Wow it’s a popular place! People lining up to get in or get take-out at Saturday noon. The Pan Con Bistec and Pan Con Lechon are both good (bread hot and crispy and juicy!!) Mango smoothie is tasty too, not sweet so probably no added sugar. 3 items in picture costs $45 post tax

This restaurant is perfect. The sandwiches and smoothies are really delicious. The service from the staff was also excellent. The open kitchen was surprisingly clean to the point of being amazing. Sitting at the bar, I found myself continually observing the staff maintain cleanliness throughout the meal, which was impressive. All the food items were labeled with the time they were made for freshness. Customers could see into the back kitchen through a glass window along the path to the bathroom, and it was clean as well. The bathroom was also very clean. This is a restaurant where I dined with admiration.

Sanguich was absolutely delicious! Tried their croquetas, sandwich de Bistec and pan con lechon and they were all delicious! They were full of flavor and well proportioned in size. They didn't need anything extra, but when you add the garlic aioli it's like an explosion of flavor. It's definitely on the pricier side for their sandwiches but they are worth it. This will definitely be a must stop every time I'm in Miami.

The Cubano sandwich was really good, especially paired with a cafecito, and the croquetas were tasty too. This is more of an in-and-out spot—it’s very small and gets super crowded, so ordering to go is probably the best option. Prices are on the higher side, and I was a little disappointed they didn’t have pan con bistec since I was dying to try it. Staff were friendly and quick.

The service was delightful, so warm and cheerful. Even though the sandwiches are mostly meat-based, they still managed to get me a vegetarian option! I wasn't expecting that and was very happy about it, so I didn't have to miss out on the deliciousness. The espresso was so good that we immediately ordered a second one. Highly recommended!

Food is great. Crispy and soft Cuban bread and meats of good portions. The Swiss cheese is in exactly the melting state you want. Usually a wait at lunch time.

Haven’t had a Cuban sandwich before, but this was absolutely incredible. Loved the mustard/gherkins. The croquettes were a nice touch too! We were lucky to get a seat as the queues seemed to really build up while we were there. This review was made in connection with a toast promotion.

We were looking for the best Cuban sandwiches and this place could be considered the one. We got the cubano and Pan con Lechon and both were excellent. The ham in the Cubano was tender and juicy. The Pan con lechon had savory shredded pork and paired perfectly with the garlic cilantro aioli. Both sandwiches had a pillow soft bread with just the right crunchy crust. Don't sleep on the ham Croquettes which were also great. You can smell the ham even before taking the first bite! It does get busy but tables turn over fast. The space is also not designed for parties of 4 so expect to split up if you're that size or larger. Overall it's worth the hype and a must-visit when in town.

Really great service, arrived right at 10 when they opened. Cuban sandwich was a perfect size for two people. Best sandwich I’ve tasted in a while. Croquet as were amazing along with Tambi smoothie drink.

This place is very nice, it has a rich atmosphere with Cuban salsa, Cuban-style decor, good service, and the sandwiches are the best, as is the coffee with milk. I recommend the "Pan con Lechón," it's the best I've had in Miami. The parking lot is small (free), so if it's full, you'll have to park on the street (paid parking). If you're going to eat there, be prepared to wait about 20 minutes in line, but it's really worth the wait.

Easily the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had in my life! Media Noche was my favorite. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Proportion of fillings was perfect and flavorful. Mamey shake was also delicious. Flan cake was a great dessert. Service was friendly, and prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be back!

Long waiting queue but quick service, unless you want take-out. Must visit if you eat ham/ pork/ beef. Or stop by for a good coffee. Sandwiches were filling and amazing!! We also got a milkshake which was perfect. Flan - we weren’t a big fan of, since it wasn’t the usual jiggly Flan you might be used to.

Hands down the BEST CUBANO I had in Miami (and I had quite a few)! TikTok put me on to this place, and so we made it out to Little Havana specifically to try these sandwiches — and it was totally worth all the effort to leave South Beach for the afternoon. I mean WOW! The bread was perfectly soft inside yet buttery and crunchy on the outside, the ingredients all packed with flavor and high quality. I saved half my Cubano for a late night snack, and it was just as good twelve hours later, straight out the hotel fridge. Be prepared for a line and a wait (it was about 30 minutes of standing outside before our sandwiches were ready). Parking can get tight, and indoor seating is limited. Still, I didn’t mind opting for the sandwiches to-go and walking up the road to Domino Park and the Bay of Pigs memorial before chowing down.

