We had a wonderful dinner with excellent service and attention. The entraña al asador on quebracho wood was delicious and an authentic Argentinian experience. We cannot wait to go back for this and more…. We truly enjoyed ourselves - thank you !!!!
Grazianos is an absolute gem! From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with that unmistakable Argentinian warmth and hospitality. The atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal or simply spend time with good company. The food is outstanding — full of authentic flavors that celebrate Argentina’s rich culinary traditions. Whether it’s the perfectly grilled meats, fresh pastas, or delicious empanadas, every dish feels crafted with care and passion. You can truly taste the pride and heart that go into every plate. But what really sets Grazianos apart is the people. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always eager to make your experience memorable. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcome, just like family. If you’re looking for genuine Argentinian flavor, a warm atmosphere, and top-quality service, Grazianos is the place to be. Highly recommended!
Easily one of our favorite restaurants in Miami. We went there 2 nights in a row. Excellent service and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredible and so warm. Thank you!
The best meat restaurant in Coral Gables, great service and warm atmosphere, the meat fire pit is incredible, our fiorentina was TOP and the picana melts in your mouth. Delicious tasty great for a romantic dinner, business lunch or a family gathering
Great place to grab a nice steak at a reasonable cost in Miami. Awesome selection of wines and appetizers. Super friendly staff and hand picked steaks daily. Highly recommend.
Disaster? I think not! This could have easily been a terrible experience... Nico, Roly, Marcos and Elmer ENSURED that didn't happen. My original table? Didn't like the location.... Marcos fixed that. My table light? Went out twice! Elmer and Roly? Attentive and quick on the draw to fix that. And Nico? The epitome of what the restaurant stands for... Family and friends, welcoming and enjoyable. The quality of service was maintained throughout the evening, and I was there when it was extremely busy (right after 7pm and there were a couple groups of 5+). As a solo dinner party, female and visiting from outsidE the US, I felt like I found my forever Miami spot. I wish I had found this restaurant sooner. The steak was amazing (medium-well bone-in ribeye... Must have with the veggies), the drinks were on point (sambuca for the win... even for a Caribbean gal with a taste for strong drink), the dessert was great (traditional Argentinian cake with coconut and cream... a cross between a cream pie and creme brulee... Yummm) but the service? I felt like family. It was the best part of my experience. I will be back. I highly recommend.
Graziano's came recommended by a friend and it was amazing. We started with the Chorizo Argentino casero. It was not spicy but flavorful. We also had the provoleta parrillera. What can I say? Delicious! A must have. We shared the tomahawk and it was prepared like no other medium rare on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The beef is from family owned ranches. It was a la carte. We chose a scalloped potato and mushroom risotto. The Portobello mushroom risotto was to die for. It was cooked to perfection. Graziano's has a market a couple of blocks down and we picked a Picanya cut of meat and grilled it the next day. I can't say enough about the food, atmosphere and service. Outstanding!!

Meat! Carne! For the meat lovers, this argentinian chill upscale restaurant is a must. It doesn't come cheap, but the lunch specials are pretty pretty good (around $25 per entrée with a side). Great service and a good wine selection fairly priced. Ideal for that special corporate lunch in Coral Gables
This place was recommended for my bf and I 7 years Anniversary and I will never regret it! The food, staff, atmosphere, everything was amazing about this place! We had an amazing dinner and I will always crave their dessert!! It had a delicious orange liquor pour over and the combination went so well with the caramel. Their dinner were cooked to perfection! Oh My! I recommend and I will defitnately eat here again!
Ease to make a reservation online- love it. Service by our waiter, Pablo- Awesome Variety of items on the menu- Excellent Ambience- Great for families or for a date. We ate early so hard to say how noisy it may get later. Quality of food- Everything was delicious. We had the Entraña, lamb ribs, Chicken Milanesa, mashed potatoes, asparagus, provoleta, chorizo, sangria and champagne. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious.
Argentinian Cuts are very different from those in America. So if u are not familiar with them make sure to ask the staff. Family owned. Note there are the restaurants, and then there are the markets. Two different experiences. Markets serve limited entrees and cuts of beef, but have butcher and bakery options. Both are impressive and both are truly a Miami one of a kind exclusive! To Leo, Marcos and the entire Graziano Family and Team well done!
