Patagonia Nahuen is a favorite spot praised for its excellent food quality and reasonable prices, especially compared to other Argentinian cafes. Customers consistently highlight the friendly and attentive service, with Jesús specifically mentioned for his exceptional service.
Tip: The bakery items are a standout, with the pastries and bizcochos receiving high praise. Be aware that some menu items may not be available until a specific time.
Incredible food and friendly service! Yummy skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and the deserts are wonderful.
Okay, at this point I don’t think they even need my review because if you know you know. This place is always packed. PHENOMENAL, affordable empanadas of like 20 different types! The pastries are FRESH EVERY DAY. I loved the Dulce de leche horns! There isn’t much space inside and only one table outside, making it hard to sit and enjoy sometimes. I hope they add more seating because I wanna stayyy! Thank you for the experience Patagonia Nahuen!
The food here is incredible and reasonably priced for the beach! The facturas (breakfast pastries) are so yummy and around $1 during breakfast. I tried the breakfast special for $7.99. It comes with 2 eggs, bacon, medialuna (like a croissant but with egg and honey in the dough) that had cheese and ham, and a piece of toast. The value for the amount of food in Miami is unbeatable. Everything was delicious! The standout was the medialuna the flavor was amazing. Definitely recommend!
Good source of protein, empanadas are the best choice, good to take out, inside is not so good
The food is very good for lunch. The restaurant is located in a shopping center; very clean with limited seating.
Great place to have sandwiches, breakfast and empanadas. The atmosphere is that of a diner but the food is delicious and service is friendly. Very popular with the locals
Great coffee and pastries. Good sandwiches for a quick bite.
Excellent place Prices are very good The food is very tasty The waiters are very helpful I recommend this place
One of my favorites for coffee and Argentinian food. Great quality, service and pricing.
Great food quality , wine, cakes and pastries. Excellent service and ambiance. The best Empanadas in Miami. 👍👍🥂🎂
Delicious food! Very nice atmosphere, prices are not bad at all.
Great sandwich de migas and coffee. Customers service is really good and fast. We will back
Patagonia is my favorite place to go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I've been a fan since the very early days and it only continues to get better each time! I love their media lunas and the pavlova (my favorite dessert to bring to parties). I highly recommend Patagonia!
Great tasting food, generous portions, great value specially being on the beach, plenty of free parking, good and quick service.
Flank steak medium all year long. Place is clean and the staff friendly. It's a lunch café, so not like it will have atmosphere, but it's much better than anything in the price range
I have been coming to Patagonia for over a year now and this place is amazing. The Food, pastries, empanadas, and coffee are always fresh and delicious. The staff are also amazing and treat everyone like family, especially Loana. Loana always goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied, happy and creates and amazing atmosphere at Patagonia. Simply amazing....Keep up the good work.
Went there over the weekend for a Sandwich and Empanadas! and it was great. and loved the vibe!
Patagonia is the spot! The empanadas & their famous cake (pavlova) are amazing! Also the staff is super nice and helpful! This is the place to be for either breakfast, lunch or dinner!
The only coffee place that opens at 7:30 am that offers great coffee and pastries and is not as dull as going to Starbucks. They also offer a wide variety of foods, of which I recommend the empanadas.
Like eating at home!! Great family and friendly atmosphere!
Croissant or" facturas" , " medialunas"... highly recommended. Almost... adictive. Milanesas is a must. Good selection of argentiniant wines. Beef & salad... exquisite!!
This is an amazing place. The food is delicious. Pastries is gorgeous. It’s made with so much love. 100% should visit
Love this place its good to have Lunch or coffee slush deserts delicious I recomend every thing dont be afraid of trying
Delicious pastries!!! A local favorite! We bought 3 different pastries for a total of $7.00 bucks. So good and affordable
Simply delicious. Great Facturas and coffee. Miga sandwiches were delicious as well as empanadas . Waaaaay better than Grazianos.
One of the best empanadas in town, hands down. My wife and I love this place. Definitely recommend it!!!
I go here every Saturday with my friends to have the Patagonia breakfast! The empanadas, medialunas and desserts are the best!
The best empanadas in Miami. And trust me that is a big deal. Everything in this place tastes good. Don’t hesitate.
Pretty good empanadas. If you like argentinian migas, they have a lot of options. I didn't have the chance to have the meat but will be back to try it.