If you want to try a cuban sandwich in Miami, THIS is the place to go. We tried the original cubano and the croquetta preparada for lunch - we liked this croquetta preparada so much, we got another one for dinner. This shop is small, but constantly busy. Try to come in before the lunch rush around 11 am if you plan to sit and dine in the restaurant. They also have a location in Bayside marketplace, which is even smaller. Their side sauce is a garlicky sauce which was tasty. They have batidos (milkshakes) with unique flavors. The timba flavor is a guava and cheese shake that encompasses the flavor of a typical guava and cheese empanada/roll. The trigo is a cereal-milk type milkshake that has the taste of the UK cereal Weetabix - it is slightly nutty and oaty and not too sweet. We got the milkshakes to go for a car ride, and it was a good car snack.

Well and truly worth the walk further down from the main part of Little Havana. Absolutely the best Cuban sandwich and fries we had - fresh, flavour-packed, and so satisfying. A must-visit and fully recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Must-Try Cuban Sandwich Experience at Sanguich de Miami! 5 locations in Miami. I went to Sanguich to finally experience their famous Cuban sandwich—and it did not disappoint! The line was long when I arrived, which shows how popular the place is, but surprisingly I got seated right away. I ordered at the counter and tried the Cuban Sandwich, Pan con Lechón, Chicharrón, and a Cortadito. Every bite was packed with flavor! The Cuban sandwich had the perfect balance of crispy bread, juicy pork, and tangy pickles—definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. The place itself is very cool and stylish. You can choose to sit at a regular table or at the bar on high stools, which gives a fun, casual vibe. Despite being busy, the service was quick and friendly. We ordered the Sanguich Cubano and the Pan con Bistec, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic and perfectly prepared. The restaurant itself is small but very welcoming, and I really enjoyed being able to watch the food being made fresh right in front of us. A great spot worth visiting!

Everything about this place was fabulous. From the music, to the cafecito, to the OUTSTANDING service by everyone(especially the young lady that was at the register), and finally the sandwhiches. I had the Miami sandwich and my family all had cubans. Crispy toasty bread and wonderful filling, definitely fulfilled our appetite. Would definitely recommend getting there earlier, as of noon a line forms outside.

D
Dan P

Expect a wait line, there's two lines, one for take out and one for dining in. Don't get stuck in the take out line for 30 minutes and realize you're in the wrong line and have to wait again like we did. Overall it's a small shop but sandwiches are really good. My favorite was the Cubano sandwich and the croquettes.

All I'm going to say is I've been dreaming about their classic Cuban Sandwich since I had it. Great portions, and was complimented nicely with the mango smoothie. The restaurant itself is tiny and trying to form a line to order is a bit rough. But other than that, I would definitely come back here the next time I'm in Miami.

E
E F

Small place and parking can be difficult. As others mentioned the sandwich doesn’t come with chips or any sides, everything is optional so maybe a little pricey. However the sandwich was delicious, the service was fantastic and the place was very clean. I would go back if the traffic in the area wasn’t so bad.

In the heart of Calle Ocho in Little Havana. Ate at the Coral Gables location last year and couldn't get the Cubano out of my mind. This sandwich is what little Cuban sandwiches dream about being when they grow up. Every attention to detail in the process is what makes this work imo. The homemade hot sauces complete the meal, this time Havana Green. Wash it all down with a cafe con leche, and you are living the way God and nature intended you to. If you could only eat one Cuban sandwich, this is the one.

G
Gregory Hernandez

Really seriously good sandwich! I had the cuban, wife had the miami. She doesn’t like pickles 🥒 but had no issues with this one. It looked like fresh pickles, in house made would be my guess! The bread is crunchy and soft. Filling is juicy and moist and full of flavour. I think it might be the best sandwich we had 😅

A
Amirali

There was a line but we were seated quickly. The pan con lechon was heavenly, the shredded pork and the garlic cilantro aioli with the crunchy bread was fantastic. The Cubano was really good too, the ham and melted Swiss cheese everything went well together.