Our recent visit to Graziano’s left us with satisfied taste buds and a memorable experience. Located in the heart of Coral Gables, this Argentinian eatery offers a delightful menu that celebrates meat and pasta. The Highlights: Chorizo Appetizer: We kicked off our meal with the chorizo—a sizzling plate of smoky sausages. The perfect start! Entrana: The grilled entrana stole the show. Tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, it’s a carnivore’s dream. Pasta: The pasta, served al dente with a rich tomato sauce, was comforting and flavorful. The Wait Game: Yes, the kitchen was slow that night, and our dinner stretched to 2.5 hours. But sometimes, good food is worth the patience. We chatted, enjoyed our wine, and soaked in the cozy ambiance. Service Matters: The staff was attentive and friendly. Despite the wait, they made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Final Thoughts: Graziano’s, you’ve won us over. A few hiccups aside, your flavors are unforgettable. We’ll be back for more!
Amazing restaurant. Well priced and great food. will be back again soon.
Great meat, veggies, bread, and deserts. Special was tenderloin, pork medallions, and sirloin. Enough for two and amazing!
This is the best restaurant in the gables by far. We had the gnocchi and chicken milanasa. Absolutely fantastic!!! Burata for app. Priceless. Crepes with ice cream for dessert. Amazing!!! Staff was so nice. Will return to try everything on the menu. Especially their meats. Must go!!!!!
A really random find while in Miami, but a very pleasant surprise. Walking in to the rotating wood fired grill sets the ambiance. Very decent wine selection and not just South American wines. The appetizers and meats were very good. Our waiter was fantastic, we were easily able to get a table for 8, we’re not rushed at all.
Nestled in the heart of Coral Gables, Graziano's stands out as a culinary haven, offering an exquisite blend of Argentine flavors and an inviting ambiance that promises an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the stage for a remarkable evening ahead. One of Grazianos' most notable features is its extensive wine list, curated to complement every dish on the menu. Whether you're a seasoned oenophile or simply appreciate a good glass of wine, Grazianos' selection is sure to impress. From bold Malbecs to crisp Torrontés, there's something to satisfy every palate. But the delights of Graziano's extend beyond its wines. Now, let's talk about the food. Graziano's takes pride in serving authentic Argentine cuisine, and it shows in every dish. Start your culinary journey with the Provoleta, a heavenly concoction of melted provolone cheese served with a tantalizing array of toppings. It's the perfect precursor to what's to come. And what's to come is nothing short of spectacular. The star of the show at Graziano's is undoubtedly the Asado, a traditional Argentine barbecue that's a carnivore's dream come true. From succulent cuts of beef to flavorful chorizo and morcilla, every bite is a revelation. Pair it with a robust red wine from Grazianos' cellar, and you're in for a truly transcendent dining experience. Of course, no meal is complete without dessert, and Graziano's does not disappoint in this department. Indulge your sweet tooth with one of their decadent offerings, from creamy flan to rich chocolate cake. Each dessert is crafted with care and precision, providing the perfect finale to your culinary adventure. But what truly sets Graziano's apart is its impeccable service. Ana, our server, elevated our dining experience to new heights with her attentive and personable approach. From her thoughtful recommendations to her genuine enthusiasm for the cuisine, Ana ensured that every aspect of our meal was nothing short of perfection. What's more, Graziano's makes dining convenient with ample parking options, including both easy self-parking and available valet service. So whether you're a local looking for a new favorite spot or a visitor seeking an authentic taste of Argentina, Graziano's is the perfect destination for an unforgettable dining experience. Treat yourself to an evening of culinary delight—you won't be disappointed.
For over 2 years I have been visiting this great restaurant more often. So far, my favorite in Miami. I think delicious food may be one of the strengths, but there is nothing better than having a combination of deliciousness, presentation, and great service skills. This restaurant has a huge capacity to accommodate customers following COVID-19 protocol, to implement guidelines, and protect yourself during your visit. The staff is extremely efficient, nice, and the excellent recommendations are always appreciated. What I enjoy the most is the great environment, definitely highly recommendable for romantic dates, professional conversation, relaxing time, or any moment. Of course this is a great place to celebrate birthday, invite your family. I celebrated mine for 2nd time here: 2019 and 2021. The good choices from the menu are multiple, but one that you can't miss is Ojo de Bife, picanha, entrana de novillo, along with their very special Sparragus or mashed potato. As appetizer I always get the Burrata, and add prosciutto or Pata Negra ham. The wine is very special too, Catena Alta malbec or savingnon, great choices. Deserts are not an option for me, but I enjoy the Happy birthday singing, and the undeniable delicious coffee.