Very good service very good Bible nice brother I recommended to visit this store soon as possible if you want to love it
Excellent hot sandwiches. Side salad big and tasty
Very authentic Argentina style pastries and empanadas!!
Excellent food, very nice staff. Thank you Alejandro for you always excellent service.
One of my favorite Argentinian bakery , the pastries are amazing and also the empanadas. Highly recommended!
They have the best empanadas in the area!!! Yummy 😋
A true Argentinian experience. I'm originally from Argentina and I can say that the food (we had medialunas) was fantastic and tasted exactly like back home. The staff was very professional. A must go in Miami for Argentinian food.
Tried them out for the first time last week. Really good baked goods and coffee! Had a slice of the spinach pie and cappuccino, both were incredible! Very good service as well, thank you Sofia! Will definitely be back and bringing/ telling my friends
Excellent food, quality, service and amazing value. Highly recommend it as a fast food option if you’d like to try Argentinian pastries and a variety of traditional dishes. They also sell many products, beverages and wines made in Argentina. Along with yerba and beautiful mate kits.
Love this place. Breakfast is affordable. The Argentinian pastries are delicious. The space is small, better us you go in small group no more than 4 people. Parking is a nightmare busy shopping plaza
Great place fantastic People. Consistency quality with the food and the best espresso “LavAzza” in town, makes perfect experience. Family atmosphere. If you wanna to be the received with smile and great menu Patagonia is your place . Keep the good work !!!
Good food at good prices. Got my order as a pickup, my food was ready quickly. The restaurant was busy, so you know the food is liked. Will definitely return again.
Great place for a great steak sandwich! And gave me the Spanish family home feel while eating there. I feel the staff should smile more other then that it's a pretty good place for a quick bite ! !
Very neat place and great customer service. Excellent food.
Food is amazing. Very fresh especially pastries. Staff friendly and helpful. I wanted to have every meal in our vacation there. Prices also super accessible. I wish I could give them 10 stars
the selection of empanadas is tremendous! they are also delicious. they have a great breakfast value meal.
Love this place! Amazing empanadas! Also recommend the milanesa sandwich and the pavlova has to be one of the best I’ve had! Staff is very nice! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
I can’t even begin to count the number of times I’ve frequented this location by now. It’s definitely in the higher numbers, which in itself speaks volumes to the amazing service and food they provide. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It's in a very convenient area that has ample amounts of parking and nearby shopping as well as the beach nearby. The food here can be described with one word and one word only: GREAT. I could lie to you and tell you that I’d recommend one thing over the other, but the fact is - you can’t really go wrong with anything they have here. My personal favorite are the steak selections or steak sandwiches. As a filmmaker, I've had the privilege of traveling to many different regions across the world and I've come to realize that - Argentinians really know their steaks. I have yet to come across an Argentinian restaurant that serves subpar or mediocre steak. That's not to suggest that one doesn't exist. I'm simply saying when it comes to steaks - they rarely swing and miss. The odds for a hom-erun are in your favor. The staff here is nothing short of amazing. In fact, I'd eat here for the service alone. The fact that the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable is just icing with a cherry on top. On top of being hardworking and dedicated - they're nice, friendly, warm, and they make the best recommendations.
Very good quality food! We often go there to get some pastries (delicious). Tried there picanha, it's on the level! Nice little place!
Delicious Coffee, breakfast, sandwiches and pastries from Argentina. Plenty of free parking for customers.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is my second — maybe even third — time ordering from Patagonia Nahuen, and I’m completely hooked. The blood sausage and sweetbreads are absolutely phenomenal — rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I genuinely can’t get enough. Every order has been consistently delicious, and it's quickly become one of my favorite spots. Highly recommend!
Very friendly people. Great prices. Always busy
First time here, I’m gonna tell you something! I order a steak wrap to go, and the girls were so nice to me that I decided to dine in! It was that good! Plus I ended up buying mate, they have a little section with Argentinian goods. Loved it here and will come back, btw I’m Colombian.
Excelente atención! Super amables!