D
Daniela

I briefly considered applying for Cuban citizenship. The crispy, golden bread had the perfect crunch—like it was toasted by the hands of a sandwich deity. Their “I loaf me sayings were so cute” The pork was so tender and succulent … have a napkin nest by trust me! it The pickles? A tangy, crunchy surprise attack in the best way possible. If this sandwich were running for office, I’d vote for it. Apologies trump, 10/10, would betray my diet for this masterpiece again. But simply the better of all Cuban sandwiches of the area.

A
Alex Bar

This place is really a tiny jewel, it is authentic, friendly staff, not pretentious at all even do extremely busy. We arrived and were told we had to wait 10 minutes for a table. By the time we ordered they cleared a table for us, we asked to be moved to the back terrace and they did so immediately. The sandwich 🥪 are serious and xan easily be shared by 2 people. The coffee and ice coffee selections ☕ are superbe. I couldn't recommend this place enough especially with it's very affordable prices and super friendly staff.

Small Cuban sandwich place, walking distance from Little Havana. They are very famous and mostly you have to queue up. I recommend coming earlier than your typical lunch hours to get a place. Amazing food. Also portion is quite good to share if you don’t have a huge appetite. Also I highly recommend trying the Cuban coffee

Delicious sandwiches. I had the pan con lechon and it was amazing. Cuban than my friend had was also really good. Also recommend the (plantain) fries and coffee. Would definitely come back here.

WOW, what a culinary experience. Sanguich (cuban sound for sandwich) has found the perfect combination of the traditional cuban and modern miami classic subs. The ambiance, music, and atmosphere will take you to the glorious pre-dictatorship cuban era. They have put special detailed care to all culinaries and flavor menu options; plates presentations are very well designed. As a side plate, you have to try the most crispy and delicious Croquetas of South Florida. The Sanguich of Miami and Sanguich Cubano will test your senses and make you live a different experience of fresh ingredient samples; also, the Pan con Lechon is a must try, delighting all your expectations. Sanguich has not just put attention in the food quality but also has prioritized customer service, as their very kindly personnel were pending our orders and to our questions. Sanguich provides a pleasant but small space to share with friends and family, but also in entertainment with classic cuban music. A charming interior provides the perfect ambiance to enjoy theirs delicious Batidos (smoothies) that can share. The staff was very attentive to all customer orders, a truly friendly service crew. Overall, it is a great concept that, without any doubt, will progress to a successful franchise. Outstanding food, excellent smoothies, and a lively family oriented environment, making it a memorable experience. Also, it's highly recommended for those calle 8 bohemians looking for fresh subs. It's a classic example of a successful small food business with infinite franchise potential, like their slogan stated: dreamed in 2014, established in 2015. It looks like a dream became true. Again, you can enjoy not just the real juiciest freshest subs in south Florida but the excellent costumer service; very nice personal, fresh food, and very tasty recipes; also they have very clean and odorous bathrooms; cozy place very well organized; all subs are in the top of the menu, but there is plenty of fresh smoothies that you can enjoy and mix; great subs plates variety...so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very fresh ingredients; they make it all from scratch: ham, pork, pickles. Delicious sandwiches.

Delicious! I have no other references because this was my first Cubano sandwich I ever had but I really enjoyed it. I also tried the pan con bistec, a tasty combination of beef, cheese and crunchy potato strings. The bread they use for the sandwiches is great. The coffee was good as well, truly a life saver after a red eye flight. I found the ambience to be authentic. The staff was very nice and the wait time was short although they were very busy. There are parking spots in front of the restaurant. All in all I have nothing to complain about and can highly recommend a visit.

We ordered online and our order was ready within 15 minutes. The Cubano & Pan con Bistec were both excellent. All of the meats were very good, and I liked the bread. Very good sandwiches, highly recommend.

Cubano was excellent, with perfectly toasted bread. I actually preferred the pan con lechon, which had a nice sweetness. The mamey drink was a thick smoothie—I liked it but might try something else next time. The restaurant is small, so seating can be tricky. I got there before the lunchtime rush and found a spot at the bar. The decor is lovely, even the restroom. I'd definitely come back to try more from the menu if I'm in the area again.

