All the food we ordered was DELICIOUS and the portions were huge! Great value. Our server was very friendly and the service was relatively quick. I can’t wait to come back again!
Best sushi, desert, service, everything i’ve ever had at any restaurant. This food was amazing. So good, very quick not that long of a wait, service was so good. asked for a sauce, came in 20 seconds. Always asked if i need anything more or less. She was so nice and not a single problem or attitude from her only smiles. I don’t know who the chef is for my sushi but holy moly was so good. Again best ever, very clean, not sloppy anywhere, nice environment. Prices aren’t insane but it’s not cheap cheap. good portions for food. 11/10, 100% WOULD RECOMMEND.
This Thai-Japanese restaurant has become our go-to spot—whether it's a casual weeknight dinner or a special celebration, it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From perfectly rolled sushi to rich, comforting Thai curries, every dish feels like it’s made with care. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive. We’ve celebrated birthdays and anniversaries here, but also love it just as much for a regular dinner out. It’s rare to find a place that nails two cuisines so well, but this one absolutely does. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and a consistently wonderful dining experience.
Love this Sushi, Thai and Chinese restaurant! Don’t miss the white tuna, the seaweed salad, teriyaki chicken. Best deal is the Sushi Bento or one of the various boats. Very fresh and beautifully presented.
I have been coming here for years as well as ordering takeout. This place is a staple in the community offering a high quality, made to order product as a reasonable price. The service is always excellent and I have grown familiar with many of the staff. This restaurant has become an office away from my office, and I always feel great about bringing clients here to discuss business over a meal.
The restaurant in the pricier side, but I enjoyed the food and the service. Fish is fresh and pieces are THICK! P.S. Thai donuts were delicious!
We visit this restaurant regularly as a family, and it’s always an amazing experience. The food is absolutely delicious every single time. We try something different on each visit, and everything we’ve ordered has been outstanding—there’s never been a single dish that raised any questions. The kids love it too, which says a lot, and the fish is always incredibly fresh. This place is consistently excellent, and I can’t recommend it enough!
We were welcomed immediately by two friendly staff members and greeted by the people making sushi at the bar. This is some of the best sushi we’ve had. We tried the tuna crispy rice, super tuna roll, the red samurai roll, the drunken noodles and the coconut soup. Everything was amazing. Not to mention the prices, everything is so reasonable and the quality is outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the experience!!!
The food was phenomenal. I had the drunken noodles and my best friend had the papaya salad & the prawn sunrise. Everything was fresh and the flavor was mine blowing.
The food is excellent, excellent taste this is my go to location for the best tasting Sushi I've had in a long time,! Oh did I tell you that the prices are excellent too!
We love the food at Rice Asian it’s always fresh and super delicious and the staff is excellent especially Sammy he’s a Dream and very entertaining too! Definitely come for both!!
Hey, I'm Dominic, the food was splendid, and delicious, the people were so nice, and the atmosphere was ok like usual.
Exceeds expectations and for a great price! Definitely the best sushi I had in Florida. The staff were great, the restaurant looked clean and well put together. Not too fancy, not too casual. If this were the first meal of our stay, we would have been back before we left.
Best Thai food I’ve had in a really long time! Very fresh, flavorful, and large portion. I got the drunken noodles with tofu and veggies, and the tofu is so delicious and it came with lots of veggies. Tasted absolutely amazing !!!!!!
Clean and neat environment & food was a good portion and great quality. We got a Pad Thai (with lots of shrimp) and Green curry (with so much beef we couldn’t finish). As a bonus, our server was so friendly! Overall a nice experience. Glad we stopped by.
5 Star Vegan Curry Dish. Thai Hot!
We came on Christmas looking for a great place to eat. We had pineapple fried rice with rainbow rolls and dragon rolls. You won’t be disappointed unless you come from a weird part of America. Easy 5 stars!
We had a delicious meal here. The waitress warned us of delays in the kitchen but our sushi arrived very quickly and the wait for hot main courses was not long, especially given her warning. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was reasonably priced and the portions were huge. I'd recommend sharing the noodle/rice dishes.
Excellent experience here for a late lunch on a Friday! Food was exceptional and the rest matched! Highly recommend the coconut chicken soup, miso soup and pad Thai chicken. The lunch specials are a great deal on great food.
Such a crazy good hidden gem - love the people, food is awesome and the owner Pam is so nice.
