Subway will always be Subway and this location is no different. Has not updated their branding but the staff is super friendly despite the creations being a little thin on some of the ingredients. It is clean and quiet in your parking lot and the employees are friendly.
Ordered a Chopped Salad and a meatball sub for pickup, salad was hardly chopped, and sub was not toasted [after adding the veggies] as requested. I've typically had a decent experience at this location in the past, but, granted I rarely order for pickup. Not sure if lack of attention to details was due to it being a pickup order or because of a clear language barrier with the employees on the shift...🤔
Haven’t had subway in a while. Did today and remembered why Not that its bad but publix makes a way better sub for less money 17$ for sub with drink and chips at subway Like 9-10$ at publix and its a bigger sub

Very clean place, lady that was cleaning at the moment very nice. Now the old lady taking my order was rude. I had to rush with my order to the point i didnt do my sub the way i wanted. Even though the place was empty.
The lady who prepped my sandwich got upset because I told her politely to please cut the sandwich in half. She was making face expressions and being rude about it. Not nice for someone coming to this Subway for the first time. Her attitude seemed different for regulars who come in . 2 stars because the food was good but the attitude was bad....

I walk in for my favorite sub which is meatball sandwich double roasted bread,,, but really really Subway needs to educate their employees. I want a to use bathroom and wasn’t any tissues neither paper towels. I wait front of super model looking ice block employee about 10 minutes and she didn’t even looked at me and I have get her attention and told her no papers in bathroom and she said “Ohhh no papers?” I said nothing here and she went to behind wall and I was still waiting and she start to helping customers and I was asking my self if I’m invisible or something,;, another elderly lady asked me if she can help me and I told her same thing and she went to same behind md the wall and I was keep waiting,, I have asked first girl that if someone will give me papers and she said use women’s bathroom not even looking to my face. I hope you read this model want a be super model subway worker,,,,, Attitude makes people ugly or pretty not looks, if you don’t like your job take your miserable face to somewhere else,,,
That bread should not have been served. I took my order to go, so didn't want to turn around and return it. I will visit again might change this review.

