays, kept our waters refilled, and ran a very efficient restaurant, like as soon as we ordered the ceviche, the server brought us two small individual plates and spoons to eat from so we would have what we needed to eat as soon as the food arrived. The manager also came to see how we were doing (sometimes restaurants do this and the food/dining experience hasn’t been great so it’s a little awkward to exchange polite pleasantries when you aren’t really feeling happy with the meal or service, but our meal here was excellent!). We kept talking about how good the food was. We also ordered the passion fruit crème brûlée, which came out beautifully presented with syrups decorating the plate with a Christmas tree. We also didn’t feel rushed on a Thursday night, which was nice after a 7-hour drive. It’s been a long time since we had such a delicious meal with excellent ambiance and service and the cost was very fair for the quality of food received. Maybe we’ll come again tonight before we move on to Key Wesr….

Roxana is a beast. Watching her work is a spectacle. I spent the whole time watching her, from the lounge to the bar, and I honestly don't know how she does everything so fast. Energy, a smile, and incredible skill behind the bar. A machine!

Had dinner today at the bar. Tony was our bartender and was very attentive and drinks were great. We ordered a couple of the sushi rolls which are usually very good. They were quite larger than usual which wasn't easy to eat. Other than that the service was excellent.

My family and I absolutely love Dr. Limon. We visit the Homestead location often & it’s our favorite spot to eat. We usually start with the Messi roll and ceviche mixto, and it’s always fresh and delicious. Our go-to drinks are the margaritas with tajin and guayabita. My favorite entree is El Tunche (our waitress recommended adding the lobster). Yajari was so friendly and attentive. The vibes are always great, good music, good food, and family-friendly if you have kids. Highly recommend!

Natural lemonade is a hard find sometimes but they have it here and it is 10/10! The ceviche is as good as it’s hyped up to be with great flavor. I was also very pleased with the lomo saltado. As a favorite plate for me and I was happy that the meat was not overcooked and a great portion size. The environment is fun and uplifting. Alexis gave great service we loved having him!

Delicious and delightful. Our server was so helpful with descriptions and suggestions. The ceviche marinade for Diagnostico Reservado was drinkable! The risotto was out of this world. There was a mistake on my credit card charge that I discovered 4 days later and they fixed the mistake and issued a refund immediately. I was super grateful.

Just had dinner for Valentine’s Day and had to immediately leave a review! I’m amazed by literally everything about our experience today. We had a reservation and they sat us immediately. A minute after sitting they brought us some corn and tigers blood to munch on. Our server came out very quick and recommended the dish I ended up getting, which was delicious. We ordered two drinks, yuca sticks as an appetizer, a ceviche to share, and two entrees, all delicious and came out FAST. I can’t remember our server’s name unfortunately, but he was young and had braces, he deserves recognition he was great. The owner came to check in on everything as well, everyone was very attentive. Amazing experience, definitely worth the money and time!

Cada plato que probamos fue un festival de sabores. La presentación, los ingredientes, la sazón… todo impecable. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el servicio. El manager se acercó personalmente a nuestra mesa, con una amabilidad genuina, poniéndose a la orden y asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto. Y Tatiana… ¡una estrella! Su calidez, atención al detalle y esa energía tan amable hacen que quieras volver solo por su trato. Fui con mi comadre y nuestros dos niños, y me sorprendió gratamente lo kids friendly que es el lugar. No es común encontrar espacios tan lindos, con buena música y platos gourmet que también sean tan atentos con los pequeños. Excellent service. 10 of 10 Grilled Octopus a bit tough but good flavor 6.5 of 10 Fried Octopus also a bit tough 6 of 10 Lomo Saltado according to my son was very good 7.5 of 10 The snapper fried filet was a bit small and it was over cooked. (To all the chef outhere is better to under cooked fish than to over cook it) 4.5 of 10 Maracuya Cream Brulee had a very good texture but little Maracuya flavor 7.5 of 10 I would come back to try other dishes and I will also recommend this place. My wife and daughter likes it more than me

Delicious food, we recommend you try it if you are on the fence! Our server was very friendly and helpful. The chili lime ceviche was awesome, you cannot go wrong with it. The crispy fish filet was good too. Plenty of parking. Overall, we enjoyed it!

We had a great time at the new Dr Limon in Homestead. Staff was very friendly, everyone worked together to make sure guests felt welcome and were all taken care of. The Manager went to every table to introduce himself, and make sure everyone was good. Food was fresh and delicious

We always have a good time here. The food is awesome, the staff is great, and the drinks are fantastic. Must try the brumble cocktail and grilled octopus.... your welcome in advance. The only downside for me is that the vast majority of staff only speak Spanish. Which makes communication challenging, especially since I typically have to modify my food order due to allergy restrictions. But they do their best to accommodate..

First time here. Unlike others I am not going to give 5 stars.. We were greeted and seated quickly. Mid day, weekday so not crowded. Maybe 10 people in there. Waited on quickly. Orders came quickly. All the food was very good. 3 Ceviche sampler, grilled beef heart, fried octopus. The food was probably 8-9 on a 10 scale. No complaints. It was all eaten..!! I deducted a star due to lack of service after our food was delivered. Our waiter disappeared. Never came back to the table. No one ever came and refilled water nor asked if we needed more drinks. Despite the fact there were only 10 or so customers. I counted 6-8 servers just looking at there phones, talking, eating at the bar..I had to wave a server down to get refills. Too bad...then they want a 18-20% tip..Look, I don' t mind the tip. But do your job..!! Esp., not busy. No reason to see servers standing around when you have customers. Work the floor...!! Will I return..?? Probably. The food was good, drinks good, service not so much. And its not cheap. But the food might get me back. Nice atmosphere..!

I love ceviche, had many various types over the years. Ordered Diagnostico Reservado and enjoyed the presentation and itcould have been great...but was way too salty. I suspect somebody just had a heavy hand that particular day. But it was too salty for me to finish and therefore prevented me from enjoying the meal. I did also order Dr Limon salad and shrimp and that was wonderful. The Ambiance was good, I was staying in the Hilton Garden Inn I was too tired to drive anywhere else so this was an easy walk from the hotel plus highly recommended from an employee at the hotel. My server was great and did his best to understand. I didn't make a big deal of it at the time though.

Fried rice, horrible. Taste re heat for 2 days. Full of squid n poorly cooked. Definitely wrong place for good Peruvian food. Bar service excellent.
