In the middle of July one would think that an outside rooftop restaurant would be unbearably hot. It may be that way sometimes, but this day it was perfect.

Best view of the marina and water in the grove. Will often take visitors to check it out. Underappreciated amongst restaurants known for their great views in the city generally. Food is very good and has never disappointed but also hasn't really wowed. It's basically very accessible latin/Peruvian fusion food. Ceviche, steak, and classic dishes have always been good or better.

This place have amazing views and great quality food. Vicky is so amazing and so kind. We had the pleasure of having us bring our food and check on the the status of drinks and more food orders. She was absolutely so amazing thanks Vicky!!

Spectacular view!!! Very satisfied and pleased, excellent food, exceptional treatment we were very impressed by the deliciousness of the meals, the variety and the good prices, it has a very pleasant atmosphere and a first class staff.

First of all, I enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant being in our hotel. I wished we had arrived for our dinner a little earlier, as we got there at the end of happy hour. They had a nice cheese tray available, with fruit and crackers. The food was delicious and well prepared and the environment was extremely pleasant. Our waitress was attentive and very nice. But the view from both inside and outside the restaurant was wonderful. They have a nice seating area that is at the pool and hot tub area and the views from all of the areas, both inside the restaurant and on the patio area. We both enjoyed our meals and will be sure to eat here on our next visit.

I want to start off by saying that words can't express how great Panorama is. I proposed to my then girlfriend here and they made sure that our night was perfect. The manager at Panorama, Jane, and the staff helped me before and during the dinner to ensure my proposal happened without a hitch. They helped make that evening a night my fiance and I will always remember. Every table has a great view. If you come in the evening you will have a great view of the sunset. And if you're there on a full moon like we were, you'll be able to watch the moon rise over the horizon. The food was amazing! Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal as well as the two appetizers we ordered for our table of six. Our waitress was very attentive and the food came out quickly even though it was a busy night and we had a large party. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future!

Highly recommended / very pleasant experience / a hidden gem We did the Miami Spice and was very surprised about the good size portions. Food was delicious, I recommend the churrasco and the ceviche. The service was great, staff was very pleasant, attentive to our needs, I didn't like the drink I ordered and they apologized and gladly switched it to a different one. Live music, the duet was very nice, they played every song we asked them and we ended up dancing and that's not a dancing restaurant :) The view is amazing! The only set back is the valet parking is very expensive but plenty of city parking and a church parking for $5! - can't beat that in Coconut Grove! Loved the place we truly enjoyed our dinner.

This is a convinience restaurant for the hotel guests. It is small inside, I wanted to eat in the terrace but it was raining. The stuff are kind and friendly. The food is well done and the is the live music is great.

Friendly workers, view is amazing during day. Ceviche with mango is amazing. Ordered fish, but was not expecting it to be fried.

Very nice view and relaxing. It’s a hidden spot which I love it. I had the Miami spice menu which it wasn’t that good. However I will come back and try from the regular menu.

The only flaw is that the air conditioning system is too strong and right over your head. Apart from that, the restaurant is absolute perfection. The servers and incredibly nice, the food is delicious, the view is amazing and it's right next to the pool so if you're not swimming you can at least enjoy your meal while you watch people have fun just across the glass door 😊

The view is gorgeous and probably the best thing about this restaurant. Our server was very nice, but did not provide a white tablecloth experience. 2 of the wine glasses were dirty. The food was mediocre. Lobster Mac was terrible but tuna tartar was pretty good. The beef steak was excellent but the plantain mash was too sweet and the lamb chops were good. The key lime by was good and the Nutella smore was not warm and too messy. Overall, I'm not horribly disappointed, but I wouldn't go back and probably wouldn't recommend it - there's plenty of better spots.

We came here for brunch before checking out of the hotel. The food was decent and the waiter was nice, but the drinks were not worth the cost. My first mimosa looked, tasted, and was garnished wonderfully, but when when I got my second, there was zero garnish and it tasted like watered down orange juice. No sparkle, no boozy after-taste, nothing. My sister had zero garnish on her Bloody Mary, and our other sister had no booze in her first drink either. It felt like we paid 5x the amount for 6 oz of light OJ. I work in the food industry as well, so it’s a huge turn off for me when the quality is poor.

Shame, shame, shame! One set menu at a hotel?! Sangria and Mojito badly done! Super, extremely slow service and food was tasteless...for such a high price?

The atmosphere was nice the waiter that we had was completely unorganized and simply acted totally confused about anything we were talking about if you would like to spend $150 on three people feel free to go enjoy not much of nothing

Used to be better, but the pool traffic had increased, the food has become mundane and boring and the prices are exceptionally high. The saving grace is the view and the occasion good service. At least the food tastes okay and is well presented.

OK food, not very good service. The waiter would disappear for 30 at a time, wouldn't not take drink orders with food orders. We had to order drinks from the bar because he was not attentive at all. The overall experience was not worth the price. They did make a really good mojito though.

They should be ashamed of themselves for the highway robbery they committed on Christmas Day. Cold, crunchy pancakes. Cold, soggy potatoes and cereal but no bowl. The bill came to $50 for two people. Unbelievable.

So tried to just make a reservation and the lady who picked up didn't understand English so then I tried in Spanish . And she replied what do you need? So yeah no thanks switch jobs lady

This is not the menu! Now it is all fried foods and a typical hotel menu. Even the view doesn't make up for it.

Husband and I arrived to the restaurant so that we could enjoy some drinks in the outside area. They had zero interest in accommodating a table or chairs for us and point blank told us they were busy and that we should leave. No one moved an inch to help. No one. They were happy to see us go. They were not all that busy. It looked like most people were leaving. Very disappointing.

we made reservation at 10AM for 7:30pm .We showed up at the restaurant, gave the lady our names she couldn't find the reservation which was ok because things happen; However, she wasn't willing to help us out. She wasn't willing to ask us to have a seat or if we want to wait for the next table. She basically looked at us from head to toe and said I don't have your name here when the reservation was confirmed over the phone for 7:30 PM. Terrible customer service. She treated us really bad as if we don't look like we can dine here so we left. Twenty minutes later, we called the restaurant after we left, we acted like we were somebody else. I believed the same lady we met answered the phone and said we can come in and wait for 30 minutes. Why couldn't she said that to us when we were at the restaurant that would have been a 10 minutes wait . I have never get into a place where I feel less of a person. I read review about it I thought it would be a nice place to go . Bad customer service .I'm sure she wouldn't welcome "some else" that way just saying .

Just arrived at the location after being told yesterday there was no reservation required.. By a man on the phone!! Disappointed by there miscommunication. And what's worse is that this was valentines, my wife bought a dress for this occasion.. Made me look like an *&&^$. What a Disappointment!!

HORRIBLE!!! Food was OK but service was miserable and way over priced plus watch for the many added service charges. Waited over 2 hours for drink to arrive only to be told they ran out of mint for a mojito and were waiting to get more! Overpriced drinks and food. You’re better off paying for a delivery food service than to ever dine with them!

We were staying in the Hotel and decided to have breakfast here. The prices were ridiculously high....$16 for a omelette and $10 for a very small cup of yogurt, and the food was mediocre at best. The service was horrible, after we got our food we asked for coffee refills and she never came back. She never even came back to bring the check and we had to get up twice to go ask for things. Since we were the only people in the entire restaurant this makes this even more unacceptable. To make matters worse, they added a automatic 19% gratuity for just 2 people and we got absolutely zero service! There are so many great options within walking distance of the hotel, do yourself a favor and take a short walk to get a better meal, service and price!