I've had food from this chain in the past, and it's fine nothing to go crazy over. I was in the area this particular evening and needed a quick bite, and it was the best option that suited my needs at the moment. Service was fine, and the coffee and tortilla were also just fine. They do beautiful latte art, and I'll give them that. Kudos 👏. One thing I noticed is that as one of the customers was leaving, he was recognized by the staff as though they knew him. That, to me, was a clear indicator that they offer great service there, and if one is a local to come by often, the staff would ensure to treat one as they were part of the family, and that to me is as shiny as gold can be. Another big kudos, is that the bathroom was super clean!
Nice place nice food great service but not too clean, chairs are dirty and the entrance door nedd a lot of clean up.
Breakfast was OK, order at the counter and they deliver to your table. Minimal selection, great empanadas!
Great price and location! I usually go for the coffee and many many delicious pastries, but I decided to try their dinner menu. It was a Great deal, 2 sides with my picana, but the meat was pretty fatty, and my ceasar dressing tasted odd. Otherwise, it was fine, but.. .then a few hours later, whatever I ate (either the meat or dressing) did NOT sit well with me and made me sick that night 😔. Think I'll stick to their sweets from now on
The picada was ok, the meats were not amazing. Great french fries and potato salad. I also liked the chicken chorizo. Desserts and croissants are delicious 😋
Food is good . I always order on Uber eats . But I just don't understand why they asked if you want chimichurri but for the third time that is no chimichurri on my take out. I just got my order delivered . Just take the option away if you not going to do it .
3 points. I ordered steak with mashed potatoes, my expectations were too high. As for a canteen, the prices are excellent.
The smell as you enter the door isn’t good. Feels too meat heavy. Service wasn’t great either - felt they didn’t care. I liked the Tiramisu.
Service is so so. Coffee is pretty small cups. Croissants are tiny.
Had really looked forward to visiting here. I just wanted to pick up a few desserts and got in line after looking. When I got to the register, the lady called “Next!” even though I was right in front of her and I said hello. She looked right past me to the man behind me and started helping him. I again waited and was helped after. I was not given all the correct items but my children and I enjoyed the ones we got. It’s a very cute place to visit with good food. Hopefully my experience was a rare one.
I've been here several times and the staff was always awesome. Today they were apparently annoyed that I was picking up my ubereats order. Not sure what their problem was but changed from 5 stars to 3. To the owner/Manager, some of the ladies are super friendly. But not the ladies working at 1pm on Sunday Feb 7
Below average empanadas. Meat and chicken ones were decent, vegetables ones had no flavour at all and the ham/cheese ones were terrible, a plastic flavour to forget.
Waited 40 min for my wrap and found out they haven't even started. Dear Owner, your employees are destroying your businesses reputation.
Food is amazing ! However I did have a bad customer service experience despite the blonde cashier and the light brown hair morning manager they were both super nice and welcoming( I meet them both when I came in person the day after I had the unfortunate inconvenience with one of the attendants) However, some of the staff was rude specially over the phone. They seem like they didn’t want to take care of customers and answer questions. They fuzz over the phone and complained about my order while I was in line making fun about my questions and mocking me. When I ask the Colombian lady to cancel my order as I was feeling uncomfortable she just hanged up the phone while saying rude words to me. As much as I loved the food as it bring back memories from back home I don’t think I’ll be returning to this particular location.
I have been going to the location over at sunny isles beach. They have great portions of food for a long time but now that they have build a clientele seems like they are cutting back on their portion size. Very disappointing.
I order today the Picanha (Picaña) steak it was so dry and thin it looked cut with the machine to slice ham. I ordered it Medium-Well as you can see in the pictures it can only be well done with that thickness. Very disappointing. You can see on the receipt that it was ordered Medium Well
Eggs always have some egg shells in them & not just one or two bits - like every other bite has egg shells in them - aside from that the bacon is severely undercooked! Basically raw and inedible. Worst quality hands down - they better change but this location is always a hit or miss - it’s not that difficult to make scrambled eggs and cook some bacon
This was the worst empanada I ever had! I opened it like that as you can see in the picture because I wanted to show how dry and burnt it was. I gave it a one star so I could be able to write the review although it doesn’t deserve not even one star. The service was terrible! What a shame I work for a very nice upper class condominium where I could of recommended the place however wherever I go I will say don’t go to Patagonia on 3802 Collins. My recommendation to the owner is it better to throw away one empanada than to lose customers. Train employees to treat customers right because customers bring customers.
