My favorite Sandwich Qbano is locate in Colombia. This place is very similar to the one back home but there are some few things missing, for example: *They should provide bigger napkins. *You only get one garlic sauce for your sandwich, in Colombia you get two and if you want more, they give you two more. The good news is that the garlic sauce is the SAME, so you can feel at home. The customer service is so GREAT.

I thought this restaurant chain only existed in Colombia but apparently it exists in south beach and it is delicious. For those who are new, picture a subway that only serves grilled sandwiches and also has beer. I recommend this spot if you’re going to the beach because the sándwiches are very portable and easy to eat.

The reason why I write this message is because this is an awesome sandwich restaurant, I had the pleasure of eating sandwich cubano since I was a little boy in Colombia, and I must say, the garlic sauce they use its phenomenal, you will taste a Colombian party in your mouth that mimics the Cali festival. I eat here all the time! it's so good. I especially like the Hawaiian sandwich and the fries are great when I want to splurg and treat myself (and my co-workers because they're big enough to share). The staff is lovely. Pro-tip: Order ahead, they'll have it hot and waiting in 7 minutes or less.

Sandwiches are great here, they've got a good variety, and also can serve other things, but the point of the place are the sandwiches. They're phenomenal specially their secret sauce which is a must. The fries are fresh, and the meals are prepared on the spot. I highly recommend the Cuban, and the Hawaiian sandwiches. I love this place. Just wish they opened one up further north.

My wife actually introduced me to this place since she loved them in Colombia. I was amazed at the flavors of their sandwiches which I like hot pressed similar to Cuban Sandwich. The place has a great outdoor area also to be able to hang out and catch the passerby traffic. I would also recommend having a Colombiana Drink to enjoy with your meal.

As a good Colombian, as soon as I found out about the existence of this place in Miami I had to give it a try (This restaurant is originally from Colombia). I have been a loyal costumer to this particular location for over 5 years and I can say it is my favorite fast food place to eat in Miami Dade. Costumer service is always great and their sandwich have a unique taste, their garlic sauce is 10/10 and the place is always very clean.

The Sandwich Qbano is a good, simple, and extremely delicious place to eat. At South Beach this place has a great selection of different types of subs and more. I was impressed with the quality of food and the quantity. It's an excellent option for eating in Miami Beach, this is a great place to go. My group tried about 7 or 8 different subs and every single one was divine. I would absolutely come here to eat again, and so should you.

We stayed here for a week on vacation, tried lots of restaurants and this was the only one we liked. Obviously not super expensive like everything else and it was just genuinely good food. I came here with one of my dear friends on vacation. We wanted a quick bite to eat and we were pleased to get just that. The two young workers at the front, Eduardo and Susan, were very nice and charismatic. They got our orders perfect! When the food came, rather quickly, we were amazed at the quality of it. Overall, we had a very good experience at Culti and are sure to come again if we come back in town.

First time trying. I highly recommend going online and looking at their specials and combos before ordering because some sandwiches seemed very expensive on their own. I found a combo for two big sandwiches, two fries and two drinks for $40. The sandwiches were the big ones like 16 inch sandwiches. A big variety of sandwiches that looked great. We choose two, the pollo and the qbano. The bread was dellicious. The garlic sauce was unique and we liked it a lot. The limonada was freshly made.

By the name you think is a Cuban place, but not by the food. Even though the menu says Cuban sandwich, it’s a poor excuse of it. Also, no banana chips nor tostones… instead tortilla chips and fries. The cuban sandwich I had tasted OK, however there was one slice of ham, pork and barely any cheese, not like a real Cuban sandwich. It really lacks in many areas. If you say Qbano be cubano. I will not be recommending this restaurant.

It's not a real/typical Cuban place. They have a mix of cuban,mexican,american and thai cuisine. I ordered thai sandwich and it took them about 20 mins to prepare and the place wasn't packed. The sandwich was just average. The place is very clean, as October 23rd there is no inside dining,only about 5 tables outside.

You loose a lot of business by making you download an app to place an order. There is a lot of us that don’t have wifi in the Street because we are from other countries and to download an app takes too much data this is ridiculous I’m sure I’m not the first to complain about this .

This place was a complete disappointment. It sounds like a Cuban sandwich shop, but it's really just a Subway rip-off with a slight Cuban theme and a lot less flavor. The salad was prepacked and looked like something you'd pick up at the airport and the sandwich would be disappointing for a grocery store deli counter, much less a shop with pictures on the menus that look nothing like the toddler bites that you actually get. It ended up being a mustard and mayo sandwich with a little bit of ham and cheese on it.

I used to love this place . I literally made it a point to drive 30 mins to come and eat here. When I got here they told me they were out of bread (which is the main part of the sandwich) and gave me some dark bread and the lady was super rude about it. I went to pay and they charged me full price (overcharged) and told me that’s all they have. I took it and waited.. and waited and I’m still here waiting for my food. What a waste of my drive. I’m so over it 🙄.

It is incredible that after spending 60 dollars in 4 sandwiches we should pay for more garlic sauce, one of the reasons why we visit SANDWICH QBANO is for the sauce!! They should offer the customer the option of having extra sauce without any cost.