Absolutely Incredible! Sanguich isn’t just a sandwich shop — it’s an experience! The moment you walk in, the aroma hits you and you know you’re about to have something special. The Cuban sandwich here is, without a doubt, the best in the world — perfectly fresh bread, mouthwatering roast pork, melty cheese, and flavors that will make you close your eyes with every bite. The staff treats you like family from the moment you arrive. They’re warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to see you. Service is always impeccable, and you can feel the pride they put into everything they serve. The owners themselves make it a point to come over, say hello, and make sure you’re enjoying every moment — that personal touch is rare these days. At Flamingo Bus Miami Tours, we bring our guests here every chance we get because we know they’ll leave smiling and full of joy. Sanguich isn’t just fabulous… it’s absolutely fabulous! A true Miami treasure we’ll always love. — Flamingo Bus Miami ❤️

The sandwich and the experience were great, hadn’t tried something like this before. The only thing is I wasn’t aware that it could take as long as 40 minutes to get the sandwich. It was still worth the wait.

We so loved this place we came back for lunch both days we were in Miami! Menu is small but all items we tried were absolutely delicious. We had El Cubano and Sanguich de Miami and to-die-for croquettas! Place is small so sometimes the line snakes out during peak hours but generally service is prompt. Place is clean and staff is constantly moving to clean and service. Order at the cashier and they will point you to your seats and they bring the food to you. Highly recommended!

B

Cheap and delicious. Try the ice coffee too! Had to order takeout though, as the wait line is long for dine in

J

I took the Cubano Sandwich that was extra crispy and juicy. One of the sandwiches I had in my life, I highly recommend (as the Michelin guide did too). There is a little queue but the wait is not long and completely worth it! I almost wish I wasn’t travelling alone to try more of the menu (the croquetas looked delicious!) Note that it is my first Cuban sandwich and that I thus have no point of comparison…

N
Nicole

We arrived at 11:30 am on a weekday. Waited around 30 minutes to be seated (3 tables ahead of us). After noon the line gets crazy but you can always do takeout instead. The Cuban sandwich is amazing. 🥪 We also ordered the coffee and a banana milkshake which were also really tasty 😋

D

We noticed a line outside and decided to give this place a try. Not wanting to sit inside, we ordered an El Cubano sandwich from their outdoor takeout window. The sandwich was fantastic—loaded with flavorful meat, thinly sliced pickles, and served on perfectly toasted bread. It was so tasty, I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

S

Small store front, super busy but a great cuban sandwich nonetheless less. The Ham and pork were fantastic real meat not just some boiled ham and a serious cheese pull.

D

Sanguich in Little Havana is an absolute gem for sandwich lovers! The Cubano is *phenomenal*—perfectly pressed with tender, flavorful meat, melted cheese, and just the right amount of tangy pickles and mustard. Every bite is a delicious reminder of why this place is so special. The croquetas are also a must-try—crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The attention to detail in every dish is impressive, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. My only complaint? They close *way* too early! I wish they stayed open longer so I could satisfy my cravings for their amazing sandwiches at night. But honestly, it’s worth planning your day around their hours—Sanguich is *that* good. If you’re in Miami, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it! 🥪✨

One in a million. I've been traveling to the Calle 8 Miami scene for years. I was in Miami for three days and visited this place 3 times. I enjoyed it more each time. The cuban is a must try. The café con Leche was second to none. The taste and portion were on the money. Last but not least the price was GREAT!!! Highly recommended...

Cuban sandwich is really good buy bread is kind of dry, maybe less toasted would improve taste.

This is one of those places that has big shoes to fill when people say “best Cuban sandwich in Miami” but it totally delivered. They had a ton of people on line for to-go but we dined in. Since we had a big day planned, we only split one sandwich but it was 10/10 perfect. Crispy toasted but pillowy bread, and a perfect balance of meat cheese pickles and sauce without lacking anything or having too much of anything. The bread was as important as the meat as were the pickles. This sandwich left me wanting more and I can’t wait to go back and try other options they have.

J
Jessica T.