Excellent service, outstanding selection of wines, food is delicious, one of the best Argentinian restaurants. Totally recommend
Irumi was our server and she was amazing, i have neve been treated so well. She was outstanding, the best ever, the best wine, the best meat, great experience
Nothing like a steak house in Miami during the World Cup. Had lunch at Graziano’s in Coral Gables during the World Cup game with Argentina today. It was packed and lunch was amazing. We started with chorizo and then had Entrana that was out of this world. A must stop when in the Gables. Btw, amazing Sangrias.
Great steak. Upset that they did have the cut I wanted in that night, but the tomahawk ribeye was phenomenal.
My favorite restaurant. The service is usually very good. The atmosphere is nice. But the meats, apps, and the rest are the star. I drive really far to come here like once a month. It’s easily the best Argentinian restaurant I’ve eaten in and you aren’t getting anything nearly as good north or south of Dade county. I only wish they’d open on in palm beach county or Broward. I pick Grazianos over all other steak houses and I’m a gringo.
Everything here is amazing, the atmosphere is a 10/10, and the overall hospitality is welcoming and warm. We ordered beef empanadas, gnocchi and bife de chorizo. Each item was fresh cooked to perfection. Our server Tania was a 10/10 and we appreciated the manager chatting with us too. We will be back!
I absolutely love this place! It will be the best steak you have ever had in your life!! I’ve also never seen asparagus so huge!!! Servers are amazing! You will not be disappointed!! Let me add a table of 4 walked away with these same feelings- one had the meatballs as his main course due to needing a softer food and let me say they are amazing as well, one had the cowboy steak and the other had the boneless trimmed rib eye, not sure of the name of that one but all were extremely satisfied! One of the owners stopped by the table a few times and explained how they make some of their things using very old recipes! Au gratin potatoes and asparagus and ceaser salad were all amazing, lamb empanadas were also a hit and the ham and cheese empanadas were as well! You can’t go wrong here!
Massive thanks and appreciation to the Graziano's staff and manager Giuseppe Francesco for going above and beyond to accommodate my 50+ guests on short notice for a birthday celebration. Giuseppe spent time with me on the phone strategizing how to make it all work, during Art Basel weekend, while managing multiple other reservations. My guests and I had a wonderful time, with the excellent service and always outstanding quality of food! Truly impressed by how much effort was spent to go above and beyond to ensure a memorable event was had! Thank you!
Excellent Argentinian steakhouse, easily one of the best in the area. The food was fantastic, from the bread, to the appetizers, to the main course, to the desert. The servers were attentive, friendly and helpful in their recommendations. The atmosphere was very nice, intimate dining but not to the point of being crowded even though there were many people there, the shades drawn up at sunset, the entrance featuring a variety of meats on display.
A LOCAL ARGENTINIAN STAPLE!! Prices 5 Service - 4 Ambiance - 4.5 Food / Pastries - 4.5 Wine - 5+ Market selection - 5 Located in the center of the Gables, by the Alhambra Plaza. It’s a meeting point for locals to either have a home-made style meal, a good glass of Argentinian wine, a strong espresso or a pastry of your choice. I love this place, I hope Graziano’s opens a location in the downtown area someday, because that would be my place to go for coffee, wines, kitchen pantry items, etc. They probably have the best wine selection in town, not exaggerating. It’s one of the few places where you can find Argentinian wines such El Enemigo and Catena in full, along with other kind of wines. Truly recommended!!
Graziano’s in Coral Gables is a great spot, especially for brunch. It does get very crowded, which says a lot about how popular it is. The outdoor seating is amazing and really adds to the experience. A lively atmosphere, good food, and perfect for a relaxed yet vibrant brunch outing.
Fantastic! we got together for my birthday at Grazianos Coral Gables, honestly we do not come here that often only because Bird Road is more convenient for us, never the less, this place is just a great, the food the service and the atmosphere are amazing, we are not new to Grazianos, we started more than 25 years ago when it was just a small butcher shop with one or two tables and it has been great ever since, we miss the pizzeria and market in front of the BR restaurant, We ordered empanadas for breakfast this morning as well, thank you, will be back soon…
I came here with a colleague of mine. I had no idea that this was Argentinian cuisine or at least Argentinian cuisine rendition of Italian food. Fantastic quality fantastic meal everything had a great flavor to it and had something extra above and beyond what it's written down as a description of.
