The pizza that I bought a week ago,didn’t have enough cheese and it was a six cheese pizza.Today I bought the Garlic epic stuffed crust Tuscan cheese pizza and the garlic knots,and they’re both were not cooking well.I am very disappointed,it’s my money and I couldn’t eat the pizza or the bread.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken poppers undercooked and not tossed properly and Oreo bites hard. Manager answered the phone with a rude tone and stated they do not give refunds. What I got vs what they advertise

Worst order ever. No cheese. No sauce. The pictures show a much better dressed pizza. This showed up. When I contacted the store, the representative was rude and said if I wanted another one I could drive to the store to collect it. Absolutely unacceptable.

It was disgusting to see the pizza preparation. No gloves or hairnets and yes staff had enough hair to make it mandatory. Then the grabbing of left over cheese with bare hands and placing it back with the unused portion was gross. The medium pizza seemed like a small. Also, the slices were tiny like for a child and hard.

Our visit to Papa John’s was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The pizza was overpriced and shockingly low in quality—bland, greasy, and far below what you’d expect from a brand that prides itself on ingredients. What truly crossed the line was the behavior of the manager. We witnessed public mistreatment of staff—harassment, shouting, and condescension that made the environment uncomfortable for everyone, customers included. It was not just unprofessional—it was humiliating to watch. Thank goodness we only ordered one pizza. That was more than enough to know this place doesn’t deserve our business. Poor food, toxic atmosphere, and absurd prices? Never again.

Absolute trash. Very undercooked pizza, rude employee's handle your food without washing hands from register to food. For $20 I could make my own pizza at home and it would come out a million times better. Never again at least at this location.

Careful... they will take your credit card information over the phone and then tell you it's declined while charging your card. I caught this on my card app minutes after trying to order on Sunday 2/23/25. Thieves work there!

I ordered a pizza for pick up. I asked for pepper Cheaneys and watched the woman after handling money reach in and grab them with her bare hand. Management needs better training for their employees especially after a pandemic. Not only did I not eat the pepper Cheaneys I was afraid to eat the pizza. Please respond if you feel this is OK