Best cubano sandwich I have ever had. As you can see in the pictures, very cheesy and rich in flavors. Portions were huge and meats were packed in. Lechon and cubano were similar in taste so if you do go get the either one of them and the croqueta. Be sure to order ahead or get there early since you will be waiting quite a bit for dine in.

C

The cortadito and Cuban sandwich were delicious! Highly recommended. Now there is usually a wait as this is a small establishment if going on the weekend or busy lunch time, so con convenient if you’re in a rush, but if you want to wat delicious food and have time to spare, definitely go for it!

S

Don't let the line outside of the restaurant deter you--this is the best sandwich spot in all of Little Havana, Miami--and it's well worth the wait. They do a great job of filtering folks in and out, so you won't wait but maybe 15 minutes at most for a table. If you don't want to wait, they also allow for to-go orders at the window. The restaurant isn't very big, but it is very clean and has a wonderful Cuban vibe. The sandwiches are AMAZING! We got the ham croquettes (2 per order), the Cubano and the Pan con Bistec--absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Such a great spot for lunch or an early dinner...We will return!

F

5 star. Not because they have the best sandwich or best coffee. It is a combination of the experience sitting down at the bar, enjoying your freshly made sandwich and coffee. No matter what the hype is, Cuban sandwich is just a sandwich with slice meat and mustard. It is better than average. Better come early because after 11am there is a wait line forming. Seating and parking also limited, because the store is small.

Food was incredible. I had the Cuban and the pan con busted. Coffee was outstanding The lining up and waiting outside was a little chaotic, but that's not anyone's fault at all. Staff was friendly, prices weren't bad for being in the heart of Miami. Will be back soon!

Go early — it’s fast-casual, and everything is made fresh, so there’s a bit of a wait, but it’s absolutely worth it. The Cuban sandwich is outstanding, and the nata de mamey is a must-try. Limited indoor seating, located right on Calle 8.

By far the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. They slowly toasted the sandwich to perfection. A well oiled system they have. Small dining area but still welcoming.

Very excellent, sanguish lol. The mango shake was also delicious 😋. Definitely, you're in town. You must stop by,but also you could not compare it to Breadmand for their Cuban sandwich.

Amazing Cuban sandwich—perfectly pressed, loaded with tender roasted pork, and balanced with just the right crunch. Their handmade chicharrones are unbelievably crispy and full of flavor. You can taste the freshness in every bite.

The sandwiches were the best! The bread was soft as well as crispy on the outside (without being dry). The pork filling with the aioli was great

We bought some cigars from a local cigar shop and we asked the Clark where we should try some authentic Cuban Sandwiches and he recommended this place. boy, he was right! The moment you get here you will notice that there is a big line waiting to either get inside or to order at the window, which both are good choices. After we waited for about 10 minutes we got in and let me tell you that the wait is worth it! The sandwiches are so well balanced, the cheese and the meat work together perfectly to give you a great sandwich for a good price! Because we are Romanian, of course we paired it with local beer which is the cherry on top of the cake. After this great meal we tried their Cuban coffee and it was good. Overall it’s a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

Cubano and cafecito were amazing! Perfectly prepared and served. Went twice during our week stay however the second time our cafecito was served in paper carryout cups even though we were eating there, not in the little porcelain espresso cups like the first time. Presentation is important.

We went on a weekday around 12pm for lunch, the small restaurant soon became so packed after we sat down. Food wise we got the famous Cuban sandwich ($15 ish), we were not impressed at all, it just tasted like a normal ham and cheese sandwich with pickles and mustard really, so we didn’t understand what the hype was about. A plus is the toilet was really spacious and clean.

The most “MIAMI” thing ever. Its good, but I would not wait in line for 30 min for this. Great sandwich with a lot if grease… and you will have a lot of gases for a whole day. Great taste tho.. It’s a must try in miami.