This is absolutely one of my top restaurants when I am craving a large high quality juicy cut of Argentinian meat. I love the filet mignon! They have every cut of meat to tantalize your taste buds. The walls are stacked with the finest selection of wines for every budget. They have a full bar. For those with a sweet tooth they have a delicious selection of deserts and desert wines. The ambiance is always amazing the service is A++, the servers are always making sure you lack nothing on your table. As you walk in to the restaurant you have impressive view of floor to ceiling glass view of 2 fire pits and two large grills. They have several locations Gables, Hialeah and Bird Road but my favorite is in Coral Gables. They are open for lunch, dinner and after work hours.
What can I say? The meat at this restaurant is just fabulous! We were back in Miami, and the first restaurant we looked forward to returning to was Graziano's. We ordered the skirt and flank. Both were cooked to perfection. The skirt was so tender and juicy. Definitely my preferred cut. It was nicely seasoned, but you can always put some chimmicuri sauce on it. Mushroom risotto was tasty with plenty of mushrooms inside. Grilled cheese was also delicious. Wine was a bit pricy and accounted for half our bill. ($400 for 3 people) The waitress we had was very attentive and super sweet and friendly. Too busy enjoying my meal so forgot to take more pictures. Parking garage next door if you don't want to pay for $12 valet. Definitely be back again!
From the outside it makes you wonder “hmm is this place even open?” But one you step inside, it’s wonderful. There is an enormous glass enclosure where the meat is being openly grilled on a flame; the decor is a type of rustic meets chique. The back room is floor to dealing bottles of wine on shelves. The service is excellent. They’re helpful, friendly and attentive. Their wine selection is perfect for their menu. I enjoyed the meal I had. I would definitely recommend to any meat lover. I’ll be back!
Haven't been to an actual Graziano's RESTAURANT in a loooong while, and so happy that changed. The only downfall was too little dressing on the salad, other than that: perfection. I bit into my medium steak and almost cried it was THAT good. Mashed potatoes were yummy, fries were a perfect side as were the empanadas. They were served family style, so cut in half so you could see what you were getting yourself into- tee hee. Oh yes, just remembered, we all tasted the spinach empanada and no one liked it, their chicken empanadas were a hit though. Service was descreet and the manager came out to check on us and invited us to come back, that was a nice touch. Another nice touch? So much food left over, they took it upon themselves to bag all appetizers and sides and take home as goodies, another nice touch Even though parking was MEH, I would totally recommend this Graziano over the one on Bird Road.
I’ve been to every Graziano’s location over the years, and this one is truly the best of them all. The service is consistently outstanding, and Anita and Liber deserve a special shout-out—they are absolutely amazing. They always make you feel welcomed, taken care of, and like a regular even if it’s your first time. I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s worth it every single time. The quality, the atmosphere, the service—it’s unmatched. And I have to say, they serve the BEST margaritas in all of Miami-Dade County. No competition. If you want exceptional food, top-tier service, and drinks that never miss, this is the Graziano’s to go to!
The food and the selection were outstanding and had a great atmosphere. Service was absolutely on-point. Can't recommend highly enough!

I had a really good experience at Graziano’s Restaurant. The service was great, attentive and professional and the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal. Overall, the food was good. The steak itself was excellent and clearly high quality, but the mashed potatoes as a side were a bit disappointing, they tasted like ready-to-go mashed potatoes, which didn’t quite match the level of the steak. The squid was okay, not really my favorite, but still decent. Everything else we tried was very good, and the experience as a whole was enjoyable. The only other thing to note is that the food took a little while to come out, but given the quality and service, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I’d definitely come back and give it another try
We went late night just to share a steak and we got their lomo with brussel sprouts and fries. The lomo was a little undercooked but still very good and same for the brussel sprouts, they weren’t as crispy as we hoped they would be. The fries were very yummy! Would visit again.
Great parrilla experience with an authentic Argentine touch. The asador uses Quebracho logs, which give the meats a delicious, smoky flavor. The food is very good, and the detail of serving wine in a traditional pingüino bottle adds charm. Service is attentive and friendly, and while prices are on the higher side, they feel fair for the quality. The only downside is the long wait, food can take over 40 minutes to arrive. If you’re in a hurry, it may not be the best option.
