I’m visiting Miami from New York and this Pura Vida location has become my go to for breakfast/lunch after one visit. The food here is ABSOLUTELY amazing! We got here around 11:45am. I was worried about parking in the area but we were able to get one right across the street. Paid about $3 and some change for an hour. The line was pretty long but they move really quickly and we were able to order and be seated within less than 10 minutes of walking in. We ordered the Summer Refresher, coffee, the Rasberry Pistachio Tart, orange poppy mini cake, toasted chicken in a spinach wrap, and a pesto chicken sandwhich. We ordered to dine in. One of the employees (Steph) was kind enough to wipe down our chairs for us before we sat down. Exceptional service! The food came out quickly - again took less than 10 minutes. I really have zero complaints about any of the good items we ordered - everything tasted absolutely delicious! The sauce that came with the toasted chicken wrap (Pura Vida sauce) goes well with it! Definitely recommend trying it out. It’s a great place to sit, eat and chat with a friend or a partner. It’s not loud at all and the music is not overpowering. Loved the atmosphere. Make sure to pay attention to the parking meters if you do decide to dine in and you park outside because I wasn’t paying attention and missed the deadline to renew my parking. Overall, I give this Pura Vida location a 10/10. Great service, great food, and great atmosphere. Thank you Steph for the great service! Edit: It started POURING before we could leave and we were offered an umbrella upon walking out. The service is just outstanding here.

YASSSS!! This place is the perfect example of heathy, but delicious! The decor and vibe was very cute and organic. The food was amazing! Everything that we had was super fresh and flavorful. My niece, who is 6, even enjoyed everything! She went absolutely Gaga over the chocolate croissant! The chocolate inside tasted like brownie batter, the croissant was flaky and buttery, and it was topped with fresh, crushed hazelnuts. I had the egg sandwich on an everything bagel and I am legitimately obsessed!! The bagel was scooped, but still had enough of the delicious center left to enjoy it to it’s full potential. The Pura Vida sauce that came on the side needs to be bottled and sold! I also had an iced cappuccino that I wanted to cherish every last drop because it was that incredible. The waiter was very kind and even helped me switch all of our stuff to a table with an umbrella because the sun came out after we already received everything and it was a little too hot for my liking. I will definitely be returning and cannot wait to try something else! Also, there is this delectable sent that the restaurant is filled with that is sold and I need it to be pumped through my house because it is exceptional!

I understand it’s a busy cafe, but when the waitress says yes and proceeds to bring other orders out it got a bit frustrating. You definitely just pay for the location. The best thing about the place is the pastries and decor. Looked amazing.

I have always enjoyed Puravida Miami’s healthy and delicious offerings, but today’s service was utterly unacceptable. I ordered tart and coffee for dine-in, yet I was given plastic spoons meant for take-away orders. When I requested proper metal cutlery—because eating tart with plastic is impractical—the staff member Santi rudely dismissed my request and walked away without any assistance. It is inexcusable that an establishment of your quality ignores basic service standards under the guise of environmental consciousness. Such disregard for customer satisfaction is not only insulting but also a surefire way to lose loyal patrons. I expect an immediate explanation and corrective action regarding this incident.

When I asked what the fee was for (given it was a takeout order), I was told it was “to make the smoothie.” I’ve never encountered a place that charges a separate fee just to prepare items already priced on the menu. We had a frustrating experience with the staff today. We visit often, and my daughter loves a slightly modified croissant with turkey bacon instead of eggs. Many times, they have accommodated this request without issue, but today they outright refused. When we asked, they consulted with the kitchen staff, who also said no. They suggested we order a croissant and a side of turkey bacon so we could prepare it ourselves. The worst part was the staff’s lack of understanding and their rude demeanor. It’s disheartening since we used to love this place. We ended up making our own turkey bacon croissant with a poor-quality knife. The first three photos show how we had to make our own croissant, while the last two photos show previous occasions where they gladly prepared it for us. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled and hope the management addresses this issue.

I bit on a staple. Yup. The metal piece was in my bowl and I'm lucky I bit and noticed and didn't swallow. I eat there all the time and love the food but this is the end.

Expectations vs reality 😂 The heart beet latte. There’s no heart, they have it under coffee section, but there’s no coffee in it, and they claim they use beet powder do make it, but I swear to god it tastes exactly like strawberry nesquik. They also became passive aggressive when I mentioned that I expect a shot of coffee in my latte when I order latte. It took 10 mins to make a shot and I had to ask three different workers. If you want a steamy milk with artificial strawberry flavor - get it here! 😂