I recently visited this spot and the food was amazing. I ordered the pan con lechón, and I really loved it. It had a slight sweetness from the onions, but overall it was delicious and definitely something I’d recommend. Next time, I’m planning to try a pan con bistec. The service was great, as soon as I walked in, the girl at the counter immediately asked what I needed and was very helpful. The atmosphere also seemed really nice. I didn’t dine in, so I can’t speak too much on that, but from what I saw, everyone who was eating there looked comfortable and enjoying their meals. Overall, I’d definitely go back! Ordered pan con bistec to go, and the food itself was really good and flavorful. However, the service this time wasn’t what I expected compared to my first visit. Even though it was a takeout order, the interaction around tipping felt uncomfortable and the attitude afterward wasn’t very welcoming. Hopefully it was just an off day, because the food was solid.

Be prepared to wait if you want to eat inside. Limited to no parking. Be ready for street parking. Very small place with probably nine two tops and about ten counter seats. The staff are friendly. We ordered HAM CROQUETTES 5/5, CHICHARRONES 5/5, and CUBANO 4/5. The Cubano disappointed a bit because it was dry. Luckily, it was served with a dressing that tasted like Italian that made a huge difference. I just wish there had been more.

The space was limited and we had to wait a bit to be seated. As recommended, we tried their chicharrones, but it was exceedingly greasy for our standards. We also tried a few sandwiches. Cubano felt authentic and Sanguich de Miami had a delightful mix of greens and meats. Pan con Bistec was too heavy and not everything mixed well. Regardless, every ingredient that went into their sandwich felt fresh.

Super cute spot with great sandwiches. I had a media noche sandwich and ham croquettes, both were great. A media noche comes pressed and hot with ham, lechon, pickles, swiss, mustard, on sweet bread and it comes with a little cup of a creamy horseradish (I think) sauce. Croquettes come with a tangy kinda mustard vinaigrette sauce, very unique tasting and very good. Friendly staff, pretty interior, and very reasonably priced, my total with an IPA was $20. All around enjoyable experience.

Yes the sandwich was good but am not sure if it’s worth the wait of 40 minutes each time. Seems there are things that can be done to ramp up the production or optimize the logistics to reduce the wait. Wife bought from here three days straight but we can only do Togo order since there is no place to sit in.

I would say the hype is real, but I wouldn’t agree that it’s worth it. We waited outside for over 30 minutes in a huge line, and while I still thought the food was great, it didn’t fully live up to the buzz. Their Cuban milkshakes were (batido de mango y batido de mamey) amazing, the ham croquetas were good, and their sandwiches were also great. However, among all the Miami sandwich spots with Michelin Bib Gourmand awards, this is one of them, but IMHO I think Tinta y Cafe has the edge when it comes to the best sandwich.

I stopped in specifically to try their sandwich. I saw a video someone posted about them. They have a nice style to them. Inside seating is limited. I gave service 4 stars not for my servers, but the length of time it took to get a sandwich. The sandwich was on point, well made and a professional deli wrapped presentation, if that makes sense. I had the croquetta sandwich there and a Cuban to go. Both great tasting. Toasted outside and soft inside.

Little place with nice decors. Definitely the best Cuban sandwich and the best croquettas. The turkey sandwich was also definitely very tasty. Very clean toilets. No waits by 1pm. When we came out, there was a long line of wait between 2-2.30pm

Little bit overated. Food was decent but the coffee frappe was so good. Not worth 40 mins waiting

D
Darren Hui

Clean interior and great service. The menu is on the wallo n the right, a bit of a weird location. The sandwiches took about 8-10 minutes to make and they can cut it into 2 and 4 for you and your friends to share. The sandwiches were good and well made. They don't skimp out on the meat. The flavors were really good, it just wasn't mind blowing.

The sandwich is a must try here. Ambiance? Eh, it gets easily crowded because it's such a small space. I waited in the take-out line (at the window) for 20 minutes in the sun before it was my turn to order. It took about 25 minutes for two sandwiches to be ready. To dine in, you wait inside or by the door, depending on how long the line is. I highly recommend the Cuban sandwich. The bread is so crunchy yet soft. The ham and cheese with pickles and mustard are delicious. The lechon sandwich is also a must try. If you're a fan of pork, you will love the flavors of the pork from this sandwich. They wrap it so well, not messy at all! Credit card and Apple Pay are accepted here. They text you when the order is done. If I can give them a word of advice, I would say to please have signs that say one line is for take out and one line is for dining in.