Nice atmosphere, Christian our server was great! We got the 12 oz filet and some sides. Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. We really enjoyed almost everything, brussels were a little lackluster but the mashed potatoes were great!

This place is always clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The service on this visit was impeccable. You can always count on this location to have high-end service. The parking was a very reasonable $15 valet at lunch. My only issue with this visit was the food. It just wasn't that great. I ordered the Vacio. It was awful; the sweet potato Nash was also not good. I like Grazianos. But next time I'll order something else. I walked away with a $80 lunch tab and hated my food.
Came with a really large work group and Graziano's was the perfect place. They prepared a nice set meal and everyone got to choose their own main dish. It looked like most people got the steak and it was amazing. Perfectly cooked. The appetizers we're fantastic also. The restaurant is also very well put together. Love the fire pit cooking right when you walk in. Staff were also really kind and great service. Definitely recommend!
The Quebracho wood smoke makes for the best churrasqueria meat north of Puerto Iguazú. Mushroom risotto was a bit salty. Mashed potatoes has an excellent spiced quality I couldn't account for (cloves, perhaps). Caipirinia's were solid (only 2 4 1 @ the bar). Review my video for a quality service presentation.
Some of the best steak I’ve had and grass fed too. I ate at the bar, terrible service and messed up my order. Bar is dysfunctional and not clean with flies everywhere. When I asked for just a clean glass, none could be found - they were all filthy. At least he washed one and I dried it. Luckily Sabrina was serving a table next to me and saved the day. She helped get my order and some of there awesome bread. I would replace the bar asap, and I guarantee it will pay off, their food is that good.
As a whole, always an incredible meal, unfortunately within the last year the service part has declined somewhat, my last 3 meals there have been with out of town guests Ive taken to try it out. The wait for a server was eternal, the ones standing around did not acknowledge us, when we finally found someone to help they had to go call our server, which took forever to come. Although the wording may appear hyperbolic, it was relatively empty and early in the evening, when I went to go look for someone they were congregated by the middle portion between back area and front. This wasn’t a one time thing its been every time i go within this last year. Mind you the food made up for the service because wow! Amazing as always!
We came in after our son’s graduation. We were a very large group and they accommodated us the best they could. I have been to several different Graziano’s around Miami and this location was “fancier” and I did not like their food. Their chicken Milanese is half the size than the other locations, at around the same price because it comes with a side dish. It also came with a bone, which was super weird to me because I have never eaten it like that before… My daughters Cesar Salad had like anchovies or Sardines on top, we had no clue because we simply ordered a Cesar salad, my daughter was extremely grossed out. I won’t come back to this location, but I definitely will go back to the others. 😊
A cozy corner. Our waiter was very informative on the platters and their specialty entrees. Prices were reasonable and the the service was top notch. Id give them an A+ on their attention to details. The food was great tasty n sides were a great portion that you could share. A nice place to celebrate a special occasion.

Always a great spot- loverly meat, good wine, friendly service and very reasonable value for the money. A good reliable option
After visiting the Graziano’s on Bird Road and loving it, I thought we’d be upping our game by going to the one in Coral Gables. Well….. unfortunately I was wrong. We ordered the Fiorentina and the Entraña with mushroom risotto, tomato risotto, and the brussel sprouts. The Fiorentina lacked much flavor. I wish I would have asked for the A-1 if that tells you anything. The Entraña was the exact opposite… too salty. All the side dishes were delicious, especially the tomato risotto as it held a smoky flavor that seemed to complement the dish well. Our two gin and tonic drinks were served in a generous glass. Both were delicious, but seemed to lack enough gin for the serving. The service was impeccable. Our waitress, Nicole, was great as well as the rest of the service team. Overall, I was not impressed with the steaks, thus my rating reflects my experience. If you want a good steak, skip out on the Coral Gables venue for the Bird Road restaurant. You’ll be thankful you did.

We loved this place, but the steaks are bland and the prices are ridiculous
Great food and excellent service! Bad news? We made a reservation for two and we were assigned a table in a corner right next to the fridge that they permanently open, of course, keeping the table area very cold. There was also a loud coffee machine right next to us. However, the worst was the servers yelling “corner” all the time since the table was right next to a corner and they had to avoid hitting other waiters when they carried the dishes. It’s a great place, with excellent service and food but we had the bad experience of sitting at the worst table. We kindly asked for a different table as soon as we sat but there wasn’t anything else available last night, apparently.