Honestly the BEST Thai food I’ve ever eaten. My husband & I are here from out of town so this was our first time here. I ordered a bowl of vegetable soup in clear broth & 2 rolls. He ordered spring roll appetizer & Pad Thai with chicken & we shared. Everything was so fresh & flavorful. We like spicy food so we requested Pad Thai to be made “Thai hot”. Most restaurants are reluctant to serve dishes “Thai hot” because it is so spicy customers try to send back. As a result, we typically leave other restaurants saying the Pad Thai was good but could’ve been spicier. Not here! EXCELLENT and truly Thai hot! Food was served piping hot temperature and portions were large. We spent $57 total including a beer and honestly it was enough food for 4 people. We took leftovers. You can come here & spend half that and leave very satisfied. I’m glad we tried several items but next time we definitely don’t need that much food. Then again, it’s just so good you may want the leftovers! Enjoy!
Six years I have experience delicious food very good service
Really good food. Everything made to order, good portions, and delicious!
I've never been so impressed in a restaurant that everything starting from the food, atmosphere & service were really good! The staff that assisted us, prolly like 5 of them, were so nice & friendly esp our server! The foods were really good, we personally like the Fried Duck curry! Definitely one of our vacation highlight in Miami last weekend!
Excellent customer service(very sweet and helpful on the phone), delicious food. Get the miso soup for sure 🤤
Good food usually good and fast service depending on the days.
Best Thai flavors I’ve had in the area, very nice, thank you
Great local sushi restaurant. Loving seating at the bar and get a sake with fish cheeks dish. It’s a must have appetizer. Delicious 🙌🏼
Me and my husband,we really love this place! Amazing service and really good food!!! If we want to eat out,we always go to this place. Rolls and sushi are amazing. Special roll with salmon is “WOW”. They also have a good lunch menu.. Highly recommend
The service and food was is delicious. Amazing! I ordered the garlic duck yummy. I loved it and the sushi was so fresh. My husband ordered the seafood and it was great too. The sauce was on point. I wish they had one in nyc. That would be my go too. The wait staff and hostess was so welcoming. Go here you won’t be disappointed
Delicious food, excellent service and nice interior with affordable prices. Perfect combination 👌 I love Tom Ka, and here they call it coconut soup, but it’s delicious Tom Ka 👌 Sushi was also very nice. I will definitely recommend this place for those who like sushi, they have a lot of different rolls too
Sushi is more than just food—it’s culinary art. And sushi at Asian House? That’s a true masterpiece! Our favorite menu pick, the “Sunny Isle,” is an exceptional dish perfect for two. See for yourself—photo attached! Keep in mind, the restaurant is small and bustling with energy, loud so be ready for a lively atmosphere.
This is the best place to have a relaxed dinner and have some great drinks. Thank you Chris for always making amazing drinking and even when I didn’t know what to order you still took care of me. Tan is also the best and he is the manager here. He is always extremely authentic and Chris is following in his footsteps on kindness and respect in the way they treat their clients. Thank you everyone. P.S. this is for Cilantro, Davie 🤌 but Rice is great too, the mango manguro with salmon instead of tuna is delicious 😮💨🔥
Just moved to the area & glad I found this place! Food is fresh. Staff is super friendly & helpful. They actually answer their phone. A lot Of Tai places don’t Answer their phone. Only thing I didn’t like is that they only deliver with Uber eats or this other co but admitted it’s not very reliable & takes a long time, wish they delivered food themselves. I love their poke bowls & they will substitute if there’s an ingredient you don’t like. The pad tai was delicious. My son liked their Chicken noodle soup & the sushi is great too. No complaints on their food At all! I’ve eaten there several times now & just order on the phone & do pickup. Love it & I will be back again!
This is the best Asian restaurant in the Sunny Isles. came on Friday evening as children. almost all the tables were occupied. The children ordered pasta. and I will say that this was the most delicious pasta in my life, my child generally eats little, but here he ate everything. they have some kind of sauce. my friend ordered soup, and I ordered meat with vegetables and grill. This is the most delicious meat I've ever eaten. The portions are simply huge. At the neighboring tables, people took rolls. I have never seen such large portions. Overall I recommend it 100%
Very nice place with delicious food. The atmosphere inside feels nice and relaxed. There is usually some smooth jazz playing in the background (not too loud). The food is wonderful, but I do warn you, anything that isn't a sushi roll comes in massive portions. The waiters are nice and always show up at the right time to fill up your glass. Overall a very nice place with great service, nice atmosphere, and good food (all be it a bit pricy).