Nice novelty meal for out of towners, not anything spectacular though. The pork grinds could’ve used a bit more salt, I really liked the bread for the sandwiches, parking lot is very small so you’ll need a lot of patience and a prayer for a spot or just get really lucky. There were flies crawling all over the sandwich meat that were being assembled as well… Overall worth a visit if you’re new to the area and exploring like us but no repeat visits for me. I’ve tried a few Cuban sandwiches in Miami once before on a previous trip, not the biggest fan.

Was excited to try there cuban sandwich which everyone raves about. First I want to start off the staff is very friendly and atmosphere is nice. I had their ham croquetas absolutely delicious and the mamey milkshake was on point but the cuban sandwich definetly authentic but honestly I have had better and not as good as I thought I think they drenched it with butter and was just to salty for my taste.

K

* Update - now in my top 2 for cubanos and definitely #1 for croquetas Price is fair, service friendly. Sandwiches can be hit or miss. Croquetas always the best. Expect a long wait time. And SKIP THE COFFEE but try the mamey juice

J
Jacklyn Gutierrez

The place is nice but okay. It is super small. If you want to sit down you have to wait to take your order. Then the cashier will let you know where to sit. However they pack you like sardines. The food is okay. My sandwich was dripping with grease/oil. I don’t know if it was from the meat or cheese. But it was too much. However on another hand the mamey batido aka milkshake was to die for. I totally recommend this place for the milkshakes

e
edelarosa27

the staff was excellent! the sandwich was good but not great! the milkshakes were watered down not the typical thick shake that you would expect to get at a Cuban place. even though the taste was there the texture of the bread was not. bread did not feel like cuban bread. more like white toast texture wise.

S
Scot Fishman

Deliciosoooo! The Cuban sandwiches were fantastic, although a bit greasy. The sweet potato fries were solid, but I've had better. The chicharron were not the type I expected- they were pork rinds rather than the fried pork belly pieces. Tasty but disappointing. The spot is tiny - too small to support the long line that forms around lunch time. Same with parking. But otherwise, service was great, and the staff was very nice. I'd be back for the other sandwiches...but probably at off peak hours.

We stopped by Sangwich in Little Havana for breakfast, arriving right as they opened. If you’re looking for a classic Cuban sandwich done right, this spot delivers exactly that—no frills, no gimmicks, just a solid, well-made sandwich. The bread had the perfect crisp, buttery exterior, the roast pork was tender and flavorful, and the combination of ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard hit all the right notes. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a good Cuban sandwich, and they executed it well. Would I go out of my way to come here? Probably not. But if I’m in the area and craving a solid sandwich, I’d happily stop by again. 4/5 stars.

R

Sandwich shop with a window for takeout orders and both counter and table seating inside. The system is quite messy for both and takes some time to figure out especially during peak meal times, but you’re essentially supposed to order first and then be told where to sit. The Cuban sandwich is very good and a lot of it is owed to how well the panini press is executed. Iced coffee did the job for me as well!

M
Matt Fritz

A great experience and some of the best sandwiches we’ve had. A great experience for our first time trying Cuban sandwiches in the heart of Little Havana. It was extremely small and a very tight fit, but it was kind of neat at the same time how they were kind of keeping it classic.

K
Kris Kasprzak

Great Cuban sandwiches. The best I’ve ever had not sure but definitely way up there. There’s usually a line out the door so that should tell you something. You can order and take away or eat inside, would I go back? Definitely.

Sandwich was great, prices are not cheap - maybe on the higher side if you compare with other places serving Cuban sandwiches. Wait time was long to get in (you need to wait in the heat) and then more wait time to get the food. The coffee was very nice and strong. Overall i feel this place is a bit hyped for sure.

Cool little spot, and I do mean little. The food was tasty. I tried the steak and it was really tender, flavorful, and easy to eat. I enjoyed that it wasn't like other steak sandwiches I've had that break apart, this one allowed me to enjoy the full bite and held up for the entire sandwich. I didn't feel the tiny cup of coffee was worth the cost, bitter for my taste but well made. Customer Service was nothing extraordinary, just a regular rush-you-along type of feel with very little assistance. All- in-all, good sandwich and I'd certainly recommend trying this place.