I had a disappointing experience at sandwich Qbano. I waited for over an hour for my food to arrive, which is unacceptable. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, so there was no clear reason for the delay. When the food finally came, it was just okay—not worth the long wait. The staff didn't offer any explanation or apology for the slow service, which added to my frustration. Overall, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, they took 1 hour just for 3 sandwiches, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Really not sure how this place got so many good reviews. We were really hungry and opted for a faster bite than a sit-down service. We still ended up waiting over 20 minutes for 2 salads. There was only 1 other small table in the restaurant when we walked in— I have no idea what took the food so long. It wasn’t even very fresh or great-tasting. The food was mediocre and to be expected from a fast food place. On top of that, when we ordered we asked for “cups of water” as a drink. The cashier rang us up for $5 of water bottles. We didn’t realize until we’d already paid and had the receipt— if we weren’t already so hungry, we would’ve requested the charges reversed. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Came for a quick cafécito and will never make this mistake again. The service was good, the place is a nice corner spot. That being said, the café was garbage. I don't blame the employees, I blame whoever told or taught them to make it this way. Whoever drinks cafecito like this has never been to a ventanita and had REAL CAFÉ.

We went to this place for a very first time, no parking just to start, we ordered two sandwiches, one the qbano and the other one, a chicken sandwich, when I started eating the this last one, the chicken was gummy, no taste, two little coin size pieces of tomato and overpassed lettuce, terrible to the point that I couldn't eat it. I told the manager and she was looking at me without saying a word, just showing me total indifference to what I telling her, she didn't even apologize to me nor offer me a reimbursement for the chicken sandwich nor offer me a replacement. On top of that, empty place, dirty and terrible food and no customer service at all. I can imagine now why they closed 3 restaurants in the past. Oh, 33 dollars for two disgusting sandwiches and a little fry. I'm sorry I left $5.00 tip without knowing what was going to happen. I would like a refund for my tip.

Today I ordered only 1 sandwich especial in combo and waited for more than 40 minutes to receive the food. I was not the only one experiencing this poor service, there was at least 5 other tables waiting for the food for the same period of time. At the same time, there were people waiting to order who were totally ignored for so long that they decided to leave without even eating. It is very sad to see such a good place go down because of logistics and quality service. Food was great.

Stopped by for a quick break. 2 little pastels with guava jam 1coffee and a soda. Soda was hot, coffee not very good and pastels tasted like pork :O Plus after staying for a max of 10 min we are smelling like we've been for days into a kitchen were 40 people were cooking. Never back again!

It was opened but the door was locked. All the staff inside saw I was trying to get in but they just ignored me. I was standing by the door for about 5min and none of them wanted to come open the door.

On Sunday 6/8 at 10:15PM , I made an order online to pick up and the order got accepted. 2 minutes later I got a call saying that I was not going to receive anything. They said they closed 30 mins earlier even though google said they were opened until 10:30 PM. I made the order at 10:15PM. It seems that sometimes on weekends they close the store earlier than what is advertised in google. I guess that's what it is called false advertisement. They take your money (charge your credit) but you do not receive any food. I have not got any refund for the food I did not receive.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited 45 minutes for a simple sandwich while the place wasn’t even busy. No explanation, no apology, nothing. They never even gave me my sandwich. I eventually had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer, losing both my time and my money. This level of service is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, avoid this place. I wanted to like this place but they are understaffed and the employees they do have are not friendly, look unhappy and have move at a very slow pace. I’ve had it few times over the years, I remember when they changed their name to Culti and now changed it back. They claim to use “healthy fresh ingredients but I cannot find any proof of this and I can 100% tell the pineapple on my sandwich came from a can. I’ve had it twice in the last few months, and both times the same. 15 mins wait or more always, even if you only order a sandwich and nothing else. Would also like some info on the company and company history since they don’t share any on their website. After finally getting my sandwich, I left and turned the corner only to smell a horrific grease/ cooking oil smell that followed me to the next block. This is a major red flag and they need to do some deep cleaning. Grease stench = something is caked with old burnt oil and this attracts pests = increases contamination risks. I hope they fix this for the neighbors sake and all who will still eat here after this review

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited 45 minutes for a simple sandwich while the place wasn’t even busy. No explanation, no apology, nothing. They never even gave me my sandwich. I eventually had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer, losing both my time and my money. This level of service is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, avoid this place. Worst restaurant experience ever.

I wanted to like this place but they are understaffed and the employees they do have are not friendly, look unhappy and have move at a very slow pace. I’ve had it few times over the years, I remember when they changed their name to Culti and now changed it back. They claim to use “healthy fresh ingredients but I cannot find any proof of this and I can 100% tell the pineapple on my sandwich came from a can. I’ve had it twice in the last few months, and both times the same. 15 mins wait or more always, even if you only order a sandwich and nothing else. Would also like some info on the company and company history since they don’t share any on their website. After finally getting my sandwich, I left and turned the corner only to smell a horrific grease/ cooking oil smell that followed me to the next block. This is a major red flag and they need to do some deep cleaning. Grease stench = something is caked with old burnt oil and this attracts pests = increases contamination risks. I hope they fix this for the neighbors sake and all who will still eat here after this review