If you read my reviews, I only order the Philadelphia roll (on the photo is Heat Roll, my wife ordered it), and I am a big fan of these rolls because I love the simplicity and bright taste. So these rolls are definitely included in the top 3 best sushi places. They are large, very meaty, lots of Philadelphia cheese. What else should be in these rolls?! That is why I love small cafes at the plazas, instead of the famous expensive restaurants where you get thin sushi, and instead of a piece of fish, you are served a small slice. This place definitely gets five stars. I have not tried other dishes, but my wife is in love with Heat Rolls. But the last time they forgot to put masago caviar. This did not spoil the dishes, but in such details, you need to be careful, often they create uniqueness.
I came here while on vacation. I have been to many, many sushi restaurants in multiple countries. I make it a point to get a spicy tuna roll at every place I go, its makes it easy to compare. The spicy tuna at this place was fantastic. It's a casual place, great service. The ginger that was served was even oddly good. I finnished my two rolls and enjoyed my spicy tuna so much i ordered a handroll. The desserts were great aswell. I will 100% go back.
My fav place to eat at lunch time in Sunny Isles for many years. You can seat outside or inside. Food is always fresh and delicious for a reasonable price. Offering lunch plates from 11.30 am till 3.00 pm with miso soup or salad and rice for $10-$14. Friendly staff. Love for fast service.
Really nice lunch at Rice Asian House. Friendly server and fast service, but most importantly: FREE REFILLS! So rare for an independent restaurant. Automatic 5 stars for me! 🥤
I just love this place so much. Food is always consistently delicious and the staff are so nice! My husband just ordered uber eats and my driver left my crispy rice (my favorite item). They sent their personal driver to bring it to our house! I mean seriously how amazing? Definitely come here if you’re looking for good food!
El mejor sushi de Miami sin lugar a dudas. El lugar, maso.
Probé el volcan y otros rolls y RIQUÍSIMO. La moza muy amable, el lugar estaba lleno y no demoraron demasiado en darnos mesa. Super conforme. Lo recomiendo, ojalá pueda volver pronto
I would prob put less stars, but maybe its just me. Kani salad: not sure, i just got a bunch of cut crab sticks, cucumber and leafs of salad, they werent cut up or mixed. The tuna tar tar, its cooked (tartare i believe means raw fish), and the rice paddy im pretty sure should be white (as per menu pictures).
We came for dinner for tom yum soup and also ordered sushi. Overall, the establishment deserves a solid four, the only big minus is that it is very noisy.
Service was amazing and my husbands food (salad/sushi) was 10/10 but my chicken fried rice lacked flavor. Would recommend if you’re going for the sushi or want a fresh salad
Rolls are really good and tasty, affordable price. Recommend to try “eel jalapeño roll” and the roll with shrimp tempura inside. Pad Thai is good, portion size is great !!! Tom yum is bad. It’s just a kind of soup and nothing in common with real Tom yum. People who work there are friendly and polite. 4 stars of 5 because of tom yum :(
The location is ok. Not really a romantic place. Service was unbelievable. The manager and server were very friendly and accommodating. The food was ok, i can’t say bad or good. Just OK 👍
Restaurante asiático/sushi bastante bien. Tiene gran variedad en el menú. Puedes consumir adentro o afuera. Los sushi que probé estaban muy ricos. El precio bastante accesible. Volvería a regresar.
Average and Watch Out When You Pay Food was decent - about average for sushi. Service was with a smile, which was nice, but still not great. What really caught me was that the itemized bill you get before you pay listed the correct totals, including suggested tips, BUT the hand held card machine listed the POST tax amount and a suggested tip off that. When I asked about it, I was told they were "different systems". Really felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on us but, after dinner with 2 kids past bedtime, I didn't have the energy to argue. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
I’ve lived just five minutes away for the past five years. I hadn’t ordered from this restaurant in a while because the sushi has typically been average—about a 3 out of 5. I recently decided to give it another try and placed a takeout order. When I arrived to pick it up and tapped my card to pay, the transaction didn’t go through. Rather than handling it discreetly, the staff member loudly announced, “Your card was declined!”—drawing the attention of everyone nearby. It was an unnecessarily embarrassing moment. I explained that this didn’t make sense and suggested the payment terminal might be the issue. A second staff member chimed in, also loudly and with a snarky tone, saying, “We’ve been using it all day.” Eventually, I asked to insert the card instead—payment accepted instantly. Clearly, the tap function was malfunctioning. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I believe moments like these should be handled with discretion and professionalism. If a card doesn’t go through, the goal should be to help the customer resolve the issue quietly—not to publicly call them out, especially when the issue is with the machine.
I order a special fried rice because I have ate there before and I love it, this time was awful, really bad flavor. I don’t know if they change the chef but either way I will never go back.