Door reads open but Unfortunately it is not, false advertising of hours and no employees in site. Called a few times not even a ring, maybe this location is out of business and I’m not aware. This is the 3rd time I’ve come before 10:00P.M. And no service was available, last time the lady in the store said they were closed 30 minutes before time and then locked the door at 930 while her and a male employee watched us and conversed.
I am deeply sorry that after all the time I have eaten food at this location, this is the day I have to post this review. I am from around the area and I always get food on the way, I always have understanding when there is not enough employees and that sometimes it gets hectic for them. Today unfortunately I witnessed something that is unacceptable in every way in the hospitality industry especially when I do the same kind of work. Upon my entrance I saw this latina lady washing and scrubbing the metal pans in the back. I didn’t waited long time but I could notice that she was busy and I gave her time. What struck me the most is the fact that when she decided to assist me she didn’t even washed the soap or bleach or detergent out of her hands, she just put the gloves on and started making my sandwich. Out of respect and the fact that I know her English is bad and my Spanish is also bad, I let her finish the sandwich up and in hopes that no Bleach or detergent will touch the ingredients in the process. With that image in my head I could only imagine what the online orders go through daily, so I have one wish for Subway. PLEASE EITHER PROVIDE THE CORRECT HOSPITALITY GUIDELINES TO YOUR EMPLOYEES OR EMPLOYE MORE PEOPLE SO SITUATIONS LIKE THIS WONT EVER HAPPEN ESPECIALLY IN A BIG CORPORATION LIKE SUBWAY. UNACCEPTABLE IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY, AND I HOPE PEOPLE WILL SEE MY POST SO THEY CAN AVOID ORDERING ONLINE FROM HERE. I am not someone who goes on google and put pointless reviews, but I still can’t believe my eyes. Imagine how can someone not care that much and continues working with food while their hands are fully soaped with detergent. I’ll include the photo of the receipt in hopes that the management of this location can have and idea of the time and date this situation happened and explain their employees what I couldn’t. Not disappointed that much that I paid 13$, but the fact that I have to throw away food that some people can’t even afford.
Literally just got here 5 minutes ago, and she said she's closed. It was 10:25. 2 6" subs would have taken 10 minutes. I guess she really was in a rush. The hospitality industry in Miami needs a hospital coz it's really lacking these days.
Worst experience ever I ordered my 6inch sandwich with meal I got a footlong With different bread No chips no soda And when i called them back they never picked up my call
I had a terrible experience at this Subway after finding a hair in my sandwich and being refused a refund. The woman I spoke with was completely unwilling to listen to me. Instead she asked why I had eaten so much of the sandwich to begin with. To top it off, the manager on duty claimed not to speak English and refused to speak to me. Unacceptable customer service. I will not be going back to this location and am rethinking eating out all together.
I love ordering from the app and I love Subway. HOWEVER, the app has the issue that it doesn’t prompt you to choose a location for every order and chooses the last order location as default. It only shows you the location you made the order to at the end of placing the payment, AND YOU CAN’T CANCEL ON YOUR END in the app, and THE WORST PART is that stores DOESN’T KNOW THIS. 5 out of the 4 times this has happened to me, I’ve had to call the store right away and they say “oh just cancel it”, and I have to insist that I can’t do it till they thankfully figure it out and issue my refund. However, that one time out of the 5, and this was just last week, I called but THIS location has their phone number disconnected. I had no one to contact, the location was an hour away from me, and the app doesn’t let me cancel. I had to accept my fate and lose my order and money, and stay hungry for the day. It’s frustrating because every other food chain app prompts you to choose the right location as the first step in the order, and even tho it ‘may be my fault’ for not checking the location I was ordering from, many times me as an user, I’m ordering quickly midwork and that’s why this mistakes happens, but it’s the inability of the app to support it, and in this case, the store not being able to respond. Frustrating, not ordering from Subway again till that issue is solved.
These ladies move slower then molasses. Waited 15min and they didn’t even make ONE full sandwich so had to walk out. Also they didn’t have any ingredients anyway….during the lunch rush. Not sure how they maintain a franchise license. Absurd.
The older lady making our order didn’t understand us whatsoever, which isn’t a big deal but the other younger lady who did speak a little bit of English was not helping her at all. She was rude to us. Sweeping over our feet. Ignoring us. Never again. This place sucks.

Hands down, THE WORST SUBWAY and have been for years! ALWAYS mess up the order, the bill, and usually Both! Am soo wanting them to sell out and switch owners. When I do go back, I hope for a better experience but never ever happens I'm done
as an Eastern Shores native, i've been going here religiously for the last 2 years & it's always the same TERRIBLE service. after realizing how they operate, i purposely would order 30-45 minutes early because of how slow they are. more often than not, i would show up & the food would STILL not be ready. no one here speaks English so when i asked why they didn't even start making the sandwich until i showed up 25 mins later, they ran away & ignored me on purpose-- rushing to get me out of the store. i tried calling my husband that speaks Spanish but they got a customer to translate & they simply said "sorry". that "sorry" meant nothing because i know enough Spanish to know that they were talking bad about me prior to that "sorry" since they know me from how often i would order from that location. if you order here, the food will be late & most likely wrong as well since the woman refuses to read the receipts. she gave my husband cheese on his sandwich when he asked for none & he's lactose intolerant so the food was basically garbage at that point. they need an all-new staff because it's the same women that have been messing up my order for over 2 years. i always gave this place the benefit of the doubt because of it being in my neighborhood but this experience was the nail in the coffin.
I ordered a bowl and it was only half full. I've had bowls at other Subways and they're so full it's hard to close the lid. May 6, 2025. Don't come here... you have to beg them to add the toppings even though you're paying for them.

I went in about two nights ago and had THE WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had to date. There was a younger cuban lady working who was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and kept making faces as I was trying to level with her about my order being wrong. She didn’t want to find a solution, she just wanted to argue. I asked for her name cause I preferred to speak to a manager at that point and she refused to give her name . I have worked in food service before so I’m well aware of how hard it gets sometimes but to go out of your way to be rude to a customer for no reason is beyond me . Do not go here and if you see a younger cuban lady, short with black hair, do yourself the favor and just leave .

This place is the worst and horrible place for sandwiches. They don't know the difference between black pepper and olives. If you ordered online forget to have a sandwich. You will get bread with nothing.