Have you noticed how unhygienic the kitchen is? Open trash cans are right next to the shelves with croissants...It is located in front of the bathrooms. Flies fly from one room to another. OMG!
Order on Uber eats.. a lady called me to let me know they didn't have the potato salad very rude the way she called me...then when I received my food with no chimichurri and I specified please to make sure to put the chimichurri... called the place talk to manager a guy ,he only apologized and that's it ... explained we were on vacation we dint leave there he continued offering when we come back to his place he will give us a complementary dessert or drink..food was all cold and no taste.. ask for fork and knifes also they forgot, ask for bread and they forgot too... very bad service..they don't read the notes at all..dossapointed..never will buy there again.
Staff need better training at customer service! Especially The manager Emiliano!! Learn this: “customer is always a priority and he is always right! Treat them as you would like others to treat you..”
Let me just say this is the worse place ever, I've never had an issue with this place until today( I go for coffee mostly everyday there) when I went with my family and ordered breakfast. I ordered some croissants and cones and the lady ends up telling me "im sorry I cant give u this" so I end up changing and getting something else and she says I cant either because they had a "special order" and couldn't give me or my family anything. Very rude staff, especially the manager who gave attitude to my mother. Anyways just a heads up dont ever go to that Patagonia, No customer service whatsoever. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
As a frequent customer from all your stores in all locations. I just walked out of this venue in Sunny Isles Beach. The all Idiot’s of staff ignored my presence for good 5 minutes and in top of that, one of them walked out from the behind counter while playing with a cardboard box not even saying a freaking word! What a disappointment ! And by the way Empanadas looked disgusting;;Dry,Overcooked .The Patagonia ones skimmed totally the powdered sugar (My preferred one. Need to manage & train the Idiotic staff . For now I divert from this location. What a SHAME!
I went to this Patagonia in Sunny Isles this morning, and there was a family in front of me trying to order. However, they could not serve them for some reason. My turn came, and I wanted to order some pastries which were clearly in front of me but they could not serve me either for some reason. They said they're very busy, but this is not a good way to treat a long time customer. I will never go to this Patagonia again. Good luck future customers, I wouldn't go there if I were you!
They charged me 15.99 for 2 empanadas and 1 small water and never gave me a receipt. Embarrassing! Asi representan al país? Una vergüenza son!
Beautiful bakery but Bad service! Went there a day ago at 7-30am. Extremely rude manager Edgar in the bakery located in Miami, Sunny isles. Physically touching, pushing/shoving people if no mask on😷. ..Very aggressive manager from the early morning.. Even if you wore your mask the Manager would touch/push you and shove you to the door anyway. Edgar enjoying harassing women.. The Future criminal guy! It seems like Patagonia’s hospitality rules are: 1) Harassment based on gender; 2) Harassment based on race. The employees /managers who get into verbal fights with clients and co-workers and shoving people can’t work in hospitality industry like bakeries, cafes, restaurants. Most busineses canceleled mask policy for their customers and of course dont shove their clients. But not in this Argentinian bakery. Shoving is an act of violence!
What a horrible service! We order something and got something else just because the cashier DO NOT understand English! When asking to change to correct order they said now the manager said no! What a cheap place with 0 customer service knowledge! We will never be back there again!