I had the blue monster roll which was so big I had to cut it in half with a knife. It was tasty but messy. I also ordered chicken pad Thai that needed more fish sauce and some chili flakes. Additionally, the chicken was overcooked. It was a large portion of mostly rice noodles that were all stuck together.
Tom Yam soup is a real symbol of Thailand: in 2024 it was even included in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List. Tom yam is served in restaurants all over the world according to the classic recipe, but cooking this spicy Thai soup is not difficult at all. But apparently they don't even want to bother and just bark a spicy water with shrimps and mushrooms, nothing more. I would like to share the recipe, maybe you would like to put a little soul into what you cook. And California roll not California at all.
El sushi de langosta es muy abundante, el resto de la comida es normal.
The food was good, and the waitress was friendly. The only disappointment was the manager/hostess. I finished my plate and enjoyed tea while speaking on the phone. The manager/hostess came to me and did not even pay attention to the fact that I was having a conversation with another person; she started asking me if I had finished lunch and then I should leave because other guests would like to sit outside. Actually this was an excellent recommendation to leave this place for another guests.
Sorry, my disappointment. I have been to the establishment twice and everything was fine, the sushi was large and there was a lot of fish earlier. But I ordered online twice and it was very bad both times. the pieces of fish are so thin that you just can't feel the taste. Paying $ 17 for rice is too much. I do not recommend ordering online. They just save fish and seafood for customers. But the prices are very high. Disappointment!
One of the worst places I've ever visited. We ordered Tom Yum, but the soup was nothing like Tom Yum; it resembled more of a mushroom broth, quite sour, with only a few shrimps. The staff was incredibly rude, and during payment, the waiter took the terminal and rated the experience 5 stars without our permission. We will definitely not return to this place!
Rice Asian House refused to allow our service animal, which is a violation of the law. Under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), businesses must permit service animals to accompany people with disabilities. Disappointed in their handling of the situation. I have been ordering here for over 5 years thank you for ruining my day
The server (waiter) kicked me out with my girl where we went out for her birthday. We didn't have a refill for our lemonades as they offered. I didn't want to give a tip, but the little machine (where I paid the food to the server) forced me to give a tip of minimum 18%. My girl and me felt uncomfortable when the waiter told us 2 times to leave the place. Even we didn't finish the food, and that guy gave me the bill, while he and other two waiters were putting those other chairs in order. I paid for that special moment that I wanted to have with my girl more than $40. I demand for a refund back of my money. The worst service that my girl and me could get in our lifes.
Food is great. Delicious rolls. Very bad customer service. We were asked by the server if we can give him more tips because what we had left was not enough. He actually chased us to the door to verify if we weren’t going to leave the “recommended amount”. The worse part is that this had happened before with the same server. lol the other servers are great.
If you don’t mind bugs in your food then it’s great but I would be careful. Especially with the salads.
Restaurant crew doesn’t allow service dogs. Three persons at the entrance told me to get out. Saying that some of their potential customers may not like it. As their entrance sign mentions no pets allowed. This is a service animal. Working to protect people’s lives. This is against the law. How is this even possible?
First time coming here & it will be the last. The food was salty! No chili paste in the kra prao. I normally take the drive to larb, kan's, or nour in ft lauderdale/Oakland, but settled here because it's not far from me. The food was super oily & salty. The white rice was beyond dry. The chicken was not grounded/minced all the way. They were welcoming & nice
Once again I am disgusted by the reliability of this bar's service, again the cook deprived me of vegetables to garlic duck that are essential in this dish. In the future I will check what is packed for takeaway. I hope that someone will pay attention to what is going on in the kitchen so that customers do not have to write such comments. This is not the first time because mistakes happen but it is probably a deliberate action to the detriment of the customer.
So bad never going there again we payed for takeout and they expected a tip and we pressed no and the lady gave us the most dirtiest look and when we got the food, we asked for extra sauce and she said $.50 each sauce and then changed It and said $1 each for us and there was a lady behind her that was gonna give it for free then we get to eat it and they got the order wrong. The salmon was very not fresh. The rice was dry and when we asked for avocado instead of scallion they still put scallion half of them had scallion half did not have anything. I’m really disappointed
Came to eat here after the beach. 4 of us ordered a few diff dishes. 3 of us got sick within an hour after eating there and throughout the night. I thought the place looked a little dirty when I walked to the bathroom smh.
I wanted to eat Tom yum, however when I got it looked awful. Guys it’s not a real Tom yum ! It’s not a tom yum which I expected. Of course it just my expectations but Tom yum is Tom yum everywhere. I can literally call it “chicken stock soup”, nothing reminds original Tom yum flavor. It is a “Tom yum for tourists who don’t understand how tasty it is supposed to be ”.