I was there today and it was a young girl very Rude and the worse I ever see in customer service , if this girl is doing that before she service you image how the sandwich is going to be !! For a area like that to have people that rude it can make people run from that place , one guy walked out when he saw the way she did and I just had to walked out too cause it was bad !!!
I told her to heat up the sandwich with the cheese so it would melt, and when I went to eat it it was all cold. I told her and the woman told me that I was sure it was cold. I don't know if she had temporary amnesia or chronic deafness.

This subway has the worst online ordering service. Every time I place an order via the app and it gives me the pick up time, NEVER has the order been ready and worse I have had to wait over 15 minutes for my order to be ready. What is the point of offering pre-order / skip the line service if you are not going to have it ready when promised. I am never coming back to this location.

The morning employee there is very rude and unprofessional. Went there to meet a friend, decided to use the restroom while i waited and the moment i came out out she was at the counter asking me to order or get out. 😂 wth FYI I have ordered here before and she’s always got a stick up………
It seems like they never have ice for your drink and the soda machine gives you syrup with no carbonation. They need to replace the machine. It has been this way for a year and a half. Poor management.
I went today to get subway. The guy that was there making my order was facetiming someone. He never ended the call with the person he was talking to. Every few seconds, he would move and touch his phone. The last time he tried moving his phone, it fell in the lettuce. I don't know if he cleans his phone. My family and I didn't end up eating our sub because that is simply disgusting. Ridiculous.
Horrible experience. How can the oven be broken, they had to heat up the chicken in the microwave. I just pay for microwave food!!!! Incredible never again this location is like a bad relationship, have to let it go!!!!

Very disappointed. I have been here several times. Clean place and fresh food but the woman who I always see there doesn't seem to understand English. And then the more ingredients you request the less of others you get. And then she didn't even know the payment methods. Either it a hustle or maybe we should get her help so there's communication with the customer. Disappointed and aggravated.

It’s very disappointing that Subways can Not make a secesión when it come to an online order. Adrian called saying that they don’t sale pizza anymore. Of course as a customer I don’t know that because if is in the app you think the product it’s available. I told him if he can give me an item equivalent of the product I paid through the delivery app. He told me that the manager told him he CANT do that. I told him I paid for a product he just need to replace it for something else. Also he told me that I was ordering late and they only have chocolate cookies and not the macadamia cookies. What type of services is this. As a manager my self I try to the best to help the customer feel good and resolve if is possible. I guess subway couldn’t replace something so simple.
It's a shamme that the place is good and the food to buy the employees are so bad paid or train that they don't do more than complain about how little they get pay and how much they have to do , today i went to have a quick meal and the lady started to tell me i have to leave because she was closing , like in the middle of my meal i tried to talk at her but she just started yelling about how bad she gay pay and that her boss only pays her 30 min after closing to clean the store and not a minute after that , the whole situation ruin my perfect meal , i love subway and is sad to see how this same situation is all across the city
Well, there were no customers in front of us and the only employee there decided to instead of tending to us, take out the dough from the back, and making cookies and do anything but tend to the only customers there which was myself and my friend. We waited patiently but she just completely ignored us. Just left when she starting fiddling with dough to make bread on top of the cookies she was making in the back and not care that we were there. Can’t comment on the food since no one wanted to serve us. Bad service :/
Out of Caesar dressing. No big deal! Girl looks at me and dead serious says "use ranch, it's the same thing." I politely disagree and she gets visibly frustrated almost instantly before I can even figure out what I wanted to do instead. Food was good! Her talking over me to her boyfriend while I was trying to order wasn't so cool, and neither was his car being illegally parked in the firelane. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Never going back. Go next door to Dunkin's for crappier food and better service.

Pedí un bowl y me lo dieron relleno a la mitad de su capacidad. He comido bowls en otros subways y me lo dan tan lleno que cuesta cerrar la tapa. 06 de mayo 2025. No vengan aquí.. hay que rogar qué te agreguen los ingredientes aunque estas pagando por ellos.
Le dije que me calentará el sándwich con el queso para que se fundiera , y cuando fui a comerlo estaba todo frío, se lo dije y me dice la mujer que se estoy seguro de que está frío , no sé si tiene amnesia temporal o padece de sordera cronica