Good business atmosphere but not for a family. The food wasn't great, dry chicken, salty risotto looked more like a soup, dry burguer and the salad had way too much dressing with a greasy meat. They do have a great selection of alcoholic beverages and good customer service. Overall, it wasn't a memorable experience for us and we won't be back.
We had reservations but still waited over an hour to be seated, which was frustrating, especially since the waiting area wasn’t very comfortable. The ambiance inside the restaurant is nice, but the prices felt a bit high for what we got. The food was okay — not bad, but nothing that really stood out. Overall, a decent spot for the atmosphere.
Food was ok, ambience was decent, restrooms are single stalls and clean. Parking was easy with public parking garage next to entrance. Pricing was high, averaging $60 per person. Most of the meal was charred due to barbecue theme but still edible. Staff was very friendly but we did wait a bit for them to bring us the dessert menu and remove dinner. Also waited a bit for the check.

I’ve been going to the Hialeah Graziano’s for years since it’s my mom’s favorite restaurant. This evening we went to celebrate my brothers birthday and I ordered the 32oz vacío medium, which is already quite a pricey steak because of the quality and size. When the steak came it out it was overcooked to medium well. We pointed this out to the server and compared it to my brothers steak, also cooked to medium, and she refused to acknowledge that it was overcooked. She kept saying it was medium and we had to show her the other steak to prove our point. Another gentleman came over and immediately agreed the steak had been overcooked and said we’d get another steak. Not sure if the kitchen was trying to be funny or prove some sort of point but again, it was an expensive cut. This time, they brought it out rare. The picture is more than enough proof to show the complete disregard. We had to request a grill be brought to the table to sear it off and I had to cook it myself to make it medium rare. Not the experience one should have at this kind of restaurant, especially located in Coral Gables. Such a disappointment.
The food at Graziano's was truly exceptional, but the service left a lot to be desired. From the moment I sat down, it felt like the staff was indifferent to my presence. It took an unusually long time for the waiter to even acknowledge me and take my order. Throughout the meal, no one came by to ask if everything was alright, and there was no follow-up to see if I needed anything else. The lack of attention made the experience frustrating, especially considering how great the food was. With such delicious dishes, it’s a shame the service was so inattentive and slow.

I went to this restaurant for dinner last night with a friend, and unfortunately the experience was uncomfortable due to how a simple request was handled. We asked for ice with our water, and our request was ignored three times. Eventually, someone who appeared to be a manager came to our table (he did not introduce himself) and questioned us about why we were asking for ice. He stated that people usually request ice in order to consume drinks not purchased at the restaurant. This approach felt accusatory and disrespectful. Neither my friend nor I drink alcohol, and the water had initially been served without ice. Being questioned in this manner made us feel very uncomfortable, as if we were being suspected of doing something inappropriate. If there was a concern, it could have been addressed in a much more respectful and professional way. Customers should not feel interrogated over a reasonable request, and the interaction left us feeling distrusted and unwelcome from the moment we sat down.
I took my mother for her birthday yesterday at this restaurant. The food was delicious but the service was not that great. Our waiter never checked on us if we wanted anything else. I had to ask the busboy for things that we needed. It took forever to get our bill since our waiter never checked on us. My sister also wanted a to go box and they took her food to the back. We didn’t wanted after that. I would not come here again.