I was in Patagonia in Sunny Isles for lunch I buy lunch for me and my 2 children’s, However they forgot my daughter hamburgers order, I asked a Young lady where is the hamburger order , she’s respond madly to me give me one minute minute screaming!!! I complain to other young lady that work there as well, and she’s told me she’s is the manager and she’s don’t speak English. Them four of them get together behind the counter and gasping. After we finish eating we leaving of the door she’s call me stupid in front of my childrens. horrible and experience.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I experienced today at Patagonia in Sunny Isles. As a long-time patron since the opening of the establishment, I have been a loyal customer, visiting at least once a week, and have always enjoyed a positive experience. However, my recent visit on December 21, 2023, was regrettably marred by an incident involving the manager, Alejandro. I had stopped to have breakfast with my daughter, and during our interaction with Alejandro, I encountered an uncharacteristic level of rudeness and disrespect. Specifically, I ordered a coffee with milk, a regular part of my routine during my visits. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the serving provided by Alejandro was noticeably more weak than what I am accustomed to receiving. Politely, I requested additional coffee, only to be informed that I would have to pay for another cup as per the establishment's rules. While I was willing to comply, I found the response unnecessarily curt and lacking the customer-centric approach I have come to expect from Patagonia. Upon my daughter expressing her opinion that the rule seemed unreasonable, Alejandro seemingly took offense, misinterpreting our comment as a personal insult. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, he exhibited a consistently negative attitude towards us throughout our stay, culminating in our unwarranted expulsion from the premises. As a devoted patron for several years, this experience was not only disheartening but entirely uncharacteristic of the service Patagonia is known for. I believe that loyal customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when they bring attention to an issue in a civil manner. I kindly request that a formal investigation be conducted into this matter, and appropriate disciplinary action be taken against Alejandro for his unprofessional conduct. I believe that this incident does not align with the values Patagonia stands for, and I trust that corrective measures will be implemented to prevent such occurrences in the future. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I hope that the necessary steps will be taken to rectify this situation and maintain the high standard of service that has made Patagonia a preferred dining destination. Sincerely, Rafael Salaues
I just finished having my coffee at this place, and what a terrible experience I had. It started when I went to place my order and the cashier with black braided hair had absolutely no interest in helping or even being there. Then, when our empanadas arrived, the red-haired server with glasses simply threw the plates on the table without even telling us which one was which. We had to call her back to explain which was which. On top of that, when my mother-in-law’s coffee arrived, it was only half full — and when she mentioned it, the same red-haired server just said, “Just add more water,” and in her usual “helpful” way, brought a cup of water and placed it on the table. Like… seriously??? It was our first time at this place, and what a horrible experience. We couldn’t wait to leave — it felt like we were there as a burden rather than paying customers. And to think we even left a tip, since it’s required at the time of ordering… but had we known it would be like this, I honestly would have left zero — just like this review. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow it.
The purpose of this review is to express my dissatisfaction with the service and to make the owner aware of the lack of customer service I have experienced yesterday on July 28, 2025 at Patagonia in Sunny Isles. I have been coming to this location and others since the opening of the establishment. I truly feel that I have been a loyal customer, visiting at least twice to three times a week, and have always enjoyed a positive experience. But a simple miscommunication regarding my order of French fries no salt lead to a verbal conflict with an employee, luckily the on duty manager stepped in and was able to resolve it. Everything started from the moment our food consisting of four steak dinner plates were placed in our table and after we informed our waiter about the order misunderstanding…immediately we encountered a negative and rude behavior. Well this is a first for me, all I wanted was to get the French fries situation corrected since my wife has to keep an eye on her salt consumption due to a medical condition. Instead the employee a young male was very combative and rude from the very beginning. All of this unfortunate interaction simply caused by a French fries misunderstanding, hard to believe. I was taken aback by his reaction and I asked to speak with the manager. Everything went south from here right in front of the manager, she was able to observe and witness our interaction. Somehow it didn’t matter what I said, the employee kept saying I was wrong. The manager ultimately asked him to step aside. The manager was extremely courteous and very professional, she apologized for the situation and misunderstanding. I hate having to write this review regarding one of my favorite restaurants but I feel that the management and owner should be aware and address this situation.. I just hope that something like this doesn’t ever happen to other customers and I hope this review will help prevent any future interactions. I ended up by going back to my table, sat down with my family of four, finished our food while still upset and in disbelief. I just want to express my gratitude to the manager on duty, she was so pleasant, courteous, professional and tried very hard to make us feel better. Sincerely, Dr. George River
Terrible service! No one smiled, no hi, no bye(( we tried couple cakes and coffee it was good! But I repeat again that service is TERRIBLE! They didn’t give me fork and made me stay in line again😅i could believe it! Hope they improve or get new stuff
Look at all the other reviews.. the service is still terrible! Felt like a complete burden just for wanting breakfast here. I'm not sure how they stay open. Maybe they treat locals better, but definitely not "tourists". Don't waste your hard earned money here.
I came to eat at this place and I really think the food is delicious. I just left. Right at 10:50 in the morning, I asked if they could give us two plates of picanha and they told me no until 11:00. Honestly, it seems very bad to me that they let a customer go 10 minutes before 11. With this, unfortunately, I will not return and my friend who came excited to try. The food could not do anything either. These are things that honestly should not happen now. If I arrived at 9:00 in the morning or at 10, they are right, but for 10 minutes they could have served me.