Bit of a wait to get the sandwiches, but the sandwiches were pretty great. Meats were tasty, bread was fresh, cheese was cheesing. Would go back to try other sandwiches. Pictured is a Cuban sandwich

A good sandwich with a nice crunch. The flavors were on point. I guess I was probably just expecting something different than a traditional Cuban.I’ve been to other restaurants and had their Cuban sandwiches. Sometimes it’s hit or miss. For the most part. It’s a hit at around $10 from the two other restaurants I’ve been at. I understand the process This restaurant goes through with their meats, condiments & seasoning. I’m happy with the sandwich & would like to try the media noche next

J

Food was good but a bit different than a traditional Pan con Lechon sandwich. Taste was good and portion size was decent but pricing seems a bit high for the portion. No side (like fries, etc) included. Service was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is cute, think slight art deco vibe. Space is on the small size and so expect a line during busy times.

So i decided to stop here with a friend after hearing some hype about their sandwiches. Being from South Florida i have stopped at a number of places to get my favorite Cuban Sandwich. This place although good not sure if the wait was worth it. The food was good but sometimes i don’t want a Cuban on a cracker. The bread was extremely thin and seemed as if they were pumping out so many sandwiches they were just pressing away. I usually like some actual bread. Either way it was a fun experience. The sauces for the yuca fries was nice. Is The coffee was delicious and what i would expect and is it worth visiting yes but there are definitely better places to spend your hard earned money! Also their take on the Pan con bistec with the pickled onions….not my favorite.

A

The sandwiches here are delicious! Id highly recommend ordering ahead and picking up - we walked in and waited ~40 minutes for our order on a not busy day (only 4 people ahead of us). The staff seems frazzled and busy with everyone doing everything. This leads to long wait times as no one is ready to take your order, even if you’re just ordering to go. The chaos behind the counter also led to some rudeness from the staff as we asked about the status of our order.

L
Luke Bond

Nice Clean spot. sandwiches are alright . Cuban and Miami one is probably the best sellers, only thing they are too greasy, tons of mayo inside and on top butter outside, likea lot. Sauce they give you on side is mayo garlic sauce. Like they set you up for heart attack. Another downside , Little too pricey. Sandwich to be 14$ thats ok i guess but cafeconleche togo for 4.75$ on the window kinda makes no sense .

Q

I’m not sure what the big hype is about this place. I can’t say it was bad — the food was actually good — but I don’t think it justifies the daily lines under the scorching sun. We tried the Cuban sandwich and the Pan con Bistec: both tasty, with generous portions. Prices are moderate.

Daniela Alvarez

We had a pretty disappointing experience at Sanguich. We waited over 45 minutes just to be seated, and then another 37 minutes for our food. It felt like takeout orders were being prioritized over dine-in guests. Most of the people in the dining area were sitting with empty tables, clearly still waiting for their meals. As for the food, it was underwhelming. We ordered El Cubano and Croqueta Preparada, and both were very basic and nowhere near authentic Cuban standards. Even the croqueta was lacking salt and flavor. Overall, the long wait times and mediocre food made the visit not worth it.

K

I started waiting in line to dine-in(Little Havana location) but only one group got into the store in 20 minutes and line wouldn't move unless people in line just left without food. I moved to the to-go order line and it took 10 minutes to take orders from 2 groups in front of me. Finally, when it was my turn to place an order, I asked about wait time and was told "1 hour." It was around 2pm. I ended up leaving this place and had something else. Tourist trap. I don't think it's worth of waiting almost 2 hours. Later the day, I found the Sanguich in Aventura Mall while I was shopping there and placed the order thru Kiosk and got my foods in about 15 minutes. I'm glad I didn't wait. Sandwich was ok but I wouldn't wait more than 20 minutes for this. 2 stars for the server offering water to people waiting in line outside.

J
Josh Steele

Food is good. But the line is in the sun. Super hot, then once you get to the front they tell you you have to order online. One hour later, we have our one little Cuban sandwich. They should put up a sign saying to order online. Also add umbrellas so your not waiting in the hot sun, standing between cas in the parking lot. I would find somewhere else to eat and save yourself over an hour wait!