Subject: Concern Regarding Recent Experience with Jessica your new manager. Dear Owner - I hope you are well. I am writing to share a concern about a recent visit to your restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years and have always appreciated the quality of service and atmosphere you’ve provided. During my most recent visit, I felt I was spoken to in a manner that came across as disrespectful by a new manager, Jessica. This was surprising and disappointing, given my long history with your establishment. I asked for a specific wine that was on the wine list and she immediately told me there was none available, without having physically checked for availability. Moreover and minutes later I asked our assigned waiter and he confirmed that the wine I originally ordered was indeed available. Your manager never returned to our table to either explain or apologize for her mistake. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the spirit of maintaining the positive relationship I have valued for so many years. I hope this can be addressed so future interactions reflect the level of respect and professionalism your restaurant has always shown. Sincerely, J Roqué

We have eaten at the other locations (Bird Road and The Market) but it was our first time at the Gables restaurant location. The first sign of things to come was when our hostess knocked over the wine glass while we were being seated. (Strike 1) As an appetizer, we ordered a chicken empanada and we got beef instead. We didn't return it since we liked beef too and recognized that it was a little mistake (Foul 1). Anticipating the (morcilla) blood sausage, we asked for bread, to which the waiter told us that it hadn't arrived yet and they were out of it (Strike 2). We waited about 30min before a young waiter showed up with a little grill, and as he setup the serving table, the grill landed on my right arm with burning ashes and grease (strike 3). I was so upset that I couldn't move, I checked that my clothes weren't on fire. The waiter quickly jumped to clean my burns with water and napkins. When he finished, I just got up and asked for the bill. The hostess asked if I wanted to do a report, leave my name, etc. We just wanted to leave. The burns didn't hurt until I got into the car and drove to the nearest drug store. I understand that accidents happen, but unfortunately, I don't think Grazianos will see me again.
We were seated in the back of the restaurants next to 3 families. Waited for over an hour and our food never arrived. The other families ate, got dessert and left. When we confronted the waitress she said there was a problem in the kitchen with our dish, never apologized and just kept on saying the food will be coming soon. We then walked out of the restaurant and went to another place. This was my second time here; the first time was 3 years ago. Idk if they changed management but our experience this time was very negative. The servers were walking by us in an empty back room just staring and offering no help; very uncomfortable setting. There are so many restaurants in the gables that would be happy to treat you right. If you are thinking about coming here with your family I would think about it twice.

So I’m writing this review based on my experience trying to secure a table for an Event. It was a special occasion and there was going to be 15 people. It was for the beginning of the week during the slow season. We had lunch at the restaurant and the hostess took our information and we got an email confirmation. The hostess said someone would call that day or the next day. No one called. I waited a third day to call. I called around noon on the third day and I explained that I wanted to reserve and event for 15 people. The person I spoke to told me that I would receive a call a little later. Again no one called. I finally called at around 6pm and insisted I speak with the manager, and I spoke to a man that basically said I had to consume $2000 dollars to reserve the room for 15 people. Now the menu I chose online and the drink menu would have come to a total of about $1600, including tax and tips. By their lack of interaction, I assume that a party of 15 people isn’t worth the bother for them. That is the impression I got from the lack of ANYONE wanting to do business with me. According the the man I spoke with it’s their slow season and it was going to be on a slow day. I guess they’re holding out for a bigger paycheck than mine.
I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered food and a glass of wine, but when I got my order, not all the food was included. On top of that, the cashier never mentioned that I needed to go back and ask for the wine glass myself, so I ended up just waiting at the table thinking it would be brought over. When I finally asked about my missing items, instead of helping, the cashier’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. A simple explanation and good customer service would have made a big difference, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected.
Unbelievable experience - first time in Miami, figured I would try some empanadas; they didn’t deliver any of the correct food, and what they did end up sharing tasted like complete mush. My assumption is they decided to give us the leftovers they had from the day, just bland and greasy items. If you don’t have item just cancel the order, why do a whole song and dance of delivering horrible food? This is unacceptable night-ruining. I wouldn’t recommend anything from here. Atrocious and wouldn’t give them the time of day when theres other options.
I asked for a wine, Oremus, because I saw a case on top of the wine shelf. The lady who is selling the wines called someone and she told me they don’t have any left. I walked around the store and they had two kinds of Oremus wines. I went to the same lady and bought them. I went to the store manager in charged and explained to her what just happened and she looked at me and she just said I AM SORRY although it felt more like I DONT CARE…. Not the costumer service I was expecting
I was really disappointed when I asked for a picanha, only to find out they weren’t flexible enough to just sell me one. I didn’t want a large meal for two, which seemed unreasonable. The manager on duty failed to meet my expectations, and I can’t recommend this place. I’m truly disappointed. We were a big group for a birthday, and they couldn’t accommodate a simple request. This was all on the manager on staff on Sunday night. To make matters worse, the food took over an hour after ordering, and one of our orders was completely wrong, a totally different dish, arriving after such a long wait. The food was just okay. I’m honestly not impressed. Everything took forever even the desert. I highly recommend Fleming’s over this place, just a couple of blocks away.
