High quality fish & ingredients! Recommend to make your own vs. choosing one of the presets. Would come back!
Ordered takeout due to the current pandemic. I got the yuzu salmon (half rice/half arugula) and spicy salmon crunch bowls...food was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Exactly what was needed to lift my spirits!
Best Hawaiian bowl ever!!! You don't get the A1 service that Mana Poke gives to its customers anywhere else, very sweet and kind lady as well as the chef 💯 I strongly support local businesses and man I tell you that if you're in the Miami downtown area Mana Poke is where is at, and YOU should check them out and you'd love it!!!
The food was delicious, exceptional service and I’mma come back soon girls

Flavorful bowls and friendly staff, been going here for lunch for years. I like their jerk chicken and volcano salmon. The chef is very friendly and respectful as well. Definitely worth a try.
I recently visited Mana Poke in Downtown Miami, and wow, what a gem! The poke bowls are so fresh and flavorful, truly a taste of Hawaii. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. Can't wait to go back! 🍣🌺
So good!! I stumbled upon this place on my way to meet colleagues at the hotel across the street. The place is super cute but the star of the show was definitely the food- the poke was amazing. I don’t remember what it was called, but I had the tuna bowl that was spicy and was blown away. It was super fresh and tasty. I am surprised this place wasn’t packed with people because it was so good and poke is the perfect food for a hot day like yesterday. Definitely recommend!
Had a tasty tuna bowl for lunch. Made fast, ingredients looked fresh not from a bag. Will definitley go back
the bowls are consistently fresh and flavorful. The team is friendly and service is quick—even when it’s crowded.
I finally got a chance to stop and try the Jerk Chicken bowl i’ve heard so much about and it did not disappoint. From the first bite of the jerk chicken you immediately get that bold, smoky heat, perfectly balanced by the sweet pop of pineapple complemented by the cucumbers and rice. I was so impressed I ordered another to go, and I am happy to say that it tasted as good as eating on site. I will be back to try their remaining bowls and I can definitely recommend this gem to all for a quick, fulfilling bite.

Delicious poke. And great portion for a decent price. They don't have as many topping options as other places I've been to, but it is still really good. I took my bowl by the waterfront and enjoyed the two good views of the food and the water.
My friend and I discovered this establishment just before Pink's concert. It's a charming and cozy place located right across from the arena, which makes it an ideal spot to grab a fresh poke bowl before the show. They offer two bowl sizes with all the toppings you could want. The staff is friendly, and they go out of their way to make your bowl exactly how you want it. We were impressed that we could enjoy a delicious meal for a fraction of the price we would have paid at Kaseya Center for much less satisfying food. While the indoor seating is limited, there are plenty of tables outside to sit and enjoy your meal.
A small place. Inside is clean and there is a small table to sit if you want to dine in. Staff is friendly and really helpful. She gave me some ideas of popular choices. I got a spicy salmon bowl with some editing on toppings. The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is the spicy salmon taste a little bit weird. I felt like it was half cook or things like that (not the super fresh raw salmon) but other than that, the rest was great
The veggie poke was very tasty but lacking when it comes to protein. I think the marinated watermelon was pretending to be protein which it clearly isn’t!

On the pictures it looks like a pretty spacious spot. But when we got there, it wasn’t too appealing. My spicy salmon pole wasn’t spice and my salmon had a lot of non chewable parts. The veggies that were added weren’t really good. So, honestly not a good experience but I’ll have to give it a second try probably The biggest thing there was no parking. So you have to park in front of the building on the parking lot and pay $15 to pick up pole which adds up…

I fly down to Miami often and I’ve always wanted to try this place because of the great reviews. After ordering for the first time today, this is probably the worst poke I have ever had. There is absolutely no flavor. No taste the ginger taste like the dentist office. Very disappointed as I do loveeee poke and was craving this order so badly. Will not be returning. Hopefully there are better spots in Miami.
Leaves a lot to be desired for the cost. Ordered the Spicy Tuna bowl and all I got was rice, a small scoop of tuna, and some drizzle of spicy mayo. Where’s the seaweed, crab, garlic, onion, or any of the toppings that go into a poke bowl?
Place is literally never open. Weekend mid day - closed. Weekday dinner time - closed. I live across the street but started walking a mile to another poke place because I can’t count on these guys for my raw fish bowls when I need it. Food is pretty solid though on the rare occasion that they are opened. Don’t get that mistaken.

Entered the store and the staff was to bored to greet us. Nice first impression. While ordering the girl behind the desk couldnt opened her mouth so I had to ask her after every single question from her what she was saying. Very weird and unpleasant situation. We had two pokes. One was kinda ok but the other one tasted awful. Will never eat here again and you shouldnt either.
This place has the most limited amount of poke toppings I’ve ever seen. Besides cucumber, onions and ginger you can’t really get anything. We paid $50 for two poke bowls. A small amount of imitation crab - $3/per bowl, seaweed is extra $1.5, etc :) It now makes sense why this place is always empty.
There were multiple fish bones in the salmon and it tasted quite chewy and not very fresh. Looked like they scooped it out of some pre-packaged container.

Just walked in there. Waited for a bit because no one was up front. The girl didn’t say hello. Then when we started our order she asked if i wanted just rice. I misspoke and said “yes and spinach.” Then in the worst tone she says “yes just rice or rice and spinach?” I just decided to walk out. Terrible, terrible service. It’s not worth the gratuity. I walked passed it again and she was messing around in the back. I guess it was annoying that I interrupted her screen time by trying to be a tipping patron 🤷🏻♀️. Also as context I work in the service industry. I would NEVER.
